Our second visit to Domus reaffirmed that the food is not just good—it's outstanding and continually improving. Every dish is a testament to the chef's skill, allowing the quality of the ingredients to shine through so you can truly taste the flavour of everything.
The starter was particularly brilliant: perfectly cooked root vegetables—carrot, parsnip, Jerusalem artichoke, and radish—nestled in a wonderful, light broth, and crowned with a delicious, pan-fried foie gras.
The experience is matched by wonderful service and exceptional value.
The wine list is superb, offering excellent selections at a very reasonable price point. They produce truly amazing food at incredibly good prices; in a major city, this meal would easily cost at least double.
With lovely people, wonderful food, and a refreshingly contemporary yet comfortable environment, this is definitely a place to visit if you are in the area. In fact, it's absolutely worth making a special trip just to dine here.
