Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered from Domino’s, and not only was my food 30 minutes late, but the driver had the nerve to call me, act impatient while I was on my way outside, and then pulled off and left without giving me my order. I was literally walking outside to meet them it’s not like I was wasting time. If anyone should be upset, it’s me for waiting way past the estimated delivery window. Instead, I get no food, no refund, and zero professionalism. What’s the point of offering delivery if the drivers can’t even wait a few seconds for the customer? Never ordering from Domino’s again. Completely disrespectful and unacceptable.

It’s embarrassing that Domino’s is even continuing to let this place stay in business. Bad for the brand. I ordered over an hour ago and it still says the order is in “Prep” on the tracker. But don’t believe the tracker anyway. Sometimes they say the pizza has been delivered and it hasn’t. Sometimes the pizza will show up a few hours later. Sometimes it doesn’t. This place is scamming customers.

We are longtime dominos fans and hate that this is the one closest to where we live. We have tried it maybe 10 times in total and it has never been great, but it has gotten significantly worse within the last 6 months. The pizza has gotten gross- they either forget the butter garlic sauce on the crust or they add it at the end (instead of before cooking it) and it looks disgusting and is impossible to hold by the crust. They also frequently mess up my order and have to remake it after I arrive to get it. The employees are unprofessional at best, but creepy and appalling most of the time. The guys in the store are either messing around with each other and ignoring people waiting on their orders or they try to hit on me if I’m alone. The worst experience has been the delivery. I have only ordered it once as we normally do take out coupons, but the one time I had people over and needed it, it took 1.5 hrs, the pizza was cold, and the driver sat in her car outside my house for 10 minutes before I had to go outside and ask her to give me my pizza. At that point, she said she had an extra pizza if I was interested. I said not really, only needed what I ordered. She kept offering it and then said “you can cashapp me for the price of it if you want it” …what the hell?? Was she not delivering people’s food and then pocketing the difference or something?? It was the most bizarre pizza delivery experience of my life and I almost reported her to corporate immediately but didn’t like that she had my address. We have sworn off dominos until we move due to this place.

I ordered a 32 piece bread bites. Cames with 15. And my delivery driver was rude as well as refused to follow instructions. To top it off I've sat on the phone for 12 minutes already as I'm typing this. They are refusing to answer the phone.... Smh.

I was real worried reading all the bad reviews, but Brittany delivered my pizza hot and called me when she arrived. I appreciated her kindness and was pleased with the food. Got this delivered right after the Beyoncé concert too so I know they were probably extremely busy.

I ordered delivery, got text updates on the order, then got an email that said oops, that delivery didn’t go as planned. I never received my order and still got charged for the order. No one is answering at the store. I can’t tell you how ridiculous this experience has been. I can’t begin to describe how livid it has made me!

Placed order at 6 pm. I waited and waited and waited and waited. I called several times, no answer. At 11 pm my pizza order finally showed as "delivered" in the pizza tracker, but I never actually received my order. Unfortunately I just read the earlier reviews. Every story was just like mine. : (

If I could give it a zero or negative scores I would. Absolutely incredibly horrible service. I ordered delivery at 10:01pm, as I write this review at 11:36 pm STILL no food, the delivery time has changed. It took over an hour from the time I placed the order for them to get beyond the "prep" phase. What a freaking joke. NEVER AGAIN!!!

We ordered our pizza 2.5 hours ago, it said it would be delivered 30 minutes when we ordered it and it still isn't here. You can't get anyone on the phone. It's ridiculous. I wish I would have seen all these terrible reviews before ordering. DO NOT ORDER HERE! We just got ripped off no way to get our money, I will call the bank tomorrow and dispute the charges.

Ordered for pick up since it was so close Placed it at Saturday around 12noon and it got completed super quick I think probably around 15minutes tried both pizzas and it's about the same quality as the other dominos I've been to so no complaints there. Person at the front seemed friendly even if I was only in and out for a couple seconds.

Never delivered my pizza. Couldn't get them on the phone after 30 minutes on hold. They took my money and I never got my pizza. EDIT: Order finally got here. After they wouldn't pick up the phone. Order was cold. Driver didn't respond to anything I asked or said about the order. Sat in his car and made me tap on the window to get my order. We had ordered pizza from another place in the meantime because we thought we had our money taken with no pizza. Box was crushed. Driver was rude.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is the worst Domino's I've ever ordered from. I was told that my order would arrive in 35 minutes. But that 35 minutes turned into TWO hours. There is nobody to contact, the store never answers the phone & the customer service is poor. I once got my order marked as "delivered" and never got any food. Don't waste your time on money on this location!

