First of all, there are 3(!) airco devices serving a space of not even 100 m3. They are put way too strong which caused multiple people complaining and change spots. When we arrived, we were put in one of the undesirable, cold tables. However, when we complained about the cold we were told changes would not be possible. After lots of complaining we finally managed to change, and after 3 more couples wanting to change tables they finally took that table ‘out of service’.
After this, we waited for 1.5 hours for our starter and another 45 minutes for our main dish. There were no apologies or compensation offered. Only when we left the restaurant after 2.5 hours the waitress and manager apologised. Unfortunately; it was too little too late. It’s a shame because the food was very tasty, but the drinks were pricey.
