This is a hidden gem in college park. I have been here 3 times and the tacos are the best. The salsa is homemade and great on the tacos. They have homemade juices that are also good. I will try something else next time I go.

Seemingly an authentic experience. My order was taken in Spanish. I ordered a chicken taco with everything and a chicken quesadilla with everything (lettuce and tomato). The taco was dry and the quesadilla was salty. The same meat was used in both. No real flavor. I got the salsa verde it was a little hotter than any salsa verde I’ve had anywhere before. I chose this place bcz it ranked a 4.6 which was higher than the other Mexican restaurants in the vicinity when I checked my Google maps. I won’t be back.

I’ve been back every other day since my first visit. Everything here is sooo good! Always fresh. You can sit and eat there. You order they’ll call your number when it’s ready, then you enjoy! All my friends and family love it as well. From vegetarians to meat eaters lol. This is my place of choice. For first dates, seasoned dates. Regular work nights … highly recommended.

I wanted real tacos today and didn't want to drive 15 miles for them. Found Don Sige Taqueria four miles from my house. How do you know the tacos are "real"? When your to go order is served on a paper plate and are "for real delicious!"

All I have to say is wow. Great food. The torta has a twist they add ham with the carne asada. The burrito well my son had to get another one it was that good. Try the guava drink it was good.

Now I know this might surprise some folks but this was my first time trying Mexican food. Before you are quick to judge ol' Clyde, please know that they just don't got any near my farm. Let me tell y"all, this joint is a real gem! The food is just downright scrumptious, and the entire staff looked so welcoming. Now look here, the area isn't the fanciest, but let me tell you, once you step inside, you forget all about that. The traffic in Atlanta is a real headache, but I tell you what, it led me to this joint. Don't let the neighborhood fool ya, this place is worth every mile through that mess of a city.

First time that I come across a Mexican food place that I like since moving here from Los Angeles (taco city) and this is good. I've tried 2 other spots since living here and it lacked flavor. I had 2 tacos de asada and 1 cabeza and a strawberry agua fresca. The tacos were so good I had to get 2 more de cabeza. Will definitely be coming back soon!

This spot is a hidden gem. Authentic and always fresh. Don't be fooled. You can definitely order too much if your eyes are big. The quesadillas are not small. So if you want that and something else. Just get one taco with it. Don't try to do 3 with it. No clue what I was thinking, but the food is good. It's clean. And the service is good. I'm a regular at this point.

We stopped by here on the way to the airport since we were delayed and it was a good choice. The location is about 5 minutes from the terminal and on the way from the north 75/85. The location is in a strip mall at the far left end. We parked and went in, and the first good sign was that there was a police officer ordering (you know the cops know the best places to eat!). There is a $5 minimum to use a card. I ordered at the counter and english was not an issue. The menu was clear and I got 5 tacos (3 carne asada and 2 chorizo), all traditional style with cilantro and onions. I also got the carne asada plate, which came with rice and beans and tortillas. The tacos were amazing as were the flour tortillas that came with the plate. The carne asada on the plate itself was a bit overcooked and chewy, but the seasoning was right on!

This place is very highly rated and I wanted to fall in love with it. Sadly I did not.... The first time. In any case I think we ordered poorly and I was chomping at the bit to give it another chance. I am so glad I did! Now I love the tortas, the fajitas, tacos and just about everything I have had since my first visit. Possibly just an off night or my even more likely letting my husband do the ordering. I think he might have ordered something with the word gringo in the title. (Smh) The quesadillas are huge and soooo good! Best quality and value the area! Huge burritos, open early at 10a, and still the best value in the area. This is real latin food, and it is still cheaper than Taco Bell. I'm basically obsessed with their Tripa Taco. The burritos are traditional, so basically a family sized meal wrapped in a giant flour tortilla.

Such good late night food. We arrived at ATL in the evening with an appetite and fortunately found this gem a short ride from the airport. I had a burrito and a quesadilla; both with beef cheeks. The beef checks were ultra tender and a great value given that they were priced similarly to all of the other fillings. Everything was made on the flat top given it that great flat top sear. It was just the right amount of greasy which I appreciate for a late night bite. Staff was very polite and willing to ring us up for an extra item even though they were approaching closing time. We also had a horchata which was excellent. Flavorful and creamy. One of the best I've had.

This spot still delivers great food! Haha I don't have a bunch of new photos because I always eat the food so fast. They really have great tacos which I always order. I think I'm going to order a burrito next time because those look amazing!! You really can't go wrong no matter what you order. Usually I walk out of there paying around $8-9 with a small tip. The food is fresh, the salsa is good and the staff are very friendly. If you like tacos, don't go to a run of the mill spot! Come to Don Sige and get some real Mexican street tacos! This is one of my go-to spots for sure! Just be ready for a little bit of a line around dinner and lunch time because this spot is super popular. I'd expect to wait around 15-20 minutes to get food which is not bad!

Nice little spot (unassuming) off of Main Street in East Point, GA. I probably would have never stopped here or even thought to consider it. Ordered Asada Burrito with extra grilled onions and peppers. It was a large portion. Extra verde. Verde sauce was good. I don't know how I managed not to take a picture of it but took picture of the rice & beans. As you can see I started eating the rice/beans That's what happened to the burrito. Lol. I ate 1/4 of it before pulling out the parking lot. The pricing was reasonable. The food was good. I'll probably return one day and try something different.

