As a 13-week pregnant woman, I ordered pizza from this location for convenience, only to receive one pie with no sauce and another undercooked. Despite returning twice, I was met with hostility, dismissiveness, and even laughter from staff. Management refused to give names, denied issues, and withheld my refund after I took a photo for proof. This left me stressed, exhausted, and feeling threatened. I expect corporate to address this location’s lack of accountability and service.

Food will come up to 2 hours or more, after you order it. Delivery communication is obsolete. There is none. Tried contacting the store several times and they do Not answer the phone. The store’s phone line automatically hangs up if no one from the store answers the call. I called another line and a representative answered; stating that “this is an order only number”; meaning that he could only place orders, but Not deal with order discrepancies. The guy advised that the best he could do was suggest that I keep calling, after I informed him that I had called the main store number several times already and no one has answered. This is ridiculous. I had to go in person and pick up my food, because the delivery service for this store is so terrible. I will be disputing the charges for this order with the delivery service company that I went through to order the food; for a refund. As I stood there in the store, the phone lines were ringing consistently and they did not answer one phone call. They purposely let all of the phones continue to ring. My food was barely warm after waiting 2 hours for it. My food was sitting there on the counter with plenty of other orders. They didn’t even give the courtesy of making my food fresh. They stated it’s still warm, you can feel the bottom of the box. When I opened the box however, the pizza was barely warm. Meaning the counter, was warm. Not the food. They offered no refunds, or coupons or anything for the inconvenience. Just handed me my food. Another customer walked in and ordered and he waited all of 15 minutes before he was out the door, with his fresh and hot food. Do Not Order here. If you do, pick up might be a little better; but their delivery service is terrible.

I’m a frequent Domino’s customer, but will NEVER visit this store again. Not only did I have to wait 45 minutes to receive my order, but once received, I couldn’t eat it. Actually I couldn’t even pick it up due to a heavy, sloppy, over-sauced MESS!!! Not sure why the employee thought this was acceptable. It’s been 5 days and I’m still waiting on Domino’s Customer Care to resolve this! Again unacceptable

The pizzas tasted fine. They weren't cut all the way through, but we made due. The appalling part was the atmosphere. The music was up SUPER LOUD! It felt like I was walking into a club. No one greeted me as I came in. There were workers who seemed available, just talking. No one wore gloves on their hands and no hair nets on their heads. I saw a guy with regular clothes on enter the pizza cutting area, and he shook the hand of the guy handling pizzas and handed him something at the same time. The pizza dude just wiped his hands on the apron and kept on working. So many things were questionable in there. Yes, I kept the order. I prayed over our food and kept it moving

This is the fourth time I have placed an online order and when I received my order, it was completely wrong or wasn't my order. Then when you try to call them to let them know that they made a mistake, they never answer the phone. I was literally inside the Dominoes store on hold for 15 minutes and nobody ever came to the phone. Once I got to the register, I pointed out that I had been on hold and was still on hold while speaking to him and the cashier just looked at me like deer in headlights. Another time I placed an online order for my son's class right when they opened up. The order was placed at exactly 10 AM and I wanted to have it delivered to my son's school at 1pm. The pizza did not arrive to my son's school until 2:15 (after school hours) and his teacher had to scramble and figure out where to put the pizzas for the kids to eat the following day. Smh this location is a disappointment, they (the workers) complain about not having enough help but even when there is enough help in the store, they still don't answer the phones and have people waiting for a whole hour for their pizza.

I ordered pizza from Domino’s for my daughter’s birthday, but it arrived almost two hours late. During that time, I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered. There wasn’t even an option to leave a voicemail. They just kept hanging up. I even offered to have a friend pick it up since we were staying at a hotel just five minutes away, but I couldn’t reach anyone. When the delivery driver finally arrived, he appeared disoriented and unsteady on his feet. He nearly fell over, and when I asked if he was okay, he just laughed. Instead of handing me the food, he opened his delivery bag and held it in my face for me to take everything out myself. It was extremely unsettling, and he seemed to be under the influence of something strong. Out of concern for safety, my friend and I decided not to let my daughter and her friends eat the food. We were worried it may have been contaminated or tampered with, so we threw it away and ordered from somewhere else. Despite all of my calls being ignored and no one ever getting back to me, I eventually received an automated email with a coupon for a free two-topping medium pizza. No explanation or apology, just the coupon. When I tried to use it yesterday (because it had to be used within 8 days), I found out it was delivery only and required a $20 minimum purchase. Insane. We don’t even eat Domino’s to begin with. The only reason we ordered from them that night was because no other pizza place delivered to our hotel. I’m assuming Domino’s knows this and doesn't bother trying to impress customers because they have no competition in that area. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, especially on what was supposed to be a special night for my daughter.

Don't order delivery from this location if you're hungry! They've been short on drivers for awhile and it always takes 1.5-2 hours to deliver the pizza. The pizza isn't always bad, but this time after waiting 1 hour & 45 minutes my pizza was missing the garlic butter on the crust (the best part) and not for the first time, and the dough doesn't taste cooked all the way, it's still kind of doughy. 2 hours for a pizza is crazy and for the pizza to not be made correctly is very disappointing. Even if they refund it (which they should), it's a waste of time and you don't get that back. Never ordering from here again.

first, they completely forgot to make one of the items I ordered and the employee had no reason. second, the guy at the counter was disrespectful to everyone who came in. this will be my last time coming here
