HITS THE SPOT! Great location. I was reading some of the negative reviews and I didn’t see much about the taste of the food, so I wanted to see for myself. I walked in and it was really nice! It looked brand new inside. I had called and it was so easy. I got a classic cheese pizza. The customer service was great. I picked it up and it was ready and HOT. I finished it by the time I got to my house which was 5 mins away. I could see the details of the pizza, the seasoning was beyond perfection. I LOVED IT! Also it was $12 for a medium pizza. Who can beat that in Bethesda? PLEASE SUPPORT THEM! I’ll be back. Thank you to the team for being amazing despite the picky reviews that honestly were nasty customers and not the food nor customer service. This place is spectacular.

My pizza looked like it was run over in the parking lot before delivery. We ate it, because we did not want it to go to waste. It would have been nice if the location offered us a coupon for a unsmashed pizza in the future. I called the location, but the guy on the phone was clueless. I was trying to watch Daredevil with my son, so I gave up and hung up the phone. I am regretting giving the driver the $6 tip before I opened the pizza box and saw the sorry state.

Dominoes stepped it's game up. Food and delivery was up to par. For decades I have refused to eat Dominoes since I heard a gory childhood story/myth and always opted for every other pizza (I know childish right? I still refuse to grow up lol). Well my kid was given a gift card here so I figured I'd give it a shot and order extra for my family; sure enough it did not disappoint.

I ordered two pizzas. My son went to eat the pizza and the toppings slid off in one clump. I went to examine the pizza and realized the dough underneath was wet and undercooked. I called to let the staff know and went to get fresh pizzas. I walked in and was immediately told I should have ordered my pizza well done to avoid this. The pizza was remade but I asked for a refund in good faith considering I had to make an extra trip for their mistake. If you want uncooked pizza, piss poor customer service and a little gaslighting…this is the place!

Always super quick from the time you order until it is ready. Usually takes less than 10 minutes. I'm within walking distance, so this was super convenient. If you order with your account online, you can get free Parmesan bites every second order.

I had ordered a specialty pizza and wings your delivery drive at the location in Bethesda Maryland could not find my location I offered to meet him and he refused and said he did not care if I talked to his manager or not he was canceling my order and left with my food that I ALREADY paid for. Mind you I am located at NIH medical center with my spouse who is here for a work up for brain surgery. So the last thing we needed was more stress. I proceeded to call Dominos and they wanted to send me the SAME food from over an hour ago. Long story short they send another guy to deliver said food and we open the box and there is a PIECE OF CARDBOARD baked into our pizza. The wings we ordered also had a chemical taste to them. I have never experienced service so atrocious and I am definitely not satisfied. Find new staff that actually cares about what they are doing. I will be taking this to corporate.

Extremely fast service first time trying dominoes online it was easy as pie literally. The pizza was fresh and appealing. I love that they have other meat options. I'll order again soon!! The photo is their buffalo chicken with extra chicken i highly recommend! Their philly cheesesteak isnt real good its way too sticky chewy doesnt settle well when chewing. Wish they had a seal on their pizza like other competitors is what I'd recommend

i really didn’t like my pizza like idk if by this picture you guys will understand what i mean but 1 i asked for light sauce and its super saucy the opposite of what i asked for. 2 its very under cooked like the cheese is clumpy because its literally not cooked enough… its a yucky taste sorry but i was expecting a good hand tossed pizza since i specified what i wanted but clearly they don’t listen to your instructions.

I would love to have given a better rating however. We had ordered all the food so we can enjoy while watching the game. Sadly we had to call in as they had been back up but when called in they couldn't even locate our order after waiting for over an hr. They forgot an item from order and included items we never asked for. Waited another 20 min for it to arrive. Overall nothing was hot anymore and the wait was way too long.

We ordered a large Philly steak pizza and got delivered a cold, burnt out medium mushroom pizza. When we called to complain there was no positive response. This is unethical business practice. Most unfortunate. Sadiq Ahmed, Bethesda, MD

I opened up Yelp to write a review of this Domino's only to find my old review with the same complaint. The food sits for almost an hour before they even send a delivery driver out Domino's corporate should be very concerned about how slow the store is. When the driver called he was very rude. It's been a long time since I've ordered from them, it will be a long time before I give them another chance.

pizza is ok, but don't deliver from here. it took them 30 min to make food, and another extra 50 minutes to deliver. like, of course the pizza will be cold as fuck. at that point just get microwave pizza.