(From the front desk ‍) so I call to see if they can replace the pizza and they say that they did theyre job and that theyre not in the wrong. as I'm writing this I'm on hold for over 10 minutes trying to get ahold of the store. absolutely terrible

Pizza was ordered 2 hrs ago and just now to my home and the driver left at the front door. Did not ring door. They just through my pizza together and the crust was burnt. I ordered hand tossed with garlic they give me thin crust, omg! I called back and I get told oh well she had a large order and it's just her in the store. When I asked about domino's policy, the employee working says there is no policy related to customer satisfaction. Terrible service today and nonchalant attitude.

One star is about three too generous. The most annoying, horrific service I've ever received anywhere in my life bar none. Ordered 1 medium pizza and boneless wings around midnight, scheduled to be delivered in 30-50 minutes despite being half a mile away from the store, which is fine on a Friday. The driver then went on a 2 hour tour of the city, and then they finally showed up to my door tried to hand me off a sub and bone in buffalo wings that I didn't order and that by her own definition was supposed to be going to spring street. After letting me look through this strangers food and then almost dropping it out of the bag (gross) she told me to call the store and she would sort it out with the manager. Told her the store hadn't been answering in over an hour other than the useless AI bot and she gave me her personal number to bypass it. After giving her 3x the 5 minutes she told me it would take her to get back there, I called back to be ignored, and they actually turned the store phone off an hour early at 2am even though they're open until 3, and even today they've refused to answer any phone calls, allowing me to listen to the menu for 3-5 minutes everytime. I spent 2+ hours trying to stay awake for a delivery driver who couldn't be bothered to double check her addresses, her orders, or the food she was leaving the restaurant with, and I still went to sleep hungry. Sincerely hope scamming the $6 tip was worth it, I will never waste my time ordering dominos again and as long as the Marietta St store stays open they're doing your brand & franchise a disservice.

This store stole money from me so I'll never be ordering again and I suggest you don't either. I placed an order online that was plagued with problems. First the estimated delivery time is not an estimate, but a wish. Placed the order just before 7 and given an estimated delivery time of 31-46 minutes. It takes over an hour just for it to leave the store according to the tracker. At 8:20 it was marked as delivered to my apartment building so I head down to get it only the order is nowhere to be found. I checked every possible drop off location in case the driver just didn't follow instructions, but nope nothing. So I call the store to see what's going on and wait on hold. While I'm on hold the driver calls me at almost 9 saying he's almost there and to confirm my apartment. Fine. I don't understand why it was marked delivered on the tracker when it was NOT but whatever I just want my food. I go get it and find that they also messed up part of my order as they sent me the brownie instead of the chocolate lava cakes. Whatever, it's not worth it to call back and I just want to eat my (now cold) food. UNTIL TODAY when I was going through my emails and realized that the amount charged for this order was way higher than the cost. I looked closer and found I was charged $15 in "additional charges". What are those charges? Who knows! If were to guess someone is committing tip fraud. I tried to call the store and was again put on hold for nearly an hour before I gave up and just filed a chargeback through my credit card. I have previously ordered from this dominos and have been frustrated by their long delivery times, but sometimes you just crave dominos so I suck it up and deal with it. However this order is the last straw and I will never order again.

I ordered two pizzas and it took over a hour and a half before it was delivered then it was burnt and cold I called the store only to be on hold for 20 minutes then the manager picked up and as I was explaining to him he said hold on I did until they hung up on me I called right back and guess what they didn't answer I will never spend another cent there nor anybody I know becomes I'm spreading the word it's not worth it this is the one on mlk next to cascade skating rink in Atlanta Georgia

Makes sense as to why they have 1 star.. I ordered my pizza online and was never notified about it being ready. when i come inside to grab my pizza it's cold.. Your one job is to give people pizza why would someone want a cold pizza... make it make sense. customer service is also out the window. as if i was the one that told you to work at dominos. I understand that it's not an ideal job, but the least you can do when YOUVE chosen this job is to be kind to the paying customers coming in. that doesn't come out your paycheck i promise.

