Domino's Pizza

I keep going bc the food is always good and hot. Pizza was made incorrectly. Called the store. No hi or nothing. Please hold and puts me on hold. Comes back, I tell him its made wrong. Asked if I'd like a replacement. I said yes. Normally I would've just wanted a refund, but I live fairly close and I was already home. I tried to ask more questions and he literally hung up on me. I've got a pretty good idea who it was. Its not my fault the pizza was made wrong. So, im not sure why you were being rude, and I'm the one that had to use my gas to come back and get the correct one.

Over 1 hour cold pizza 3 times in a row. Today they even came so late that birthday party kids had to go home without food. Great job guys. I don't want your coupons. I want hot pizza in the time frame you quoted me. People started asking where it was. I said it's running late. My mom said "Let me guess, Domino's?"

Called in for delivery and paid by card. Guy shows up and says $5.99 for delivery. I had $5 set aside for his tip. Paid him the delivery charge and the tip. Called the store and asked about delivery fee and told $5.99. Said he thought he told me of the charge. He didn’t, and if he had told me beforehand I would not have ordered the pizza. Never ever again will I order a pizza from Dominoes. Told the guy he should reconsider who he works for and is he willing to toss his ethics in the trash.

Pizza arrived Cold and late. Was sent to wrong address after I gave it to them TWICE. After the delivery driver called me to say he was in the lobby of the hotel I was staying at, I waited in lobby for 10 minutes I called him to find out where the food was and was informed they left it at the wrong hotel, then the driver hung up on me. While I was on phone with the store he showed up with the cold food, not even in the sleeve that keeps it warm, handed it to me and walked off. Terrible experience, will NEVER use this store again.

I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer for over 10 years and have spent a lot of money here. I had 230 points saved up in my account—earned from countless orders—and when I went to redeem them, the app kicked me out. Since then, I’ve been locked out of my own account. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, was even given a case ID, and it’s been nearly 2 weeks with no resolution. All I need is a password reset, but no one seems able to fix it. Meanwhile, my points and my account are just sitting there, unusable. It’s frustrating and disappointing that after years of loyalty, I can’t even get basic customer support. Unless this gets resolved, I won’t be spending another dime at Domino’s. If corporate wants to keep loyal customers, they need to step up and actually help them.

I ordered a pizza for delivery which cost me $5.99, I've could've came to pick it up because it's on two blocks away. I didn't tip on the order, so when the driver showed up he had a device in his hand. "What's that for" I asked? ,"You didn't tip," responded the driver. I went on to tell him there's a $5.99 delivery fee. He gets upset and tells me he gets none of that money. Jumps in his car and burns rubber out my driveway. Wtg dominoes. You just lost a good customer forever.

Gave clear instructions to deliver address for gone number and name of business and they took it to the wrong place. The driver called to confirm and said she was outside but still delivered to the wrong place. Got a refund. Simple instructions can’t be followed.

My Family and I had a taste for some pizza & our youngest Son suggested Domino's. I ordered 2 pizzas online and it was delivered Quickly! It tasted Delicious and was Exactly what we'd ordered (Thin & Crispy w/Bacon, Pepperoni, Beef in Hearty Marinara and Handpan/Deep Dish w/Chicken & Banana Peppers in Honey BBQ Sauce)!😋 Our Delivery Guy, Jonathan was very Friendly and Nice too. We'll DEFINITELY return for some Great-tasting pizza....Thanks!🙋🏽‍♀️ Updated Review (April; May; June; July & August 2023): We eat here so often that it should be a crime, but Domino's has the BEST Thin-crust!😋 I LOVE their Bacon & Pepperoni 🍕 w/Extra Ranch! I'll probably order them for dinner 2NITE, lol!

I ordered delivery tonight just before 6pm. Nobody showed up. I call at 7:30pm asking where is my order? They said we were not there. Nobody came to our door. Re ordered. Called at 8:30pm, the guy is out the door now with your order & It is now 9:30pm & my order still hasn't arrived. I have my door open & have been waiting. What's up with these hold times? There's no way I'll ever order from Dominoes again.

I want to preface by saying that I have never been motivated enough to write a review on here. But tonight was different. I had the worst day that I've had in awhile, decided to ball out on a $16 medium thin crust pizza. I get home, open the box, and the thing is damn near burnt to a crisp. I've never had a dry pizza before. Genuinely don't think there was any sauce that survived the oven.

This Dominos always gets my order right! The order tracker can be a bit iffy, bouncing back and forth between on the way and quality checking, but it's best to ignore that, and believe it's on the way the first time it says so. They're doing "contactless delivery" right now, so they set the food down on the porch or somewhere near your door, ring the doorbell, and take off. So it works best if you tip them in the app. If you want to tip them cash in person, you should leave cash outside for them before they get there. This is all a safety precaution to cut down on transmission of COVID-19, and I appreciate it. I also like it because I have social anxiety. Haha. If you make an account on their website, you can rack up 10 pizza points for every order of $10 of more. Once you have 60 pizza points, you can redeem them for a free medium pizza. Like most pizza places, they really don't offer any vegan options. I've been sinning a bit since the pandemic has taken place, and eating cheese a few times. And damn, they make a good pan crust alfredo sauce cheese pizza. I keep telling myself I'm going to stop ordering it, and be good, but it's soooo good. If you haven't ordered from Domino's in a few years, you should give them another try. They really stepped their game up.

They claimed my name/order was not in the system and they are not well organized. He almost charged me twice for my pizza even though I had already ordered. They appear to be high and don't remember much. We called our order in and said a small but then he goes large over and over again. MORAL OF THE STORY DONT ORDER FROM HERE. The ambiance is dead. Not a very lively place.

