Domino's Pizza

Door was locked (during business hours ) and it took five minutes for someone to realize we were at the door to pick up our call in order. our pizza was poorly topped and i wish i took a picture when we got our pizza because there was about 2.5 slices of the half toppings we ordered, and it was cut poorly with one random tiny slice??They also didn’t cut it all the way through causing us to have to rip the pizza apart because there was not even an indent. The real icing on the cake was the OLIVE on our Pepperoni half sausage pizza we ordered . I actually do not know what happened here but it’s absolutely unacceptable.

Stopped for takeout living in new part of town. Food ok, new tater tots not bad. Sat in store waiting for order. Odd experience. Have had longer more pleasant conversations with delivery personnel than anyone at store. (Starting with greeting...hello)

This place is a disgrace to the pizza delivery community. I watched my order for 40 minutes mind you it was supposed to be delivered in 33 minutes. The driver never left the parking lot. I specifically let my order as a leave at door. I’m a previous Assistant manager from El Paso that was next in line for store manager so I know the resources to delivery drivers having 8yrs of delivery driver experience there is a book for all apartments showing a layout of all apartments and where each one is located. I called and asked for a manager only for Candace I don’t care how to spell her name to hang up on me after saying I failed to answer a call to a driver that should’ve left my order at the door. I called back they hung up on me so I waited a few minutes I called back and recorded the conversation on my iPhone only to be denied to talk to the manager on staff then hung up on again because I got combative with these fake employees. Yeah I used certain language but I worked 14hrs today placed an order with I multi-million corporation to have food delivered to me at my door like I’ve done multiple times before “ I have the emails to prove it.” I’ll be talking to RJ the store manager there and showing the recording of the disrespectful nature of his employees. Hopefully Candace, Amy, and those two individuals will be fired upon the regional manager receiving this video.

This is apparently what Domino's calls "extra cheese". There was no option to request a refund in the app. This pizza cost almost $30.

My delivery order was incorrect. I called the store. It took 6 calls before I was able to speak to someone. She did seem to care but said that she would send the drive out with the missing item. That was at 10 pm. The store hours say they stay open until 1am. As of 1am the missing item still had not been delivered.

Change the Google address! ***update Finally found the place, waited five minutes before somebody spoke a word to me, a dude flipped a pizza somebody else walked past, said I’ll be right with you. Told the lady about the Google listing discrepancy her reply “oh really oh I didn’t know” no guarantee that she would address the issue no apology. Grr people are so blah Psshh 👋🏽

I come here all the time as I use their ap. I'm starting to become familiar with a lot of the workers and they're all really cool with me and I appreciate that. Even if they were rude and cold with me, I would still give them high praises.

I just want to thank Domino's pizza for bringing my pizza back as I had the wrong address listed. The delivery driver was I think named Amy. She saved me from alot of hungry people. Give her a raise. Thankyou.

For the second time the delivery process was messed up. Got a text 20 minutes before requested time saying driver on way. 45 minutes later still no pizza. Tried to follow up via message and then called store. Driver arrived 1/2 g Hour later still with my barely warm pizza. Bye bye Dominos!

I have never been more frustrated with a pizza delivery service in my life. I called to order a pizza and made it crystal clear that I needed a Diet Coke due to health issues. I repeated this request three times, just to be safe. So, imagine my surprise when the delivery driver shows up with a regular Coke instead! When I pointed out the mistake, the driver was polite but said he'll be back . I decided to call the store to sort this out, expecting a reasonable response. Instead, I was met with an employee who had a serious attitude problem. I explained the situation calmly, but the person on the other end of the line couldn't have cared less. I raised my voice out of sheer frustration--after all, I'm a paying customer, and without customers, this place wouldn't even exist! To make matters worse, every time I called back for an update or to express my dissatisfaction, they hung up on me! This is absolutely unacceptable. If Domino's employees can't provide basic customer service, they shouldn't be working there. I will be following up with a formal complaint because this kind of treatment is just ridiculous. Save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere that values its customers!

We use to order pizza every Thursday we try to keep our money in the valley to help small buisness...Domino's use to be good...they are not generous with toppings I always pay for an xtra topping just so we can actually get any toppings these pics our from earlier as you can see there might be 2-4 toppings on each piece which is sad because I spent $28.00 for 2 medium pizzas here are pics...and we got garlic bread bites I think they 4got the butter very dry....

Estimated time of delivery when ordering 24-31 minute. order arrived 1hour and 10 minutes after ordering. Pizza was cold and burnt on one side and the sauce that was ordered was not provided. The driver said that he forgot them. We don't order out that often but when we do we except a lot better then we got. I would not recommend this establishmen.

