I have never been to a dominos pizza in New Orleans and had freshly baked cheesy pepperoni pizza!!!! It’s always dried and over cooked but this location was different! Highly recommend 100/10

This place is good. It isn't your usual Domino's Pizza Store. People are friendly and there's also tables so you can sit down and enjoy your freshly made pizza. At each table there is also a charging station for your phone or laptop. However, if you like red pepper flakes or grated Parmesan cheese, they are $0.99 each welcome to 2019

My pizza order was correct, hot, and fresh. The service was slow, but despite being short-staffed, the workers handled" their business"👌🏾.

Had to wait for a second pizza, but it was already on the shelf. Staff did not keep track of the order. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ UPDATE; We have been ordering from this store every once in awhile during the past eight years. Take-out and delivery. No major problems, just a minor fumble every once in a great while. People are people. There is usually a good team there, and that is considering that the staff and drivers change, often. It is Dominos, not Commander's Palace. Food is consistent. No problems with delivery. If you live near Filmore and Elysian Fields, I recommend this store for consistent quality, friendly staff, and timely delivery/delivery drivers.

This girl came to my car with the wrong order then said my order was coming out. 25-30 minutes went by. Tracker said complete. Went inside (yeah so much for curbside) and they had sat my order on a shelf to get cold. Meanwhile, the hispanic girl was in there doing everything but bringing orders out. The white lady shrugged her shoulders and said “yeah I know but we’ve been busy” and dismissed my issue altogether. Don’t over promise and under deliver. That’s a start! Employees can run business into the ground.

The order was good only because I had someone else make my order. Everytime I go there the white guy with glasses is always rude or yelling at the workers and he touches on his phone without washing his hands in between and I do not like the way he handles situations towards his coworkers. On my app it says Michael was prepping my food so I would assume his name is Michael. But I asked the young lady her name and she said Mariana and she is so sweet and deserves better from this job. Other than that, I appreciate her and the other good workers that may work there. Even tho you will wait 30minutes-2 hours for a pizza, she will make it worth waiting.

Ordered a large New York style pizza with mushrooms. When I got home I realized I had a totally different pizza. Was too tired to go back to the store.

I mean, it's Domino's nothing fancy but decent pizza for something quick fast in a hurry. Good price don't have to break the bank. People are nice places clean need to say more.

This dominos is amazing, don't let the building fool you! The employees are so full of character and so kind, they will bring you your food with a smile on their face, and this location provides the highest quality of pizza I've received from the dominos franchise, I eat at dominos all over America because I travel for work and it is one of my favorite affordable options. It was visible that my food was made with the customer in mind, Very impressive! 10/10 keep up the great work!

You can see your food being prepared behind the counter and the food here is always fresh and always good. One thing though, and this is with every Domino's is why they say to recycle the box full of grease stains. Don't make the people's lives at the recycling center harder.

I ordered a pizza delivery 2 hours ago with a tracker stuck on "order quality check" for over an hour. I called the store to check on my order and was put on hold for 20 (!) mins. When the phone was finally answered, the lady said they have only one driver and I am scheduled next for a delivery (with a cold pizza?). I asked her to cancel the order, to which she replied she can't do it. After that I said I am going to cancel it with my credit card anyway. She did cancel it then and apologized for the inconvenience. I feel so bad for her. She probably needs to deal with unhappy customers all day long.

This location has an open kitchen and kids can watch the pizzas being made. The guys were super nice and this particular cook can toss and spin the dough in the air. They have chicken wings that don't look like the have batter on them but I'm not a 100% sure, so be careful ordering these if you have a gluten allergy. I'll inquire and update when I have an answer. I get the gluten free pizza crust. I like having this option when my family wants pizza.

Come on Domino's and not just this one, all of them. I just happened to order for my son from this one today. Apparently Domino's, again, all of them, have something against cheese. In order to find any, one would need a magnifying glass. While placing the order online, I'm always asked if I want to cheese it up. No!! I don't want to pay for extra cheese. Why should I have to? Just put some on there. Long gone are the days of long stringy cheesy pizza. Are these sparrow wings? Or baby chick wings? They can't be full grown chicken wings. They should be called wee wings. They are no larger than a large paper clip. The only thing Domino's has going is they are super fast. Hopefully soon, there will be a campaign to promote a new and improved recipe. It's long overdue.

Ordered a pizza online for my Granddaughter and I while we played connect 4. Well we get a call from Dominos saying no one answered the phone when the driver arrived. Number 1. After ordering the pizza & sides the customer should be told that a call would be made when the driver arrives at the home. And said call must be answered to receive delivery. So the caller from Dominos now says the order must be picked up!!! REALLY, I mean REALLY!!!! Did I not order DELIVERY????? Can someone help me to make sense of this ... pleeaassee!! Needless to say my 9 yr Granddaughter was very upset. But she got great lesson in POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. And Note you are not thee only Pizza Delivery in town!!! THANK THE LORD!!!! Your score should be -0! So should this address appear in your cue , you can rest assure it will not be (me) The Grandmother. My daughter may give you another chance but I wouldn't!! And Now to ADD INSULT TO INJURY I LISTEN TO A VOICE MAIL LEFT BY THE DRIVER STATING SHE KNOCKED ON THE DOOR!! LIAR, LIAR PANTS ON FIRE!! My Granddaughter and I are about 3ft from a wooden door with the porch light on. DRIVER YOU DID NOT KNOCK !!! SMH

It's Dominos, not Commander's, so let's be fair. This shop keeps my boys happy with inexpensive pizza that the love. I've found my own way to deal with their Domino's need and get something decent for myself: thin crust, a variety of cheese and a bunch of veggies. It's a decent choice that doesn't make me feel fast food gross afterwards. Delivery here is fast and the drivers are always nice.

