Domino's Pizza

I usually order through the app to avoid waiting time. Food is good is pizza everyone loves pizza. Usually order pepperoni, sausage and lava cakes. Customer service can definitely improve sometimes they are good sometimes they are alright. Downfall is limited parking space.

Extremely frustrating experience. I placed an order and the app showed it as completed, yet when I arrived, my order hadn’t even been made. No one bothered to inform me there was an issue. To make matters worse, the employee claimed they called me three times, which wasn’t true—it was only two calls, and no voicemail was left. When I asked why my order was never made despite being marked as done, he had no explanation. I was then told it would be another 15 minutes, which turned into closer to 25 minutes. On top of all that, they charge for chili flakes now, which just added insult to injury. Poor communication, inaccurate app updates, and dishonest explanations made this a complete waste of time. Very disappointing service.

Disappointed in the service that this dominos location gave me for my first experience. I ordered pizza for my aunt and the family and she gave me access to her account due to an accident she had and never had an experience like this at other domino locations, but this one. The didn't have the pizzas ready and they asked for all types of information to see if the account was legit or not and they still charged me and didn't want to give my money back. I've called to speak to the manager and no luck, no communication with this situation and this management has poor service. Failed to give me answers and connect me to a manager. No manager on site and now lost money towards food that my family was expecting for me and my cousin to bring back. I would recommend not to come here!

Christopher is the best delivery driver ever, very professional and patient, and my food is always hot when it arrives, he is always on time,,and when I go to the store Mathew is always providing the best customer service ever and he will listen to me if I have any questions about anything. The young workers there are horrible in service... the guy making the pizzas didn't make my pizza right and then had me drive back in the rain to pick up my new pizza made the way I asked.... the cook gave me attitude for his mistake Will not be going back.

I walked in and ordered 2 large 2-topping pizzas with a order of 16 piece buffalo wings and a 2-liter soda. Customer service was Aswome and the everything was delicious… I’m satisfied!!! Definitely recommend this place.

Some girl there had an attitude off the bat because allegedly they don't take big bills. I had my food ordered and ready to go but they did not give me my food because of change. Waste of time and gas.

Ordered at around 5:30 Friday evening thinking it was slightly before the dinner rush. I get a call at 6pm and the driver was saying to come out because he's waiting outside. I run out and there's nobody there. I call him back after 5 minutes and he lets it ring. I call him again and there's no answer. I call the store and I was on hold for 30+ minutes which means they just let their phone ring and ring. On the app it has said "delivered" at 6pm. It was now 6:30pm. Right before we get to the store to ask for a refund, we get 2 calls from a random number. We get to the store and the guy said that they attempted to deliver it and they even called us twice. I told them to refund our money and they gave it to us. This is the 2nd time they do something shady with their delivery. The 1st time, we tracked the driver going back and forth from his home store to other addresses. The funny thing is, we only live a few blocks away and wanted to save a trip. Please don't order from them, save your money and your time.

Went to this location November 19 in the afternoon sitting waiting for our order the phone rings and at the front desk, the girl making the dough picks up the phone without using gloves and went back to touch the dough next time please use gloves! Other than that pizza was good and got it on time.

Alberto is an excellent employee!!! He took my order told me about there promotions they had going on and saved me a couple bucks!!! The waiting area is very clean. Alberto also kept updating me on the wait time for my food until it was done. Overall excellent experience!!! HE DESERVES 5 BIG BOOMS BOOM,BOOM,BOOM,BOOM,BOOOOOM!

Food & Service was amazing! Alberto assisted me with placing my order and even advised me of their promotions, to save some money. Their lobby was clean and the other employees were all nice and friendly as well. This is now my go-to Domino's!

This location has HORRIBLE SERVICE! We got our pizza RAW and they NEVER answer the phone when we try to call!

mf take hours to make a regular pepperoni , more than 20 mins or so and not even peak hour that's even if you guys even have peak hours

Bad customer service from the employee at the front counter with the la tattoo with palm trees .. so I show up for an online order and I'm waiting in line and my order is ready on the app and my name is on the screen .. and a couple shows up and takes there order first , when clearly I was in line for 10 minutes. No apology no nothing .. never doing business here no more

Ordered delivery, tracker said delivered. But my food was not delivered. I called store and they said I was rude to driver, which i never contacted him/her. The reason why he didnt deliver was because i made a mistake on the phone number i put on order. The store manager was no help, useless. He said I had to pick up order, but I don't have a car, that's why I order delivery. Needed to get credit for order.

