Robles' attorneys argued this violated the Americans with Disabilities Act, while the company contended that the 1990 law applies only to physical locations and warned a ruling for Robles would prompt a "flood of litigation into a tsunami." There's nothing like paying $30 for 1 med pizza that looks like children threw it together and pale wings barely covered in sauce. I had to take the toppings from one half and add them to the other, then put the mushy pizza in the oven. Dominoes is less than 1 mile away, why is the pan pizza not crispy? I wish I could rewind time and get my $$ back, I'd go to QT and try my luck with the spinning hot dogs. The driver was cool!

It's almost midnight on a Sunday. The store is nearly empty and the pizza I ordered 30min is still not ready. They're moving extremely slow and the stores nearly empty. Last time I ordered from here they were very busy and much faster. I will skip this location and order from a different location next time. I got blocked in and couldn't leave due to illegal parking by the manager and employees.

The manager at this facility was honestly so professional when it came to customer service and just a dream. I can't remember his name but a few days ago I had put in an online order and accidentally picked the downtown store, he was so kind and patient about me having to drive 20 min out to get there. He even made sure I had a fresh pizza upon my arrival 🥺♥️ His staff was also extremely professional and helpful on the phone. The pizza was perfect and honestly better quality then the dominos location I usually order from, and way better customer service as well at this location. Give this man all the promotions because he deserves it!.

Burnt pizza and hair in my pizza. I called and the manager was very rude. She lied and said she had my info when I called and that I ordered before on a random date and she can’t help me. She hung up on me. This is my first time ever ordering Domino’s here and I ordered it the same day.

While on vacation on Tybee Island Ga. Our family used the Uber Eats app to order pizza. Over a year previously I had used the app to order for a friend that was in Oklahoma at a conference. I have never even been to Oklahoma. We are from Tn. The app didn’t make it very clear that the order was coming from Oklahoma and I just assumed it would go by my current location. As soon as I realized the address was wrong and ordering from a location over 900 miles away I cancelled . I cancelled very quickly. Quicker than they could have possibly started my order. I cancelled, and adjusted my info, assuming that my order would be cancelled and I would receive a refund for the services and products I never received. After a few days I checked my account and my money had still not been refunded. After contacting Uber Eats Customer Service, which was pointless, they made it clear to me that this Dominos location would not refund my money since they had already accepted the order…not prepared my order but just accepted the order. So basically they saw an opportunity to take advantage of me and steal my money. When they realized the order was an error and promptly cancelled, the money should have been refunded, but that would have been good customer service. No wonder this location has under 4 stars…for pizza, lol. Ridiculous.

I’ve been going to this Domino’s for the past couple years and it might sound a bit funny to say, but it is truly world class. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with a warm welcome. The pizza is made extremely fast, like 10-15mins after I order, it’s ready. The staff is so nice and friendly. And of course the pizza is delicious! Some days are better than others, but overall still very good. For the price, you get so much value. I don’t hangout in the lobby so I can’t say much about that. I usually just go in, pick up my order, and am out of there in less than a few minutes. Anyway I just wanted to thank you the staff and let them know they are appreciated. Thank you!

There are honestly no words for this. My kids were pretty disappointed when they opened the boxes. I ordered two pizzas one pepperoni and the other Italian sausage. The pizzas had no sauce and looked just wrong. I called the store and they sent out two more pizzas that looked the same as the previous two. I called again and the girl I spoke with started getting snippy so I just asked for a refund. I advised her I’d be more than happy to come pick up my money since I paid cash. After a few more smart mouth remarks I put all four pizzas in my car drove downtown to get a refund. I am beyond disappointed and will NEVER order dominos again.

The guy who delivered our food audacity had my head hurting.We thought our mom payed for a tip(she didn't)so idk if like this was connected at all but..they leave smashed up marinara sauces and a DIET coke.We asked for a coke specifically,because this has happened before.I feel very offended knowing I am partially OBESE.Do not recommend,might as-well order dominos from the Temu shop rather than this shit.

Whoever this GM is, needs to be fired. Im part of the service industry, I get it, mistakes happen, whatever. But for me to call and say "hey guys my order was wrong" (they had meat all over the pizza when we specifically requested half because my friend is muslim and does not eat pork). The GM goes "well idk what to tell you, we will come pick it up, goodluck" and hung up in my face. Not an offer for a refund or anything or even to remake the pizza. Idk. The management team and GM obviously hate their lives and do not care about anyone but themselves. Contacted corporate but they were closed lol. ( but we did indeed email them) I know you guys dont care of I say this LOL, but "we will never be ordering from dominos again". I felt like this domino's was getting to know me too well I maybe ordered it 1-2xs a week because I was in town for work. Sometimes the associates maybe got confused on the Brooklyn style vs their other stuff, because from the 6xs I ordered it I always seemed to get different crusts. But hey I don't mind, pizza is good! Haha the people were always nice, and sometimes they have specials available if you mention it!

