Domino's Pizza

Literally sold me a pizza with no cheese and sauce on half of it and very little cheese on the other half....I have also received undercooked pizza from this location at least twice. I filed a complaint online and was told the store would contact me but that has yet to happen of course. We need to start holding these places accountable when it comes to quality control I paid for full pizza not whatever that was. Update: I contacted support about a refund, they offered me a credit if I call the store before my next order but didn't tell me how much it would be for. They never replied when I told them I did not want to order from this location again and wanted a refund rather than a credit.

Every order comes incredibly quick and steaming hot- even at the busiest of times. Great job to the staff here.

Their delivery driver taslima added 10$ to the tip without authorization. When I called to complain to the manager, the shift manager was rude and had a lack of understanding as to why I was calling. Clearly had no business being in that position if he doesn’t have basic customer service skills let alone not take fraudulent charges from their employees serious.

I had placed an online order that included a pizza, some bread rolls, and two sauces. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I was only given the pizza. When I asked about the other items, I was told I had only ordered the pizza, which was charged at $18.01. This is frustrating, as I know I selected the full order, and $18.01 seems excessive for just a medium pizza.

This is the second online order I've placed with this location where I've ordered chicken alfredo BREADbowl that did not come in a bowl of bread. If I wanted pasta in an aluminum pan, I'd make it myself. Please take your time reading the order. If there's a third time, I'm switching stores. Edit: And I would like to add that it barely has any sauce on it. Come on now...

The food is great. The reason I don’t give 5 stars is even though I have “earned” a free pizza, when I try to order it, I am told I have to order a minimum of $12 of additional product in order to get my “free” pizza. The people who work in this Domino’s are polite and the food always tastes great, I just don’t know why my “free” pizza costs $12. I don’t mind paying the delivery fee and throwing in a tip, I am not sure how to break the code on this situation. I’ve called Domino’s corporate office and no one ever gets back to me. Anyway, the chow is great and they support St. Jude’s so at the end of the day, I just live with it. Since I order enough to “earn” a free pizza, I am just not sure why Domino’s even has the promotion if I have to order a minimum of $12 to get my pizza. Other than that, it’s the best pizza around.

Every time I order from this location there is an issue. I try curb pickup, yet every time I wait and end up going in the store. They claim they are busy, but you can see them all standing in a circle talking. Too busy? I the two minute guarantee, only to have them stop the timer claiming they did not see me, even though I was parked right in from of the door. I tried delivery, it sat out of the over for 20 minutes and then 15 more minutes to be delivered. You email corporate and not response, you call the store and no response. Done wasting my time. Now anew order shows delivered and yet I have nothing to show for it and it wasn't even what u ordered. Congrats for nothing Domino's. I wonder why I haven't ordered for months. Never again.

Waited almost an hour only to have the driver come with the wrong food. Told me to call the store to tell them he got the wrong order. Call them and they said they didn’t know when they could send another driver out because they were busy. Ended up cancelling the order. They didn’t seem to mind they lost the sale. He offered to cancel the order actually. Probably will stick to local pizza joints. Little pricier, but better service. If you’re in the Ashburn area or when Broadlands, consider ordering from Manhattan Pizza. They’re really good.

Friendly staff, fast and timely tracking, hot and delicious pizzas! Abso-effing-lutely no idea why people would give low ratings to this location.

Love Dominos, but this specific location has some extremely lazy employees over there. Whenever we are at home, we try to order pizza hut because we know the local dominos is like this. When we are out of the area, we order Dominos and it's always fine - as long as it is not this store, Dominos is great. With this specific store, the vast majority of times there are quality issues, whether it be the wrong order, toppings scattered only on certain parts of the pizza (even though we always order toppings on the full), or a pizza that looks like it was literally cut by a 3 year old. I've included a picture below of our latest interaction with this store. We had 2 pizza exactly like this in 1 order. Cut like a 3 year old and there are pineapples scattered randomly on there for some reason (not supposed to be - likely a joke by an employee?). The tracker has unfortunately expired so it no longer says the name of the employee who prepared it, but i believe it was something like "Zashan" or something like that... Basically, if you're having Dominos and this store is your only option - just do pizza hut. If you're anywhere else, Dominos is the way to go.

