I placed an order at this Domino’s location in Minnesota, and the experience was utterly unacceptable. The delivery driver, who was white, repeatedly asked me over the phone how much I was going to tip him—before even delivering the food. His tone was rude and made me feel highly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, he never brought the food to my door. Instead, he marked the order as “delivered” and left with my food. This behavior was not only unprofessional, but it also felt racially charged and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I should be treated with courtesy and respect. No one should be pressured for a tip or denied food because of one.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. The food was severely undercooked, raising serious food safety concerns. When I addressed the issue, the night manager was not only rude but also appeared to lack basic knowledge of food safety and proper customer service. As a result of this incident, I have reported the matter to Domino’s corporate office, which has assured me that they are taking appropriate action. Since this is a franchise location rather than a corporate store, I strongly encourage customers to be aware of these issues to prevent others from experiencing what my family did. Unfortunately, my son became ill after consuming the food, further underscoring the severity of the situation. I would not recommend this location until these concerns are properly addressed. Food safety and customer service should never be compromised.

You get what you pay for. Came here because of a deal for a $5 medium pizza. They skimped on the toppings and sauce. Definitely do not recommend giving this place your money, you will regret it.

Placed and order for $100+ , called in to assure that my order was correct because the app was giving me to issues. First time calling I was placed on hold for about 7 mins before speaking with someone, who then asked me to hold and hung up. I called back and have been on hold since then without anyone acknowledging the call on the line. Meanwhile for the entire time I’ve been on hold my order on the tracker says it’s out of the oven and being checked for quality. Order from here if you’d like I’m just sharing my experience. I’m still on hold as I write this.

Ordered delivery tonight, and the driver delivered our 2 medium pizzas to the wrong place, and then when we let him know he proceeded to go back to the other customer to get our food back from them to bring it back to us. When asked how do we know the food isn’t contaminated, or been touched we were told “they told him so.” We asked for replacements, and he refused because “he didn’t know when the store would be closing.” When trying to call the store to talk to a manager you are either put on hold, or just completely ignored.

Yes, I agreed with the above complaints. It's probably the worst service ever experienced. When you call to place an order, they transfer you to the local store! But it's many local stores. The store always answers after 20-30 min wait, "Thank you for calling Domino's, WE'LL CALL YOU BACK!" HOW!? You don't have my name or number. We ordered cinnamon twists and paid for extra icing. I just wanted them to explain to me how we can eat these cinnamon Twist with garlic flavor dipping sauce instead of icing. These cinnamon twists should automatically come with icing. I have no idea how anyone could even make this mistake!

Discriminatory Experience – Deeply Disappointe I had a very upsetting experience at the Domino's located at 427 American Blvd. After placing my order online and selecting delivery, the system suddenly changed my order method to "curbside pickup" without my permission — it wouldn’t allow me to select delivery anymore. This felt targeted and unfair. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt disrespected by domino's on 97 lyndale ave location . On another occasion, they left my food sitting on a public bench before I even arrived, instead of handing it to me properly. I can’t help but feel like I’m being treated this way because I’m Black. This pattern is unacceptable and makes me feel unwelcome and discriminated against. Domino’s, in both locations you need to do better — 🥸

We've used this location for work twice. Once it was absolutely trash. Something happened with delivery and all of the pizzas came scrunched up in the box with the toppings shifted. Customer service was trash when we complained. I've avoided this location ever since. When a coworker recommend picking up a pizza here yesterday I was nervous- so I picked it up myself to limit any delivery issues. We ordered online and one large pizza said 15 minutes. After seeing past reviews on wait times I showed up about 22 minutes later. I had selected for them to bring the pizza out but after waiting longer than I wanted I came in. I only saw one employee the entire time so I assume that's why it was taking so long. No worries, I grabbed the pizza and off I went. Pizza was fantastic, no complaints here. I think it's time I let this location off the "avoid" list.

Do Not ORDER from here placed a order tonight at 12:20 and my order never arrived and no one ever called me or anything so I called 30 minutes later to check on the pizza and the store is now CLOSED I figured by the past reviews that this was gonna happen to me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and wish I wouldn't have! My kids are now going to bed hungry after a long day they basically was too lazy to make the pizza and deliver it horrible service

Couldn't even tell you the last time I had Domino's.... Probably years (at least 5). Needed some baking fuel and decided to try the thin crust Philly pizza and bacon/jalapeño stuffed cheese bread. I was shocked at how good this was.... I'm definitely sticking with the thin crust pizza due to how cheesy it was. I've never been to this Domino's location, it's a zip down the road from my besties and pick up was seamless- in and out. The guy at the counter was friendly and establishment seemed to be clean.

I saw the low reviews and negative comments regarding inaccurate and timely orders, but couldn't be further from the experience I had. I placed an order for carry out and it was accurate and completed early. It's been awhile since I've had Dominos, but it was tasty and the amount of toppings was just right. The pizza guy was friendly as well. Great experience.

