Domino's Pizza

The manager on duty Geraldine has horrible customer service. She is completely combative with her customer. She does not know timing, she claimed that my Pizza was 5 minutes away, had to send 2 different drivers. I was waiting over an hour outside for my food, when I called back to see the status of my order, she said my driver had yet taken but took a different order and now I'm still waiting for my food. Avoid geraldine at all cost, she's bringing down the morale of the store she does not admit her fault i called and spoke with her both times and she claims I never called

Dominos is always good pizza. Hence the stars for food. But service is crap. Currently on hold with them to ask a simple question for potentially ordered in 2 days. 7 minutes in. My wife has been trying all day, up to 15 minutes on hold. 8 minutes in. May have to order from Pizza Hut.

Well they keep pushing for the review for the review for the review and I've said over and over you guys are great so you guys are great quit bugging me Google thank you

I like their pizza but it’s not my favorite or my go to but if that was my only option for pizza I would definitely go here it’s alright :)

Place the order through the app. Used the order tracker. Was outside waiting for the order. When the tracker said it was ready, I went straight in. Pizza is cold, burnt, and not what I paid for. Unless of course this represents extra sausage... I don't order from here often, Now I remember why.

The pizza is good, the staff is nice ( especially Yahir and I assume to be the manager, probably Robert? ) and able to give my order on time. I'm satisfied overall.

I ordered a pizza delivery at this location on Beach street Buena Park. The delivery was not delivered and I was not sent a message as to why not. Apparently the drivers are stealing or keeping the pizzas because when I called to ask where my order was and that it had not been delivered the person said that the driver told them my apartment number was not listed but I’ve ordered at this location several times prior and never had this problem. This is the second time that my pizza has been kept or stolen at this location. I ordered through my dominos account and double checked and seen that my address was clearly documented with the apartment number listed. The thing that irritated me most was the customer service when I called. She was argumentative and said that there was nothing she could do. I paid for the food and it was not delivered. She could have done something more than argue. I would not bother ordering delivery here or in store either swing that they have an associate with a lack of customer service. I’ve completely canceled my account here and have now been with Pizza Hut. They have better prices, better quality, and amazing customer experience. I’ve not had a problem with delivery in years of being with Pizza Hut.

We always order & food is delicious. Ordered curbside during the rain & the guy ran to give it to us, total sweetie. Love dominos

This location has changed in a very bad way!! Location was far by the best. Oh well will never Order from dominos ever again. I will support small family businesses that actually care! It's simple.

With plenty of pizza options around, this is probably the last time I'd order from Dominos. I ordered delivery and got a wrong item. I called dominos and they said delivering the correct item would take over an hour due to not having enough drivers. So, I went in person to have my order corrected, since my pregnant wife was waiting to eat. The manager refused to refund the delivery fee despite the fact I had to come to the store in person and was dismissive to my concerns. She kept trying to walk away as I talked to her. I expected at least a refund of the delivery fee if not compensating the incorrect item or prioritizing the re-delivery.

Horrible food. Horrible customer service. Never answer phone and they don't want to refund even if you bring horrible food back

I ordered the 12 inch thin crust, meetzza, When I first looked at it, it reminded me of the barren desert, with a few rocks being the sausage on the desert floor, that's how ridiculous false advertisement, ordering the whole shebang, they have going on here, I will never go back again again Don't support a place that false advertisement

I'd call this place mid, but honestly it's super low tier. Mini chicken wings? I've literally never seen anything like it. Food at this location sucks. As other reviews have pointed out, one of their drivers does not know how to use Google Maps. Really bizarre for a delivery driver. If you're in a pinch and dominos is the last option, I'd avoid this location like the plague.

