NEVER ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS!!!! We ordered pizza over two hours ago and it still has yet to be delivered. We keep calling and they tell us it’s almost there. But guess what?? It never arrives. Seriously. Don’t ever order pizza from this Dominos. Or better yet, just don’t order from any Dominos.

Nov 26, 2025, 2:33pm, I ordered mac and cheese online. The app says it was pooja prepared my order. She did not work on it until i came to tell her that I was there only for my 30minute lunch break. This was the 2nd time that it happen. It was the same person at the first time it was pooja working on my order online.

I ordered a pizza on the app. I get to the store and they can’t find my pizza. No one in the store knew where my pizza was after it had been ready for 10 minutes. Worst experience ever will not be going back wis I could give zero stars.

The service is great and the pizza is delicious! The pizza in the photo is all cheese with shredded provolone and cheddar, for the record! While I’m at it, if you don’t know Jesus Christ, now is the time. Soon thousands if not millions of people will be taken from the earth in an event referred to as the rapture. When this happens, know those people weren’t abducted by aliens. If you’re still here, don’t let the government lie to you. Pray to Jesus Christ to be saved and whatever you do, don’t take the mark. I ordered stake and cheese and there is no meat in the sandwich and they serve me toast bread not enough meat and cheese not fries . I am not happy with the food. Mennny and Olga have much better stake and cheese with fries included. I will never come to domino’s again

Worst Domino’s ever! I’ve never gotten a correct order from this store. Always something wrong or missing. And if you ask them to fix it they offer you a coupon for your next purchase. Absolutely ridiculous. Good delivery drivers but terrible service if you call to get what you actually ordered. Never ordering from them again.

I’ve been ordering from this dominos for years and wanted to note how impressed I am at the improvement the staff has made in the more recent months. What used to take an hour for me to get my order delivered (I only live 2 blocks away) has turned into 30 min or less! Not to mention, the delivery driver has been so kind as to even deliver it to my door (I live in an apartment and used to have to meet one of the previous drivers downstairs). The customer service has improved significantly, which has improved the quality of my order tremendously as my pizza arrives fresh! Thank you all for all your hard work. I love dominos, and am even more ecstatic to order the stuffed crust option I’ve been dreaming of for as long as I can remember.

I've been ordering carry out pizza from this location for a few years. They are always ready on time and maintain good quality. Staff working is usually very friendly.

I had a very frustrating delivery experience and, in the end, I never received my food. The address was clearly stated when I placed the order in the app. However, the delivery person, Papa Ndiaye, seemed unaware of the location and called me for clarification. He told me to come, saying he had arrived. I spent time circling around the building, but I couldn't find the delivery person. Despite my efforts, the delivery person still couldn't reach the designated address, and I couldn't fully understand his words on the phone. Then, he yelled at me on the phone. This behavior was extremely unprofessional. I contacted the store, and the person I spoke to claimed that the address couldn't be delivered to, although this address--Basic Science Building lobby, Georgetown University--has been successfully delivered to multiple times in the past. I was surprised to hear they couldn't deliver this time. If the address was an issue, why was my order accepted in the first place? Why send out a delivery person without confirming it could be completed? And why was I yelled at on the phone? It was a very unpleasant experience. I believe the delivery service has a responsibility to confirm the delivery address is clear and accurate. If there's a problem with delivery, they should cancel the order upfront. The situation was mishandled, and I found the lack of professionalism and customer service completely unacceptable. For the sake of transparency, I'm mentioning the name of the delivery person, Papa Ndiaye, as part of my experience.

Their pizza delivery times are typically between 45 minutes and an hour to travel a mile when there is zero traffic. The actual delivery time was even longer both times I ordered. Unless you want cold and late pizza, skip this location.

I ordered 24 pizzas for a large group. 14 were supposed to be pepperoni and 12 cheese. When we got to our destination and opened them up, they were all cheese and no pepperoni. Also they were haphazardly sliced in unequal pieces. When I called to get a refund for the extra cost for the pepperoni, they refused to refund me for the extra cost telling me they couldn't have made that big a mistake. Never again will I buy Domino's at this location or maybe any location. Do delivery with them at your own risk!

Pretty good pizza in general. For the price, it is definitely worth it in the area. If you're ever in a rush, order here, and be satisfied, for you have food for days.

