Domino's Pizza

Best if pizza is ordered in advance through online. Staff only appear at the counter when they are serving pizzas, otherwise they would take ages later to entertain the walk-in customers. Table cleanliness can be improved too.

I ordered my pizza to be delivered by 11:15 AM. It finally showed up at 12:30 PM. That’s over an hour late, and my entire lunch break was already over by then. What’s the point of scheduling a delivery if you can’t even come close to being on time? No call, no update, no apology. Just a cold pizza and wasted time. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This is the first and LAST time I’m ordering from here.

Third time visiting, the staff will NOT attend to us standing at the counter waiting. We had to call out for service, after which they’ll USUALLY shout from the inside of the kitchen. So now, when we wanted to make an order, they say the food will take 1.5 to 2 hours as there’s too many delivery orders. The owner (franchisee) of you see this, I suggest you shut down the dine on area. No point. Take note. The lady said 1.5 to 2 hours. The male staff wasn’t helpful either. Zero service standard. Thank you Domino’s. You guys are amazing.

This is where they left the pizza after taking 1 hour and 30 minutes Dominos response - you clearly aren't commited to any type of quality based on the reviews. Should have your franchise taken away at this store.

Pizzas are tiny. On receipt said 9 inch but only 8. Usually I get bigger sized pizza from other dominos. And no cheese. Only chilli. Not sure why so stingy.

Like a woodfired pizza. Wow, I did not expect that. If dominos around the world does this. They would do very well.

The customer service was so bad. Poor hygiene staff was not using any glove when preparing the pizza asked the manager summer was told domino’s pizza didn’t provide any glove for them. I have recorded this statement on amid of processing this complain to the Singapore Food Agency. Don’t know how the staff passed their food and hygiene course! Also staff don’t even bother to pick up customer call. I tested when I’m in the store they just let the phone ring. This is not how u do business.
