Domino's Pizza

I normally avoid Domino's Pizza because compared to other Pizza sellers (to me) they are very low end bottom dwellers. But they advertised a 2 pizza for $6.99 special; it's Friday so I said hey... My wife won't have to cook tonight. I placed my order adding additional toppings and was sadly disappointed when I got home and actually opened the pizza boxes and the side of wings I ordered. Looking at it you'd think the person who made my pizza's felt like they were paying for the meat so for every cross slashed slice there was only one piece of meat on the slice and the garlic parmesan chicken wings didn't look anything like the descriptive picture. This will be my last time EVER purchasing from this crappie Pizza place! Look at their website and then look at what you actually receive after your purchase; it is not the same!

Would highly recommend 👌 the customer service I was provided was outstanding 🥰 they said they put love into my pizza 🍕 Always great food from this location. Aaron is a great manager and his team is wonderful 👏 will be back sometime definitely!!

Just had my pizza delivered and noticed a huge, long slice of pizza cut out right in the middle. Someone decided to take a slice for themselves and hoped we wouldn't notice by pushing the pizza halves together. If you put the halves together, it creates an odd shape that doesn't match (first picture). When I called, the manager was nice enough to send another pizza. The last photo is the new pizza delivered. Be wary of your pizza orders!

Food cold, not the amount it should be. Waited OVER 2 HOURS for the food.and this is what we get. Noodles cold and not cooked all the way. Half of what the order should be. Completely unsatisfied. If a negative 5 was available, definitely what they would get

This is me and my partners go to for pizza! Friday nights and all! We have never had any issues with this location, and delivery drivers have always been nice and friendly. Thank you for all the yummy pizza for the past year! You guys are awesome 🍕🙂‍↕️

They said my order was delivered and was not delivered been on hold for 20 mins and will not answer my phone calls

Has to be the worst Domino's in San Antonio. I'm not sure they know how to make pizzas correctly. Tell me why it's burnt to a crisp? Never again.

Placed order online… drove to store 2.5 miles away from my location… heavy set man ignored me and another customer upon arriving to pick up pizza… finally customer behind me asked to grab his pizza off shelf and the employee was annoyed .. it wasn’t until then he asked for my name and informed me they hadn’t started my order cause there was only 1 person there to make it and that it will be ready when it’s ready and walked away! Needless to say it was my first time ever to that location and will be the LAST!!

I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give them a one. When I went into the store to pickup my carry out order the store reeked of sewage. The staff were super rude to me. I was told that my order was ready but no one seemed to know where my order was and then when they found the order they realized that they made the order wrong. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my order to be completed. Even after all of that I ended up getting food poisoning from one of the pizzas. Horrible place, horrible staff, horrible service. 0/5. Would not recommend. Take your money elsewhere.

The pizza is always out hot and fresh. We've only had an issue once, and the manager took care of it . Moose Out

Had the cinnamon twists. Found hair in the last two of three cinnamon twists. Please use hairnets or keep your hair up when making these foods ‍ Currently disgusted, threw them out after I saw the hairs. They were in the dough, not on top of them. Pizza was the only redeeming quality. Had pepperoni pizza, hand tossed. It was alright. Honestly, just avoid eating here. If there was hair in the cinnamon twists, there's likely hair in whatever that employee makes.

Got salmonella from this location, please avoid ordering from her. Investigate whoever worked on 3/31 PM shift

Gosh i can't tell you the last time I've had a dominos hand tossed pizza, having switched to flat breads a while ago. I used the occasion of my terrible day caused by a broken refrigerator to treat my stress with a small hand tossed pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage. It was delivered perfect and hot. The 10" being almost the perfect size for one person. Just a little too much, but I made the sacrifice! Sometimes its the simplest of foods which brings a satisfying end to your bad day. I've been missing out apparently.

I've ordered from this Domino's location a few times. It's been a fairly easy process to order online and get the pizza hot and ready for pick up. I feel that their service is something that I can count on. Today's order was the ultimate pepperoni with thin crust and the parmesan bites. I haven't tried the parmesan bites yet but will for sure have it for my lunch tomorrow. I didn't realize that the parmesan bites didn't come with dipping sauce. Some marinara sauce would've been nice.

I ordered a Dominos Pizza delivered. It smelled so bad I didn't eat it. I sealed it in a bag and put it in my trash in my garage so it wouldn't stick up my pantry closet. Bottom line, I will never order another pizza from Domino's

My food was was extremely cold. I asked for extra cheese didn't get. I asked for light on the sauce they put extra sauce. I done they use to be so good. I literally live half mile off from there street Hardy oak. I have to reheat my food. I very disappointed! They didn't even sauce up my wings!