This has to be the worst run dominos. The estimated carry out time was 8-13 minutes and it took 67 minutes to get 2 pizzas. While I waited, 5 drivers stood around talking while 1 person made pizzas. Wash your hands and do some work? Or 5 of you stand there for over 20 minutes and do absolutely nothing as pizzas slowly come out.

In May, I ordered a pizza around 11pm and it just never showed up. The delivery tracker updated until it was ready to go and it looked like it was on the way, but it stayed like that for hours. I called the store probably 2 dozen times and no one ever answered. Super annoying.

Ordered a pizza for pickup on 5/26/24. When I went in the store to get my pizza, there was one woman operating the register, but was on a phone call. I waited for at least five minutes for her to acknowledge my presence, as I could clearly see my pizza sitting on the shelf ready to go, but getting colder by the minute. I looked into the kitchen area to try and make eye contact with someone who may be able to ring me up. One worker yelled, "pick up?" And I nodded in the affirmative. She came to the front to ring me up. I put cash on the counter and gave my name. I let the person ringing me up know that I didn't get so much as a glance from the original woman who was still apparently arguing with someone trying to make a phone order. But upon saying that to the worker who was actually trying to ring me up, finally the woman on the phone puts the phone down to berate me for pointing out her unprofessional attitude toward a customer. I guess the "manager" whose name is either Kendra or Valerie (seems she may have made up a name in case I made a complaint with corporate, which I did) came over and started raising her voice and letting me know that this was her store and if I didn't like the service, I should leave. I explained that I was trying to present my point of view as a customer and found the service from "phone woman" pretty bad. Kendra/Valerie then said "that's it! You don't get your pizza!" And threw the money I placed on the counter back at me. The environment at that franchise is extremely hostile, and I will not be going there in the future. I will let everyone else I know to steer clear of 427 American Blvd in Bloomington.

The pizzas were cut in the most haphazard way imaginable. One slice was like 2 inches by 2 inches. Several slices had next to no cheese on them. It shows very little care which really makes me question what else is going on at the store.

I ordered my pizza at 11:08, said on the app that it'd take 7-24 minutes and my pizza came at 12:34am and it was cold and my ranch and drink was missing. I called the restaurant to see maybe if I could get a refund for my drink/ranch and and the guy on the phone was so irritated and had me on hold for at least 10 minutes until I finally hung up bc it was too ridiculous to say on hold of that long. Seriously do not recommend.

Am staying in a hotel less than 2 miles from the nearest Dominoes. The ad on a local TV station said 20% off. So, I called and asked to order 2 medium pizzas with two toppings on each. The price ? $24.00 ! Never Again !

Way back in the day, I worked at Domino's as an assistant manager. I must admit, I'm a little more critical of the Domino's chain due to my insight. The pizza was phenomenal. I redeemed a free pizza but ended up putting so many toppings on it came to $12. Oh well, a lady's gotta have what she wants! I ordered a medium, garlic Parmesan sauced pizza topped with Philly steak, chicken, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, jalapeños and half banana peppers and provolone cheese. We mixed and matched for 5.99 each two 8 piece wings, 1 BBQ and 1 Buffalo. They ended up charging me $7.49 each so that was a bit confusing. They only gave me 1 sauce, and forgot my garlic cup, which was pretty annoying. The delivery driver stood at the wrong door for about 7 minutes, so the experience within itself was extremely annoying, but the food was good whether they forgot the sauces. I'll probably call and seek clarity on why the wings were 7.49 because I have NEVER seen that price before. This location is doing much better than they were years ago, and I'm proud of them. If they tighten up on their attention to detail, I'm sure they will offer an overall amazing customer experience.

We were visiting Gray Wolf Lodge for a staycation and ordered pizza and salads for 4 adults and two children. The pizzas were "make your own", one Canadian bacon pineapple w peppers, the other a goat chz, veggie pizza and both were very good! We had salads also, the kids a chz w pineapple pizza. Everything was very good and happy. Good food and with a special on pizza, very affordable. I would highly recommend this locn.

So after waiting on hold for 15 minutes , I hung up and ordered online. This cost me 34.62? 6.00 was a tip. Why shoot the messenger. 2.99 was delivery? Domino's charges for delivery? I asked for Parmesan and hot peppers and salt. When the delivery guy got here, he said the Parmesan and peppers were an extra $2. No thank you. Also, Domino's does not offer salt packets. I paid for extra cheese. Not existent ! I paid for extra sauce. No extra! What a rip off and the pizza was NOT delicious. Barely warm. Oh! No napkins, plates or forks.

Beware. This place is ridiculous, staying near the mall and ordered after the Vikings game. Order was confirmed via email. Waited an hour and a half, decided to call and see what's up. Yup, no answer. Checked the website tracker. Yup, no progress. Call again. Yup, no answer. Store closed, order cancelled by the manager and no pizza delivered. What a joke. I simple phone call or maybe not taking the order in the first place??? No dinner after a long day, if they would have just said that I wasn't getting my order I would have and could have found a different option. My kid and I went to bed hungry. Merry Christmas to us. Stay away at all cost, this should never happen at a major franchise pizza place.

