Domino's Pizza - London - Queen Street

The most terrible and unhygienic place to buy pizza from, walked in to buy pizza, the lady was cleaning her hands on her apron , picking her nose and touching the dough at the same time. And finally gave me something entirely different from mighty meaty pizza I ordered. I put straight in the bin So disgusting. I don’t advise anyone to buy from here .

I would like to (belatedly) praise Majid and his team at the Queen Street Domino's. We were hosting a student event nearby and I called up to ask about getting pizzas delivered for a certain time. Majid explained the process very clearly so I called on the morning of the event to order our 20 pizzas. All arrived correctly and in the 15 min window to the office. The teenage students were fed delicious hot pizza and thus we avoided a hangry riot. Thank you team. Months later (today!), I called to ask if there was any way I could retrieve a duplicate receipt for our account department as I had misplaced it. Majid was as efficient and capable as always, locating the receipt with the half-forgotten information I gave him, printing, scanning and then emailing it to me. My thanks for everything.

Mr Adam is an excellent patron who prompted me to taste those delicious pepperoni, mozzarella and garlic twisted dough balls. The gastronomical experience was unmatched, and I highly recommend this venue for your future pizza tasting experiences. Do not hesitate to request Mr Adam for more creative alternatives, I am sure that him and his team will be able to please your tastebuds in the most unexpected ways.

WOW! I’m lost for words by the amazing service provided by Adam. Never would I thought I would be leaving a review for a dominoes, but this is the best experience I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend and Adam needs all the praise!

Ordered for a work social, they called to tell me when it was arriving and it arrived exactly at that 15 min slot. Very easy to order from this branch and food arrived promptly. Wood recommend!!

Adam was a legend, he was so kind, 10/10 service. Would defo come here again cos adam made us feel so welcome.

Refused to take my order until I told them I wasn't going anywhere despite them still being open for one hour. Workers didn't speak English and the place was a mess