I have been ordering for 6 years to the same address. All previous drivers have been great! If they have difficulty finding my address they call me and I have no problem meeting them out front. They are always polite and friendly. Unfortunately tonight, I had the displeasure of conversing with Joshua. Joshua calls as he has difficulty finding my address. His tone is immediately condescending as if I am purposefully trying to confuse him with my address, I'm not sure if he's ever used maps before? I attempt to give Joshua simplified directions but he does not want to follow, he just wants to argue as to why my address is where it is as if I have the ability to change my living/mailing address of 6 years? Maybe Joshua was having a bad night, but don't take it out on strangers. Joshua may want to use his spare time to look over maps to familiarize himself with his delivery area to prevent future confusion.

We ordered four pizzas today for delivery for our birthday party... And they were fantastic! They arrived hot from the oven with the nicest driver. She was so sweet and I only wish that this location was closer to home here in Lakewood. The Domino's I go to is not very good at all. This one made really great pizzas And gave you exactly what you paid for. They looked like the pictures! Thank you Domino's Buena Park!

I ordered a pan pizza and this is the most disappointing pan I've ever had from Dominos. Cheese should be to the edges and that's clearly done on one slice. There's a lot of crust exposed and they didn't even try to cut the pizza with any symmetry. This pizza was prepared with so much carelessness. I'll never order from this location again.

What kind of pizza place charges for Parmesan Cheese and Red Pepper Flakes?! That's like a cardinal sin!

The way they try to get you to pay credit card does not work and the only other option was to pay cash! They can not process credit card payments on the phone at the location and sent me to a robot that would not let me enter the whole credit card number so it kept declining! So no pizza for us tonight or ever again from domino's!

We ordered a thin crust pizza - the crust was so thin it is thinner than putting toppings on a piece cracker! This is the worst pizza I ever had--any frozen pizza in the grocery store even the ones for $1 is better than it. DO NOT Order Diminis thin crust pizza--it is horrible!!!

The Gallup location seems to be a good spot for fast pizza to go. Always busy but the staff seem to handle the orders fast and efficiently. Service is at times slow but also very professional for the amount of people they see daily. A thin crust, pepperoni, mushroom and green chili pizza is MY go to. Try it and these guys will have you coming back.

OMG!! They were GREAT!! Service was excellent and prices was right!! I love pizza, I have been to others but this is the one Domino's; I love good customer service, along with the best pizza.

March 2024 Came here for the first time in a long time. Now I can see why. This location had issues obviously. Starting with the wrong pizza order. I order for carry out. When I came to pick it up my order was ready but unfortunately I didn't check to see right then and there. When I got home 20 minute later I found the pizza was wrong. So I called back and spoke with Blanca and this is where the real issue start to happen. She came on the phone with the worse attitude saying it was my fault the order was wrong. Come to find out they put source their phone order and the call center messed up the order. She wasn't apologetic want understanding. She either need to be removed from her position as a manager permanently or she need to find a job that better suited her attitude. I'm going into the store tomorrow and speaking with her boss in person. Don't worry Blanca I'll get down to the main issue. You lucky I don't settle this in person

Hey guys, this place offers a new service but it's a secret they don't tell you about in advance! They still charge you the regular price but, they send the food half cooked so you can enjoy having to still do your own cooking! How cool is that?! I got stuffed cheese bread with cheese still in chunks, the brownie/cookie was still liquid except for the edges and the pizza was just raw dough under the toppings. I wanted a refund and they could have their raw food back. They refused and only offered future credit for 2 topping medium pizza. Don't pay them for a half done job. Couldn't even get pizza cooked without burning crust. Total waste of money and my time.

I'm not picky about my pizza but never thought it would be that bad here at domino. Ordered 2 pizzas for $40 but they tasted super dry. There's barely any cheese. They don't even give you crushed pepper or plates or napkins. You have to buy it. Never again

I tried to order delivery TWICE within a span of 10 minutes from each call. When the employees asked for the type of residence, I said "Business" then when asked what the address is, I gave them the address, both times, the people over the phone couldn't find the address. I then proceeded to tell them that I work at Knott's Berry Farm. They didn't seem to know the giant amusement park 2 minutes away from this Domino's. They asked me to spell it, and this both STILL haven't heard of it, to which had me think, "Are they messing with me??" Either way, do better. Needless back and forth for what should have easily been a quick order. I didn't get to put in an order.