Run don't walk just run away same problem in every review. Dominos corporate will answer if you want to place an order but if you want to check on it or cancel it you have to call a store that doesn't answer

Just order from somewhere else just like the 30 other 1 star reviews it's been 1.5 hours since I ordered and was told 30 minutes. No pizza has arrived and it's impossible to get anyone to pick up the phone apparently so don't bother trying to cancel it just screenshot all these reviews and dispute the charge

Kinko the GM was very friendly. He greeted us with boisterous enthusiasm and I appreciated it as I just moved in the area two days ago. We ordered a meat lovers and the chicken bacon ranch pizza. The chicken bacon ranch pizza IS THE BEST PIZZA I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I added onions, pineapple, banana peppers and jalapeño peppers. 10s across the board! We mistakenly received a pepperoni pizza instead of the meat lovers we ordered but Kniko literally blew up my phone to tell me to come back. I appreciated that so much bc if I was working I definitely wouldn't have called the customer back. lol jk Still gets 5 stars in my book for going above and beyond.

You would not believed the boxes of unrecognizable burnt slop this dump tried to pass off as food I would give zero stars if it were a choice Lucky I know this restaurant is owned by Cowabunga restaurants in Alpharetta, Ga 770-777-2217. I'll be calling them tomorrow morning and everyone else should THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY

Literally the worst dominos. They have failed me twice now. The first time, I waited 4 hours for a pizza and it never came. The second time, the wrong pizza was delivered so the driver said he would take it and have a new one sent back. It's been over an hour since he left and I haven't heard a thing. OK i have never in my life been to an establishment this consistently BAD. I give this place a chance over and over again because i live in walking distance and it is ALWAYS burnt cold and nasty every time . They skimp on ingredients despite paying for extra. Ingredients always seem stale or not prepared correctly ?? Dominos used to be good. Convenience of location is not worth it and i will never be going again

impossible to get a hold of the marietta st location to cancel an order. even then, the new year keep style pizza is probably the worst I've ever had. super dry and plain. enjoy the extra $15 that you got from me because your other location didn't answer. Never received our order. We waited 2 hours past the promised delivery time and were left without dinner and late to our show. They stopped answering the phones so we couldn't speak with anyone to confirm they weren't going to be fulfilling our order. I called the next day and the lady answering said she was the manager and was completely unapologetic and unconcerned with the service we (didn't) receive. She asked if we wanted a refund and said she will call back in 4-5 days to confirm the info. Of course that never happened.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION--YOU WON'T GET ANY FOOD. They never actually deliver, even though they will take your order for delivery on the Domino's app. Our current order shows in quality check (over an hour), but tried calling and the store is closed. Domino's seriously needs to yank this franchise. At this point it's like a scam. You pay for pizza but they never give you food.

Quite different when the employees treat you like it's your fault they don't answer the phone, don't do their jobs, and basically steal money from the customer. 3.5 hours waiting and then when I went to the store, they told me that they had not even made it yet. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION Worst pizza delivery experience I have ever had in my life. Ordered a pizza 3 hours ago and the app says they delivered it to my hotel room, which they didn't. I went outside when I received the text and no driver. The app marked it as delivered, but we had no pizza. It is now 1am and me and my kids are going to bed hungry.

Just like all these other people said, I wish I would've seen all these horrendous reviews BEFORE I ordered. Based on their tracker, it took them 50 minutes to even start preparing my order, then another 40 to check it after it was finally cooked. Gee, I just love cold pizza. This is absolutely pathetic and the leadership of this location should be ashamed. I don't know if they are because they don't pick up the phone, either. I'll order pizza from anywhere besides here in the future.

By far the WORST pizza I have ever had (and I have been eating pizza for the better part of 50 years)!! I wish I had read the other Yelper's reviews before I ordered my pizzas! Dominos' has a great app - order online and follow your order. I ordered at 6:30 with an estimated arrival time of 50-63 minutes. Good - right? According the app, the pizza was prepared in less than 5 minutes, went into bake, then came out of the oven at 6:49. Then it sat, and sat, and sat, and sat... At 7:45 I received a text that the driver was on his way (almost an hour after my pizza came out of the oven - according to the app). Pizza finally arrived at 8:25. Thinking the app may be wrong, I opened the boxes and the coldest pizza I have ever seen. Furthermore, parts of the pizza had no sauce, no cheese, no topping - basically baked plain flatbread. I did a review on their app - they offered me enough points for another pizza (I ordered 2 pizzas!). I don't want anything else from these people - perhaps my money back like any reputable restaurant would offer? Take my word, as well as that of my fellow reviewers, NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!

