Pizzas are tiny. On receipt said 9 inch but only 8. Usually I get bigger sized pizza from other dominos. And no cheese. Only chilli. Not sure why so stingy.

The customer service was so bad. Poor hygiene staff was not using any glove when preparing the pizza asked the manager summer was told domino’s pizza didn’t provide any glove for them. I have recorded this statement on amid of processing this complain to the Singapore Food Agency. Don’t know how the staff passed their food and hygiene course! Also staff don’t even bother to pick up customer call. I tested when I’m in the store they just let the phone ring. This is not how u do business.

No one takes your order, June 10, 10:03 pm I was waiting some minutes at the counter with another customer we both said (hi) to someone in the back but they just didn't answered anything. I can't imagine there is only 1 person in charge of doing everything or that they couldn't even reply to a greeting, so at the end I just went to another restaurant.

I have been to Domino's for the first time in Singapore and this was one of the outlets located in Arab St (15 minutes walkable from the Little India area). The staff seems to be new since one of them was unaware of a few products and offers though was able to manage to check with the colleagues. Also, initially I have been asked to wait for 45 minutes but the order was ready to serve within 25 minutes. If you're pure vegetarian then you must try Very Veggie and Rom Margherita as you will have only these 2 options. Also, you will be able to customize your pizza and ask them not to include any meat. It's a very cozy place to sit though you would find decent space for 2 people. I would definitely recommend this outlet to try once.

Terrible experience – scammers, avoid at all costs. I’m writing this review to warn others — this place is run by real thieves. I placed an order through the Grab app, and I want to make it clear: the issue is not with Grab, it’s with this business itself. They marked the order as “delivered” even though it was never even assigned to a driver. Meanwhile, I was charged immediately. This happened once, and I thought it might have been a mistake. But I lost 40 SGD and never got a refund. A week later, I gave them another chance and placed a second order. Same story. Order marked as delivered, no driver, no delivery, no refund. And now they refuse to refund me for either order. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced — dishonest, careless, and clearly scamming people. Avoid this place completely. You’ll lose your money and get nothing in return.

Dominoes has always been my go-to place whenever i am craving prawn pizzas. However, the service is getting from bad to worse. Its getting to the point where i dont know what is the management doing. All these time pizzas from this outlet took more than an hour to deliver to me so I was very prepared to wait. THIS IS NOT NORMAL. To customers of this outlet facing delivery delays. If you paid via credit card, you can cancel via ur credit card as goods not received. This is the truth. It did not come as per the agreed timing. And you dont know if it is coming. If delivery indeed eventually arrives, dont accept the pizza. Unfortunately if you accept, you will be commiting a fraud. Since you refunded but you accepted the goods. This is my experience: I waited for HOURS and was beyond starving before giving them a call. They said that I have opt for self collection and they is nothing they can do to help me. They mentioned that if pizza is not collected, it will be discarded. The call ended and i wanted to call them again to try to arrange for a delivery where i can pay when i meet the driver. Long and behold. Cannot call through. It was 1h to closing time and i am seriously hungry and pissed. I did a quick check and yes the email coupon was for self collect. It was a mistake on my part. But definitely something can be worked out if the phone call was picked up. I rushed over to the store. Wow what a sight. All the staff were just laughing among themselves and phone was left ringing. They were not busy to the point they cannot answer the phone. THEY DONT WANNA ANSWER THE PHONE. They are getting away with it and i dont know how. But hope this review helped someone out. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. Dominoes lovers, you can order from other outlets via food panda. Horrible service aside, pizza is decent.

The food did not arrive at all and I had to waste my time confronting the staff at the front after a 2 hour wait. It didn't help that I had no proper phone number to use or call about this issue. Waster 30$ on this order and I would not recommend this place at all. Incompetent system overall and if it wasn't required to put at least 1 star then I'd rate it 0 and a 40 day wait period for a refund? Are you for real?