Absolute horrible experience! Stay away!!!!! They delivered the pizza to the wrong person. When I called the store to check status on the order since it was late, I was told that the delivery driver was still on the way. The only reason I even found out was because the lobby staff informed me that a pizza was delivered to another person and that the pizza delivery guy had to come back and provide the correct pizza to that person. Unfortunately, I never got my pizza. I called the store to complain. A man named Wendell answered the phone and simply hung up on me. I had to call the store again, and finally spoke to the manager 'Trey'. He acted very indifferent and was not apologetic at all. He basically told me I had two options: get a refund or wait again to get a new pizza. I decided on the refund as I could not trust them to handle my food any longer. This was honestly the most unprofessional and incompetent Domino's I have ever encountered. Not only did they lie to me when I initially checked on order, they delivered my pizza to another person, then hung up on me when I called to complain, and most of all, the manager acted like he did not care and HE ALSO refunded the wrong order! I had to call back to ensure he refunded the right order since the dollar amount he mentioned did not match up with my online order. What a completely trashy experience! Listen Domino's, do better!!! CLEAN UP THAT STORE!!!!

Shout out to Bree for the outstanding service! She was very friendly and was understanding of the technical difficulties I was having with a card I was using. She kept a bright smile and stood there with me until I resolved the issue. It's the small things that count in frustrating moments like these. (Frustrating on my end, not with dominos) on a side note the whole team shouted to welcome me as I walked into the building. Atmosphere, Food, Feel, and Flow is a 10/10

Cody the manager was absolutely unprofessional. Made an order and THEY put the wrong name on the order and tried to order it. I called and he got snippy about the situation that it was my fault. If i was running that dominoes i would look into a different manager. HE SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER. At best he should go back to mcdonalds. With a attitude like his thats all hes worth

I will start out by saying that I normally order by using the app so I haven't had bad customer service over the phone. I did, however, receive the wrong pizza the last time and called. The person I encountered with apologetic and wanted to deliver a fresh pizza to us. We decided to take a store credit instead and get another pizza later. So tonight, I called to get my free pizza and again was met with someone very friendly and helpful. After taking all my information and asking me what I would like, he told me the pizza would be ready in nine minutes and it certainly was. Maybe they have a new manager, I'm not sure what is different but I certainly don't see have the same experiences that others have been reporting.

I came in today and picked up a order. The young man, Cody was his name, that helped me out was very friendly and professional. He was so adorable and cute and when he bent over at the topping area I almost swooned. I'm pretty sure he smiled and winked at me. I never thought I would feel like that again after my husband passed away of 60 years. I will be ordering more to get a look at him again. Everyone needs to go see him and make an order.

Now that I read the other reviews this all makes much more sense. The "manager" at this location clearly needs a change in occupation as he doesn't care to right the wrongs with customers because of company mistakes. I was a paying customer, simple mistake while employee was taking my order resulted in me waiting an hr for no pizza to arrive and now it's after 10:00 at night. Manager says "I apologize..." and that's it. Shocked at the no effort to right the wrong I say "that's just it? Sorry?" As he tells me I can pick up a pizza but he doesn't know what street he's on... I confirm "you are the manager and you are in your place of employment and you don't know what street it's on?" He replies "that's what I said". Point being, if you make a customer feel like you care, they will likely not be as upset with your faults. This man doesn't care if people return or have awful things so say online either. Owner, you need a new manager.

About what you'd expect from Dominos. Nothing spectacular but was good enough after a concert at BOK. Pizza is a lot like sex. When it's good, it's REALLY good. When it's bad, it's still pretty good.

1st experience: I walk into the store about 30 minutes before closing, after a long days work, only to be turned away by two very disheveled and unkempt looking employees. I understand wanting to clean up and get out of there, but you have posted business hours, abide by them. 2nd experience: I make an online order maybe a week or so later from the 1st experience, admittedly it was late, but this was the weekend, and they stay open to about 1 am I believe, but I made the order around 11. They not only don't bring it to me, when I call the next morning for my refund, I'm treated incredulously by the employee I speak with. So I email corporate to ensure I get my refund, who connects me to the district manager/supervisor of this particular branch. He promises my refund within 5 business days (it was a cc purchase). I'm currently on day 6 waiting for it, and I've emailed this supervisor again for a resolution, but I may likely have to contact corporate again. Overall a horrible experience, avoid this branch at all costs.