Really authentic food. Great flavors. Worth the money, hands down. That said, the kitchen is ridiculously slow. Like to the point of ineptitude. You have to be able to prepare more than one order at a time. I understand that times are hard, but if you are going to serve this number of customers, show up and hire more people/buy another grill. I'm at 50 minutes on 3 basic tacos. Maybe y'all just tell them you need it in a hurry, idk. Good food, reaaaaally shitty service.

I used to live in East Point and always went here now I moved to Mableton and make the drive back as often as I can everything is great here their fish tacos especially there cheeseburgers are even amazing I don't know what they do but everything is just amazing literally everything .

you ever eat something so fast that when you're done you're mad at yourself?! Do yourself a favor and order 2 more than your mind tells you to. You will thank me later. So let's get into these tacos. Perfect corn tortillas. Not greasy at all and soft yet grilled. Fish and shrimp - delicious. perfect hole in the wall quality. Toppings - they know what they're doing Passionfruit juice - Mad good. nuff said. Rice and beans were so good and I don't even like refried beans. However the red and sauce they have is so good, it would probably make me eat paper. When they pack a togo plate likeyou're leaving someone's house - you know it's legit.

Private parking lot, plenty of space, just now allowing dining in which I'm happy for.. You can place an call in order or walk in... Good portion of food.. Super authentic!! Omg. I'm a Cali girl. There's no short of good Mexican food out there. I'm currently living in Miami where it's so hard to find just a decent taco. On my way back to Miami today my partner an I decided to stop in for a Taco. Or two or three. These are with out a doubt the best tacos I've had in over TWO years. So good in fact that we ordered some to go. I recommend this place hands down. And next time I'm in Atlanta I know just where to go for good food. I ate all the tacos before I took a pic. My friend used to reside near Taqueria Don Sige, so we decided to grab a quick lunch. It is an authentic yet quaint Mexican restaurant, which I definitely prefer over Tex-Mex/Americanized versions. Prior to COVID-19: There are plenty of parking spaces, as it's shared with other businesses in the complex. The restaurant holds about 8 dining tables in the main area. You simply order, and they will bring your food to you afterward. Pork Tacos (2/5): No flavor. I wouldn't order this again. Please note tacos are the traditional meat, cilantro, and onions. Lengua (Beef Tongue) Tacos (4/5): Tender like it should be. No complaints with this. I recommend. Please note tacos are the traditional meat, cilantro, and onions. Service is alright. It's more self-serve after you pay for the food. There are 2 sauces (red and green), and neither are spicy for me. During COVID-19: I noticed the menu prices increased during COVID-19, which makes sense for businesses to survive. There is only take-out at this time. The only thing enforced were 6-feet distancing. I was the only one wearing a mask when I entered and ordered my food. Steak Burrito (3/5): Everything loaded with this (tomatoes, lettuce, beans, sour cream, cheese, etc). It was just decent to me. I've had better. The guy said he would include 3 different sauces, but I only received the green sauce. Would I come back? Not really. It would not be my first choice. I'm still searching for a tastier taqueria.

This spot hits. I got the fish and shrimp tacos on flour and the adobada on corn. I def prefer the flour, despite the extra charge. Their food is super simple. The green salsa is so great. And the rice and beans have a great depth of flavor. I enjoyed the hell out of this meal.

You can call it a hole in the wall spot but it is GREAT, close to the airport, always packed for lunch, you can order to go, and everything is purely authentic goodness and so affordable! I love this place. I go here 90% of the time when I want any authentic Mexican food. It's fresh, flavorful--the service is always A1! I love being able to trust a food place like were in a long term relationship--and Don Sige is definitely one of my main bae's! I typically get the Steak Quesadilla and the fajitas. It never disappoints--EVER! The refried beans and rice are always a great addition & I'm also a big fan of their salsa verde! Don Sige is everything you want from a neighborhood taqueria - quaint, cheap, delicious and authentic! Ive only tried the tacos so can't speak to the other menu items but everything looks delicious. I've had shrimp tacos at several other area taquerias and Don Sige's are far and away the best, and actually the only ones who are not tiny and severely overcooked. The restaurant is in a tiny strip mall connected to several other Latino-owned business and a large Latin grocery store, which I Iove!

I'm back again, don't let the negative comments fool you, this place is open (10/20/21)and the food is very good. I grabbed two orders of chicken fajitas, and a pork taco. I also ended up with a burrito by accident, and boy am I glad that I did. Im usually not too excited about burritos, however I decided to try it first. After I got 2/3's through this massive burrito, I decided to grab a picture and try and post for a review. I think I said "bruh" out loud like 6 times after eating that burrito, and that's not even a word that I use. I'll be back to try every flavor of burrito they have, looks like I'll have to step up my gym game to equalize this burrito journey.

I asked if they had chips and the girl at the counter looked at me like i said something racist.. Smmfh.. Other than the horrible stare from the girl at the counter everything was cool .
