Domino's Pizza

If I could give negative stars, I would. I order from here fairly regularly but will never again. Ordered one pizza this evening to be delivered and after an hour, it said it was delivered, but it never showed. When I called, they said they would refund me remake it and re-deliver… after another hour, no pizza. I check my porch to see if maybe they dropped it off but didn’t knock and I find a shaken up cold pizza on my doorstep. I had to go to the location to get a new, fresh pizza and the manager was polite (once I was able to talk to him) but all that for a pizza isn’t worth it. I was patient and understanding on the phone with them when the pizza wasn’t delivered and they offered to remake it, so I don’t understand what warrants treating someone that way.

We always order from this place but we his time they really did it. At night the food is fresh, no complaints. Today, I got off work and ordered and the pasta was thrown together, like no cheese dry no flavor, then the pizza was also dry, no love put into this food and I’m sooooo dissatisfied, disappointed because I spent $55 on this order and tipped CARSON $13 . This is horrible so horrible I had to write a review

Modern Dominoes location. The staff keeps things moving along and are reasonably friendly. This location has three tables to sit and dine with each table seating 4 people. There's a cute step place so you can see how the pizzas are made. I ordered online and got the order made in time. I ordered a New Yorker but it was cut up as a regular pizza which took the fun out of it, but that pizza was good. I don't know if I caught them on a good night but great tasting pizza.

As you can see, the restaurant is DOWN THE STREET. No more than a 3 minute drive. You telling me you go across town to then come back to me to deliver the food? Waiting 30 minutes for my food for a place that is around the corner is ridiculous. Then, of course my food is not hot. My pasta is overcooked and barely has Alfredo sauce on them.

Normally their staff is soooo kind and quick but phew today they were just not it. I ordered a delivery that had an ETA of “24-34” minutes. Almost an hour later and my order was still not even on the way. It had been sitting in “quality check” for 40 minutes with no explanation when called for a cancellation+refund. Their customer service skills were like my pizza…. nonexistent 😔

I am so disappointed in my order. I asked for extra sauce well done and it was neither. Looks like they put less sauce and hardly cooked it. The wings are so so small that my finger is bigger than it, and I have very small hands. I am so disappointed and this is not even the first time this has happened. I would rather spend the extra money to get Pepperoni's.

Pie anyone!! The quality really depends on who is working when you order. Sometimes the pizza is burnt, dry, soggy and just not good. Then sometimes the pizza is good but not great. Consistency is definitely an issue. I would definitely suggest the owners make some proactive changes immediately if they want this business to thrive. I believe it can since it is still fairly new. Come on owners..we are counting on you!

Cheaper quality, then little ceasers . Price is equivalent to pizza hut and little ceasers. Service was rushed and chaotic . I purchased an XL deluxe pizza and 8 wings. They cut the pizza into 6 slices . It's kind of odd, but fixable with a pizza cutter at home. I also purchased 8 Buffalo wings . They were smaller than the ones you buy at Walmart. They put such a small amount of sauce on the wings that I could barely taste the buffalo sauce. I ended up using Baufallo wild wings Mango habanero sauce I bought from the store to cover the wings in. In conclusion I'll probably be going to Pizza Hut next time . Until they improve the quality of food at domino's

Jordan, the phone guy, does not have good customer service skills. Additionally, delivery orders are always one hour late, and the pizza is consistently overcooked.