Refund was issued and we will try them again on another night. We ordered a pizza at 5:50 pm. The estimated time for delivery was for 35 - 42 minutes. At 6;47, we still had no pizza and the tracker stated that quality control started at 6:01 pm. It then states that the pizza left the store at 6:39 pm. Why would I have to pay for food that sat at the store for over 38 minutes before sitting yet again in the car? It is over an hour and we still have no food. Tried calling the store but I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and gave up.

Late, cold and damaged pizzas. Manager hung up on me. But they sent an email to buy more....never again! Goodbye Dominos !

This place is absolutely fantastic. I ordered a pizza for pickup over the phone and it was ready in no more than 10 minutes. The service was very friendly and making sure that my order was right and that I was satisfied. Finally when I got home, the pizza was still nice and hot and tasted DELICIOUS!! Love this place can't wait to go back.

Ordered pizza today from the Junction Plaza location for delivery and the pizza was cold. The delivery person brought the 3 boxes to the door in his hand so I wonder if he even had it in the insulated box they bring the stuff in. Not even warm but cold pizza and I started having it a couple of minutes after I got the food.

Ordered pizza on-line for pickup. First time for this store. Tracked on website- showed it was ready. Went to store- monitor showed pizza ready in my name...no pizza. Fail. After asking driver if he took it by mistake, the employee advised he would need to make me a new one. I asked if there would be a break in price- they refunded price of pizza. Still waiting- but gave me time to type this review. So- 2 stars since they offered refund. Would have been one star otherwise. First time- big fail. Won't go back.

First, we all love Domino's, and we have a weekly pizza night. However, this is one of the most inconsistent pizza places we've ever had, and we've lived a lot of places. Our orders are frequently late, wrong, cold, or some combination, and the staff tonight decided that they just wouldn't talk to you on the phone (hung up immediately). We're moving on.

This review is mainly for pizza. First time I've had Domino's in 25 years. The regular "hand tossed" pizza is horrible. It isn't like real pizza. The crust is heavy. Fingers covered in oil. Never had pizza where the crust is filled with grease/oil. Very skimpy pepperoni/cheese/sausage. Gave me the worst heartburn I've ever had. Will be another 25 years before I order. The delivery was spot on and delivery person was polite. First call to order - some one just hung up after a few seconds. Didn't say a word.

Garbage. Rude people, terrible customer service, missing orders. Pizza Hut would be much better.

They have improved since my last review. They are generally really friendly and fast. New location is nice.

I ordered from dominos tonight and I asked for more icing with my cinnamon sticks AND paid extra for it. Turns out I didn't get any of the sauces that I paid for and it's very annoying that they don't double check their orders. Probably done ordering from them I've had too many problems in the past

Worst customer service ever! Last night I ordered pizza totaling $15.69 and my brother tipped the driver in cash. This morning I received a notification saying that a different amount was taken out of my account. I called the store and explained to the store manager what was going on -The delivery driver tipped himself. The manager Fazion was extremely rude to me on the phone told me he was "too busy to solve the issue ". He informed me that he was the only person able to make pizza and that they were too busy right now and he would call later. I wanted to provide proof of the transaction so I pulled out my phone and he refused to look at the receipts. He then informed me that it's my banks fault and that they charged me a fee not dominos. He eventually gave me cash in hand because he was sick of dealing with me. Long story short -you check your accounts.

I love their pizza so I ordered 2 smalls, and when I took my first bite of the pineapple and onion pizza, there was a piece of metal in my mouth. It came from the pizza and was about the size of a dime. It was awful to bite into. I called the store and spoke with the manager and he thoroughly apologized. I don't know where the metal came from but I wasn't happy about it, I mean who would be?!

Ordered online. Specifically wanted different toppings on each side of the pie. Unfortunately, this Domino's cannot follow directions or can't read...either way was very unsatisfied!

Usually this location does okay with delivery but not lately!!! I ordered a pizza online to come at 7:30 tonight. It's 8:10 and it still hasn't come. The person at the store said sorry but that doesn't feed my kids!!

This is the THIRD time - you'd think I would have learned! - that I have tried to order Pizza from the Junction Plaza location. The first time, they couldn't find my order at all. They had me wait there for almost another 35 minutes before they could "remake" it. The second time, they had my order, but when I opened the box after getting it home, I found that almost half of the pizza did not have cheese or my toppings on it at all, and what was in that cheeseless space was a big burnt dough bubble. Then just this evening, following the "Pizza Tracker" utility that advised me my order was ready, I drove to pick it up only to find that it AGAIN was not there. After a lengthy search, the employee managing the pickups advised me that their delivery driver accidentally took my order to deliver to some other customer. So if you are somebody who got Dominoes delivered from Junction Plaza this evening and it was not what you ordered, THIS is WHY! Enjoy!