Pizza was absolutely amazing. Perfect order and delicious. We were visiting a family member at the hospital and needed a quick meal.

I had to give one star, or it wouldn't let me leave a review. I finally was transferred to the store, as the woman who answered the phone had a very HEAVY phillipino accent. I could not understand anything she said!! I asked about specials, but all the store could tell me over the phone was 24% off. We ordered 2 medium pizzas, and an order of Brownies. That, along with a $5 tip came to over$40!! One 3 topping pizza, and one cheese pizza with extra cheese. They tasted awful. No extra cheese to be seen. I doubt if I'll be returning to this shop again.

Rating is minus 5. Our first time ordering pizza here. I ordered a two pizzas with a '3 topping special' for a total bill of $16.00. I'm VERY disappointed because the pizzas had no toppings! And we are all hungry! Now we have overpaid for bad quality, no toppings pizza dough. Pizza is WAAAY overpriced with no toppings! You are better off going to HEB or Wal-Mart for better toppings!! I hope this post saves you money!! And from a ridiculous poor experience!!

This is by far the worst Dominos Pizza I have ever ordered from. I ordered 2 Brooklyn style pizzas thru the online app as I always do. When I arrived at the store I stood at the front for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come and help. There were at least 8 employees working in the back several who saw me and never even asked if I need help. Finally another man comes up and is assisted then they ask me for my name. After they look me up I pay for the pizzas without seeing them. Then an employee brings them to me. When I open the boxes I notice they are not Brooklyn style pizzas. I patiently wait again for someone to assist me. I even make eye contact with the gentleman who brought the pizzas out and raise my hand like I needed help. He then ignores me. At this point I was getting frustrated, so I walk in the doorway to their work area this grabs their attention. I tell the staff these are not Brooklyn pizzas. One employee tells me they are but they are just cut wrong. I have been ordering dominos Brooklyn pizzas since they came out and I know what a Brooklyn looks like. They did not want to help me at all. Several blank faces staring at me like I was a problem. It was late and the kids needed to eat so I left. Upon arriving home Mom of the house noticed the pizzas were not right and requested I called to get it corrected. So I called several times. Was hung up on 2 times then the line was answered but no one spoke on the other end. Thank god we used our American Express. I called them and explained the problem and they returned all our money. I gave them plenty of opportunity to make this right and they didn't even care to speak. After noticing all their terrible reviews perhaps management should do something as again this was the worst location I have ever dealt with.

I've made this mistake for the last time. Ordered a pizza and Buffalo Chicken. Delivery time was ok, but pizza was room temp and not fresh. But worst of all? There was a fly baked into the chicken. Won't order from here again.

Idk how hard it is to make a pizza but that's what you specialize in. The pizza wasn't that great and it was cold. I mean, cmon you have 1 job and that's to make a pizza and that wasn't even done to the best of your ability.

No pizza and the worst customer service, they cancel my delivery order without calling or letting me know, they try to tell me that I didn't place the order and they took the money out of my account, when I request a managger the cashier hang up, I call again and they hang up. This place should close.

Well I'm on vacation I thought I would order pizza being diabetic and needing to eat. So I did it online order and it didn't process but it hit my bank account with a reversal which just is a big inconvenience so I've gone from feeling nauseated needing more food before I go to bed to just plain old aggravation. This happened in the Oxford Mississippi store also and it actually messed up my debit card because my bank security locked it down and I didn't realize it until I tried to buy groceries the next day and get embarrassed with a card being declined. I pray it won't happen anywhere I buy anything tomorrow but I have been trying to redeem a pizza that's owed to me and it doesn't seem like I can order the pizza at all. I have been told by other stores when this happens it means the store has turned off it's online ordering because it's too busy to handle dining take out an online orders or DoorDash. I have been dealing with Dominos Since I was 16 and I'm going to be 15 next month it's sad to say I even worked for them at one point. I will never buy from Dominos again because of the treatment and the lack of having their online program of the check like it used to be. I'm tired of hearing Covid is the result of a nobody able to handle their job or a little busy business. Do you know when Covid slows down my husband and I went out and started eating somewhere once a week just to bring money into the local restaurants to keep them going. But maybe we should just lock ourselves up in our house cook our meals and stay away from each other till this pandemic passes and if the businesses fail they fail. Frustrated

Pizzia is great. No problem there. The problem is the dominos app. I'm not able to leave a tip. Totally silly on dominos part. Your hurting your workers. I'm wanting to order a pizza and have it delivered (not to my residence) but again, I cannot leave a tip on the app. Sort of rude to buy pizza for someone but expect them to tip??? I then have to call, cancel my app order, and now make the order over the phone to give a tip. (Guy on phone has heard this complaint before) what sucks is now I don't get any dominos points for ordering a pizzia over the app... Maybe to change pizza's?