I came here more times then i can count!!! And they yet had made a mistake on my order. Friendly staff, welcoming. I love this dominos. And i mean ive order here many many times. The only thing i regret with my order today... is not tipping because it's hard to find a fast food place that's welcoming and accurate. Terrible experience... terrible service. I ordered delivery and it was marked as "delivered" and it hadn't been delivered. The delivery guy showed up 9 minutes after it had supposedly been delivered. I had been on hold on the ohone waiting to talk to the "manager" by that point. I refused the order! How they gonna lie and say it was delivered when it hadn't been, and expect me to accept the order? I was already heating up the frijoles by that point. Stay away from this location. I wouldn't had been mad if it was late.. but din't say you were on time and that it had been delivered when it wasn't

I am so upset right now. I placed an order online. I SPECIFICALLY said NO SAUCE. My son, doesn't like it. When it arrives, guess what... there is sauce. So I look at the receipt... and it says NO SAUCE. I call them and tell them about their mistake. And they promise to make one and sent it out immediately. That never happened. Yes, we order late. But they were still open. I called 4 times. No answer. I'm so angry. They will hear me in the morning.

The pizza has very litttle sauce , still googling though . What I didn't like is twice I have seen the same girl who's making pizza and charging at the same time . She'll touch the screen to charge and will go straight back to making the dough and pizza . Doesn't sanitize her hands wash them , nothing . That's cross contamination. I did not like that that's the second time I seen her do it .

Food is always amazing My only issue was with the delivery guy I waited over 40 minutes for my food to be delivered as it is The problem I had was when the delivery driver Filiberto pulled up he called me on my phone he had an attitude told me to come out in the street to pick my pizza up and immediately hung up on me I didn't get a chance to respond to him I called him back telling again didn't get a chance to speak he tells me the same thing and immediately hangs up on me The whole reason I ordered delivery is because I've been sick home with the flu and don't want to go outside because of how sick I am He finally walks up the driveway to bring the foot starts yelling "DOMINOS!" With a flashlight flashing it everywhere I start to approach him He proceeds to walk towards me and said there was no parking I couldn't come Without me getting a word in again with this guy he doesn't even have the decency to hand me the food in my hands he proceeds to put it on a car and a car that wasn't even mine Food was great customer service from delivery driver was overall horrible

The worst Dominos ever. This is the 3rd time my order is wrong and/or incomplete but states delivered. You call to get an update and no one answers or they hang up. Horrible customer service. Never again.

Second order back to back with discrepancies on there end. Last delivery order was via mobile app roughly 3 weeks ago and it took them 3 delivery attempts to get us the right pizza we ordered. On this order, my address is 3964 and I got another customers order instead. Get your shit together! Making the Dominos brand look very bad with this type of service to your customers. Unfortunately have to settle for this and suck it up right? Yaaaaay

Deliverers are awesome for the amount of miles they put in. Individual manning the tickets has a habit of misinterpreting onions for mushrooms. (Sucks that I don't consume mushrooms and has happened multiple times) Won't be coming back here and will start making my own pizza.

His name was Filiberto terrible service. He was very rude and felt like he didn't want to do his job . I was super nice until he started complaining about something I have no control over . He needs better costumer service .

Horrible place. I place my order ahead pay online. I get there casher Jimmy tells me he needs to verify the last 4 of my card. I forgot my bag and couldn't show them my card. Cancel my order, seriously you guys charge ahead and have multiple ways to verify the customer. The reason I saying this is because I call to speak to the manager name Candy and she immediately knew who I was based on the caller ID. ‍ What a great policy!!! Losing business and waste of food.

Website said estimated delivery around 40 minutes took almost 2 hours arrived cold and had to microwaved it should've know when this place had 2 stars first and last time I will be ordering from here

Got the alfredo pasta but the portion was way too little. My 6 yr old finished it by himself. On top of that, they charge for parmesan cheese and pepper packets. they couldn't even give you a couple of packets for free.