Worthless. I can understand if your new and don't know what your doing. But even the manager is worthless. All I wanted to do was add on a order of breadsticks after I already placed my order and they tell me "sorry my manager says you have to call in a separate order if you want breadsticks. Worthless. I worked for dominoes before. It's not like it's some kind of witchcraft you have to do. Just press some damn buttons! WORTHLESS.

We have 11 dollar credit and they were rude. They don't honor anything at this location. They say that they pride themselves with customer service. LMBO! They are ruder then heck at this one. What guy in their right mind would order a thin medium pizza who loves pizza???? Seriously. I even gave the rude lady on the phone and had her look up the order number to prove to her that her manager messed it up. The rude lady on the phone also said that their general manager talked to him. I told her it's not a general manager. It's just a normal manager at a Domino's. This place is a joke who shouldn't be open. Or, get people in there that knows what their doing and knows how to get people's orders right. I wouldn't wish this pizza on anyone. Go to Little Caesars where their pizzas are fresh and has actual crust. The people there are friendlier too. This place sucks big time.

Pathetic. Placed the order through the app. An hour later still shows in prep. I call them to check on it and they tell me it will be another hour and a half. They are short staffed. They should have said so through the app, my entire family has been waiting.

Probably one of the worst Domino's I ever ordered from. Two hours for two pizzas when I called and asked if I can pick it up myself the cashier told me she had to cancel the order and redo the order, but charge me again. One of the worst service ever Do not order from this Domino's location !!!

Staff was friendly but cashier was somewhat without knowledge of offers and went back a few times to consult w manager due to a quote of $20 dollars for thin crust pizza w 3 ingredients!! Manager took over and gave me discount for pizza .... for me having to wait but did not educate the new staff on how to do it for next time. Then I waited in my vehicle, when I picked up pizza .. I was denied NAPKINS!!!! " because of COVID"???!!! Okk so how I'm i Supposed to clean my hands and my mouth?!!! Not coming back here for sure!

Okay Dominoes! I can't believe I'm giving this place 5 stars, but I am. The $7.99 large pizza was delicious! We got a hand tossed with pepperoni, onion, green chile and extra sauce. Ordered online: It was easy. It was ready on arrival. It was inexpensive. Dominoes exceeded my expectations. It was the best pickup-pizza that I've had in a while!

Literally ordered two pizzas dude on the phone wasn't helpful whatsoever it took 20 minutes to order two pizzas and get my info down. I paid for the pizza and they canceled the order never received said pizza and they said I need to call tomorrow if I want my pizza even though I ordered 45 minutes before they closed I used to work here before and it was never this bad 0/0 wouldn't recommend to anyone looking for delivery or carry out they don't compensate and they wanna steal your money.

Ordered from 5011 Montgomery tonight. The worst pizza I have ever had. Brooklyn style tasted like frozen old cheap pizza. Was disgusting! How does Dominos even stay in business? The quality is so bad. Last time I will ever eat there.

Usually good.. but just ordered pasta that came with raw spinach (usually cooked on previous pasta orders) and sauce not mixed into the pasta at all! Booooo!

Quality of pizza is fine. Christopher the delivery driver is scary and rude. Doesn't deserve 1 cent as a tip.

Ordered pizza quite a few times from this location via delivery. It took the new location a while to get their ducks in a row. But now my orders are accurate and the pizza is delivered hot and delicious. I recently visited this location for a carryout pizza deal and I was really pleased how courteous the staff was, and how clean and big the new location is. I can see why they moved. This location has dine-in seating.

I've been ordering from this staff for a long time before they changed locations (previously on Osuna) and have since followed them to this new venue. In short, the food is great and the staff are even more so. My orders have always been made as quickly and as accurately as such a busy location can possibly make them, and on the rare occasion that something was wrong, the staff were always super polite and did all that they could to make it right. And I'm talking always: even when they were positively exploding on a Friday night and mixed up one of my friend's toppings (green peppers instead of green chili, obviously a pretty easy mistake to make), the cashier was really nice and immediately offered to personally make a whole new pizza for us! In the middle of a hellish rush! Since we were carrying out, we ended up just asking for a dish of green chili to be run through separately. The cashier immediately took care of and watched out for it like a hawk until it was done cooking, and then gave us a bunch of free ranch cups for "the wait," which I swear could not have been more than five minutes. The handful of other times a mistake was made in what must be hundreds of orders over the years, they were at least equally attentive and kind in setting it right. Plus, the deals really are incredible! If you can manage to carry out, they do a 5 topping large for $7.99! It's honestly a life saver for me since I'm a student and can only manage part-time hours at most. As far as the space itself goes, the interior is very spacious and inviting at this new location, and they have a water fountain/refillable water bottle station in the lobby that they generously allow anyone to use, customer or not. My favorite change between their previous store and this one is that they've added a giant chalkboard-paint wall that customers and the staff themselves draw on from time to time. Some of them stand out as really artistically gifted, but almost all the artwork ends up being funny/cute/clever. The bathrooms are always really clean, too, which is something of a rarity for restaurants in my area. Overall, it's a neat location with excellent service and lots of food for your dollar.

