Domino's Pizza

For the price the quality of the pizza is good. I also enjoy their sandwiches, the Chicken Bacon Ranch and Philly Cheese. Delivery has always been prompt within the delivery time stated. The staff interaction in store can be spotty, as sometimes there's a language barrier and/or a lack of basic customer experience skills. All things considered Domino's Pizza is a solid product for the price.

The place has been newly remodeled and it is way more effective than ever. If you've been there in years past please stop by and check out the new place..the vibe went from shady in the past to a cool up beat experience. I highly recommend it as 1 of my top 5 pizza spots in San Francisco.

Service was awful. The guy was rude and disrespectful and pissed off for no reason. The location is awful you get harassed by the homeless the second you leave the store. Also the guy assembling the pizzas wore NO gloves. DISGUSTING! It was so bad we got multiple videos.

Update 12/11/2020: Delivery has been restored to it's swift rate! Back to 5 stars! Update 12/06/2020: I ordered from Domino's a couple times this weekend and both times pizza came cold. A drastic cut to quality from my previous experiences. I actually ordered a second time to confirm, and the results were the same. Seems like the place is understaffed in terms of drivers as my food seemed to sit for a long time prior to being delivery. Lowering my rating to 3 stars thusly, but I'm hoping to update soon! I've ordered from here countless times for delivery and haven't had an issue yet. Huge shout out to the team for the tasty and quick pizza delivery!

32 dollars for a very mediocre 12 inch off the shelf pizza at takeout!! How can a company this BAD (it’s not just this dominos, dominos across the USA) still have business. They purposely don’t actually show the price. We need to actively boycott this nonsense

I have tried a lot of pizza places here in San Francisco and have been very disappointed every time. I saw a commercial with their $6.99 for each item deal and ever since I only get pizza from there. The pizza is always very hot and cooked perfectly. It is always delivered within 45 min. at the most, but usually less than 30. You can pay with cash as long as your order is under $25 for delivery. You get free items for your next order also. Every once in a while they will send me an email for a free 2 topping pizza just because. So I got these bread knots with this amazing garlic butter and the free pizza today. I ordered another pizza and these cinnamon twists things with frosting that I love all for $24. That included the delivery. My favorite things are the cinnamon twist, the garlic knots with the garlic butter. Do not forget to order the garlic butter. It is what makes them so good. I also like the pan crust the most. You even get a text when they are 2 min. away . They have a feature in the app that tells you what step in making your pizza is at.

Fast easy efficient. The best most addictive stuffed cheesy bread. I swear I order that instead of a pizza to myself every time I swear. So addicting too. Love it. Made fast and perfect every single time. Consistency and that is a major plus being that it's location isn't the best.

Can’t even get a refund for raw dough in the center of the pizza. Called for a refund to let them know I received undercooked dough and the man on the phone just said “it shouldn’t be raw”. I assured him that it is indeed raw and he told me all the pizzas are the same. He said he would make it again for me, which is fine however, after he just told me all the pizzas are made the same why would I want another pizza sent to me cooked like this? I just wanted a refund and it was so much just to get the process to request the refund from dominos. Apparently you have to email customer support and hope a human responds instead of the “delivery bot, Dom”. About a year ago the pizza from this dominos was on point. Something must have changed because now not only is quality suffering but also their customer service. I will not be ordering from here again.

Pizza, and both were well-made, with a good amount of toppings and cheese. One downside is that the delivery fees and service charges add up, making it less of a budget-friendly option compared to picking up in-store. Overall, if you're craving a quick and reliable pizza fix, Domino's in SF does the job well. Just keep an eye on delivery fees, and maybe double-check your order before the driver leaves.

Ordered and said it was completed but it never arrived. And they did not even offer a refund. So dominos just is a bad pizza spot in general.