I ordered medium 2 pizzas today for delivery (one all pineapple, second half pepp half Hawaiian w jalapeños) My pizza were hot and prepared to perfection, so delicious! The guy who answered my call at the branch the 2nd time I had to call to make a slight change was awesome and kind. Also received them at my door step in a timely manner. Twice in a row now they have messed up my order. My bf and I do half/half pizzas to what we each like and I'm lactose intolerant so I go light cheese and add toppings I like. They put the side with my toppings with what seems to me like HEAVY cheese and my bfs side with light cheese. What kind of shit is that?? The same exact thing happened last time, when I asked for light cheese, I feel like they instead went HEAVY!!! I'm only a block or two away, but I'll definitely never come back to this location and always choose Monterey park instead.

Very Disappointed with this location. I placed my online order thirty minutes prior to arriving to pick up. They did not have my order ready. Manager wanted me to wait another 30 minutes for my Sunday dinner. I will never go to this location again. You need to learn customer service skills. Treat your customers better.

First bad experience with a dominoes in my entire life. I ordered from this location for a work event my company was having. I put the order through their website and paid on Monday, I called on Tuesday to confirm that everything was set for delivery on Wednesday. They confirmed said everything was in order and gave them my cell phone if anything came up. On the day of the event -15 minutes before the delivery was supposed to arrive - I called to verify that a driver was on the way. When I called they said my order had been stopped because my payment was not going through. (Why didn't dominoes call me at this point? They had my payment info for three days ) Wells Fargo had flagged the payment so I called up my bank they took care of their end and I called back to put the payment through got it approved and they said driver was on the way. 15 minutes later - no pizza- and now I have thirty hungry people. Pizza tracker not working cause they canceled the order because of the payment being stopped. I called again.... first guy said your payment didn't go through I said no I just called and took care of this. He put me on hold and another girl picked up she said ur driver is on the way I said no I need an eta you guys just told me that then they put me on hold and a third person picks up she said the driver will be there in 7 minutes no apologies no nothing like they were all annoyed I was calling to check on my $160 order. Food showed up 30minutes late and basically ruined the event. Dominoes just did not handle this well at all and the staff was not helpful. Will never order at this location and probably never doing an event for work with dominoes again.

Their delivery service is amazing! If they make a mistake, they will immediately try and correct it in order to make you feel satisfied. They also actually listen to reviews and comments of other people and I really appreciate that. Dominoes have really come a long way. I remember when the pizza used to be nasty. But they really upgraded their ingredients, and now Domino's is one of the most popular pizza restaurants, in terms of service and spices! I like there points program too, it's nice to get a free p pizza every now and then.

They need to give the pizza man a raise. Bro knows how to cook a mean pizza. I ate a whole box hella bomb. Real nicely cooked. Was totally worth getting food poisoning from it ER material

Food is low quality. Manager has issues. My girlfriend forgot her credit card which apparently is needed to verify the online order, even though we have the order number, time purchased, phone numbers through the app etc everything matched. We even told her the last four digits of the card used.. Finally after being a little pushy she said she would accept a bank statement instead of the card lol. So I get my gf to look it up, and it's not posted yet... We find a picture of her card in her phone from like last year, and for some reason that works. Kinda silly when we have overwhelming evidence that we are who we say we are. We paid upfront only to get there and be denied. There was also a moment when we were next in line and the manager ignored us acting like she was busy and had to go in the back to fold boxes or whatever instead of acknowledging me/us even though she knows we have a current issue and pizza sitting. Then in the end I thank her for saving us time, and the manager thought I was being sarcastic! LOL just shows what type of people dominos hires hahahahaha I had a good laugh. She has some issues she needs to go home and work out, she seems to be bringing them to work. Would have been fine if she would have been nicer about it. But she was rude all throughout. Nice look dominos hahaha ofc we do accept responsibility for not bringing the card in the first place. It's the first time we have ever been asked to show proof besides the online order number and name lol Edit: I made a possible mistake, I am referring to the bulky woman with the baby face as the manager. Definetely unpleasant visit, I order what it's suppose to be carry out curbside, so t turns out that you actually need to get out of your car to pick it up because even though the app says to let click on the app to let them know that you are ready to pick up you need to get out of your car and actually sign the receipt event though the order it's already paid....a waist of time and the employees inside are rude, I complaint about it and very unpleasant responses and rude because I complaint just a bunch of excuses, I was in the parking lot for about 17 minutes before I got off to find out what was going on with my order. Not even an im sorry for the missinformation.....definetely if you have another option choose it versus this specific location! If I had the chance I wouldn't even give a single star

