Been ordering from this location for a long time. Never had any issues having pizza delivered quickly. Tonight, the driver claimed his app took him to the wrong address and he didn’t think he would deliver. Waited, called store. Rude (manager?) said they went to wrong address and brought pizza back to store. If I wanted they would bring it to me. After 45 minutes of riding around in a car. When I asked if I was getting a refund, he threatened and said they would just block my address from future deliveries. What a shame. Would rate less if allowed.

We ordered last week and had a problem with delivery. I received an email for 50 percent off entire order. I tried redeeming that today would only take it off pizza. delivery today driver got lost and I had to meet him in a parking lot a few houses over. 5.99 delivery fee for me to walk to get my pizza. I have attached the coupon given to me that would only allow pizza not other items bread sandwiches etc. there are to many other pizza places in this town. I will not order again.

We ordered the boneless buffalo wings and they were not nearly close to the images advertised. They were burnt, cheese melted everywhere when we didn't think cheese would be included at all. They were a big blob of 7 "boneless wings" and were burnt inedible. We would never order this again. We took it back inside to see if that was the correct item because it looked so bad and they said it was the right order and didn't remake or offer anything to correct it or acknowledge how awful it looked. Yikes!

I ordered a Brooklyn style pizza, adding ham and pineapple (sorry) and I received 2 large HAND TOSSED pizzas! I was charged for both, so it wasn’t like I got one for free, I was just too tired and hungry (but not that hungry) to question the cashier who took my order. It was busy and it wasn’t noisy in the lobby, for she heard what I said because she repeated BROOKLYN STYLE as she wrung me up. I should have just drove another mile into the neighborhood to G’s Pizza, for an authentic New York pizza, lesson learned… 👎🏾👎🏾

My order was a little bit wrong, but in the most delightful way. I'll be ordering the "accidental" pizza from now on! The highlight of my Domino's experience last night was the flawless contactless delivery. The driver even stuck around to make sure I got the pizza instead of my neighbors' damned cats stealing it.😹 I'm having more for breakfast today.

Update -- I discovered that the Brooklyn crust is MUCH better than their thin crust which reminds me of a saltine cracker. Delivery is still speedy. Recommended! Another update - tried their buffalo wings. They were acceptable but only acceptable, not even average. Their service is the best -- delivery in 20-25 minutes every time. And the app is pretty good.

domino's has been around since I was a kid in the 80s. if you don't like America's Domino's then I don't know what to tell you. It is what it is sometimes it's hot sometimes it's not but it's a fucking solid Pizza and it belongs to us. this is our Pizza America Rich poor doesn't matter that shits at your door in 15 to 20 minutes tops. tonight I have me the barbecue chicken minus chicken but you gotta add Italian sausage, ham and bacon. I called my local store and asked them to put it through twice. You know what they did. it was the most fire Domino's I've had in a minute. It was so good. Thank you

I ordered 2 pizzas from this location and they delivered 1. So I called to let them know, and the woman on the line said that the driver would deliver when she got back. I asked if I was going to get the pizza that had been sitting there for 40 min or a fresh one and she said okay. When I pressed her if they would make a new pizza she continued to say okay. When I told her this was a yes or no, question she said okay. So she wouldn't tell me if the pizza was going to be fresh, and when I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager. No apology, and she wouldn't tell me if I would get a fresh pizza or a pizza that had been sitting around. She then told me she would hang up on me if I kept asking the question and said she had work to do. Why not just say, "hey, I'm sorry we screwed up, you'll get a fresh pizza and deliver as soon as possible." Why? Why threaten to hang up on me? Why the need to be rude? I'm appalled. Don't order from this location. Period. Update. They never delivered the pizza.

I placed an online order last night and picked it up in store and my order was made correctly and fresh. As I was checking my order, I saw that I accidentally placed a large cheese pizza and asked the cashier if he could refund me for the cheese pizza and charge me for a pepperoni one and he kindly remade me a pepperoni one. I offered to give the cheese pizza back but he told me to keep it. I wish I would've got the employee's name, he was kind and respectful! Thank you Dominos!

Visiting NOLA and last week I came in to pick up a pizza I ordered online. When I arrived, my pizza was on the cutting table. I paid for my pizza and the worker went to cut them, only he didn't. He decided to screw around on his phone for a good minute right in front of me while I was standing there silently waiting and watching him. Then after he cut my pizza and boxed it, instead of giving it to me he left it on the table and started cutting and boxing the other orders behind mine. Somebody else noticed that I'd been standing there waiting for a while at this point so he asked if I'd been helped yet. At that point the other dude pointed him to my box and I was able to take it and leave. Did bud have something against me? To be honest I felt like I was being discriminated against but I'll leave it at that. The pizza itself was good and the interior was clean and orderly.