San Francisco Life Pro Tip: If roads ever get icy, come here and order their crust. The amount of salt they put on the crust will melt the ice. Why so much freaking salt, Domino's?!? Did you season this with the tears of a thousand disappointed customers? I ordered a pizza, not a sodium challenge. Also, horrible pizza. My roommates all agreed to turn on the kitchen fan every time we open the refrigerator just because of the smell. Our outdoor Maine Coon cat "Fluffy Butt" enjoyed another pizza place so I thought maybe she can try the meat on this pizza, Fluffy Butt has a hairball everytime she looks at Domino's pizza. I only ordered because most Dominoes locations have a really good promotion online until March 2nd: $10 for a large pizza with up to eight toppings. This was originally a $40 pizza, i would have been furious if I paid regular price for this salty McPizza which broke my friendship with Fluffy Butt :(

Not only were we robbed of our money that they would not refund for missing items, but we also had food poisoning. My twelve-year-old and I are throwing up like crazy. Customer service did nothing. Just think of all the rats in that area. Customer service hung up on our faces

The pizza was good. The brownies were a little undercooked, but still good! Better than being burned! Service was fast.

I want to start off by saying I get some of the bad reviews. I've ordered here a couple times and the pizza was a little cold and it's not in a very good location. That being said, their service is professional and they are pretty fast. It took only around 20 minutes when I ordered for pickup both times. The store itself is pretty clean and it's pretty hard to beat their deals. Both pizzas I ordered were cooked well and tasty. No cheese sliding off to the corners of the box like some Non-Newtonian fluid or slices stuck to the bottom. I have personally had both happen at significantly higher rated Domino's locations. All in all, I give this Domino's a solid A minus. They have a few things to improve on, but generally do a pretty good job!

While this location doesn't deliver to my neighborhood, I still live within a 10 minute drive. It's Dominos so you know what you're getting but this location has always put out a good product. Everything is always great! Plus everyone there is always helpful and nice! As mentioned above, I've never gotten delivery so I cannot speak to that.

Very Rude!!!! I ordered 2 pizzas.Yet I asked him if they had any pizzas deals he rudely said No and walked away like figure it out ok I did by ordering online being he is the manager the least he could've done was directed me to look online but of course not.Then when asked if I could have a bag for my 2 pizzas he just threw the bag on top and walked away.I felt so belittled and disrespected if I didn't have 2 little ones at home I most definitely would have cancelled. No condiments,no napkins, no thank you have a good day.We all know you can't the cook mad so I kept it cute.The pizza was 2 out of 10All sauce very little cheese Gross.Cmon dominoes your at a great location Good pizza and customer service could go along way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a fan of Dominoes. No frills, I like the simplicity. The Last 2 orders from this location, they forgot toppings and I typically do not have time to wait for them to remake a new pie.

The pizza tasted great but unfortunately My family got sick after eating a pizza from this location on Geary last week. It was clearly food poisoning. The baby didn't eat any pizza and didn't get sick. Everyone who ate the pizza was throwing up all night. They refused to issue us a refund or any sort of compensation.

I've actually historically been a fan of dominos -- it's cheap and you honestly get a decent deal; however with the recent price hikes and this specific location changes; things have gone down hill. First let's talk about the price increase. Yes, a $1 or $2 increase per pie may not seem like a lot, but when you consider it's actually a 20% price hike -- we're not talking about the traditional ~5% year-over-year inflation price hike. I know their rent didn't go up 20%, and I know they aren't paying their employees 20% more. Second, this location recently moved down the street (to the old pizza hut location) which isn't a big deal, and I actually think the interior is a little nicer with some nice updates, however the quality control has sank significantly. They constantly mess up the order (wrong and missing toppings), it's rarely ready on-time, and the pizza itself simply doesn't taste as good (not that it was that great in the first place, and pizza is a difficult dish to mess-up as long as its not under-cooked or severally overcooked). A prime example of a constant issue I have with this location is the pan which I use to almost always get at the old location; now they serve it as a and-tossed pizza in a black-box instead of a white-box, which makes me wonder why am I being charged the extra cost of the pan to get the hand-tossed in a different colored box?! I'm not going to order from this place again, and neither should you.

I'd just say that I've never had a problem with Dominoes before and they've always been straight forward but after ordering online and receiving my order that I thought was quick and simple since it was one of there Deluxe pizzas on the menu but adding ham. I would then receive a deluxe but minus anything deluxe about it, a cheese pizza with ham on it. It stated that Anthony was the one that prepared my order and is also the manager? But how does a manager miss 80% of the ingredients. Overall, I'd say the place is great.. for pick up so you can make sure your food is made right before paying.