You have to meet the driver at the street or the front desk...if you have one. Deleting their app...still haven't received a refund...pathetic customer service!

this locations is honestly the worst dominos I have ever encountered . The staff is rude. We ordered wings. They were very undercooked and the weren't properly made . It looked like they threw the wings in a box and just poured the sauce on top. JUST TERRIBLE. Id give them 0 stars if i could .

I ordered my food at 11 pm and at 1 am it still said it's being prepared, my friend told me they ordered in the past and never got their order. Neither can you contact the store nor do they have customer support. It's such a bad establishment who doesn't care about it's customers, who take the money when you order but don't provide any service. Trying to find a number to contact the store i found multiple such cases so it's probably a loss to write this review too, but i hope some does something about it.

I ordered my own line order and according to the app it was ready at 1019p....I arrived at 1036p to find that my order was not ready......I previously call the store to place an order over the phone and a female told me that they do not accept the slice the price card....i got to the store and always told the all mother managers accept the card.. n randall Grover the manager on duty does not accept the slice by card..doesnt make sense...sti at 1042p I havent received my order......randy wood and Adam was amazing by making sure everything was okay with my visit....thanks gentlemen for trying to accommodate me.... then at 1045p they come to me and say someone the driver took the my order somewhere else..... ridiculous to say the least

I spent $122 here on food. After an hour wait, I called to get an ETA on my food. The gentleman that answered the phone said that a guy was working on it and it will be ready when he's done. No apology or . I have been in hospitality management for the past 20 years and have never felt so disrespected. I respect all local businesses but do not order from this location. I then tried to call the support contact and they were closed and shut the line down. This place is a joke lol

This has to be the worst Domino's I've ever been to in my life... when we entered the store all the employees were maskless talking in a circle and eating food... They didn't even acknowledge our existence for probably two minutes. The guy who was handling cash was also touching our food without gloves or washing his hands... the pizza took probably 30 minutes longer than expected. Every employee in here should be fired because they clearly don't care about their job whatsoever. I don't like to complain especially at a chain restaurant but this was disgusting!

I have never left a negative review in my entire life, as I am a professional business manager and I know the unfair impact it can have when people place unfair reviews for a business without allowing them an opportunity to correct their mistakes. Tonight the Domino's driver showed up almost 3 hours after I ordered a couple of pizzas (not to my address mind you, but 2 blocks away where I was instructed very rudely to walk and meet him if I wanted the food I paid for hours ago). He then proceeded to call me a "Cracker Bitch" and threatened to physically harm me. I need the owner to return my call ASAP 843-822-0200. I will not tolerate having racial slurs and physical violence threatened towards me without cause. I'll go to the news if necessary to get this man/perpetrator fired.

I didn't realize it was possible to f*(% up domino's but life... finds a way... they never have any drivers but there's always 3 people "working" in the store... by "working" I mean 2 hang out doing nothing while the other one treats customers on the phone like trash.. usually telling them that they have no drivers so need to either come pick it up or their order will be canceled (after it's already paid for)... However.. None of this would really be enough to bother me because hey! I'm still getting a delicious pizza right? ... Wrong ... just look at the pictures for a perfect example of how you can do the absolute worst job of making a pizza.. should the pizza sauce cover the whole pizza? Not here.. should there be enough toppings to cover each slice? Not here.. do you make the same pizza that was ordered? Not here... And if this hasn't been enough to dissuade you, please know that I downloaded this app and created an account JUST to leave this review.

Wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. Order $50 worth of pizza 2 hours ago- tracker showed ready at 8:59. It's 10:10 and not only do we not have the pizza- we were called by the driver and told (despite contactless delivery advertised) 'we no longer can bring it to your door'. We went to meet the driver downstairs at their request and she had left it- at the wrong building!! So we now have no food and are out $50. Ridiculous.

If it were possible for me to leave a negative review, I would. We placed an order 2 hrs ago and we still have not received it!!! To add insult to injury, the location is not answering the phone. I hope the owner sees this an contacts me. At this point we need compensation...the lack of responsiveness is beyond unacceptable!!!
