"Through the Paving for Pizza program, the chain offered $5,000 grants to one city or town per state for minor road repairs and supplied stencils for an optional logo spray-painted onto newly smoothed streets. The campaign funded modest fixes — for example, $5,000 bought 75 tons of asphalt in Bartonville to fill eight potholes and repair three roads, and in Athens, Georgia it paid a dozen workers for three hours to fix about 150 square yards — while in Burbank crews filled only five small potholes largely for TV ads. We usually use this Domino’s but lately it is not worth it. A little while back they got our order wrong and even had someone else’s pizza as part of it. We had to make the 35-40 min round trip back to get our original pizzas but they let us keep the ones that were wrong. But this last time, they gave us a ROTTEN salad. $8 for a rotten salad. We were not going to drive all the way back because they said they wouldn’t refund or send a delivery driver out to give a fresh one and that long of a drive is NOT worth it. Done supporting this specific store.

Pizza is always nice and hot when I order. But I didn’t come here to talk about that. Let’s talk about service. Delivery drivers always friendly. The guy in the wheelchair who works up front, AMAZING!!! He always greets and thanks you when you leave. His energy is so friendly all the time no matter how busy they are. He’s the type of employee that will lift someone’s spirits on a bad day just by providing a friendly greeting! Good service can be hard to come by these days, not here!

I left delivery instructions asking the driver to please refrain from knocking because my dog would bark. When my food (quietly) arrived, I noticed that a Milkbone treat was placed on top of my pizza box. I believe David was the driver. David, thank you so, so much! This simple and thoughtful gesture made a huge impression on me.

Honestly I love dominoes we always get it, The pizza & breadstick options they have are soo good. Dominoes is not that expensive either, they give you coupons too with each order if you start going frequently. They have gotten my order wrong a couple times though

Manager is the rudest person In the world, ordered 3 pizzas for my family and they took 3 hours to deliver it. Pizza was cold, asked for delivery time and I was just told to wait since the delivery was already out. And I got my order wrong. Called again and the manager got mad and said there was nothing el could do because it wasn’t his company.

Last night, my children's father ordered two pizzas, some breadsticks, and a 2 liter bottle of Sprite. Someone delivered everything but did not knock the door. My sons and I did not receive notification on our phones. Today, I discovered everything outside of my door. Someone stole half of the second pizza. My children's father contacted them, and someone promised him that they would redeliver as long as the receipt was provided. Two hours later, no one redelivered. I called, and the manager said that he could not reimburse me. This location should be avoided. We were customers for over five years. No one in my family will ever buy from them again.

Ordered a well done pan pizza. This is less done than every one I’ve ever ordered, even the “normal bake”… no crunch to the crust whatsoever.

We got delivery last night (Thursday 2/9/2023) and got a little surprise! My son who is 3 and very independent wanted to go outside to the porch on his own to meet the delivery guy and get the pizza. I stood at the door and watched, knowing my son couldn't carry both the drink and pizza I went on to the porch to grab the drink. As me and my son are walking back inside my son yells to the delivery guy "thank you, I love you!" So the delivery guy yells back "I love you too!" After we get inside and get the pizza on the counter we heard a knock at the door! To our surprise it was the delivery guy! He came back to give my son $1. My son was on cloud 9 the rest of the night. I'm sorry I didn't get your name but I wanted to say thank you for your compassion and act of kindness!!!!

Don't waste your time ordering from this location. I placed a delivery order at 5:30 pm last night. I got a phone call an hour later telling me they had one driver and I could either come in and pick it up or wait an hour and a half more for delivery. I went and picked it up myself. This is the second time I've had delivery problems with this location. They should turn off the online ordering if they cannot handle the business.

I walked into the store to get my pizza and was very disappointed to see that the majority of the employees working were either not wearing masks or were not wearing them properly, there were multiple containers of toppings on the floor that workers were stepping over, and no one would answer the phone (we tried calling multiple times before going in; actually, the manager was directing the staff not to answer the phone). Having a restaurant disregard covid, health, and customer service concerns like this is terrible and I hope that someone fixes these problems. On the bright side, the pizza was good.

If i could give negative stars I would. By far the worst experience with a pizza joint ever. We ordered and paid online went to the drive through. woman working had locked the doors and was refusing to talk to drive through customers. We sat in front of drive through window for 40 minutes before even being spoken to. knocked on the windows she saw us, eye roll, went back to labeling boxes. I wish her name but she wasn't wearing a name tag or mask... Howeve, I do have her on video rolling her eyes at us. Absolutely terrible will never ever come back. will tell everyone about this experience.