I ordered a pizza from here and received a call from someone at the store who said, we are not delivering, do you want to come get this pizza? Told them no. The employee asked another person, hey do you want to delivery this pizza? You could hear the person respond, hell no. I said, cancel the order and then the employee just hung up on me. Wonderful customer service.

Every time I order carry out here I have to wait so LONG for someone to even greet me. When the bell dings after I open the door, everyone looks up then goes back to what they're doing. I walk up to the counter and stand there awkwardly waiting to pay, being totally ignored. This has happened multiple times! I've even witnessed someone walk out because no one ever came to the counter, although they've seen us and we can clearly see them! Also, the portion sizes for the pasta can be really off. It's not worth the $8.00 they charge. It was literally ten bites! I say try the Lake avenue dominos location, it may be worth going the extra mile. This place needs work.

I came here to get some pizza Since they told me they don't do deliveryI was hungry when I got their I seen a roach hitting the Dougie and the workers was Disrespectful the roaches treated me better one of the workers throw hot sauce packet at my face just because I ask for extra sauce I'm never coming here again!!!

They always forget my sauce and they take forever. I've stopped ordering Dominos because of this. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Don't waste your time.

Took 2 hours 45 minutes to arrive and it was cold. I ordered 2 pizzas and a sandwich and they both looked like they had been sitting for at least a hour before they were delivered. The cheese was cold and hard. We had to throw sandwich away it was inedible. The driver was nice and apologetic about the delay. He said they didn't have enough people working. Poor management should not take orders if there is no one to make or deliver the pizza.

This is the best dominos pizza in the city. They never disappoint. Well actually one time, but I've ordered like 50 times over the past few years, so that's really good.

Every time we order take out they either forgot part of the order or it takes well over an hour to deliver. When you call to complain they always have an excuse and they never make it right. We will not be ordering again.

When ordering pizza the online service is quick and easy and delivery drivers are punctual and respectful. But my last experience the pizza was cold and felt like paste. AND I ordered hot wings and it seems like dominos loves giving you baby ass wings and expect you to be happy with it.

They don't answer the phone, can't pay in cash at all anymore, won't even let me pay cash in store. I used to order pizza every week from here but I'm not going to buy pizza if it's going to be made more and more inconvenient.

Ordered pizza and buffalo wings, the worst. The pizza had little or no sauce, was dry. Laaawd, the wings had drizzle sauce on them. The worst . thank goodness for pizza hut just up the street. Never again.

Ordered delivery. Got sandwich. Alfredo pasta. Mango habanero wings. Wing order was wrong. Ate them anyway. Sandwich good. First n last time ordering for pasta. That was super dry. Hopefully they can work out the kinks. Delivery girl was great. CONGRATS On Your NEW location.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes you get good service but occasionally I order during the final hour of business and simply never get my order. I always get a refund if I use my card but its aggravating to just not have dinner arrive.

I wish I could truly, truly explain what a piece of shit this place is. They do not care about their customers 99.9% of the time. They take forever to reliever the food and it's always gross looking and/wrong. I'd rather spend my money somewhere else even if it means more money.

Ordered pizza at 11:18pm on a tuesday night at 12:00am wednesday morning called to see what's the delay no answer its now 12:30am so drove to store while still on hold got to store still no answer then walked in store asked for refund and store manager catches attitude with me cause I'm mad has words with me then gets mad enough that a employee has to hold her back cause my words were better than her words, now this is the manager now wanting to attack me but she would have learned that day but how does a manager act in such a way all she had to do is refund me my money but she wanted to be ignorant! How can you be mad if I don't want a almost 2 hour old pizza!

Just the worst. Seriously how unprofessional and unreliable can you be. First it took an hour and 15 minutes to deliver a pizza to a house that is literally 1 mile away so of course it was cold but it wasn't even the right pizza. When I called to complain at 9:55 pm there was no answer for about 3 minutes and then when I got someone to answer I was put on hold and am still on hold at 10:13. I will never order from this place again.

No complaints. Delivery's always on time. And they sell medium pizzas for $4 sometimes which is awesome

EVERY time I order, something is wrong. I pay for extra icing or sauce, NEVER there. No apologies when I call, nothing. One time, they forgot my breadsticks and it took another hour for them to return them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE store. I love dominos but this one has completely run me from them. Do not order from here.

Dominos is my favorite Chain Pizza place...needless to say I order there ALOT....BUT this location is (insert curse word here) terrible! Wrong food, no sauce on pizza, hard clumped cheese...I can go all day. This saddens me, because again I use this place for cheat day....and I RUIN my cheat day with these horrible calories. I'm never a complainer, but this last order broke me. Take it from me, Dont do it. Especially if you look forward to your cheat days.

Wish I could give zero stars...literally the worst service I've gotten from any Domino's anywhere (and one of the employees from the CBD location spent $30 at McDonald's with the debit card I forgot there. Still a better experience). Don't even waste ur time or money on these unprofessional a-holes.

Less than a mile away, ordered at 9:00 the estimated delivery time was 28 to 38 mins. What a joke. It's been a hour. Rechecked online eta it now says 85 to 98 mins. Called to talk to manager listed online no answer, then phone automatically hangs up.tried to cancel order online they won't answer/ respond. How can this place survive staying open when delivery time sucks. So long dominos. I can't even cancel cause i've lost my appetite hoping to stop them from wasting their time or mine anymore. On a Wednesday nigh it's this bad I can't imagine on a weekend..