We ordered: 2 parm garlic breadsticks 1 garlic breadsticks 1 cinnamon breadsticks On the original delivery they forgot the icing for the cinnamon breadsticks. I called the store and the employee who answered called the driver and they came back with two icings!

Delivery took 2 hours. When I called to complain, I was punished, as they intentionally shook up the box. Stay away!!!!!

If only I could give negative stars. The incompetence of the people working at this place is incredible. I've come here 5 times and each time is worse. I'd rather go hungry than eat free food from this place!

I only ever order app delivery (directly from them not DoorDash or whatever). They have gone from adequate to totally unacceptable delivery times, consistently across my last several orders. Food itself seems like it is either overcooked or reheated lately too.

Ordered a pizza and wings both for delivery came within 40 minutes of placing order. Everything was cold though! Also the delivery driver called me 3 times to meet him outside since he was the only driver and couldn't deal with this bro! Called the store and the manager said our drivers don't go upstairs. I told him I was on the first floor, then he retracted and said we always meet people in the lobby. He didn't even want to do that had to go outside while he was waiting in his car. Place is a joke!!

I moved into downtown Bethesda in 2016 and tried this Domino's. It was so mediocre that I never ordered there again considering all the competition. However, last night I got home late and it was the closest quickest place to get something to eat. Wow, these guys have stepped up their game on ingredient quality. Great job, great pizza!!! By the way, if you like your crust crispy, ask for it well done.

Ordered pick-up and it was ready SO fast, the staff was SO nice (happy even??) and the pizza was delicious!! I really love this location and would definitely recommend ^_^ THANK YOU!!

I called at 10:14 pm on a Saturday night. First of all I checked the location before even calling to make sure they were open and they were! I call and immediately am talking to a robot named "George" that took my order, but then I was randomly transferred to what I assume was a Dominos call center? They said that the location I was ordering to was only open for delivery at this time... So again I get my call rerouted, this time to the actual location, and the guy on the phone says again that they are only doing delivery. It's a $5 delivery fee so I said okay fine I'll just do that and then ask if he needed my address ... and as I'm speaking the guy hangs up on me! What does a girl have to do to get some cheesy bread and lava cakes?!????!!!!!! I may just be hangry but this experience was so frustrating!!! Two stars because I still do really love lava cakes

I ordered a pizza at 12:55 am 5 mins before they closed and they said they were closed. i am extremely disappointed and dissatisfaction with this service. me and my kiddos were expecting pizza and we were so disappointed and are very upset. please don't buy from here as they are very unprofessional and not a real company. honestly when talking on the phone i was getting NPC vibes and it made me very uncomfortable. Not only did they not serve us pizza, they did not have good communication as they had this AI talking to us. I'm a human and I deserve to talk to a human. This experience is very upsetting and i'm glad I was around older people in my childhood because all the people my age are so maaawaaaahhh. And i'm like bro can we talk about the political state of the world right now. anyways this is not a professional business and this is so not halal mode.

The absolute worst pizza place ever. They can't even get an order placed let alone get far enough to mess it up. This place is a joke. Never get anything from here. Worst run place I have been to and I have been to a Walmart before. Terrible stay away at all costs. It's dominos. You know it will be bad pizza but you think you will at least get it. They screw up in person orders consistently. Horrible

Refused to deliver to my door. When the food was arriving, the driver called me to let me know that. Not before I placed my order, as my food was arriving.

I made my order through the app. I never received my order despite the tracker on the app displaying that it was "delivered". I called the store and gave them my order number and they said that they would contact the driver to gage the situation. I was also told that they would call back and contact me when they had an update. I wait a few minutes and didn't get an update so I called back and I was soon informed that they didn't have my order and they haven't had one like that all day. I find it strange that the only thing I gave them was my order number but the second time I called they magically new the name associated with the order. now I can only reach one conclusion and that is that I was lied to. I don't appreciate being gaslit. all I wanted was to either have my food or a refund.

The manager on duty was incredible. I had called all evening to see what pizza places would deliver to my family. I called him and gave him my address and he said he normally wouldn't go out that far BUT!!! He said "I can tell you really want our pizza and... I got you" I was over the moon! My father who has a disability it's hard to leave him some times granted we have some assistance BUT! It's hard to leave a loved one for anything. The manager said I got you. The driver was incredible and got here super fast and the pizza was magma when it got here lol. I called to say thank you to the staff. I called to speak to the manager but he was busy as what I thought. All good. I just wanted thank all the people for everything this evening.

