Domino’s Pizza

Outstanding Customer Service from the Manager! I had a great experience at this Domino’s, thanks to the manager who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. He made sure my order was fresh, accurate, and ready right on time — even double-checking everything before handing it off. You can tell he runs the store with professionalism and respect, and it really shows in the team’s attitude and the quality of service. Kudos to the manager for creating such a positive, welcoming environment! Because of his excellent customer service, this Domino’s has definitely earned my loyalty.

We were greeted when we entered this very clean restaurant. The people were very friendly and knowledgeable. When we recieved our order it was perfectly prepared. Had not been sitting around. The prices are very fair. The drinks were mixed properly and lastly but just as, if not, more importantly, the restrooms were clean and well stocked.

Terrible pizza. dry, burnt and smelled bad. seems like they put a lot of pepper in the pizza so you don't smell the spoiled food In Europe Domino's makes great pizza but here it's a total disappointment!

Omg this location is amazing. I don’t really like pizza but they are sooo generous with the toppings and put them all the way out to the edge, what?!?! Kids wanted the 67 deal of course haha. Old school pricing!

They give the wrong orders constantly and the pizza taste weird/off. More recently I ordered a pizza, someone else picked it up for me. When the pizza got to the house, I knew it was the wrong order. I called the store, they told me to bring it back and then they will give me the right order. When I brought it back, they tried to give the pizza to the customer whom it was actually for. You can't do that, so I asked them to remake the order for the other customer. I would recommend going to the one on Sam Houston Avenue, but you have to check your order there as well. It will at least taste better.

The GM Manager Latoya took my order. She was extremely helpful made sure she found me a coupon that fit my needs and my budget. She was so kind so so nice very respectful and when I got home, the food was fantastic. I will absolutely continue to come here.

Ordered at 11:30, didn’t arrive until almost 2. We also ordered 3 thin crust pizza and this is how they arrived… this pizza was for a business meeting so to present this was disappointing to say the least.

HORRIBLE! CUSTOMER SERVICE is HORRIBLE! My Best friend ordered us 4 pizzas for game night. She ordered around 8pm we got There after 9:30PM. On the screen it showed her name and it showed READY! They could not find our order. They said it’s in the oven coming out give 5 minutes. We sat in the truck for 10 minutes went back inside and they were still Clueless. They couldn’t even find our order. The black lady is the manager she is clueless and rude and unprofessional! The people in the lobby said they have been getting everyone order incorrect And they had no urgency. This is the same Comments from the people Waiting on the lobby. Pro: the tall white guy was the only person that acknowledged the issues CON: Management Please the young black lady needs more training in customer service and LEADERSHIP I’ve never been in customer service but I know customers can get annoying. You need a strong leader to lead and Keep the team upbeat. This place has potential as it’s in an upcoming and growing area. But your manager is going to be the downfall. My pizza was pretty good. After we got it almost 30 minutes after he said to wait 5 minutes Do NOT GO TO THIS DOMINOS. Waiting area is cramped. Again do not come here unless you like wasting your time.