Greatest service in SA! I Literally had about five employees come out to me and ask me if I had been served while waiting on my pizza. I can't express how great the service was and my experience at this dominos location.

Talked on the phone for more than 16 minutes without being able to order a pizza, gave the CC information to the operator three times and he was not able to process the order. Extremely disappointed with the service. Had to cancel the order.

I do like dominos but this location needs some improvement they keep burning the pizza and they don't know how to use the online tracker it never shows any updates :(

Consistent high quality pizza, delivered hot to our door, and to our specifications. The online order capability is super. It's simple, provides me relevant offers, and I can re-order our usual if so desires. When you're craving a reasonably priced, yummy pizza, this Dominoes is your choice.

Worst pizza delivery in stone oak. 2 of the 4 times I've ordered, I've cancelled. Today the app said 27 minute wait. I called after waiting over an hour and the employee told me "we aren't taking orders right now". "The wait is 3 hours". So I cancelled. The other two time were pickup. All the other dominos I've ordered from in San Antonio don't seem to have any problems with keeping up. This location needs new management. DONT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS.

Worst pizza experience ever!!! I love Domino's pizza but this place was horrible. They take forever and customer service is out the window!! What ever you order its the worst don't matter if you carry out or deliver.

Worst experience I've ever had with a pizza delivery. I ordered online at around 1PM for 6:15 delivery. After pizza had not arrived I called around 6:25 and was on hold for 10 min and no one ever answered. My wife called and was on hold for 15 min. We finally drove to the place. We still needed the pizza delivered as the babysitter and our child were waiting on the pizza. I was assured we would receive a full refund (not sure if we've received it yet) and the pizza would be delivered hot and fresh even though the tracker showed the pizza had been cooked an hour previously. The employee working there, Freddy, was rude and the manager never came up and addressed us or any of the other obviously upset patrons.The sitter texted me that the pizza finally arrived over an hour late and that it was in fact cold. I will NEVER order from this Dominos again.

Fast delivery to our hotel but it's all in the details. Like remembering the Coke we ordered? Hot and fresh! Just no drink to wash it down that we ordered. On the plus side he did make a special trip to bring our Coke to us!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER! Do not waste your money or time going here. I ordered over $50 worth of pizza, pasta, and asked for their delivery service. They canceled my order without telling me and I waited over two hours. I would call and call and no answer. I drove to the place and they told me they canceled it yet I was still charged $50. They're manager seems to not know anything. Really unprofessional! NEVER COMING BACK HERE!

Literally so upset right now. I'm staying in a hotel with my dogs and wanted to get some pizza because I didn't get a chance to eat yet and this was one of the only places open for awhile longer. I picked delivery since the website said anything by 12am can be delivered with no problem and I can't leave my dogs in the hotel by themselves. It was 1140pm which I understand is late and is something I don't usually do but i was starving. I get a call a minute after I place my order saying they can't deliver because the driver was making deliverys and wouldn't be back by 12am.... I would've waited but they insisted I pick it up even though I told him I can't the the hotel which is the whole point of getting it deliver. So they just cancelled my order. Ridiculous, if I could give 0 stars I would.

I placed an order this afternoon and turns out someone else mistakenly took my order for theirs. Nevertheless, when I went to go pick it up an employee explained to me that there might have been some confusion. They immediately redid my order at no cost and they even threw in some cinnamon twists. Everything was warm and looked great. Happy customer!!

Ordered online with a 2 hour delivery estimate. Called after an hour to request in store pick up. After waiting on hold for 8 minutes, being hung up on, calling back and actually talking to someone, I was informed that it would be another 3 hours before my order would even be ready. I requested my order be canceled and my credit card be refunded... we will see if that happens!

Horrible service! I just called to order carryout and the lady on the phone was not friendly and was rude. I cancelled the order.

Bad customer service. Our large cheese pizza only had 3 slices that were edible and they wouldn't replace it. Said they were too far behind on orders. We won't be ordering again.

