Donatella Boutique Hotel

We had an amazing stay at Donatella Boutique Hotel. The customer service was truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and thoughtful from start to finish. We felt genuinely cared for the entire time. The room was absolutely beautiful: stylish and incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was how private and peaceful it felt—tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Collins Ave—yet still perfectly close to everything. It was the best of both worlds: quiet and relaxing, but steps from great food, shopping, and the beach. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with charm, comfort, and top-notch service in an unbeatable location, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again.

I stumbled across this hotel when I was searching for somewhere to stay for the boat show. It is a hidden gem. It’s inside the Donatella Restaurant. It has 6 rooms and all are amazing! The staff is over the top accommodating. I actually like a non-traditional stay. We arrived before check-in and when we came back after lunch , the staff had taken our bags to the room. They even gave umbrellas for each room right outside your door. It does have music in the restaurant, but we asked them to turn it down and they did. Book early, we did about 5 months out. Needless to say, we will be back! Fidele (I’m sure I’m butchering the spelling) and Juan Carlos were so great! ❤️(as an aside for any woman staying- I left my shampoo, etc and no styling product. I used their shampoo and conditioner. Left the conditioner on for a bit, and voila, all good. I have hard to hold down hair. Thank you!)

The room is very spacious, with a bathroom just as large as the room itself comfortable and with a very pleasant design. What stands out the most is the attention from the entire staff; they make you feel like “part of the family,” always attentive and helpful. The restaurant is beautiful it feels like a hidden gem right in the heart of Miami Beach. The cuisine is Italian, and most of the staff are true Italians, which really makes you feel like you’re in Italy.|I will definitely be coming back.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Donatella Boutique Hotel overall. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and feels very thoughtfully designed. The coffee and tea were excellent—such a nice touch—and the room service was amazing, both in quality and convenience. The staff was attentive and made the stay feel special. The only downside was that loud house music was played until around 10:30 pm. Since I had an early flight the next morning, I wasn’t able to fall asleep until then, which was a bit tough. Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a delightful stay at Donatella. Beautiful building. Lovely Room with warm decor and great details, from the hairdryer ( Ella Bella) to the electric blinds. Event the tea we had in our room was beautiful china . Staff were very friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond for us. Only suggestion would be some hooks to hang up the towels in the bathroom . Be prepared for no bathroom door from the bedroom. Highly recommend for a unique delightful stay.

Boutique hotel with 6 rooms only. Great for a unique stay. Hotel is very new and beautiful. The only thing I would point out that 2 rooms out of 6 do not have a door to the bathroom in the room, so I believe those are more suitable for one person stay. Room with double sinks had a door to the bathroom, so plan accordingly if you are traveling with a partner. Hotel has an incredible restaurant downstairs which is highly recommended. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Definitely looking forward to coming back

We stayed here for one night on Dec 24 and were very pleased with the room. It was huge and very clean and decorated well. The check in is at the bar which is a little odd but the service was good. We were confused after we left because there was an unauthorized $50 charge on our credit card without telling us what it was for and the hotel never got back to us. We realized it was for the nightly fee which is a little steep for one night in addition to the overall charge already!

Best Italian food in Miami outside of Italy 🇮🇹 We ate there twice in the same month. One was just a date night with my wife. The other was a corporate event with 50 people. Both times, service was great, food delicious and beautiful atmosphere

My husband and I went for dinner and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious, and we got greeted with a welcome rose champagne . We were delighted."

I loved this hotel let me start off with that since I only have it 4 stars. I love the location the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was extremely welcoming and sensual! I love the door the room it's very clean and comfortable beautifully decorated! I only had one issue it's only because I came fore work I wouldn't stay here again due to the noise my bed was literally vibrating had I just came on a little get away with my partner absolutely this is a great spot but I wasn't able to get any sleep due to the rooms are directly over the restaurant. Not only talking but music and it sounded great but not when you have to be up early other than that this is an amazing hotel!