Cash registers don't work sometimes. Workers don't know recent nationally advertisement specials. Some workers are not aware that they have to wash their hands when they return to the food preparation area...It's not a good look when they don't. Although they are polite and cordial, cleanliness and it's appearance is also very important when customers consider where to eat....

I recommend the Philly cheese topping. The prices are affordable and the service is quick and amendable for orders. We ordered some pizzas for our office party and it was well attended. I could have been healthier or the ingredients fresher but then the price would not be as affordable.

Awais was so amazing to my partner and I. We came in, got our food fast, and even asked for a side of olives at the end and he was more than happy to provide it for us. Thank you for making our food too, it was delicious! This is our neighborhood Dominoes and we will certainly be coming back soon.

Horrible Domino's. I live 0.4 miles away and it took them over an hour and a half to get my pizza to me. And obviously can't call and speak to someone to figure it out because everything about it company is so automated and horrible. Never ordering from here again. 0/5. Food wasn't good and I would've loved to have it not at my bed time.

I've always been a big fan of dominos but my 2 most recent visits to specifically this location have been terrible. A lot of employees were not wearing their masks, no gloves as well, they were touching their faces while making the pizza with no gloves or masks. I just felt so disgusted especially during this pandemic and I am so disappointed in dominos! Will not be eating here ever again, I am so grossed out.

I love Domino's! I have been going to this location since they reopened. Pizza is always hot and delicious. Service is great. Last time I picked up a wrong order and they immediately sent me the right one to my place. Thank you so much! You guys always make my dinner!

Absolute worst service I've ever experienced. I work in the service industry and I'm so appalled I took the time to create a Yelp for this. They messed up our order THREE TIMES in a row. When I called for a revised receipt showing our money was given back the woman on the phone LAUGHED AT ME. Appalling service and sub-par pizza. I hung up. Update 1: I called back hoping to be connected to a manager. The woman answered again, and I asked for a manager. She told me they were all busy and she could speak with me (despite this being the same woman that had offended me). I said, "No, I'll happily wait or come in to speak with a manager," and she quickly transferred me and within seconds a manager was assisting me. I hope this woman learns the meaning of customer service!i talked to a manager and he was very helpful! Update 2: The REAL manager called me! His name is Chris. Apparently another associate just pretended to be a manager! Chris was very polite and courteous. Thank you Chris for improving my experience.

This must be a joke! The order is still missing after over an hour past the chosen delivery time. As a joke the tracking page also asked me to rate the delivery!!! Avoid at all cost.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had a great experience at this location last night. Ordered a pizza for carryout around 10pm and it was great, and the staff was amazing, especially Awais who helped me out!

The customer service was amazing but I was immediately grossed out seeing this. Anybody during this pandemic would be disgusted by people working in a kitchen touching ingredients with their bare hands without gloves. And one of the workers putting the pizzas together didn't even have his mask over his face, disappointed in dominos pizza, will be last time ever visiting for me

Ah Domino's. Always brings me back to college days where this antisocial ass attended student group meetings and Super Bowl parties solely for the free Domino's pizza. While the days of the 5-5-5 deal are long gone (for the young'ins, that's 3 medium pizzas for $5 each), the longing for simpler days creeps up every once in awhile. In fact, it crept up on me this past weekend after being cooped up inside all day due to the first snow storm of 2019. What is it about cabin fever that induces unbearable pizza cravings. Knowing a Domino's has recently opened up in Glover Park (despite petition efforts blocking it from my stuck up neighbors), my fingers instinctively led me to dominos.com. Only to find out this new Domino's does not deliver. Blasphemy. It would be akin to Popeyes saying they don't sell chicken. However, our minds were already set on Domino's for dinner, so off we went to pick it up. The store itself was pretty clean with some tables set up for dine in. We were rung up quickly. The pizzas adequately hit the spot, both nostalgically and gastronomically. To complete the Domino's experience, I was chugging water the rest of the night to offset the excessive sodium intake. I hope this Domino's starts delivering soon!