The worst pizza we've had in years. Our pizza arrived with raw dough in the middle and giant air bubbles throughout. There was almost no marinara sauce, the pizza was so thick it was like eating a breadstick in some spots and the slices were weirdly cut it was almost comical (take a look at the pic). Super bizarre this is supposed to be a chain with at least some quality control.

Staff could not care any less about the customers or the food. I was chastised for asking for crushed red pepper & parmesan cheese packets. He said in a dismissive voice l, "We don't have any. We don't, we don't". I was really shocked for not having such a simple item. Maybe it's because they always have given out way more than people used and that's why they end up in the kitchen junk drawer.

Just got my order - pizza was cold, crust so hard I couldn't bite it. What they offer for an expensive cold pizza is points or a discount on another pizza - why in the world do I want a discount to purchase another cold rock hard crust pizza? Do not order from this Dominos Pizza location - they should have offered to refund $85 I wasted on their horrible cold pizzas.

Yikes! My handmade pan pizza had excessive air bubbles on and below the pizza. The pan crust was subpar, and the cheese was less than expected too. The thin crust we got had way more cheese and had no issues.

The location cooks items quickly but I also do think their pizzas sometimes are underdone, so I guess the first note is only beneficial sometimes. I love their wings but they've gotten smaller recently

The "website" and "apps" are treated and regarded more importantly to this establishment, than the actual customer, by the management.... terrible.

Over charged, ordered pizzas and was charged 8.625% Tax Plus 6% ???TAX???, plus delivery fee - called to ask for this Tax and was told that this is San Francisco Food tax??? unbelievable total of 14.625% for Tax + tips. won't order from Dominos anymore.

They fucking canceled my order with zero notice. I ordered well before closing time and their fucking bullshit program canveled my order.

Half the staff were visible playing on their phones with another customer at the register. I received coupons for them for carry out orders (basically anything not delivery since there is no dine in option in the 10' X 8' waiting area in front) but they all said limited time offer with no expiration date or other stipulations. Told in store that we had to do online orders for those only to discover NONE of those coupons were available online. Don't recommend if you wanna avoid a headache. Edit: just saw a worker chug a beer out of a black plastic bag right in front of the store.

Contributing to these posts. I ordered online and never got a message that they were arriving to my house, delivery guy seemed pissed lol gave him extra tip. Fix your status machines!! Pizza is pizza tasted like you would expected not the best but I recommend going somewhere else if your want smooth service. - out of all my years with dominos this one was the worst store service/quality yet, shut it down if no one will do their job seriously enough to get the job done

I walked down to order 3 large pizzas on Sunday. One of my stores were doing awesome and I decided to bring in pizzas. I haven't had a pizza for awhile. I make my own, but on a cauliflower crust. I have to say I enjoyed my two pieces that they made. The pizzas was delicious, the crust was soft and just right. They do deliver but I couldn't get someone to answer the phone on Saturday. It's not the best location but the pizza is great. 4 stars because of their attitude but I understand they have been front liner workers and probably working long hours. Being in the service/retail industry, I did give my tip for take out. The delivery gentlemen were nice. Pizza is worth it!

Yesterday, had Dominos Pizza (Geary Street, San Francisco) location and it was surprisingly really good. When you live in a foodie city, like San Francisco, you normally don't choose "chain restaurants," when you're hungry! Now, there's only so much that I can say about Domino's because everyone is familiar with the brand. Now, I do believe that when it comes to "taste - quality - price - promotions - and variety," Dominos far surpasses the other major brands (Pizza Hut, Papa John's, and Little Ceasar's). The Geary Street location is in the Tenderloin and doesn't offer delivery outside of that district. They do have "car service," where they promise to bring the food directly to your car so you can have a "contactless delivery." I ordered two (2) sets of wings (boneless / bone-in) and three (3) large pizzas - pepperoni with traditional curst, flatbread veggie (which was great), and pepperoni with a Brooklyn style crust (good for folding). All of this for about $50 bucks! If your in the mood for pizza, this is a good choice.

