Domino's Pizza

Just ordered a “speciality pizza” the New York Style. It is horrible. It has absolutely no sauce on it and arrived lukewarm. It’s just dry crust. It is NOTHING like a New York style pizza. It is just their regular pizza cut into bigger slices. Don’t waste your money. Delivery was fast - but if the food is below mediocre - who cares how fast it gets there.

They always give extremely good deals, like the emergency free pizza. The garlic knots and pepperoni pizza are my favorites. The pizza is made quickly, you can get it in about 10 to 15 minutes. The service is nice too, will be back soon!

The pizza was terrible. It arrived Luke warm dried out and not cut properly. When placing the order language translation was a bit of a challenge. The delivery seems to go ok. I won't order again. I should have read previous reviews.

I had ordered a specialty pizza and wings your delivery drive at the location in Bethesda Maryland could not find my location I offered to meet him and he refused and said he did not care if I talked to his manager or not he was canceling my order and left with my food that I ALREADY paid for. Mind you I am located at NIH medical center with my spouse who is here for a work up for brain surgery. So the last thing we needed was more stress. I proceeded to call Dominos and they wanted to send me the SAME food from over an hour ago. Long story short they send another guy to deliver said food and we open the box and there is a PIECE OF CARDBOARD baked into our pizza. The wings we ordered also had a chemical taste to them. I have never experienced service so atrocious and I am definitely not satisfied. Find new staff that actually cares about what they are doing. I will be taking this to corporate.

Extremely fast service first time trying dominoes online it was easy as pie literally. The pizza was fresh and appealing. I love that they have other meat options. I'll order again soon!! The photo is their buffalo chicken with extra chicken i highly recommend! Their philly cheesesteak isnt real good its way too sticky chewy doesnt settle well when chewing. Wish they had a seal on their pizza like other competitors is what I'd recommend

This store's service honestly disgusts me and disturbing how they're even still open. The pizza that I got was sloppy and the toppings were literally falling off each slice(that I could deal with, food is food). What pissed me off is finding out that someone from the store used my credit card info to give themselves a tip after I specifically put NO tip. I called the store multiple times, no answer. I emailed customer service, no response. I go to the store and explain my situation. I'm told it's no problem at all I just have to wait for the manager to come in between 2-3 because they have access to the register. 2 becomes 3:30 then 3:45 and the staff OPEN ADMIT that usually the manager doesn't even come in on time if at all. Now I'm waiting in their god damn parking lot for over 3 hours now to see if this person even shows up. Please do yourself a flavor go to ANYWHERE else or if you're that hungry do carryout. For those who order from here, please check your accounts. They have a driver that has been taking tips from people's credit card even if you pick "no tip". This has happened on multiple occasions to me and my coworkers and we've personally told the driver that we're not tipping, yet money is still being taken off our cards.

The delivery driver Leonard could not find the correct entrance to the campus. I have to walk to the gate to meet him. He still asked me for the tip. Terrible service by this delivery driver Leonard! Worst delivery driver I met so far!

i really didn’t like my pizza like idk if by this picture you guys will understand what i mean but 1 i asked for light sauce and its super saucy the opposite of what i asked for. 2 its very under cooked like the cheese is clumpy because its literally not cooked enough… its a yucky taste sorry but i was expecting a good hand tossed pizza since i specified what i wanted but clearly they don’t listen to your instructions.
