Me and my wife have been waiting for this place to open up, and we finally got to try it! They opened recently at the end of January, and whenever we pass by, the place always looks packed!
We came in on a Saturday night around 6 pm, and there were a few people waiting for a table. The lady took my name down for 2 ppl and said it would be about a 30-minute wait. They didn't take down my number or anything, so we waited inside until they called us.
The place looks really nice and everything looked very new. It was a little loud, but the place was packed. We sat down, and they brought us chips, salsa, and a bean dip. I've never had a bean dip before, but it did not disappoint. It was very tasty and went well with the salted chips. The salsa was mild, not spicy at all. It was my wife's favorite.
Our server came over right away and asked for our order, I got the deluxe Burrito, and my wife got a 2 taco place. The Burrito was huge! I was filled with rice and pinto beans, and I added Carne Asada for $2 more with a red sauce on top and guacamole on the side. The burrito was tasty, but the guacamole was a little brown. I also asked for a side of sour cream because the Burrito was a little salty. It may have been the red sauce.. my wife loved the shredded beef tacos, crispy on the outside with lettuce, cheese, and shredded beef.
We also ordered a spicy mango margarita, and that was BOMB. We got it blended. It wasn't spicy at all. If you're looking for something sweet, that is the drink to get.
We ended the night with a mud pie, coffee ice cream, with nuts, fudge, and whipped cream on an oreo like crust. It was delicious.
Overall, it was a great experience. Our server was very attentive, the food was very tasty, and I enjoyed the ambiance. I'll definitely come back and try something else. Everything looked great!