This manager can go F*** himself. This man puts the phone down because he doesn't want to hear what I have to say about my pizza being delivered an incredible 3 hours after ordering and 5 phone calls as where it is. All he had to say was "He already delivered it." After it finally arrived my mouth was watering because I'd been recently starved under the impression of '30 min or less' just to find out it was still the same pizza they "lost" "remade" and had "delivered again" because it was colder than your nuts in an ice bath. I didn't know I ordered sh*t in a box. Thank you for coming to my TED talk. Order from a different pizza place. You've been warned.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I don't even care to explain my experience because it's truly so nasty and unpleasant. Don't go to this Domino's.

The worst delivery ever. First, the manager lied multiple times they mg pizza was delivered. I had to call the store numerous times. It took the 2 hr to deliver my pizza was 0.5 miles from the store, the rudest manager ever, and when I got my pizza, it was cold, and one of my two pizzas was smashed in the middle like someone hit the top of the pizza box on purpose please be careful when you the order from this location I know I won't.

It's silly that you can't walk in after 11pm to order and pick up even though they are open. Seems like a scam to collect delivery fees

This dominos has consistently been a terrible option for delivery. If you want terrible customer service when you call for explanations and inaccurate wait times and order tracking then this is the dominos for you. The person who answered the phone after I waited more than an hour for delivery gave me a sob story how the they don't have enough drivers and that one got into a car accident. I'm really sorry for your location's issues but that's not an excuse to give false promises to your customers. Terrible place. Oh ya and the pizza sucks

This store is located next to the Bach to Rock Bethesda, the store is clean and staff is friendly. Parking can be tricky; if you pick up. On occasion you may get a forgotten sauce, but does not keep me from commenting on the quality of the pizza, wings and other menu items and the helpful staff. One to mention is Mike, he is truly about assisting the customer and making sure that you are happy with your order and a returning customer. I can appreciate follow up call on big orders to give us a real time estimate on delivery. This is the reason when my house says... We want pizza! We order from this store. I tried another local store and quality is not the same. I do not know what is in the garlic sauce, but my house loves it. Recommend. Happy Eats!

This place is absolutely horrible. 2 hours waiting for an order, they don't answer the phone, then when they finally do, the person is rude to a customer that has been waiting 2 hours. The app was also wrong and said the food had already been delivered. Waiting is one thing, but paying $65 for wings, and having to put up with a rude employee takes the cake.

Should be zero stars. Pizza didn't get here until 15 minutes past when the tracker said it already arrived, one of the pizzas was burnt black and not sliced, and they brought cinnamon twists instead of garlic twists. I called the store, and not only did they not offer a full refund, they argued with me about my order, they said they delivered the correct thing even though I was sitting here staring at cinnamon twists and a burnt circle of garbage. This experience sucked.

Last time I visit this place. About six men where fighting when we walked in. I had to send my 12 year old to the car after having witness a man throw a bag of stuff violently to a driver that had just walked in. On top of that, no one acknowledged, I waited 10 min before someone spoke to me. They threw the pizza at me.

Worst service ever: it's been over 1.5 hours and their Pizza tracker app hasn't moved at all, when I try to call them, I wait for 40 minutes without a response. This Domino's is either significantly understaffed or just completely incompetent. Will never order here again.

I've had two incidences where I've ordered a pizza, and the driver Selamawit mixed up deliveries, so another driver sent the pizza but forgot the soda with it. Every other person I interacted with at that store did a stellar job, but the person who was supposed to deliver the pizza really ruined the service. Please take more care with deliveries.

This is the best pizza ever. The pizza is really fresh and delicious. With full of cheese, the pizza is absolutely amazing. Domino pizza will always be my favorite.

Worst dominos location ever. I asked for light sauce on my pizza, didn't happen. The cheese on the pizza isn't fully cooked. The pretzel twist barely cooked, with my icing sauce missing. The delivery guy is trash, rushed me to get my food, had attitude. Trash.

