Domino's Pizza

Every since Domino's up'd is game 10 years ago, I've been a part time fan. Yeah, I've for my favorite pizza places. Some are old school. Some are fancy. Some are convenient. Domino's falls into my convenient and reliably good pizza at an amazing price. Today, my son and I shared a large for only $7.99. Then, I drove to the end of Sloat and we talked about high-school and road trips. Thanks Domino's for giving me a pleasant afternoon with my boy.

I’ve given this location several chances, but the customer service is consistently horrible. On multiple occasions, my orders have either been wrong or not ready at the scheduled time, forcing me to cancel and request a refund. Getting a refund is nearly impossible — the store says to contact corporate, and corporate sends you back to the store. It’s a frustrating loop with no resolution. The pizza itself is mediocre at best, and the hassle just isn’t worth it. I’ve finally learned my lesson and won’t be ordering from this location ever again. Save yourself the headache and give your money to another business that actually cares about their service and their customers.

The girl who worked here she handled everything so well, i was so impressed with customer service. Even though she made so great pizza and that really taste so good. Everyone should come here you will get good service.

We ordered a pick up order and was given the wrong order. When we realized we received the wrong order we called and requested a remake and delivery, which we were told was $6. We said “it’s ok we’ll take delivery” and the worker said ok and then hung up. I then had to call back and reiterate that we want delivery for our remake and they can take back the wrong pizza. Again, the manager on the phone said ok it’s $6, then said delivery was unavailable, and then again said it was available for delivery for $6. We specified we wanted delivery, she then said ok and hung up. Now me and my angry, hysterical, pregnant wife is with me on the bus at 10:30pm. The manager remade the order and remade it WRONG. So now we are still her at Dominoes at 11pm waiting for our correct pizza. And then when we asked for the remake of the parmesan bits, she handed us back the ones we gave her when handing us the incorrectly remade pizza.

During my visit, I ordered a buffalo sandwich, which I found to be unsatisfactory. The sandwich was served with only two strips of chicken, which is significantly less than what I expected based on previous experiences and the advertised description of the sandwich. This lack of proper ingredients greatly diminished my enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, I observed a concerning behavior by one of your employees. While preparing food, the employee was handling cash, touching their face, and then proceeding to handle food without changing gloves or washing hands. This blatant disregard for basic hygiene practices is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the food safety standards at your establishment. As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the quality and service provided by Domino’s Pizza. However, this recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the cleanliness and professionalism of your staff. I kindly request that you address these issues promptly to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I believe that maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene is crucial for the reputation and success of your business. Because this was just garbage.

I was excited to come for a late night snack from the beach after being tired and exhausted. I could have chosen any place but I chose dominos because I am an avid fan and supporter of the company. Then I come before the closing time using multiple munis and trains that had delays. However, I was thankful to come 30 minutes before the closing time just for dominos to be closed. I was sad, upset, and disappointed. This ruined my day.

This is a tiny place located at residential area. I placed my order on line on a Saturday afternoon. First time to use their online order service. I would give a 8 out of 10 for it. It took around 10mins for the order to be ready. Not bad at all. They don't provide spices unless you ask for. Napkin is self service.

I made my order online at 9:20am for pick up at 11:30am. The order came out 20 minutes late. What’s the point of ordering ahead of time? People who just ordered regularly got their food ahead of me.