Never had a problem with this domino's, probably because I always get carryout instead of delivery. The pizza always turns out great and yes, it is busy sometimes and it could take a little longer than expected but I've seen them get totally slammed before. Also just a note to the delivery drivers : I would highly advise against leaving your cars running outside when you go inside the building. Within those couple minutes that you're inside, somebody could run up and steal your car. Not a risk you should take especially in a ghetto slum like Buena Park

Great place for food, I enjoyed my pasta and pizza, and also thanks to the friendly staff , ordered with Josh and another lady made my food, thanks , will be back again for sure

Domino's pizza in Buena park is one of the better pizza places in the area, 5 stars Friendly people there and delicious food, Reading a lot of these reviews from people going based off of there feelings and not facts some of them are unrealistic, and need to realize the difference, anyway thanks for my dinner you saved me a lot of time from cooking and I appreciate that , your one of the best pizza places in the area

Writing this review as currently. Placed an online order for delivery at 9pm & it's now 11:30pm and it has not arrived nor has there been any updates. Tried getting on the phone with them and I've been waiting for over 30 minutes to get them to answer the phone. How annoying lol I know it's not super busy during this time that they can't answer a phone call. If they deliver it I won't be the only one disappointed cause I will gladly not want it anymore :) that's why they should answer their phone so I can cancel. Dominoes get better employers you close at 1am

Wow, Domino's really did undergo a makeover... The kitchen is not a closed-off mystery space where you-don't-know-what-they're-doing-to-your-pizza anymore. It is an open space where you could see the workers kneading out the dough balls, putting on the sauce and putting the toppings on depending on the order that comes in. Also, the pizzas were no longer the too-salty creations of my college days. This Domino's location has a free parking lot and you could walk in to order.

Ordered online with estimated one hour delivery time. I called after an hour since the tracker said still prepping. I spoke to a woman on the phone who told me the time was incorrect and it would be another hour at least for the pizza to be delivered while the website estimated delivery within 10 minutes. Pick a different dominos this one is not it

This pizza is charred and barely has cheese. The crust is so badly burned it has zero taste. I called and alerted the associate who answered (he said his name was "Gustavo,"but he paused before giving his name like he had to think of a lie). He proceeded to argue with me about how the pizza was not burned. It's really unfortunate because the delivery guy was very pleasant and he earned his tip but this location doesn't deserve a single star.

Always a pleasure having Andrew as my delivery driver! Our order always arrives fast with no issue whatsoever. On this particular day, we had asked for our order to be dropped off at our front door as we had placed the order in advance prior to getting home. When we checked our ring camera, we were in awe to see him not only dropping off our order as requested but going above and beyond by picking up some of our things that our dog had tipped over, and placed them neatly on our bench. It's a peace of mind with him and a great example of exceptionally good service.

It's hit and miss depending on who your pizza maker is, and whether it's day or evening crew. We've stopped ordering for dinner because it was always a miss. However, the (weekday) Day crew is great. Our orders are correct, zero "bubble" spots from missing cheese/sauce/toppings. This place is A+ compared to the Dominos on Beach/Westminster, and unlike Pizza Hut, we don't have to pay "service fee".

Ordered my pizza online. Waited a little over an hour. Delivery guy delivered, but noticed we're missing two more items in our order. We tried calling the store to notify the delivery guy, but was on hold for more than 20 minutes. My wife and daughter decided to drive to the store and ask what happened. Manager was rude and didn't even help to figure out a solution, so we decided to ask for a full refund. Manager walked away and the supervisor stepped up to help us out instead. Now I understand why this place have bad reviews.

Order 1 Large Pizza , 8 Count Wings. Wings were old & had a weird taste to it. Felt sick to my stomach the next day. The manager was so rude & disrespectful towards me and my boyfriend. When we went to go get our money back , the manager comes out & says something to us once again when we didn't say anything to her. This is bad terrible customer service. Never ordering here again.