Was highly upset, I ordered the pizza on July 30th 2022 at 9:00 walked in at 10:05 for my pick up, my order was not ready. When I ask why it was taking so long an employee repeatedly told me with an attitude "it's in the oven it's in the oven" and she said to wait 30 min I called the Manger and explained the situation and I understand their busy they take a lot of orders I hate to be rude, but the long wait and the attitude didn't help any, the Manger was nice, polite, and, professional she apologized for the inconvenience. Because of people like her I will continue to be an Domino's customer.

For the 3rd time, the stupid ass app says my pizzas are ready, show up and guess what?? The idiots at the counter say the order is almost ready. 5 more minutes 5 miutes later, i see them start to make my order. These guys are fuking rude, unhelpful and definately stupid! !!! Avoid this dominos

Hmm dislike how there prices are higher if you have Eder inside as a pose to the app that's the only thing i dislike $5 extra dollars for ordering with them and I'm sure it's the same if u place a phone order I recommend using the app

Sonya called herself "the manager". Argued with me when I asked her to push the sauce to the end of my pizza. She argued for 5 minutes and told me I either order a pan or thin crust because she is not going make my pizza hoeni want it. So I need to change my order to her likiin because she isn't making my pizza as requested. The disrespect this Sonya shows for her frequent valued patrons is unbelievable. I've never had a horrible experience until now. God knows what she'll do to my pizza now..

Ordered the marbled cookie brownie and this is what I got burnt brownie cake. Tried to eat a piece but it was so burnt it tasted disgusting and it was hard.

Decided to try Domino's because of the carryout promotion they had so I placed an online order of a large hand tossed style pepperoni pizza with jalapeños. Pizza was bland it felt like it needed more cheese and sauce. I did find myself liking the crunchiness of the crust but other than that nothing special. Sunday afternoon and the place was busy. Service was great but unfortunately flavor was subpar.

Customer service was the worse. I placed my order online, arrived, and waited to be assisted. I stood there for several minutes before they acknowledged me or even looked at me. The order had been placed 45minutes before arriving and it showed ready for pick up so it wasn't like they were still working on my order. A simple "we'll be right with you" is the least they could've said if I was going to wait for so long. If it wasn't because my family was starving I would've left.

Horrible customer service! I placed an online order and the emailed me my order was ready, when I get there they said one of your pizza is not ready they didn't make it, I had to wait for them to do it once it was ready they didn't want to accept my bill (100.00). They wasted my time and on top of that didn't want to give me the managers last name. Please do your self a favor go to a different pizza place!!

Great Customer service CLEAN kitchen WITH Fast Pick up availability, as placing the order online for the Garlic Bread and two Pizzas came out cheap. Just would have liked it to be cooked some more.... nice flavor I'm coming back yall ! One love

Just ordered online and went to go pick it up, it turns out they need I'd and card you paid with in order to pick up the pizza I had to drive back home to get my card and came back to pick it up. I have it this rating because they should add that info online because it's such an inconvenience when they had never done that before and also when I got my pizza it was not hot and burned. Beware bring your if and credit card if you paid online.

Gosh these people and their useless employees. I just spoke to a so called employee CLAUDIA and asked if her thin crust pizza had any dairy in it. She said "I don't know" and so I asked her if she can please ask. She comes back and says the thin crust is not gluten free. Ummmmmm wtf?? Okay I asked if it had dairy not gluten. She says idk the boxes don't have any ingredients. So as a person who can not consume dairy I am doing my job of letting this establishment know yet they can not assure me what ingredients are in their product. A big brand name like dominoes cannot provide employees with proper training. I just finished my order so this Claudia lady better hope I don't end up with a swollen face due to her lack of knowledge. I'd order from another dominoes if I could. Sticking to Uber eats. Pathetic branch. No stars if I could and also not the first time with their "employees"

I was so hungry at work and most delivery places need a minimum of 25 to order but not.this place! I ordered the chicken Alfredo dish and soda. It was so good and creamy. I loved the fact that the website told me when my food was ready and when it would arrive. The tracker was useful.