Bad quality control. This is my first time ordering food from this Domino's. I am so disappointed when I got home and opened the box. I don't think food like this should be served. Will not order from this Domino's anymore.

We order a Brooklynn style pizza for the first time today from the 71st and Memorial location and it was delicious.

This location took advantage of me last night ,, they gave me a smaller size than what I ordered ,,, I talked to the gm and he did nothing but lie ,, I order pizza from that location once a week but I will no longer ,, the pizza always comes late and it is never the size that I order !! This GM does not care about his customers,, so ok he will not have my business any longer ,, he did nothing!! He did not even have the decency to apologize,,, it seems like managers these days think that it s always the customers fault ,,, up his !!!!

Its dominos. It's better than it was when they had the "avoid the noid" campaign but they're still dominos. If you want cheap pizza it's not bad. But with so many excellent choices why waste your time on cheap pizza? Andolinis and hideaway have much better quality and service. I had an issue getting refunded when they double charged my card and haven't been back since.

My pizza was hot and hit the right spot. I just got to the hotel and called in a order, they were there in like 15 min. super helpful over the phone and very prompt..... Great job team.

I'm officially done with Domino's. Half of the time the order is wrong or they are short handed. When calling to inquire about an order, the customer service is terrible and the employees have attitudes to match! Keep your pizza. There are many other pizza places in Tulsa!

If I could put ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! I ordered my kids a pizza at 8:30 p.m. it is now 12:38 a.m. and I had to call just to find out they turned off their ovens and stopped all drivers WITHOUT EVEN A CALL TO LET US KNOW THEY WEREN'T brining our pizza! So I called because I was MORE than accommodating and the kid told me that there wasn't anything he could do and then the phone went silent..... I said, "hello?" And he said "Ya? What do you want?" Everyone I wish I could make this up! I will never deal with this kind of service from this company EVER AGAIN! I want to warn everyone to not deal with this crap because there is TO MANY OTHER PIZZA PLACES to spend your money on that will appreciate you as not just a customer but a PERSON! Happy new year and I will tell you this year you won't catch me ordering ONE thing from that god awful place!

Friendly staff; inexpensive (3 toppings, large, $7.99, carry out only) pizza. Quick turn around 15 minutes.

Excellent service here. Employees are kind and greet you when you walk in. Pizza tastes amazing and I've never had bad service here. Compared to other dominoes in the area, this one is by far the best. Not to mention the atmosphere here is great, big dining area and the place is spotless.

I tried to place an order at this location and they took 5 minutes just to figure out if I was in their designated area. I told them my gps said less than a mile. The whole time the girl was yelling in the phone to a guy about where they deliver and something about drivers getting mad... blah blah. I decided I don't want these people touching my food.

Very disappointed in the latest service received from this restaurant that is moving. This is the 2nd time that what was listed on the menu wasn't available. I thought this store was better than the Pizza Hut they are moving next door to. Enough said.

I have ordered from here twice now while in town for business. They have gotten my order right both times, made it hot and fresh, and delivered to my hotel very quickly. They also make the bread bits PERFECT!!! They are still soft inside and lightly crispy on the outside. Nice job!

Called to make an order and the boy on the phone was VERY rude. Will not be ordering from here again.

I am going to miss this location I get my delivery order from. Every time I order the food is great, the service is fast, and the drivers are professional. I am moving out north to a lil house and I am gonna miss our delivery spot, good bye good deliveries :) we shall miss ya! Management does great job there, and I have plenty of management and customer service experience Kuddos to this location!

I've ordered from this location several times now, both pick up and delivery. Food is done correctly, and rarely do they forget anything. My last delivery the driver did forget one of our 2 liter sodas, and he jumped back in his car and returned a few minutes later with it, no big deal. Their customer service has been great, polite, respectful, the place is very clean when I go in, and they deliver in the amount of time they say they do. What else can you ask for from delivery pizza?

The Pizza was great with a wonderful slightly sweet sauce. Love it. Missed lunch so it was in the middle of the afternoon and they made it quickly and delivered it fast. Much appreciated.

I usually order from the Delaware location but I am working closer to this location today. I wanted to order my pizza with Alfredo on it...... NOPE! I was told that it could not be done! This is all i ever order from the other locations but I was told that it was a managers request! whatever that means? I tried the location on Harvard but they could not deliver to me. I could not leave work so pickup was out of the question. Just got off the phone with PIZZA HUT. food on the way! FYI customers don't want to hear I wont! Give us the pickle!

So....what a night. Long day and wanted a nice hot pizza to enjoy with my co-worker. Ordered Dominos because last time it was so good! Literally described in detail hotel location, ordered a large and 2 ranches. What showed up - clueless driver, cold pizza, NO ranch. Back you need to go and get it right! Called Dominos upset, must say The NEW Assistant Manager Jessica at this location is awesome, she was never unpleasant and stated right away she would take care of the matter and make it right. She cooked and personally brought me a new pizza. That's GREAT customer service and I appreciate! Thanks for fixing a situation and doing it well!

Staff lazy very forgetfull and incapable of using gps. I used to order here all the time until I got tired of things being missing and calling to complain the last straw however was when I ordered a pizza online and didn't have a phone so they couldn't reach me. So they didn't deliver it. Keep in mind I ordered from them every other week and they still couldn't find my apartment complex. So I order online at papa johns... Had never used them before and somehow they managed to deliver the pizza without even calling me! Not even once imagine that. Papa johns turned out to be better anyways. DO NOT ORDER HERE take your money somewhere else you work hard for it. Don't just give it away to people who like doing things half ass.
