Domino's Pizza

food was perfect but I spent $40 and they couldnt give me one damn icing. they wanted to charge me for a extra icing when it should have came with 2. I got 32 cinnamon bites and they gave 1 icing but if i buy two 16 boxes they give 2 icings what is the difference

Best Domino’s Pizza in the West Baltimore area! The other locations don’t care about their customers and make sloppy pizzas, except for this one. Highly recommended!

Pizza is usually fine. My only problem is every time i order with hot sauce I get NONE. I ORDER EXTRA i get none. Its honestly annoying.

Domino’s has never let me down, even when they make mistakes Domino’s will always try to make things right immediately!! I can’t say that about other pizza places! Always fresh and made just how I like it!!

Domino's has gotten so much better with it's menu items and the quality of their items. I'm back to being a loyal customer and will be ordering again this Friday.

I think their pizza tastes the best. Pizza Bolis is a close second bc they are halaal/ no pork pepperoni. Dominios 7.99 pick up special ( 3 toopings /large pizza) I can eat out for jumuah for cheap.

Just made a order for $117.88. Went to pick it up on Brentwood and was given 3 sauces. I said can I get some more sauce I am feeding several children, she went to the register to charge me for the sauces. That is crazy, you could have at least given me a sauce for each box. Will try Pizza hut next time. Ain't know way someone spend over $100 in my establishment and I am going to charge for sauces.

The order i placed never arrived. It was marked delivered at 9:04. I called about 10 mins later and she assured me the driver was in the area. Another 10 minutes went by and i called again. The guy told me the same thing. At that point it had been an hour since i placed my order and he told me my order isnt the only order. Another 20 mins went by and i called back and was able to get a refund and was told my food must have been mixed up. Poor communication and wont be ordering from here again.

The leadership at this location has made wonderful changes. The service is GREAT!! The food, it's still a chain (always hot fresh and accurate). The taste is what it is. The biggest change at his location is the service!! I was greeted quickly. The staff was courteous. They thanked me. They had napkins. They had plates. It was what great!!

I just got charged 37 dollars jan 7 2026 the closing manager was nasty and claimed no one from that store took my order NEW SCAM ALERT. i typed my card number in was charged and when I called to check on the order I was told I can't help you uber to Wendys. I guess I'm on Dey ass tomorrow tho

TERRIBLE. I try to give these businesses a chance but they never seem to get better. This is my third go around with this location messing up my order. This time takes the cake and I will not be returning at all. The customer service is terrible and they need more training. I ordered delivery on 8/12/24 and one of my items included loaded tatter tots. Looks like someone ate half on the way to my house or they only cooked the little bit they had left. Either way it's unacceptable. DO BETTER!!!! Order from another establishment! Waste of money.

Iv picked up a few pizzas and other items. They are hot n tasty. I really like the app. It's great to have Domino's flavor.

It was ready quickly and looks great! It was yummy and the people who work there were attentive to me when i walked in the door

The delivery guy was very arrogant. I came to the door and he put the pizza wings and everything on the ground. He had a attitude on the phone with my wife. He acted like he couldn't find the address when the address is on the mailbox and the door, the pizza was very thin with no sauce. It was a very nasty pizza and the wings were dry. I would never ever recommend this place to anybody.

Ordered the new Tots, no doubt the worse thing to come out of Dominos. The pizza was also the worse I've ever gotten from this location. Never again.

This is not acceptable, Wednesday December 7th at approximately 7:40 pm, I ordered my pizza. I came at about 8:00 pm. the time was about to run out. It seems as if he was rushing on the pizza, I pick up my pizza then I proceeded to get my son and go home. When I got home I opened my pizza box, the picture below explained it. Domino's do u think this is acceptable? my pizza should not look like a lopsided football. Next time I'm going to pizza hut, they know their shapes from the 1st grade

Idk if it was just this location or not but i got a pizza and it was not good at all. Going to the market and putting a pizza in the oven would have been better. Plus it was expensive. But to me it was flavorless. I'm a foodie and i struggled to eat it.

We have ordered from this location many times (20 years) but tonight was not acceptable. The man that answered the phone was rude and angry. If you look on the web site for them, they all do not have anyone to deliver the food. It was Wed eve 10:00pm on 10/20/21. They need to train phone etiquette to all of the employees that answer the phones!!!! If this happens again we will not order from this location again! So they lost a nice size order tonight and upset me greatly.

Pizza was horrible it was dry with very little sauce. The kids that work in the store was extremely rude. I would not recommend this location to anyone. This was the worst experience ever especially since it was my first meal today!

Good customer service. Surprisingly friendly and helpful for this part of town. Great with getting food out on time etc

Ordered two thin crust pizzas tonight (10/9/20). Tracker got all the way to "Delivered", but no pizzas. Called their store three times & it just rings and rings and rings. Gonna have to initiate a chargeback on my card. What fun.