Got my delivery order and did not receive the sauce I ordered with it. The pizzas and bread bites are cold and or burnt. Call and spoke with manger summer she said they was to busy to fix this issue and that she would credit me a order of bread bites. This is not the first time I have had issues with a order from a dominos store. This is ridiculous

We called, waited for 8 minutes with no answer. We called back, asked about a military discount which we aren't entitled to, but they said they will ask the manager, told us over the phone it was 35% discount. When we arrived, we waited at the pickup window after we were notified that the orders were ready for 5 minutes. At this point we have been very patient. The manager tells us that she doesn't need to give us the discount and that it isn't the company policy to do so. This happened after we asked and was told they do. Then instead of 35% it was lowered to 15% which of course was cool even though the initial idea was 35%. I had to check our order to make sure it was right to only having a missing dessert which we mentioned right away and eventually got our dessert which was delicious. Although our pizza looked old and beaten up. The pizza tasted really stale and looked like it was either sitting around for a while or thrown in the ground a few times... my imagination is going all over the place because who knows what is done in secret. This is not a good way of doing business and keeping customers happy at all.

Every time I order from this dominos they always mess my order up. The last time they did I called and the person on the phone wanted to argue about how it wasn't incorrect when I had the receipt in my hand. I told him what was wrong with it and he said it'll be 2 and 1/2 hours to get it back out to you. I've been waiting on them to fix it for 4 hours now with nothing

I'm usually not one to write reviews but I feel like this needs attention. Over the last few months I have made several orders and there have been several instances where items I ordered never arrived with the driver. At least three times when I ordered the lava cake, they failed to bring the icing after I paid for it. Also, once I paid for a 2-Liter and the driver forgot it, followed with, "You'll get a free drink on your next order." That of which never happened and I never pressed the issue. Bottom line is that this Domino's location regularly forgets items and it's a shame. A simple check over the order before leaving would fix these issues, that of which is suppose to already be happening--but clearly not. Update: ordered again today and what do you know, forgot the icing for the 5th time now...

I ordered on-line, and once I arrived at the pick-up window, they couldn't find my order. They finally located the pizza, however, when I got home, I discovered it was the wrong pizza! It had stuff on there, e.g. bell peppers, sausage, etc..., that I normally don't eat. I ate it anyway, hence the 2 star rating because it didn't taste very good. Some things don't belong on pizza, and bell pepper is one of them! I most likely won't be ordering from here for at least another year, that way the folks there now will be long gone.

I came into this domino's for a pizza today and somehow my order came out wrong. Everything was fine but all I needed on my pizza were some pineapples. So they had to remake it, I felt super bad cause everyone there was nice. Especially this one worker named McKenzie she offered to give me the mistaken pizza plus made the pizza with pineapples for free just from one mistake. AGAIN, I felt SUPER bad. All because of the missing pineapples, she made another pizza. THANK YOU SO MUCH MCKENZIE. Definitely my go-to pizza place for the next pizza craving. I made a yelp just to review this place.

Service is very slow. I sat in the drive thru about 5 minutes before I was told someone would be with me shortly. I asked for plates the person turned to ask manager type person. She said No. Then she said that's not a necessity. I'm sure she didn't know that I heard her. Then to top that off the wings were not how I asked. That's the last time for me

I'm a 30 year resident of Athens and I know my local pizza. The Atlanta Highway Dominos location should not be underestimated. They have unrivaled customer service and take pride in their pizza. Friendly people and pizza always cooked to perfection.. doing business with them is always a pleasure.

********EAT ELSEWHERE******** I ordered dominos today, the same order I always order. Took one bite into my pizza and immediately gagged. The beef on my pizza was either spoiled or freezer burnt or something. It was funky. My mother and my husband had a taste and both confirmed that the beef was definitely sour/spoiled. I called the store and spoke with someone who claimed he was the store manager named BRANDON PHILLIPS. If in fact he was the manager, he needs some serious training and education on how to provide customer service. In short, he practically called me a liar. He just kept insisting that there was no way that the beef could be spoiled. I explained to him that I always order this same order from them every time. You would think that if I have ordered the same thing every time and have never complained before that there might be some truth to what I was saying. But "NOOOO", he said. He said that he was the opening manager this morning and he did everything himself, the beef is not spoiled. So after a lot of, me insisting that the beef is spoiled and he insisting that it is not, he asked "So what do you want me to do?" I said what do you mean "so what I want you to do? Refund my money and if you want you can come and get the pizza that's sitting on my dining room table." He said he couldn't refund my money. But he did offer to bring me out another pizza with spoiled beef.....Yaay for me!! I get two spoiled beef pizza's!!!! Today's Special....