I ordered an 8 piece chicken last night and 3 of 8 pieces were smaller than a quarter. I called the store and told the manager. He spoke condescending to me stating "Sir, we can't control the size of the chicken". He was in no way whatsoever trying to resolve the issue. There was not even as much as an apology. There is NO quality control NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINOS PIZZA AGAIN.

I'll be honest here, the last thing I wanted to eat when I landed in New Orleans was a chain pizza restaurant but when it's 1:00AM and you don't feel like ubering downtown, sometimes you have to order from the closest Domino's. I placed my order of a small (or medium, whatever the 2 for $13 was) pizza with sausage and meatball and some chicken chunks around 1:00AM and the food arrived around 2:00AM. The pizza was exactly what you expect from Domino's and honestly, it tasted better then I expected. The chicken chunks were surprisingly good (not great, but good) and both of those things did what I needed to do and that was fill me up. Overall, it's Domino's, it is what it is.

I'm not sure if this location is in a bad area but the service is bad. They treat delivery customers like security risks and will not make sure you get your food if you miss their call. Driver told me to pick up my own food and hung up in my face.

I ordered online: an Italian sub and a pizza. The store called me to inform me that they did not have bread to fulfill the sub order. I canceled. Even though both the sandwich & medium pizza were supposed to be $6.99 apiece, they saw fit to charge me $30 & change. I want my money back. They said I'd be credited within 3-5 business days. It's been 10. I will never, ever, order from Domino's again. WHEN I CALLED THE STORE THE MANAGER DAMON WAS UNHELPFUL. His "hands were tied." This is the same guy who called me to tell me there was no bread & he couldn't fulfill the order. He said he would release my funds that night but it would take a few days. In the meantime, I moved across country. I checked my bank account. NO REFUND. NO GOODS RECEIVED. Domino's is a joke in your town

If I could give less than one star I would. We are currently in the process of moving and all of our belongings are packed up. We thought for convenience we would order a pizza and have it delivered to us. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza and the pizza was delivered within 30 minutes. However, when we opened the box the pizza was completely mangled and the cheese must have slid all the way off and stuck to the top of the pizza box. (Picture enclosed) We called back and asked if we could get a replacement pizza and we were told that one would be delivered to us. We waited 50 minutes and still nothing. After giving the manager a call back she said she would comp us the cost of the pizza and our replacement should be on the way. That was 40 minutes ago. When I called her back she said that our pizza should have been here by now. It's not. I'm waiting for a call back from the manager and still waiting for our pizza. We ordered our pizza at 6:57pm and it is now 9:17pm and still waiting. Highly disappointed and would absolutely not recommend. We thought this would be a quick, easy meal. It would have been quicker to unpack our belongings and cook a meal ourselves. As an update: we never received the pizza. The "manager" who was suppose to "call me back right away" and let me know where the driver was with our replacement pizza - went home- according to the person who answered the phone 15 mins after waiting to hear from the "manager".

Probably the worst Dominos in the GNO area. Why does this one have to deliver to my house?! I guess Papa John's is going to be delivering a lot more to my house. I just can't deal with this place anymore. My Domino's tracker showed the pizza leaving the store so I waited and waited... 35 minutes passed and I called the store. The person who answered was rude and just said "it's coming." And it came... 20 minutes later, at room temperature and incorrectly prepared. I tried to call the store to complain and they were already closed. How convenient. Don't order from here! There are better Dominos restaurants out there!!

I was given an offer for a free medium 2 topping pizza from dominos but they would not let me order it because it didn't reach the "minimum delivery price of $17". So it's essentially an empty offer. Why even tell people that then? What the point? Just reeks of laziness.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Worst service ever. I had multiple bad experiences here leading me to pickup from the S. Carrollton location instead. Decided to give them another chance to avoid driving, and boy did I mess up. Quality of pizza is probably the worst I've had from any dominos in any state, customer service is terrible, delivery drivers typically rude. Avoid go to a different dominos if you want it

If I could give 0 stars to this location, I would. Mistakenly ordered from here twice in the last few months and my goodness they are awful. First time they ran out of what I ordered, no problem there, just inconvenient since it took an hour and a half to get delivered (on a Sunday night). Today I put an order in, and arrived an hour and ten minutes later, and cold. Literally had to put a delivered pizza in the oven. Why tf would I ever have to do that when I can get a DiGornio and never have to deal with this location ever again. Do not order from this store or you will have major issues.

