Wow ,,,,, worst delivery experience I've had in Nola. We ordered two pizzas and wings. We checked in on the app to see the progress of our order. Within 10 or 15 minutes it said our order was out of the oven and waiting to be delivered. 10 minutes later the status was still the same, 20 minutes later the status was still the same. After 40 minutes we called the location and they said our order was out for delivery. 35 minutes after the call -- a total of 85 minutes after we placed the order, the delivery driver shows up . He had two pizzas for us but no wings. Also, our pizzas were cold, which was no surprise after our long wait. He said he had forgotten the wings and would drive back to the location to get them. We told him no thanks, and that we just wanted our money refunded. He said we should call the store. Upon calling the store we were met with rudeness and callousness. The only explanation we were given was that they had two delivery drivers ---- which to me seemed like more of a reason why our food should have arrived on time. If they have two drivers, shouldn't those two be able to handle deliveries? Had she said they only had one driver, maybe she would have had a point,,, or had she said one of the drivers was in an accident so that slowed down all service for the evening, maybe it would have made more sense,,,,,,, if two drivers wasn't enough to handle orders, how many drivers does she think they need on a shift ?? Five? Six? ... and furthermore, if the pizza cooks were aware that having two drivers was going to slow down all orders, they should have waited 45 minutes before they put our order in the oven--- so then it would have been fresh and hot out of the oven when the driver got it and took it out for delivery. What's the use in cooking orders immediately after receiving them when you know for certain they aren't going to leave the store for an hour ?