If I could give zero stars to this particular Domino's I would. Our order was delivered and the pizzas were covered in dough bubbles and did not have the correct sauces or the extra cheese that was paid for. We called and let them know and the man told us they were very busy, could we accept a credit for another time? My husband said that wasn't a problem, when we called to get the order sent back out a few days later the manager said no because we have to pay a delivery fee and when we asked why, The MANAGER became agitated and very aggressive with my husband. We wanted to know why, we had to pay anything for DOMINOS Mistake? We are happy to tip the driver as it's probably not the same driver but their fees should be waived. The Manager continues to argue and then hangs up! After a couple minutes my husband calls back and they won't answer the phone at all now. Absolutely DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE And Behavior coming from a manager or shift leader.

I was hesitant to order from here because of the reviews, but I went ahead because it's a chain and I know the name. Ordering was easy online, tracks your order , gives you options to give specifics to the one making it and the one delivering it. It was said the pizza would arrive between 45min -1hour, and it came way before that. They also delivered to our hotel room no problem. However I did call the front office and gave them a heads up about my order so I think this helped. The pizza was made to perfection and was hot like if I just pulled it out from the oven myself. I'm pleased with the service and the taste 100%. The reason I did not rate 5 stars was due to the delivery fee it was $4.50 considering they are very close to the hotel I'm staying at. I'm not sure if it's just more expensive here, but back in AZ the delivery fee is half the cost. I know it's not much difference but just wanted to bring up as to why I did not rate at 5.

2.5 STARS After taking a kickboxing class with a girlfriend, we went over to her house and we were starving! She didn't have any food, but she mentioned ordering pizza for dinner. Domino's in particular, cuz it was cheap and fast. I agreed and placed an order for delivery on Wednesday, September 14th at 7:13 pm. It arrived at 7:43pm. My gf lives in Nob Hill. We got two Medium (12") Hand Tossed Pizzas ($5.99 each). One with Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Cheese (which I picked) and another with Bacon, Italian Sausage, Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Cheese (which she picked). Since I love my veggies, I added a Classic Garden Salad with Italian dressing ($5.99). I used their coupon to Choose Any 2 or more items: Medium 2-Topping Pizza, Salad, Marbled Cookie Brownie, Specialty Chicken, Oven Baked Sandwich, Stuffed Cheesy Bread, 8-piece Chicken, or Pasta in a Dish for $5.99 each. Otherwise, I think the pizzas each would have been $15.99 each which is crazy! The salad would have been $6.49. They also charged us a delivery charge of $3.99. I have fond memories of Domino's from grade school. Our cafeteria used to sell giant slices of their pizza. Pepperoni, I believe. It was greasy, cheesy, and oh so delicious! This didn't quite live up to my memory. Though it was a good amount of toppings, the pizzas weren't very cheesy. And that used to be my favorite part about getting Domino's. Their crust, however, was better than I remember since I believe they now do a garlic seasoning on it. Surprisingly, the salad was great. The ingredients fresh and the lettuce crisp. Provided a healthy contrast to the pizzas. How would I rate the pizza? Probably a little below average. But for less than $25, we got two pizzas and a salad delivered in 30 minutes. Overall, that's a hard deal to beat for dinner! Rounding this up to three stars.

Had our Neighbor here to visit one night and ask for Pizza. One thing good about Domino's is you can Literally track your order. They got good coupons too..what supposed to be a 45min deliver came out less than 30mins !!! Think it took less than 20mins for everything to be done. Thats very quick...They follow Social distance when delivering too....

I just wanted to update my review, the Pizza was excellent* as usual. I have never had any problem with the quality of pizza from this location. I know what I'm ordering and I have never been disappointed with the food. *Yes I know what good pizza is (Tony's north beach, Fiorella, Del Popolo, Delarosa, etc.)

Third time ordering from this location. Today , they accidentally gave me cinnamon twist instead of garlic twist , so 45 minutes later I got the garlic twist and they also gave me free brownies for my inconvenience. Minus one star because I didn't like the ham and salami pizza I ordered. It was very salty . I should just stick with my combination pizza and the garlic twist.

Today's order was incorrect. They put BBQ sauce instead of tomato sauce. It tasted nasty. I called them and was on hold for 25 mins before speaking with two rude women/girls (?). They said they canceled my order bc it was incorrect. I ended up composting the uneatable pizza and ordering from the Richmond Dominos shop. That one was cleaner and nicer. They gave me a small bottle of Coke for my trouble.