On NYE, I ordered a sausage and pepperoni pan made pizza with extra sauce and it was actually perfect lol. The delivery did take a little longer than expected considering that it's a two minute drive from this location to the house, but overall it was good.

I just moved into our new place and after moving and horrible weather conditions I placed an order via the online app. After placing the order I realized I switched the number in my new address! I quickly called not even 3 minutes after noticing bc I usually watch the tracker( which was not working either) I called the store location contact #( 504-486-4922) after noticing i missed their call. I spoke to the lady on the phone and explained to her the mix up of the address and she said, "no worries, I corrected the address." After an hour still no order. I was not too alarmed because the weather was bad. This time no one answered so I checked the app and saw that the store on the app was another number being the nearest location number. I called that store location # (504-483-7770)... the guy said he did NOT see the order although I gave him the order # confirmation on the app. IM COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY NEIGHBORHOOD LOCATION!!!

I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews on this store. I've been ordering from them for 4 years and their delivery people are always prompt and courteous. They've made mistakes, but not as many as most other fast food places I deal with. I mean, it's Domino's. Maybe you're setting your sites too high. It's corporate fast food. It's bad for you but it's fast and convenient.

OK, I did it. Congratulations Domino's, your tv campaign and constant advertising finally got me to try your pizza again. I knew it was not going to be very good, but the curiosity just kept building up. And then a weekday special of a large pie with three toppings for 6 bucks( with coupon) I finally caved. It IS better. I no longer feel like I am eating cardboard with various organic material included. Now I just feel like I am eating various organic material that is really quite distasteful. The crust, while no longer cardboard, is really vile. They are super skimpy with their toppings. I am not sure if they even put pizza sauce anymore. And if they do, it sure isn't marinara sauce. The staff was nice. And the price was great in theory, just not in practice. So Domino's, I am still sure that you make the worst Pizza out of anyone, but at least your giving Pizza Hut a run for their money for worst pies ever!!!!! Hurray!!!!!

Is it possible to give zero stars? This place..... jesus. Ordered here for the last 10 years without many issues. In the last few months this has become a steaming pile of s@$#. Delivery driver arrives without our order and hands me a box with day old brownies (that I also didn't order) and says "this is all we have" and leaves. The store won't answer the phone, and after 4 calls with corporate they give me no refund but a 10$ store credit. I order a pizza with this that shows up so raw the dough is like gum. I call the store and ask for a replacement. The manager hangs up on me. A replacement did eventually arrive... even more uncooked. I called the store again and the moron who answers the phone says, "if you don't like the pizza that why the f@#$ do you even order from us?" Several calls with corporate asking to just refund me the money for the food I never got and they promise to reach out to the franchise owner who clearly has zero f@#ks to give. Never heard from the store after, no joke, probable 10 phone calls with corporate. Today the franchise owner mailed me a $25 check. The food I never got cost over $60.

Orderd a pizza in-store "to go" one night after a long day with no energy left to cook. To even place the order it seemed like a chore. Everybody was on their cell phones like they were just hanging out at a friends house and not at work. Disgusted I just paid the total despite that there was a tacky tip jar on the counter. My bf suggested that we had better tip just so they wouldn't spit in our pizza--that's exactly how those kids attitude seemed. Despite being employed they were looking for a handout and the attitude implied that if we didn't tip, we may have very well been given a little extra toppings on our pizza. F'ing gross.

They're OK. I've gotten some skimpy pizzas over the years here. The staff isn't overly friendly but they're not rude either. Delivery is usually around 45 mins. Quicker than pizza hut across the street! If you're looking for OK cheap pizza... this is your place.

HORRIBLE SERVICE - This was the worst experience I have ever had with a pizza place. I called in because they forgot to put the hot sauce on my hot wings, and the rep Raven( That's what she said her name was) said we'll credit you and hung up the phone in my face. I called back asking if we had been disconnected and she said no I thought you knew the procedure??? I had no idea what she was talking about. She then stated that I would be issued a credit to my phone number but I have to pick it up because I live in a restricted area ( That they just delivered to) and that it would have to be another day because the lobby was closed. She then went on to say " They don't deliver to places like Hollygrove" ( I don't live in Hollygrove) . Raven was very rude, demeaning, and unprofessional.

I had the exact same experience from this Domino's location as everyone else. I order a pizza only to get a call after it's supposedly been made canceling the pizza because they don't have delivery drivers. Other occasions where waiting times are double and triple the estimated time you are quoted at the beginning of your order. Most recently, I ordered delivery and the driver actually forget items that I paid for. This place is a joke as are the folks who work here and I'm willing to bet the same of the management.