Domino's downtown is a filthy disgusting place where transients hang out and the employees aren't too far from looking homeless themselves. ..what really irks me is when they answer the phone take a payment and then go right back there and start making a pizza without washing their hands....The uniforms if they decide to wear them are dingy...its a good possibility you're going to have bubbleguts and a crapshoot after eating pizza out of this place. ...

I love Dominos but this location always seemed to take longer to deliver to me or my fiancé and we both lived downtown (yes, too lazy to pick it up most of the time). On multiple occasions they were late or the pizza had cooled down more than normal... For my fiancé, they even forgot to bring Buffalo sauce for her wings and forgot to bring the soda for the same order. All they did to make up for this was give a coupon for dessert on the next order, but didn't bother to get her the Buffalo sauce or soda or even take it off of the bill.

the order was correct, but always no matter what say "MORE BACON" but again, the order was correct. The online process was funny and loved the screaming rock theme I picked. I'd say that it would be cool for the driver to have a way to push a button upon arrival to destination instead of waiting till he gets back to the restaurant to say, hey,"I just arrived" so that I get a Gene Simmons scream that, "HEY get your butt to the door as your pizza is steaming hot" then I wouldn't have to wait for a call 5-10 minutes later saying they were here. Glad I was keeping a eye out so I wasn't called later....pretty cool...I'll order again...just sayin'

We always get pick-up from this location because we work downtown. The pizza is decent, and they've never messed my order up. HOWEVER, they have this odd policy where you HAVE to show an ID if you use a card. Err, I have traveled in countless cities, spent thousands of dollars at restaurants, and never been ID'd. Not even when I bought a 200 dollar steak meal at Benjamin Steakhouse in Manhattan. All of this, especially if a purchase is under 25 dollars (Quiktrip will ask for an ID if an order is above 25 bucks). Under Oklahoma state law, you don't even have to sign a slip if the transaction is under 25 dollars (if you are asked to sign, that's simply a COMPANY OR STORE policy and not state law). So apparently Domino's is so "secure" they need to hassle EVERY legitimate and paying customer to "weed out"....what, one? two? petty fraudulent charges each month? Seriously, how rampant is the fraud that you need to harass EVERY customer for an ID. It wouldn't have been a big deal, except I didn't have my ID on me that day (I'd lost it the week prior and hadn't replaced it yet). This is the 21st century, we don't ID in America for petty transactions. Ever. MY SUGGESTION; IF A TRANSACTION IS LESS THAN 25 DOLLARS, CONFORM TO THE ENTIRE WORLD AND LET CUSTOMERS PAY WITH A CARD WITHOUT FORCING THEM TO SHOW IDENTIFICATION. It's tacky, rude, and is a complete overreaction to, apparently, perceived fraud.

I will update this the district manager did contact me and advise that yes, they were wrong to NOT give me my food without providing and ID, it isn't their corporate policy to refuse to give food if we don't want to show an ID with a signed CC, they also advised me they have corrected the emplyee situation, and they gave me a credit on my account...

It took over an hour to get my order. I called about an update and the manager, James, was RUDE and condisending. He hung up in my face! I had already paid for my order when I placed the order. The first perdon that took my order was nice and helpful. The order was correct once I finally got it, and the driver was nice. The Manager made my whole experience Horrible! He shouldnt be in that position if he doesnt have good customer service skills.

"35 MINUTES TO DRIVE 8 MILES ON SUNDAY" We are new residents in Tulsa not sure where everything is yet but I do know this Dominos location is 7 to 8 minutes from us. So 10 minutes is ok with me on a Sunday I would even be ok with 15 if it was during rush hour, All three times we have placed an order from here it has been amazingly late, The handy dandy pizza tracker tells us when it leaves with a driver but the tracker always says that they hope were enjoying our meal and were still waiting.

I have ordered from this location in the past with good results. However, the last couple times I've ordered it has taken a minimum of a hour to almost a hour and a half for my order to be delivered. Today I thought I would give them one more try... guess what another late delivery! I placed my order at 10:45am, the pizza tracker said my order left the restaurant at 11:05 it was not delivered until 11:40. Food was room temperature and my drink was no longer cold. I contacted this restaurant and was told dominoes does not guarantee their delivery times and offers no discounts for late (cold) orders. The staff was fairly rude and I was told I could not speak to a manager because they did not know where he was.

The coupon was for two, two topping pizza's for 5.99 each. After building pizza's the total would not reflect 5.99 each, no matter what I ordered. It seems to do this all the time. Seems like false advertising.
