Ordered Domino's last Friday and had a HORRIBLE experience. Pizza came *over* 2 hours late; after I had already had to make other arrangements to feed my kids before bedtime. Also, the manager called me (and at that point the pizza was probably about 2 hours late) and told me that the delivery man had tried knocking on my door but nobody answered. I asked him to confirm the address with me since I was CERTAIN nobody had been to the door (I had been inside literally the entire time since my husband had ordered it), and he told me that he was sure that the delivery guy had the correct address (um...okay...).
So fast forward to 8:07 PM (pizza was ordered at 5:20 PM fyi), the delivery guy finally pulls up in front of my house and I met him on the porch (because at that point I was actually worried that he wouldn't even bother getting out of his car but instead be like "oh yeah nobody was home"). Anyways, I opened the door and he didn't say a THING to me, just thrust the pizza boxes into my hands and walked away. The pizzas were luke warm at best (no surprise given the time it took to GET to my house...oh and side note my house is LITERALLY 1.1 miles from the Domino's). To top it off, when the delivery guy drove off, he gave my husband (who was across the street at a neighbors house) the middle finger. WHY? It's not our fault the pizza is insanely late!
I contacted corporate and got a message that my complaint had been forwarded to the owner. That was 4 days ago and I haven't heard a THING from them since. No refund, no coupons, NOTHING. I'm just gonna make sure I've complained via all the social media outlets and hope a bunch of people see it.
