Domino's Pizza

I ordered my pizza to be delivered by 11:15 AM. It finally showed up at 12:30 PM. That’s over an hour late, and my entire lunch break was already over by then. What’s the point of scheduling a delivery if you can’t even come close to being on time? No call, no update, no apology. Just a cold pizza and wasted time. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This is the first and LAST time I’m ordering from here.

Pizzas are tiny. On receipt said 9 inch but only 8. Usually I get bigger sized pizza from other dominos. And no cheese. Only chilli. Not sure why so stingy.

The customer service was so bad. Poor hygiene staff was not using any glove when preparing the pizza asked the manager summer was told domino’s pizza didn’t provide any glove for them. I have recorded this statement on amid of processing this complain to the Singapore Food Agency. Don’t know how the staff passed their food and hygiene course! Also staff don’t even bother to pick up customer call. I tested when I’m in the store they just let the phone ring. This is not how u do business.

Ordered at 1858hrs, pizza was still "in the oven" till 2001hrs. Then 2002hrs it says finished making. At 2004 hrs it says delivered. Only received the order at 2025hrs....i mean dominos uses to be great but maybe its just this branch

Idk if this place even exists cuz what? I tried ordering from here 6 months ago on the Dominos app and it said order recieved and preparing for 2 bloody hours . And it continued saying this and never delivered ?later I think it got refunded(still not sure about this) Then I tried ordering from foodpanda now and it cancelled after 20mins. I don’t think they even accept online orders . This problem seems to be faced by a lot of others

I have been to Domino's for the first time in Singapore and this was one of the outlets located in Arab St (15 minutes walkable from the Little India area). The staff seems to be new since one of them was unaware of a few products and offers though was able to manage to check with the colleagues. Also, initially I have been asked to wait for 45 minutes but the order was ready to serve within 25 minutes. If you're pure vegetarian then you must try Very Veggie and Rom Margherita as you will have only these 2 options. Also, you will be able to customize your pizza and ask them not to include any meat. It's a very cozy place to sit though you would find decent space for 2 people. I would definitely recommend this outlet to try once.

Terrible experience – scammers, avoid at all costs. I’m writing this review to warn others — this place is run by real thieves. I placed an order through the Grab app, and I want to make it clear: the issue is not with Grab, it’s with this business itself. They marked the order as “delivered” even though it was never even assigned to a driver. Meanwhile, I was charged immediately. This happened once, and I thought it might have been a mistake. But I lost 40 SGD and never got a refund. A week later, I gave them another chance and placed a second order. Same story. Order marked as delivered, no driver, no delivery, no refund. And now they refuse to refund me for either order. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced — dishonest, careless, and clearly scamming people. Avoid this place completely. You’ll lose your money and get nothing in return.