Great pizza and barbecue chicken wings. Friendly and knowledgeable taking phone order. The pizza had all the ingredients that we ordered and was very tasty and still warm. The barbecue sauce was really tasty on the chicken wings. The pizza was delivered on time and the driver was very polite, courteous and friendly.

Why, why, why can I not get extra sauce on my pizza when I check the extra sauce box when ordering on line? I request it every time I order pizza, but easily 75 percent of the time I not only don't get extra, I get nearly none at all. Pizza without sauce is of no interest to me. It's super disappointing and I don't know how to fix it! Otherwise, I really like this Domino's, but I've lost my patience with this lack of attention to detail.

Excellent service and excellent pizzas! Both Tatiana and Joseph are extremely professional and top notch! We really enjoyed both pizzas and the brownie cookie too! All looked great, arrived hot and fresh and hit the spot! Thanks for making our evening absolutely perfect!

I recently been coming to Dominos more often due to the deals they have. 2 medium pizza with two toppings for 15 dollars even. So today I ordered online and their website makes the process so easy to use and make your own pie. When I was finish ordering, I went to the quick mart real quick to get drinks. Then after that I went to Dominos to pick up the pies and it wasn't even 15 mins and the pizza were already baked. I love how easy it is to make a pie online and so fast to make them. You don't have to wait so long for the pies to be done. Also there's a lot of parking. The only think I don't like is that they sale there parmesan cheese for 1.50 because it comes with a shaker. I don't think that's necessary. Always check for promotion codes online. You'll save a bunch of money.

IT TOOK AN HOUR TO GET OUR ORDER! If you guys only offer carry out and contactless then your employees should get it right. ESPECIALLY IF ALL THE DETAILS OF THE TYPE OF CAR IM IN IS LISTED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS I got to the store AFTER it said our order was ready for pickup. After waiting 10 mins for someone to bring out the order they told me my order has been brought out. They brought it to the wrong car. Then your employee tried to hand us that same order that another customer had already opened up. Uhhh COVID rules should still apply and they shouldn't have handed it to me knowing it was in the hands of someone else Took another 15 mins to remake the order to screw up again cause this time they forget to make the garlic twists so that took another 20 mins. Unacceptable

I had a positive experience here. I mentioned the negative Yelp comments and the staff at this location did not seem to be the culprits. The food is standardized. Staff was nice. At no fault of this location, we received notice on the Pizza Tracker that the pizza was ready but when we arrived 20 later, it was still in the oven. The staff said the website tracker is not specifically tied to the actual production of your pizza at that location. Then why is corporate pushing the Pizza Tracker if it is a hypothetical status? When all else fails, CALL THE STORE DIRECTLY to order your pizza and skip the website and app.

Terrible. I can tolerate bad customer service, but lies? No. Order 14" large. Give me 12"medium. I feel the size is weird for large, so I asked "This is large?" And the guy said " yes". Sure. The guy is yes to everything. Got home and measures 12". Stupid of me to trust and not bring a ruler. (Most people probably will catch it right away. It is stupid of me to fall for it. Not a frequent pizza buyer. 1st time Domino's buyer. Should have trust my instinct about the size.) P. S. Taste not bad. Burned Philly steak. Rest is ok. Garlic parmesan sauce is salty but tasty. We are NEVER FUCKING COMING BACK HERE! Horrible service! Also, don't even bother calling and trying to place an order or getting it fixed if your order came out wrong too. NO ONE IS GOING TO "GET BACK TO YOU". We ordered our food for delivery. Our order came, we checked if we had everything and we were missing 2 large pizzas. We had to drive all the way to Domino's to tell them what happened and make a complaint. We asked to speak to the manager right away, told her everything and she had the audacity to yell at us and make it seem like it was our fault for getting OUR OWN ORDER WRONG! She wouldn't even give us our refund when they are the ones that messed up. She kept going in circles about how we needed to give her the part of the order that we had so she could refund the whole thing. THAT IS SOME BULLSHIT. We told her that she could send her delivery people to go pick it up from our house because we were not going to drive all the way back to pick up their incomplete order. Let me tell you, the words that came out of this girl's mouth was unprofessional and not to mention rude. Can't believe that they made this girl the manager. Such an inconvenience when it's supposed to be a delivery service. DELIVERY! And we still ended up having to go down there. What a waste of our time and money. We would give zero stars if we could.