The assistant manager contacted me a few days ago. I was not interested in any freebies, I wanted him to know how dissatisfied I really was. He hung in there, explained the entire situation and left me feeling great about my go to pizza delivery place again. Have not reordered yet , but they will be receiving my business again very soon. Every body makes mistakes, it how you Handel them that matters. This young man did a great job.

Tonight, like many other nights, my family was too lazy to make dinner and decided to resort to Domino's for a satisfying dinner. Boy, did we make the right decision! Just like alway, the online ordering process was incredibly easy and straight forward. The $5.99 for certain shit on the menu was in place so we immediately were able to save, as the current English vernacular suggests, some "big stacks". We ordered three pizzas, stuffed cheesy bread, and some extra marinara sauce. The order arrived incredibly quickly and our driver was very friendly and even asked about the decorations in our house that definitely have not been up since my younger brother graduated from high school almost a month ago. The food arrived hot and everything we received was exactly what we ordered. So take that, DiGiorno, it IS delivery. The first pizza we ordered was a simple but delicious medium hand-tossed chicken and onion pizza. I didn't have a bite of this pizza, but I'm sure it was delightful. It had a protein, a fruit (the sauce), and a vegetable, so it was healthy and no one can tell me otherwise. Also, it's pizza, like, what the hell is there not to like. The second pizza we ordered was hand tossed with BBQ sauce, chicken, and feta cheese. This doughy and zesty creation was a delight to consume! The BBQ sauce dispersion was good, and the toppings were in good quantity. The crust was nicely baked and it was cut into uneven slices which I prefer. You have to have options after all. It would have been better with jalapeños like I usually get on it, but I could only get two toppings so I had to delegate. Regardless, a hearty and nice selection. And if anyone's thinking that this pizza sounds disgusting, I know it does. Don't knock it till you try it. The last pizza we ordered was a simple hand-tossed medium with Italian sausage and pineapple. While this seems like a weird topping combination, the sausage was noticeably placed rather perfectly around the pizza, which I imagine takes years of discipline and practice to master, so it must have been done but someone who, as the kids say, knows their shit. I didn't eat any of this one either but it was for a teenager so I'm sure it'll get eaten eventually. We also have two cats so I'm sure they can help as well. We also ordered cheesy bread but I was not able to photograph this because 1) we ate it too quickly to get a decent picture and 2) it's fcking cheesy bread. It was dank af. It is a well known fact that cheesy bread is one of the 7 wonders of the world. Overall, a delightful and affordable meal from one of our preferred dining establishments. Ashley was who Pizza Tracker said made our meal and she did a wonderful job preparing our meal. Although we didn't talk to her personally I'm sure she is a delightful and friendly associate with pretty hair and nice eyes. Domino's has once again saved us from cooking dinner ourselves and now we have left overs so we can be equally lazy tomorrow. Will definitely be coming back!!

Love their Italian sub, it was just right, they delivered the food in less than thirty minutes, The driver was very polite and patient. We also ordered the Thin crost South Pacific vegi Which Was Also yummu. We shall be ordering again from them,

OMG HORRIBLE!!! I used to hate domino's it was wayyy too greasy for me but since they changed their recipe I ve had good luck until last night. the pizza wasnt cold but extremely under cooked. we had leftovers needless to say so I put it in the oven to try and make it crispy. it was "ok" 2 hours later I started to feel extremely queasy , and lets just say it tasted just as bad coming up as it did going down. thumbs way way down!!!

A fly was cooked into my kids cheese pizza. The manager sent out new pizzas and the delivery driver expected another tip. Grossed out and will never eat here again.

These people are so inconsistent. Once again... wait 45 minutes for a cold pizza. Is it unreasonable to expect a warm/hot pizza? Do they even care? On to the next pizza delivery group....maybe they can do it

I ordered on the iPad app tonight. The tracker advised when the driver was on his way. 40 minutes later he arrived with a barely warm pizza. I live 3 miles from the store. I guess Dominos won't be getting my business any more. Plenty of other places to chose from.