What is the best place to go for affordable pizza and it's really quick I recommend it just use coupon online or download the app very easy and then go watch a movie in the movie theater very good movies in theaters right now I recommend it.

Good affordable pizza to have, but not the best quality. Delivery fee is pricey as well so strongly recommend picking it up.

I do not understand how this Dominos has such low ratings. When I order my medium pepperoni pizza once a month for delivery, it is literal perfection every single time. It's piping hot with perfect crust and just the right amount of toppings. And the delivery guys are always so friendly and kind! They make sure to ask for my name before handing over the pizza which I really appreciate. I love this location and rave about it often :)

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. This is one of the most poorly run locations I have ever visited and the mangers are incredibly rude. I have waited 3+ hours on delivery to a house 3 blocks from their shop, I have been yelled at and talked over by managers, and promised fake credits when they have messed up on my order multiple times. Spend a little extra to go elsewhere and if you run into Zee tell him I said fuck off

This is a review of delivery from Domino's Pizza on Geary near Larken. 1. Relatively easy to order via their website. There are some cumbersome aspects to the design. Overall though, it is easy enough to use. 2. I placed my order at 6/10/2011 7:02 PM. The pizza was delivered at 7:28 PM. 26 minutes is pretty darn quick. The delivery person was professional and polite. 3. Pan Pizza with Tomatoes and Mushrooms - This was very bland. The dough had almost no taste. The pizza sauce could use some spicing up. This charge raised a relatively good price for a medium pizza to a relatively high cost for a medium pizza. Medium(12") Deep Dish Pizza $13.74 20oz Bottle Sprite® $1.99 Food & Bev Total: $15.73 Tax: $1.76 Delivery Charge: $2.75 Total: $20.24 6. Overall - This was a average pizza delivered very quickly. There are so many better options in San Francisco.

Long story short, they ripped me off. I ordered about 25 pizzas for an event and left a tip using their online system. They called me telling me the system hadn't charged me enough and that I needed to pay the remainder in cash at time of delivery. I checked my credit card statement online, it said that they in fact did not charge the tip, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I gave the delivery driver a $20 tip, and later that day Domino's went and charged my credit card for the original tip amount that they said I needed to pay in cash at time of delivery, creating a double tip. Total scam and rip off. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION!

Terrible pizza, very dissatisfied and disappointed with how dry and tasteless the pizza was. Paid top dollar for the pizza to be made my way but they definitely missed the mark. If I could, 0 stars all around.

Quick delivery - I've ordered 5x in past 2 weeks (I win at life) and it's never taken more than an hour. I once pre-ordered for right when they open at 11am (again, I'm winning at life) and it came at 10:45am. It was undercooked but the other 4 have been fine. They remember my add-on cups of ranch (I'm winning at life so much, I'm gonna be so sick and tired of winning so much). They even sent me a code for a free pizza for a reason I have yet to ascertain. I'm going to redeem it later today and it will be cool.

SUMMARY: The low star rating is due to poor customer service from the store, bad tasting food, incorrect food in our order, and super delayed delivery time. The one good thing was the uber driver was friendly. We ordered a lot of different items so we could try multiple things. Almost everything was bland and disappointing. We had the Deluxe pizza, the primavera pasta, the carbonara pasta, the pineapple and jalapeno chicken, and BBQ wings. Everything, including the pizza was highly disappointing and unsatisfying. Our food took over 2 hours to arrive. I've never experienced such a long wait for food. Everything was completely cold by the time it arrived, and packaged in aluminum, so we could not easily heat it up in the microwave. I called the store, and they told me to call back in 15 minutes if it hadn't arrived and they would check, which made me feel a little better. When I called back in 15 minutes, someone else answered and just told me there was nothing they could do and I should keep waiting at least 20-25 minutes. That was another negative experience, because the first person I talked to made it seem like they could actually help if the driver was super late. We ended up ordering from Papa John's pizza ~1.5 hours after placing our order with Dominos, and the Papa John's arrived first! That's a little ridiculous. On top of that, we had ordered a half regular cheese, half double cheese pizza. The half that was supposed to have regular cheese, had NO CHEESE. It was just the toppings and pizza sauce. This is the worst experience I've had with Dominos. The Papa John's pizza was delicious and satisfying.