Horrible service!!! I called to place an order, and they left me on hold for 17 plus minutes! While I get that you pay what you get for, and clearly you shouldn't expect much from a place like this!! It's still completely unacceptable to just ignore the fact that you have a customer on the line! Most are probably wondering why would you wait on hold for so long?!?!? It was solely to see how long they'd let me wait!

Pizza is amazing, the staff are nice ( especially Yahir and his manager and quick to give me my order. Overall, those are the staff you need to keep.

My friend Ordered for us 30 minutes before they closed. I get it that they might not wanted to do it if there was 10 minutes but there was enough time. They literally put the order back into the cart. We even got a text for confirmation. And we left a very generous tip for it.

So last week on Friday I ordered pizza, I get email coupons for deals. Me and my man were like awesome pizza night. We didn't feel like cooking. Lol. So I placed the order around 8pm. Waited an hour, I kept track of my pizza on the mobile order, it said quality check, it kept saying that for a bit. So I called. Got a young man on the phone who kept stuttering, I told him the situation. He put me on hold for a few mins. Came back on, and said thank you for holding this is dominos pizza. I said I just spoke to you. I had ordered a pizza for delivery it's been an hour, can I just pick it up? It said what's the number? I gave it to him again, then he wanted to charge me again for the order, I said no can I pick up my pizza instead of delivering it to me.? He said it's gonna be another 30-40 mins. I'm like wtf I've already waited an hour for my food.. I don't have time for this. My man was about to be late for work, I wanted him to eat before he left. He didn't wanna drive to get the pizza. He wasn't in the mood. So I hung up with dominos and called again. I was on hold. I got frustrated, I basically got my man out of bed, and we drove down there, I walked in and asked for my pizza. It was sitting there waiting. Thank goodness it was still hot. I'm like wtf, I waited an hour for my pizza! You were gonna make me wait even longer, because apparently you haven't cooked it yet, plus we drove down there to get it?! Ohhhh hell no! I was charged for delivery and it wasn't even delivered to me. I was pissed! I emailed dominos through Twitter. They took my informantion down, and said someone would get back to me ASAP. They didn't! I basically called right now to get my refund. Because I was charged for delivery! It wasn't delivered to me at all. I enjoy eating dominos and getting their good deals. It helps save money and time. They have to update their mobile apps and tracker, because apparently it isn't correct! Which I don't think anyone knows? So if you order it on the app or website. Be careful! The tracker may not be right.. The manager was able to issue me a refund. I'm happy then again disappointment, like I made my man get out of bed, drive to pick it up and go home, he basically rushed to eat dinner then had to leave for work. That isn't ok with me.

Placed an order online at 8pm. It's 9:37pm and based on the app they are still prepping it. There is no way to cancel the order. Tried calling the site after 20 minutes on the phone someone picked up and hung up the phone. I'm reporting this to my bank. I wouldn't order from this place.

Never go there again!! Ordered a thin crust crispy 14" pizza and garlic bread for $21 just now for take out. It was not pizza. It's tomato paste and a few pieces of dried out meats on THIN CRACKERS! They have no idea what thin crust pizza is!! Their garlic bread for $6 tastes like plain toast with sprinkle of white powder (parm cheese??). No taste of garlic or olive oil whatsoever. I was hoping Dominos had become honest and changed their ways. Very disappointed, waste of time and money.

Pretty disappointed with Domino's this location skimps really hard on cheese and toppings. You are better off going with Pizza Hut, Little Caesar's, Costco or 7-11 or anywhere else. The only benefit is this place opens late. If you want to make the pizza a little better, get extra cheese because you are likely to get a lot of naked pizza with little to no sauce as window dressing and fragments of cheese.