Mother of god. I have been waiting for for 20 mins for the text update I signed up for. Started being prepped at 6:32. By 6:52 still no update so I called. Sat on hold for 15 mins and then noticed that at 7:03 it had gone in the oven. Now 7:13... still on hold, still in the oven.

This has been my standard "go to" for a number of years. I had a couple of minor issues, but mostly, the pizza is hot, fresh, timely and fairly priced. Although delivery service is decent, I always so impressed with their store and employees whenever I decide to pick up they are always friendly and polite. And they have updated the interior so there is now spots to eat there and some pretty nice technology for customers to be able to see when their order will be up. I don't know why I ever even attempted to go to their competitor (rhymes with stoppa dons).

This Domino's is mostly good. I hardly ever order pizza but when I do I sometimes order from here. They have great customer service. Also their GF pizza is really good but apparently only for people who prefer no gluten and not for people who medically cannot have it due to cross contamination.

It's dominos, what else needs to be said. I gave it four stars cause I walked in once and an employee was packing a lip if chew tobacco.

I ordered two pizzas. One was correct and the other wasn't. I called in and the same prepubescent boy that took the order originally answered the phone. I explained that one of the pizzas was correct and cooked perfectly, but the other had the wrong toppings and had quasi raw/uncooked sections in the crust where it wasn't cooked completely. The young man said that he remembered the order and that he repeated the order and it was correct. Ummm, I'm not dyslexic like most of the Ashburn youth (I didn't say that), but I did say we were at an impasse because I distinctly remember telling the order AND ensuring the order was correct. At that, he hung up. This review is to basically show the young prepubescent boy needs to understand that not everyone wins a trophy, being excellent takes actual effort, and that the customer is ALWAYS right. Dominos has lost a long standing customer and I would rather drive to Ledo's than to get an order wrong and also have to cook it all the way in my own oven. Geez, smh.

Usually from past experience, when you call a restaurant close to closing time, you don't always get the best service. The girl who took our order was so polite and patient being that it was late night. This experience was awesome! They need to go train other pizza franchises from this location. Excellent customer service!

Best pizza. Good quality. The dough made to bread, very excellent. Highly recommend. Their delivery is at its best as an improvement over last year.

Watch your bill.. I ordered online and the store charge me an extra $5 due to "human error". Don't trust anymore. I like the pizza. Watch out!

I heard it had changed completely so we checked it out. The Pacific Veggie Pizza was awesome. Spinach, fresh tomatoes, feta, olives, red onion, mushrooms and provolone. Super good. we also liked the hand-tossed. We are huge Ledo fans and Broadlands Brick Oven so now we have another great alternative. Worth checking out for sure.

I loved my old location domino pizza but We moved to new location recently and since then all 4 orders have been messed up. Either flattened half baked bread sticks or burnt bread stick. Alway, always missing sauces that I paid extra for. This was my last order at the place. Will not order at this location ever again. I would rather make the drive to old location and pick up my order.

We just moved to the area and loved our old Domino's Pizza place! We have ordered three times from this location, and we are yet to receive our CORRECT order! They have messed up or omitted things every time. While the Domino's standard taste is there... the service is very sub par. BEWARE: make sure you check your order before accepting it!!

I remember the Domino's of years ago and my experiences lead me away from the brand. I had seen the commercials about a "restart" but didn't consider until I my order from another vendor was for 75 minutes. Went to the Domino's web page and the delivery was est. 20 min. So we took a chance. Wow! what a great difference. Ok, so we thought maybe it was a lucky day. Tried it again a few days later. Same great experience. A few more times and now its our number 1. If you get a chance try it out. Its not the old Dominos.

I ordered four pizzas online, 3 regular cheese and 1 with toppings. The pizzas were prepared on time and all was well until I came home. As we began eating we found pieces of pepperoni stuck to the sides and bottoms of the pizzas. I was very angry as we can not eat pepperoni in my family. Dominos has lost a customer and I will be sure to spread the word of their horrendous service.

The pizza is great, when they get the order right. At least 4 times I've received pizzas with just the faintest hint of sauce on the pizza. If you order a pizza with extra sauce they almost put too much sauce on the pizza and the toppings are falling off the pizza. 90% of the time this occurs the pizza is made by Andrew. You can complain to the manager if you want because Andrew is the manager!!