The worst experience I have ever had. The pizza and the chicken did not look appetizing and when my husband brought it to them and told him he did not like the way it looked and would be back to get it new. And when we returned I brought in my receipt told him what was wrong with it. The large looked like a medium the chicken wasn't covered in sauce and looked like boneless chicken. And he said I don't cut the chicken I give you what you order can you read? I told him yes I can read and that does not look like a large pizza and now i would like my money back. He told me I wasted his food and his time so he was not giving me my money back. Pushed the food towards me on the counter and I told him I didn't want it and would like my money back. He told me he wasn't giving me my money back told me to call the police and so I called them. My husband came in and he told my husband he couldn't give me my money back because I called the police and he had to wait until they got there. He told my husband to shut up. No one in the kitchen had on gloves and when my husband asked him why he was rubbing his face while working in the kitchen he said he had to. He kept telling my husband to chill out. Lied and said I paid with cash and I didn't and was clearly showing him my receipt. Then he waited until the police came to send the girl out with a receipt saying he cancelled the order so I had to leave the store he refused to give me his name or his managers name. He refused to give be Police his name or the managers names I will be calling to report this in the morning. I bought Domino's from a different location and had absolutely no issue. All he has to do was give me my money back but he was rude disrespectful and disgusting!

The worst service I placed a large thin crust pizza they made it wrong three times in a row in front of my face and he happened to be the manager the fat lazy guy sorry to say but he's so lazy to the point where he got so mad at me because the pizza I ordered was very special Finally he decided not to make my pizza anymore and told me you asking for too much even though I paid for the damn pizza never ever again go down the street and order Pizano's better pizza better service no more dominos . Do not order delivery from this location. I have been waiting for 3 hours and 25 minutes and still have no food. Each time I call they tell me it is out for delivery and to wait another 20 minutes. My order has been "out for delivery" for two hours and I live 0.6 miles away from the store. Ridiculous. Edited: .......another 35 minutes later it has now been 4 hours. When I called for the 2nd time (2 hours in) they woman told me to give it another 20 minutes and that they were extremely busy - some people had been waiting 4 hours she said. I laughed to myself in disbelief thinking she had to be exaggerating. YET here I am 4 hours later. Get it together. Pizza delivery places are a dime a dozen in this city. You will never last if this continues to be how you serve (or don't serve) your customers.

I do not believe I have ever experienced such a poor customer service and delivery in my entire life. The Domino's tracking app said the pizza is on its way and finally delivered. Yet I never received it after waiting for more than 2 hours. I tried calling the place twice and someone hung up after a good of 20 minutes. The delivery guy apologized and thanked me for the advance tip. The guy who seemed to be charge was downright rude. His simple solution was you can have your money back.

I went to order a pizza on a Friday night. I was asked if I there to pick up, I said no, I wanted to place an order. I was told they were closed. Even thought I saw an employee with pizza dough in his hand, clearly making a pie. I am tired of businesses in Glover Park blaming Wholefoods for their bad business. If you put out a good product and honor your commitments, you will be successful..

No one is at the counter ever, but I can see they are just hanging around beyond the rack they store finished pizzas, while talking to each other. I have to call them to make them come to the counter (they of course here the door chime). If you need a pizza, just go to the Paisano's few minutes down the Wisconsin Avenue.

They lost our entire order, and when I called to ask where it is...they accused me of lying. I will never come back and I would rather get pizza from anywhere else. They are 2 hours late and accuse me of being at fault. I will never go back again. I can not believe they are still in business. They lied on the phone and online, I cannot believe that actually happened. This is honestly bullshit and I can't believe they actually make money at this place. I would give them zero starts if I could.

I've never had a problem here. I live nearby and always get carryout, so I can't rate the delivery service. The stuff I've ordered has been hot, correct, and ready on time. I was given the wrong pizza once and was immediately called to correct the issue, but nothing more egregious than that. The service is your usual surly D.C. fast food service. The pizza is typical chain pizza, though I am a fan of the pan pizza and cheesy bread. The price is also right for this still-poor 30-something. I can't complain.

Please do not order from this dominos, I placed an order of cheesy bread.First thing she didn't wash her hands before preparing my food she was just on her phone prior to as well .. germs!! Once the order was complete the young lady let my bread sit in the oven and came out burnt they tried to serve me that unsavory bread. I did ask if the order could be remade and my request was fulfilled. The young lady called herself "indiscreetly" laughing not once had she apologized. she replied I guess and laughed when I asked if she burnt my bread. After the new order was placed by another employee she stopped in the middle of what she was doing to walk over to the oven. Which made me uncomfortable, not knowing the reason for her to walk toward the oven. My money was refunded after I canceled the order. Management really didn't show too much concern with her unprofessional actions... don't waste your time you'll wait 20 minutes for burnt food. Go to the pizza place across the street!
