Domino's Pizza

Fairly new location. Food and service were great. Manager was able to help me with ordering online. It wouldn’t let me do pick up same day and she was able to assist

This is the worst Dominos I have ever been to. The delivery time said 30 minutes; however, I waited over an hour. I attempted to contact the store but they disconnected their phone. I personally drove to the store despite paying for delivery and my pizza was sitting in their car. The lady went out to the car and brought it back in the store. Despite the app saying the driver left the store 40 minutes prior. When I received the pizza it was cold and had to be remade over. None of the staff had on gloves when handling the food. I requested a refund.

Ordered New York style pizza with pepperoni, onions and spinach. Didn’t get a text when pizza was ready. Went back online at tracker to find out it was ready. Well I didn’t look at the pizza at pickup. Got home and carried I gave, look like olives, onions and maybe 2 pieces of spinach. Called back and woman said, “well we closed now so you wanna come back tomorrow or cancel your order”. Just terrible, website says it’s open until 12. Take out over at 10. I am in walking distance. Terrible customer service.

Online app wasn't working, so I called into this store at 8:09pm to place a delivery order. We ordered the 2-3 topping medium pizzas for $20 and was told delivery would be 25-35 mins. Driver doesn't get here until 9:24pm, to only then tell us he'll need to come back because he was only given one of the two pizzas. After being told the one pizza would be $20, we told him to forget about the order altogether smh Not my first negative experience with this location but this experience definitely needed to be shared.

If you got food on 8/22/24 around 4pm today you need a refund. I ordered online and had my child walk in to pickup. Something told me to come in. As I entered I notice a fairly older gentleman on a ladder cleaning the ceiling. As I look down I also noticed another employee getting pizza out the oven and boxing it. She then had the nerve to say here is my order. I politely asked her to make it again due to the man cleaning right about where she was working. So unsanitary! She said, “Get down while the customers are in the building” to the man. I tried to take video to post cause they need the health department to see this. I thought I had ordered at a different location. I try my best not to come to this one, it’s always something. Once I got my pizza she told me I could still take the first two I had ordered and give them to someone else… WTH! Please watch your food being made if you do choose this facility.

Worst delivery services in the area…. Last 4 orders was more than 2 hours waiting period for only one large pizza. Then driver demanding high tips !!!! And her words were o sorry and a very strong smell of Marijuana from the driver …Go pickup your pizza at the store…..same excuses we short on drivers 365 days a year!!!!!!?

This establishment is stealing your money after delivery. Please please beware of this establishment they will add a tip to your card after delivery. My order totaled 21.96 I just got a notification that my new price is 36.96 they added to my card after delivery was completed.My domino receipt and web receipt say 21.96.Disgusting I have been calling and the line drops. The management is fully aware of the janky practices of their employees. I want my money returned and now I’m going thru all my receipts to see how many times this has happened.

The workers are pleasant, and I am always greeted when coming in. I love the deals I get on my pizzas. I just wish they would go back to delivering to my location
