I typically love Domino's Fiery Hawaiian Pizza, which is basically Hawaiian with peppers and hot sauce, but oooh it's good. I was craving one of those bad boys last Thursday, so I went ahead and placed an online order. It was after 10 PM, so even though my boyfriend's apartment is literally across the street, I had to choose delivery. It took a really long time for the pizza to be delivered. I was using the pizza tracker thing, and according to that, it took the delivery guy seven minutes to walk across the street and give me my pizza. What? No, it took you 30 seconds to walk across the street and you just update the tracker however you want. Anyway, when he gets there, I hand him a $20 bill. The pizza cost 16-something, a $2.00 delivery fee was already added automatically, the guy didn't even have to drive anywhere, and he just stands there, clearly not trying to give me any change back. I was still planning to give him a tip - just not a $4 tip - but it was ridiculous that I had to ask for money back. And when I did, he starts LAUGHING at me while he sloooowly gets my change out, as if I'm the jerk. Unreal.
To boot, there wasn't any hot sauce on the pizza, and I found a hair in it. I can't be entirely sure it wasn't mine, but I really don't think it was. The pizza itself was good, but based on this experience, I just can't justify giving more than one star.
