Good service, good margarita, uh-mazing fish tacos.
If you can get past the über kitschy décor, you’re in for a treat here. The servers and bus boys are simply lovely, the service is quick (it was for me anyway, but I was a lone diner so that might have helped speed things along). It’s definitely not a hip joint but Mexican food like you imagine it to be done well. Not that I’ve ever been to Mexico. Having said that, the fish tacos rivaled Maui fish tacos. That’s my point of reference. Grilled fish, not breaded/battered and deep fried , and (obviously) corn tortillas. To die for. The catch of the day was sea bass.
If I lived here, I’d come back regularly.