It's not worth it. This location has burnt me a few times, but tonight they called me 20 minutes after i ordered and told me they couldn't do pan, I was a little frustrate and asked if they could give a discount, but they couldn't. Not too big of a deal. Then 30 minutes later the app said my deliver was being delivered to my work. My work is a 10 minute walk away. 20 minutes later the app said my pizza was delivered. LIES! My pizza showed up cold 30 minutes after it said it was delivered. COLD! Never again.

Dominos at 402 N. Carrollton Avenue in Mid-City is the one nearest me and the one that delivers to my home. The store is located at Carrollton just downtown of Conti. The staff is amazing and the food is delicious I have the app and am also a rewards member so I will be getting rewarded for my orders. Sometimes I love to go to the store and eat in the small lobby with places that are set for dining. There are also some outdoor tables and chairs for eating outside if the weather is decent. Sometimes, as well I like to have it delivered. Usually if I do delivery- I pretty much like to do it once the store opens at 10am. Especially during a Sunday during NFL season before the games start. During Halftime the store will likely be very busy with deliveries and pick-ups so in that crunch I'd be waiting a little longer than I'd like- so the earlier I order the better!!! Also more courteous to not hit them during crunch time if I can possibly help it!!! I love me my Dominos!!!!!

Better call to make sure this store (5212) is actually delivering before placing an online order for delivery and using a debit or credit card to pay for the order. I just placed an order online for delivery and used my debit card to pay. Minutes after the order was successfully completed and my card charged, store 5212 called me and asked me if I could pick up the order because they aren't able to deliver. I explained to them that I was not able to come and pick up the food, hence my placing the order for delivery. I told store 5212 to cancel my order and to refund the charge to my debit card. They then had the audacity to tell me that my refund would take 3-5 business days. I then called Dominos corporate office to complain about the transaction. Corporate explained that it was a franchisee and that they would have them to call me immediately. That was 20 minutes ago and I still have not heard from the franchisee. Needless to say, I will never order from them again and I will post this ordeal on every review platform that I can find. Dominos sucks.

The rating is not a reflection on their food but their terrible service! I am on a low carb diet- I order their wings at least once a week and always ask for "all drums" because I feel you get more meat than the flats. Before I get into the review, I would like to say the only reason it is not 1 star is because their drivers are ALL awesome! They are fast, courteous, very professional and always get all of the sauces I request. But that is where it 100% stops. The person who answers their phones is one of the rudest employees I have ever come across. Normally I let it slide but last night took it to a whole new level. They have messed up my order on 3 different occasions, once giving me bbq wings, and twice giving me all flats, so when I placed my normal order last night, I asked her to read me back to confirm the order. When she didn't say "all drums" I politely said "please don't forget I am asking for all drums, I hate saying that but it was wrong last time and I really don't want to have to send the driver back". This is where she RAISED her voice and said "MA'AM you are going to get all DRUMS" and then HUNG UP ON ME. Whoa. So I did what any normal person would do, I called back to ask for their manager. After 4 minutes on hold, the manager is the one who answered the phone, I introduced myself as one of their weekly regular customers and told her exactly what happened. Instead of apologizing- she deflected and said "you may not get all drums because we have to pick through the frozen batch to get the drums out of each batch in their package" and then proceeded to keep talking about their prep process and my order rather than focusing on how their employees treat their customers. I calmly said "ma'am, I understand the drum situation but what I am upset about is the fact that your employee raised her voice at me and hung up!" She did not even acknowledge what I had just said- instead going back to the drums. Finally, I said "ma'am- you are the manager of this place, I do not care about the wings at this point and I am telling you that I am hugely aggravated by the way your employee cocked an attitude with me and then hung up, can we address this please". Long silence. She finally responds "yes ma'am, I'll talk to her, is that all?". Wow. No apology, no nothing. If I didn't really love their wings, I would be through with this place.

Worst place to order pizza from!!! Good luck on wether you'll even get your pizza. Lost my order because of a glitch!?! At first they denied even taking my order then after calling a second time over an hour and a half span they told me my order had been lost all together. Everyone I spoke with was indifferent and obviously not interested in resolving the issue. Stay away from here. I'll be checking my CC bill to make sure these idiots didn't charge me for my non-existed pizza!

This place is my go-to for late night, and really anytime, snackin. Ordering can't be any easier with their pizza tracker app. It saves all your purchases and coupons and is a breeze. I try and save a little $ and just pick it up from the store. Don't let the bulletproof glass fool you, this place isn't so bad. The employees always seem to be in good spirits (maybe it's the $100 sign-on bonus?).