Food was delivered at 4pm when it was requested for 5:45pm and then the manager tried to argue that it was entered incorrectly for 4:15pm. Here it is on the email confirmation for 5:45 and on the box for 5:45. Sticking with Papa Johns.

Ordered Domino's last Friday and had a HORRIBLE experience. Pizza came *over* 2 hours late; after I had already had to make other arrangements to feed my kids before bedtime. Also, the manager called me (and at that point the pizza was probably about 2 hours late) and told me that the delivery man had tried knocking on my door but nobody answered. I asked him to confirm the address with me since I was CERTAIN nobody had been to the door (I had been inside literally the entire time since my husband had ordered it), and he told me that he was sure that the delivery guy had the correct address (um...okay...). So fast forward to 8:07 PM (pizza was ordered at 5:20 PM fyi), the delivery guy finally pulls up in front of my house and I met him on the porch (because at that point I was actually worried that he wouldn't even bother getting out of his car but instead be like "oh yeah nobody was home"). Anyways, I opened the door and he didn't say a THING to me, just thrust the pizza boxes into my hands and walked away. The pizzas were luke warm at best (no surprise given the time it took to GET to my house...oh and side note my house is LITERALLY 1.1 miles from the Domino's). To top it off, when the delivery guy drove off, he gave my husband (who was across the street at a neighbors house) the middle finger. WHY? It's not our fault the pizza is insanely late! I contacted corporate and got a message that my complaint had been forwarded to the owner. That was 4 days ago and I haven't heard a THING from them since. No refund, no coupons, NOTHING. I'm just gonna make sure I've complained via all the social media outlets and hope a bunch of people see it.

The customer service here is absolutely abhorrent. I recieved my order almost am hour after it was supposed to be here. I understand that things happen, but when my pizzas arrived, they were cold. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I was told that he was "too busy," so I said I would wait. When he finally got in the phone, I was asked what I wanted, either a refund or new pizza, so I said a fresh pizza. When that pizza got there within 15 minutes, they asked for the pizza they had delivered previously. The person on the phone never told me that would happen, so I asked the delivery person why out of curiosity. He walked away and drove off when I went to retrieve the pizza. I caped the store back to complain and they didn't even care that I wad treated poorly. They had a terrible attitude.

I placed an order online before 7pm. I tracked the order through the app and was told at 719pm my order was done and "being checked for perfection". An hour later still no pizza so I called and was informed that deliver was going to take another 2 hours . I then requested that the order be cancelled and the young lady that answered the phone told me she would get her manager and places me on hold. Several minutes later the phone must have rang back and she answered it like it was a new call. I told I was still waiting to speak to a manager about a refund and she responded the it was already done. I asked her if she even knew who I was and she gave me an incorrect address. I corrected her and she said oh yeah that's it. I then asked when I could expect my refund and she said I should have it in a few days. I don't understand why no one called me after the order was placed to say that delivery would be delayed. I would have just picked it up!!! When I expressed my feelings about this situation to the young lady that answered the phone she hung up on me. Domino's you really need to DO BETTER!!! I won't be ordering again!

Paris is awesome! I explained to him that I was in a bind and that I needed to get pizzas to my kids school quickly. He said no problem, we can definitely accommodate you. Not only did they get the pizzas there in time for the class party, it was at a great price too!! Thanks for the awesome customer service.

Several of the employees are very rude and unaware of their delivery area. Some days, especially when they are busy, I'm told that they don't deliver to my house and that I should call a store that is further away. I know they work for minimum wage but if your unable to do your job quit and find another.

I ordered from this location Saturday night and they got it wrong. Called them the minute I realized and the guy who answered said "oh yeah it's on it's way with another driver", ok great, I waited and waited and finally fell asleep. I emailed corporate on Sunday, Sunday evening I received a response saying basically it's locally owned and we sent your complaint to them. So basically Dominos has no control over the franchises baring their name, which makes zero sense. I work hard for my money and I don't want to waste it. You expect me to believe I'm gonna hear from them, I'm not holding my breath. Save your time and money and stay away from this location!

DAREYA and her staff were very rude to us. The driver forgot part of our order then didn't know how much the order was so just made up something on the fly. I called and was on hold for 15mins after the time I asked about the missing pizza and I was put on hold again. I asked the same quest ion and was told the driver will send it out so I said I'll just pick it up since I was going on the road. I get to the store and was greeted with the most ignorant individuals. With comments like "they walk up like they own the place and aight we'll make your damn pizza" I'm horrified. I will never come back and I advise everyone to not come to this particular Dominos.

Ewwwww! They found the most ignorant, unprofessional guys to work here. A guy who took my order got my order wrong and could not count money. SMH.

NO! absolutely NOT! They got a bunch of high school kids with a complete lack of social experience working in the store. The delivery drivers are cool but either way the food is always cold and sloppy. No thank you I'll pass from now on.

Just received my pizza .If I had tasted it before the delivery person left I would send it back. It is tasteless.. I can't taste the difference between the onions and the pepperoni. This is my worst pizza ever. I won't make this mistake again.