I was stupid, should have read the other reviews before ordering. My delivery was on prep for over an hour so noticing it was taking longer than it said it was, I called. NOONE answered. It kept ringing/playing recordings. 1.5 hours now....So screw it, I drove over there. As I was pulling in my phone says "your delivery guy is on the way" So I walk in ask the guy if he was my delivery driver and just told him to give me the food. I tried to ask for my delivery fee and tip to be refunded, but they (despite not looking very busy) couldn't find time to talk to me. No one has contacted me about this either.

Last night I held my daughters birthday party at Embassy Suites. I ordered 10 pizzas and 2 pops from this location. I was thrilled with the quality of the pizza and the delivery man was stellar! I'm also super happy they brought plastic cups, napkins and paper plates without me asking! That never happens. My husband said the delivery man was phenomenal. He was patiently waiting and walked our pizzas all the way into the lobby area. Great job on your delivery service Domino's. The only bummer part was I ordered 10 pizzas and only got 10 points! That pizza order cost more than the hotel room! I love me some freebies! Aside from that, wonderful service!

Service is absolutely horrible. Only good thing was the kind lady I talked to who Was actually apologetic. Driver didn't care about me not getting my food. I ordered delivery and waited almost two hours for my food. I went into the store twice since it was in walking distance the first time I went in it was because it said it was delivered and she said it was still out for delivery and offered me a soda for my troubles I went home and waited another half hour to hour and finally went back to the store and on the way it said my order had been canceled. I spoke to the the lady and the driver the lady was extremely apologetic as I was very upset but the delivery driver couldn't care less about the fact that my order had been canceled and they couldn't remake it because the store had closed. They offered to take the food leftover that they had which I took because this was supposed to be my dinner. Extremely disappointed

I don't write a lot of reviews. Tonight I felt I had to say something about this dominos pizza restaurant. I order frequently from this Bloomington American boulevard restaurant. My friends and family know me to have high standards when it involves pizza. Most of my friends, coworkers and family are confused when I mention that I had an incredible pizza and it came from Dominos pizza. I normally have to explain myself twice. I need to thank the people that work for and run this establishment as they all meet or exceed my expectations when it involves service and pizza. Tonight I ordered a large deep dish with extra sauce, pepperoni, sausage and green olives. A large extra thin crust pizza with Alfredo sauce, pepperoni and banana peppers. Plus a 16 piece order of bread bites. Everything was very delicious. Toppings were tasty, more than adequate and the bread bites were fresh and delicious. The service was excellent and the people I dealt with were kind and professional. I could not ask for more. This place seems to do beat my expectations almost every time. I say "almost" because I have extremely high expectations and even when it does not beat my expectations it has met them. I hate to give away my pizza spot I've been patronizing for I have to guess the last 18 years, but I owe you all a big thank you for all the satisfying pizza you've served me for so long. You deserve the recognition even if it means I'll have wait a few extra minutes, because I gave you 5 stars. Thank you,

We ordered this pizza and it was over an hour late driver came down through the pizza on our table we asked him why it was late and he said it was not his problem they were short staffed. Very rude pizzas cold company is a piece of shit. We asked who we can call to talk about it and the driver said not my fucking problem. It's yours. Never order from this Dominos pizza again they are awful.

The sheer incompetence at this location is mind blowing! Pizza never showed up even after calling store multiple times and being reassured it was on its way. Wasted so much of my time. No apology or anything. Plenty of better places to order from nearby that actually train their employees how to do their job.

I wish I had seen all the crappy reviews of this location before ordering. Ordered 3 waters and they brought me Sprite saying they ran out of water a few days ago. Driver said Sprite is just like water but sweeter. He was not even joking! Messed up other part of order as well. Then called twice to talk to manager but on hold FOREVER. STAY AWAY! Look at these reviews.

Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Extremely expensive and not edible. My kids and I actually couldn't stomach it. Cold, greasy and actually tasted unlike anything I've ever had. I don't mind dominos pizza at all, but this location is terrible. $41 + $5 tip for a medium pepperoni thin crust, large Hawaiian thin crust and an order of garlic twists that all went into the trash. The next morning I called corporate to let them know of the quality issues because I didn't want to deal with the location again. It's a franchise so nothing will get done to correct the poor quality. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Nasty. My first yelp review and sad it was so negative but I don't want anyone else to waste their hard earned money on this trash.

I would never order delivery from this location again. It took almost two hours to get my pizza order and when it finally came it was cold. They never answer their phone when I call to place an order. I was on hold for over half an hour. I finally hung up.

I ordered online and than the online site changed my address. Than manager calls me to tell they can't deliver to me? Not my fault online changed the address than the rude manager at night told me there's nothing she can do and isn't gonna send out a million drivers for one pizza really?! You should really check on you delivery business at night. Ads backwards. I expect a call back from a day time manager or something for super rude service.

In my humble opinion you do not leave a new person answering the phone taking pizza orders alone without having someone watch over them. Not only was I not able to get my order in over the phone they hung up on me.