"We don't suck that much anymore" is the worst ad campaign ever, so I'm ashamed to admit that I tried "the new Domino's" and actually liked it. After a long evening of nudie photo hunt and drinking, I was walking home barefoot, shoes in hand. Bethesda shuts down at 10 pm, so all was silent and dark. But lo! What neon through yonder window breaks? It is an "Open" sign, and it is good until 1. So I stopped in. -1 star because the cashier never once cracked a smile in my sunny presence, -1 star because my small pizza was $10. Once I scampered off with my loot, however, and settled at one of Lebanese Taverna's outdoor tables like a vagrant.... The parmesan garlic crust! Yummm. Fluffy dough, pepperoni -- everything was delicious; I barely paused from stuffing my face to smile ruefully at passerby. Best not to give them the impression that I'd share, anyway...

We waited 2 hours for our pizzas to be delivered and we were only around the corner at the Double Tree hotel. We called an hour before they were delivered and told it would only be 8 more minutes. What a joke.

This Domino's has their drivers leave the pizza in the lobby. That's a big no no in my building and in my opinion. I will order elsewhere next time.

I should of read the reviews before I ordered - the pizza took an hr to get delivered and I live on the same exact street as the this domino's? The driver calls and says they are not allowed to come upstairs (since when?) and leaves my food on a bench in my apartment lobby. All of this could of been looked over had the pizza tasted good but it was disgusting! It was actually the worst Dominos pizza I ever had. The pizza was doughy and chewy and didn't even seem 100% cooked all the way through. I had to cook the rest of my pizza in my air fryer. I would never order from this dominos again

I typically love Domino's Fiery Hawaiian Pizza, which is basically Hawaiian with peppers and hot sauce, but oooh it's good. I was craving one of those bad boys last Thursday, so I went ahead and placed an online order. It was after 10 PM, so even though my boyfriend's apartment is literally across the street, I had to choose delivery. It took a really long time for the pizza to be delivered. I was using the pizza tracker thing, and according to that, it took the delivery guy seven minutes to walk across the street and give me my pizza. What? No, it took you 30 seconds to walk across the street and you just update the tracker however you want. Anyway, when he gets there, I hand him a $20 bill. The pizza cost 16-something, a $2.00 delivery fee was already added automatically, the guy didn't even have to drive anywhere, and he just stands there, clearly not trying to give me any change back. I was still planning to give him a tip - just not a $4 tip - but it was ridiculous that I had to ask for money back. And when I did, he starts LAUGHING at me while he sloooowly gets my change out, as if I'm the jerk. Unreal. To boot, there wasn't any hot sauce on the pizza, and I found a hair in it. I can't be entirely sure it wasn't mine, but I really don't think it was. The pizza itself was good, but based on this experience, I just can't justify giving more than one star.

WOW. Just the worst. I told my husband to order Papa Johns and he liked this better. The pizza was more than 1.5 hours late. When we called we were told the pizza was stolen. When I called and asked for the manager "Mr. Chan" (on my husband's phone) I was told that he was too busy to speak to me. After that, I called on my own phone, after immediately took the call, he HUNG UP ON ME. BOYCOTT! Never experienced such rude customer service. Have been in the service industry for my whole life. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? For a pizza?

It show up fast--that is about everything nice all you can say about Dominos. We had a multi-family yard sale and the kids got hungry. We ordered a few pies to quiet the wolves so we could finish. I grabbed a slice too. After their big menu redux a while back I expected it to be better. It wasn't. I'm not sure it's possible to make a good pizza on a conveyer belt. Dominos seems to be proving that point.

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered online with a 30 minute delivery time estimated. One hour later I called the store after getting no phone call or delivery. Claimed to have called and texted multiple times but was completely untrue. Said that I was not going to accept a cold order so I wanted a new one. 30 minutes later I called back and they had the audacity to claim that "You said you did not want anything anymore" and were very aggressive and sarcastic. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

I had no problem with the quality of the food: it was typical Domino's pizza. My 1-star review is due to professionalism. I called a day ahead and ordered 10 pizzas for a work lunch, and we agreed on a specific delivery time. The pizzas were delivered a full 30 minutes late, and I had to initiate the call to check the order status rather then them calling me. I think this is unacceptable and will not be ordering again.

Visited when I was new to the area and didn't know any better. After multiple experiences here, I couldn't give them any more of my money. Haven't been back in ages and I don't miss it. The worst time, I tried to order a pizza on the phone. Just kept ringing. Decided it'd be faster to walk to the store and walked in while the phone was still ringing. As I waited at the cash register there were a bunch of guys in the back ignoring me at the front desk, AND on the phone. So, I shouted to them, "hey should I get the phone if y'all are too busy!" That prompted one of them to come out and take my order, FINALLY! That's just the last experience and the tip of the iceberg as to why I go out of my way to order slices from other companies.