My pizza was free and I still want my money back. Pizza was room temp wings were cold but blue cheese was hot(wtf). Ordered my pizza at 7:35 didn't get it until 9 pm. While the app claimed my pizza was ready just never delivered

Decided to order Pizza for my brother in laws birthday. They told us 30-- okay that's standard. Then they call us 20 min later telling us they had to transfer the account to a different store bc they don't deliver out there. Okay that's fine. So they told us to call the other store bc we had to send them our CC info, they told us it was going to be another 40 min. Which we already waited 20 and people were already arriving to the party! They wouldn't put us as first priority, so took our business elsewhere

Worst service ever. Sent in order took an hour before it was ready, get there to pickup order and told they forgot to make 2 of 3 pizzas. Manager excuse was they were busy and missed it. When I asked that the items that where are be remade, manager could not understand why. Do not order from here

Pre ordered through the app. According pizza tracker, the pizza was baked at 18:55, but out for delivery 19:15. It arrived 28 minutes late, cold and in a bad shape. I'll never order here again.

Great location! Pizza came fast, hot and fresh! The wings are great too. Most people wouldn't think Domino's for wings but they're truly amazing. Our delivery person (Austin) was very professional as well.

Placed an order for delivery at 11:30 pm. Tracker said it left at 11:58, but pizza never came. Stores closed now and no answer on phone. Not the first time I've had this problem with just this one store. I guess they feel like they don't have to stay open the posted hours. Who do I have to talk to get my local dominos to just do what they say they will and are supposed to do.

Hours of operation stated store closed at midnight. Placed initial call at 11:30pm. Placed on hold and no human spoke to let me know I was in line to place an order. Hung up and called again at 11:35. Again. No answer and no human response. Placed order through the Web at 11:43. Order was accepted. Web said Gabrielle had started prep. Refreshed the screen and it said it was delivered! All within 5 minutes. Looked at my bank account and the order was canceled. No one called. I would never recommend this domino's to anyone. Poor management. Poor people skills. Just close your doors.

Very inconsistent place. You play a game when ordering and have to hope you get a nicely cooked pizza and get what you order/pay for.

There are certain days when I fly out the door in the morning and forget my lunch. Always happens to be the same day that getting out of the office for lunch is impossible. I'm glad I can count on this Dominos to always bring me a hot meal and in a timely manner. Needles to say, I will be forgetting to bring my lunch to work more often! Thank you Dominos!!

Well where do I start? According to their tracker my pizza has already been delivered! NOT!!!! I called the store and spoke to the manager and she just came up with excuses. It takes less than 5 min to get to my house from the Dominos. Where is my pizza and my refund? Never again order from them!

I've ordered pie from this location for 6 yrs and it has gotten progressively worse. After last night's 86 min wait for an overcooked, cold pie w/o much cheese it will be the last. The staff lied to me when I called to check on it telling me it was out the door on its way at 7:57. When it arrived 28 mins later the credit card receipt had an 8:13 time stamp. The pie was so bad we ordered Pizza Hut and had it in 24 mins finally feeding my kids at 9 pm.

This Dominos Pizza location is terrible. I've had 5 extremely ridiculous experiences. Ordering is easy. Receiving what you order is another thing. I've always enjoyed my Dominos in other states. After 3 failed delivery experiences and 2 pickup. Zero stars.

i absolutely had a terrible experience at this dominos pizza at stone oak i waited two hours when they said it would be seventeen omg plzzzz do not go terrible!!! but the guy working was really hot and gave it to me for free yasssss!!!!!!! AND IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT THINKS THAT LETS JUST GO AHEAD AND SEE HOW TERRIBLE THIS IS

Service is spectacular but the food really isn't that great of quality. I don't blame this particular location just because the food at any Dominos isnt that great.

I've never left a review before, but feel obligated to do so. First time I was there the guy in front of me it said his pizza was ready for pickup on the screen with his name. He was pointing right at the screen with his name that said "ready for pickup" or something similar. They said it wasn't even started and would be around 30 minuets. Fortunately I got my order after he walked out pissed off. Tonight I ordered a pizza "my second time there" and waited 45 minuets before driving there to pick it up. Saw other customers walking out shaking their heads without carrying anything, so I knew what was coming once I walked in. It would be another 65 minuets on a Thursday before it was ready. I canceled my order because it was almost 2 hours before it "might be ready" after I ordered it. This place is a gamble if you'll get what you ordered. Order from another Dominos closer to your location.

Order placed at 12:05 pm on a Wednesday 12/7/17. Email said appx 20 to 30 min. I called at 12:54 asking if there was an issue. Was told they were waiting for driver. Tracker said driver left at 1:11pm, received pizza roughly at 1:37pm. I live 0.8 miles from Dominos and it took 26 minutes to drive cold nasty pizza to my house. The whole thing took over an hour and a half and I was still charged, no apology phone call, no nothing. Insane!
