Food is delicious, best chilaquiles in the SFV Hands down nice and crispy & spice is real! Third time there and still not disappointed by anything I’ve tried! Definitely will be going back with friends/family!

Awesome customer service very friendly and very patient unfortunately I can’t eat gluten and it’s very hard to find a Mexican restaurant after my diagnosis whose knowledgeable and helpful regarding it but the lady working here knew and even double checked with the chef on what I could order! The food was delicious I wish I had taken a picture before the started eating but I was to excited 😅 100% recommended my husband got the menudo and he also said it was delicious

My family and I had an amazing experience at Don Chon Cafe in Pacoima. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and homemade. You can tell they really care about quality. The service was just as impressive. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. It’s hard to find places where both the food and service are this consistent. Definitely coming back and highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and great service in the area!!!

The star of the show for me were the green chilaquiles with chicken. The vibrant green sauce was perfectly balanced, the chicken was succulent and tender, and the overall dish was a symphony of textures and flavors. I could practically taste the freshness of the ingredients. I also sampled the red chilaquiles, which offered a delightful contrast with their zesty, spicy kick – a perfect complement to the green version. And the waffles? Oh, the waffles! They were crafted to perfection, perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The topping selection was incredibly generous and the execution was flawless. They clearly understand how to create the ideal waffle experience. Beyond the exceptional food, the service was equally outstanding. Joanna and Nick were absolute gems; their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. And I must give a special shoutout to Diana, the true artist behind the counter. Her matcha and espresso drinks are legendary! Her expertise and passion for crafting the perfect beverage are evident in every sip. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience that combines exceptional food, impeccable service, and a vibrant atmosphere, Don Chon Cafe is an absolute must-visit. You need to stop by and check this spot out on your own! Amazing food and service! I really loved the Waffles and Chilaquiles Divorciados with Asada and don’t forget your cafe de olla or a iced coffee! Keep up the good work, and thank you for the amazing experience.