I usually don't complain about places but I always have an issue with this particular location. There have been delivery drivers that harass you about the amount of tip money given. There have been orders mixed up. The wait time has been crazy for delivery, cold food, you name it. This time, I literally ordered extra cheese on a pizza. To alleviate the confusion with the drivers and the never ending wait time, I decided to try the Carry out option. I received the pizza. Never checked it because I had to return to work. Arrived at work and there was literally, no extra cheese on the pizza. There were barren wastelands of dough! I called the location back and the manager said it was impossible! This elevated the situation and he did offer to remedy the situation by making another pizza. However, I was on the clock and that wasn't going to work. I asked him to credit my account and he said he couldn't. I hung up called corporate and am still waiting on a resolution. Good job Dominos. You just lost a customer.

As much as my dining companion and I love Neapolitan/NYC/wood-fired pizzas, we also like a well-executed Domino's hand-tossed every now and then. This location of Domino's does a great job with preparing it with even toppings, crust, and sauce. Plus, they offer a wonderful takeout special on Mondays through Thursdays: one large 3-topping piping hot for $7.99. It is a nice indulgence of steaming hot goodness full of zesty tomato sauce, gooey cheese, herb-garlicky crust, and our favorites (pepperoni, onion, mushrooms)! In the midst of Bethesda Row's glitzy facade, a box of Domino's unpretentious deliciousness provides a warming comfort to our appetites!

The Worst Domino's in America? Can these guys do anything right? The delivery is frequently late. They often get the order wrong. And their attitude is usually poor. Here are 2 of the many experiences that finally convinced me to cross them off my list: I placed a delivery order which was supposed to arrive in 25-35 minutes. 45 minutes later, I called them to see where it was. After waiting on hold for 5 minutes, I hung up and called again. 7 minutes into the second call, I realized they were never going to answer. Did the order ever arrive? Yep, 90 minutes after I placed it. The driver apologized, saying they only had 1 driver that day. I get they might be short-staffed some days, but that's not how management should handle things. If an order is going to be significantly delayed, pick up the phone and let the customer know. At a minimum, answer the freakin' phone when your customers call you. And then there was this delightful experience... After delivering an order, a driver decided to turn his car around ON MY FRONT LAWN. Apparently, backing up out of our driveway like a normal person was too much to expect. He literally just drove right onto our lawn to do a 3-point turn, chewing up my lawn in the process. What else is there to say?

This review isn't for the food - because let's face it, Domino's pizza in LA is going to be the same as in Denver, Kansas City or Bethesda. Really? What do you expect for a $5.99 medium pizza? This review is to give FIVE STARS to the amazing staff at this location - TJ and his colleagues run a very clean shop, but most importantly, they treat my son who has medical issues and a developmental delay with the utmost care and respect when he stops in to say "hi" &/or we order food for delivery. Dominos IS doing something right when they employ this great group of human beings. Thanks Bethesda Domino's!

The pizza was great, however, i ordered garlic sauce and when i asked for the garlic sauce the delivery man told me i hadn't ordered any and said in sarcastic tones, "maybe next time" i would get said garlic sauce. Honestly this is ridiculous because i definitely ordered three garlic sauces and made sure to verify before i gave my credit card information so i am thoroughly displeased with this encounter with dominoes.

Its Dominoes. I don't expect it to be great, but I do expect to get it hot, for the order to be correct, and for delivery windows to be respected. This place fails on all 3 fronts. Carry-out is your best bet of increasing your chances of getting a hot pizza but then you have to deal with crappy customer service, constantly ringing but never answered phones, and young adults with bad attitudes.

I ordered a gluten free ham pizza delivered to my hotel. I got a regular pizza with pineapple and mushroom. When I called to get the right pizza the kid on the phone didn't know what to do. He finally said he would send over another one. I waited over an hour, then called. No one answered the phone for 45 minutes. When someone did, he told me no one wants to deliver my pizza cause I already tipped the first driver. The finally gave and and delivered my ice cold pizza. I didn't tip the second driver I was so pissed. I emailed corporate and got a response that the owner of the store would call me. Well that person never did. I wouldn't give this store ten cents in business, they don't care about the customer.