Wow ,,,,, worst delivery experience I've had in Nola. We ordered two pizzas and wings. We checked in on the app to see the progress of our order. Within 10 or 15 minutes it said our order was out of the oven and waiting to be delivered. 10 minutes later the status was still the same, 20 minutes later the status was still the same. After 40 minutes we called the location and they said our order was out for delivery. 35 minutes after the call -- a total of 85 minutes after we placed the order, the delivery driver shows up . He had two pizzas for us but no wings. Also, our pizzas were cold, which was no surprise after our long wait. He said he had forgotten the wings and would drive back to the location to get them. We told him no thanks, and that we just wanted our money refunded. He said we should call the store. Upon calling the store we were met with rudeness and callousness. The only explanation we were given was that they had two delivery drivers ---- which to me seemed like more of a reason why our food should have arrived on time. If they have two drivers, shouldn't those two be able to handle deliveries? Had she said they only had one driver, maybe she would have had a point,,, or had she said one of the drivers was in an accident so that slowed down all service for the evening, maybe it would have made more sense,,,,,,, if two drivers wasn't enough to handle orders, how many drivers does she think they need on a shift ?? Five? Six? ... and furthermore, if the pizza cooks were aware that having two drivers was going to slow down all orders, they should have waited 45 minutes before they put our order in the oven--- so then it would have been fresh and hot out of the oven when the driver got it and took it out for delivery. What's the use in cooking orders immediately after receiving them when you know for certain they aren't going to leave the store for an hour ?

To address some of the concerned the other reviewers discussed I will use my multiple experiences. 1. Order online. This eliminates incorrect orders as you place it yourself. 2. Pick it up. If you pick it up yourself you save the delivery fees and misc fuel charges. 3. If using a credit card punch it in online to save time. When you get there they have the pizza ready and the slip there to sign. This error proofs the process and eliminates most of the interaction and thereby negative experience. I am usually in and out in under 3 minutes. Better yet since the pizza is paid for they have already finished when you get there so no opportunity for "extra toppings" other reviewers mentioned. I still tip but that's an old habit from being ex service industry. If you make it easy for them its easy for you.

This is the WORST dominos in the city. Constantly gets orders wrong, forgets things, and then the food is cold after we wait 1.5hrs! I called to complain and employees are rude, we get no offer to get our cold food replaced or for someone to bring forgotten and incorrect items.

I tried calling to place an order, when I told her she laughed and said to hold on until she talked to her manager. She comes back to asks for the zip code, I tell her and she hangs up on me. This is after a friend called and had the same exact response. I checked prior to calling that it was a close enough location to the delivery address, so I'm not too sure what happened there. If it wasn't the location, I just don't understand why she wouldn't just say why rather than being rude to two separate customers. BOO.

This Dominoes is extremely slow .It can take 40 minutes for 1 order of cheesy bread.Seems almost everyone is on their phone at one point.Noone is wearing gloves while preparing food huge no no.Every time i have ordered dessert it comes looking like they dropped it.Looking at the reviews i must be glutton for punishment.

Absolutely awful lately. They used to be pretty decent. I order from their app a lot online and they deliver to the quarter from this store. Tonight, we ordered a pizza, and 30 minutes after it was made it was finally picked up for delivery. After about an hour and a half since we ordered, we checked the tracker and it said the pizza was already delivered. After calling the store we found out that the driver made it to my house, but forgot to bring a side of ranch we ordered. So without calling us the driver went back to the store to get ranch. After a 2 hour wait from when I ordered, we finally get pizzas, except somehow still without ranch. Pretty cold and dry at this point. Try Pizza Hut.

Ordered a pizza tonight with light cheese and sauce. Was delivered with what I assume is an under paid over worked lazy employee's joke of a pizza. There was maybe a 1/8th ounce of cheese and even less sauce. For a large pizza I got a dried out burnt crusty pizza wannabe. Thanks domino's real classy.

What my husband and I wanted: a Hawaiian pizza with hot sauce and jalapenos. What we got: a cheese pizza with hot sauce and jalapenos. Just how hard is it to put a pizza together??? We're definitely not ordering from here again.

They generally burn my pizza somewhat. I order from them a lot because they have the gluten free pizza. Sometimes they cut it into tiny-ass party-size pieces as if i'm going to share my tiny celiac pizza with other people. the delivery is usually speedy and the delivery people are fine. I had one order that was wrong out of maybe 10 orders so far. the chicken has always been excellent.

They just delivered about 50 pizzas to our office along with bread sticks, wings and sodas. It was still hot and tasty.