Just like every Domino's but this one is super fast and efficient! Our delivery driver was very friendly and our food was cooked perfect! We will definitely order again soon.

The service is ridiculous at this location. They did not get my order right after 3 attempts and all staff were rude!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

We had the worst experience ordering and eating at the Domino's Pizza at 5011 Montgomery Blvd NE St. A. We took a bite of the pizza and it tasted almost rotten. I got nausea off of the 1st bite. After inspecting the pizza we could smell a really awful odor coming from the pizza. Then we tried one of the Hot wings and both of us immediately felt like we were going to throw up. I hope to God we don't get food poisoning from the Domino's food. Then I immediately called the store to see if they could do anything to help us with the gross smelly food they made us. All the manager named Michelle kept saying was, we don't replace food if someone doesn't like it or aren't satisfied with it. I asked the manager named Michelle if they could make us something else besides the awful pizza and wings we got. She said no, she said that we have to pay for whatever else they make us. I asked her if she could make something of equal value from what we bought and she said no. She said you have to pay for it. The manager was very rude, didn't listen, didn't care, talked over me, and did absolutely nothing to fix or satisfy us as customers. This manager named Michelle made me feel awful and neglected. Michelle the manager ruined our entire night because we had nothing to eat. I was counting on Domino's to deliver me edible food cause we didn't have a car or ride to get food during that time. So we basically starved all night until the morning. I am also diabetic and I really needed something to eat cause of my blood sugar. I felt really let down and hurt...I would tell anyone to never take a chance on ordering food from Domino's at that location at 5011 Montgomery St. A. You will either get nausea and grossed out from the food or feel totally violated and neglected because of the way the Manager treats people.

I stopped going here because when I was there picking up my order they had given it to another customer who took it out to his car for a few then brought it back in. He inspected it and returned it then they gave it to me. I emailed domino's and never heard back.

Slow slow slow... I ordered take out and when I get here to pick it up, the food wasn't ready.

Conveniently not RELIABLE! The whole point of drinking at home and being able to order a pizza is centered around the assumption of prompt, precise, and accurate delivery service. Ordered a pizza at 10:30 pm and by 11:10 a delivery driver shows up with the wrong order. To make matters worst the delivery driver gave our order to another stop on their route. So now we sit here and wait for another 45 minutes! LAME! The fact that you have to call the restaurant to correct their error is nails on a chalk board to me. Like this is your mistake, good management would call the customer, explain the situation, and rectify the mistake. It's not like calling the store and explaining the situation is rainbows and butterflies either! It took forever to explain the story, to what seemed like the entire cast of Hamilton! By the end of the conversation though we had been told we would receive a refund, only after having to ask for one and explain why it was necessary, and that our order would be delivered within 40 minutes! Cool bro could have saved the customers by throwing in a dessert...lame lame lame!

I ordered a pizza and I receive it like it was dropped! Pieces just scattered all over and even sliced missing! I call and have them make me a new one, and when the guy comes to the door he accuses me of dropping it, then while I'm talking to him he grabs a slice, takes a bite and walks off... I will never order Domino's again worst service ever!!!!

Signed up for the new Piece of the Pie Rewards program from Domino's and earned my first 10 points - on my way to FREE pizza! The new Domino's Salads are GREAT - I recommend the Chicken Apple Pecan Salad to everyone. Have a fun Monday!

Customer service is not something exercised at this location. I seen another comment here say he E-mailed Domino's and heard nothing back from the location. I also filed 2 complaints with Domino's and this store would do nothing. I then filed a BBB complaint and again they did nothing.

Ordering form this Domino's is a wonderful experience. They are a little more pricey than other Pizza places, but the variety and speed makes it worth ordering from this Domino's Pizza. I have ordered from them about ten times this summer and have never had the bizarre experience of the previous reviewer. I hope (and think) they must have gotten rid of the delivery person Zach P. worked with.

Pizzas always ready on time for my future orders. Great crust and generous toppings. Friendly staff, clean facility and near our house.
