If you’re looking for something similar to the German Döner kebab, this is definitely the wrong place for. Taste was weak and doesn’t even come close. I mean it didn’t taste bad, just not what they’re promising … waste of money Also you have to pay cash or with a physical card (which we didn’t had and had to look for an ATM because we’re so exited:((( )

The doner kebab was average. The bread was warm but the meat was cold and dry. I don't think I'll eat from here again.

Google
This place is next to Fat Sal's / Fat Tuesday and is a bit hard to find but totally worth it! Great place for delicious food at a very fair price. Probably the best falafel I've had. Our host Sash was super nice and attentive!! Everyone enjoyed their meal. I recommend the garlic sauce!

Google
This is definitely a hidden gem in Vegas. The food is so fresh and delicious. I really love the döner box with fries. (Get both the garlic and herb sauces… sooooo yummy.). Most importantly, the owners are incredibly kind. They always remember my order which I think is so sweet. I do appreciate the amazing service we always receive time and time again. Thank you :)

Google
This is as close to a Doner Kebab 🥙 I’ve had since I was in Germany 🇩🇪! The bread needs some work, but it was great!! The lamb 🐑 mix tasted authentic, with the combination of the pickled onions and garlic sauce is something you could eat everyday!

I spent 4 years in Germany during the late 80's when I was in the Army and the Berlin Wall was still standing . After a late night of drinking , Turkish / German Street Food was the way to go . Döners would hit the spot . Most of us would get them in the giant pita , but you can get on rice or fries in some places . Most people like the Lamb-Beef combination , but I like the Chicken better myself . This place is located inside the Neonopolis by Fremont Street Experience . It is located in the Food Court . I got the Chicken Döner Platter on Rice with Pepper Sauce and Garlic Sauce . Also some lettuce and tomatoes . You can get cucumbers and other stuff too if you wish . They also have Ranch and another sauce . The chicken was really good , but the rice was just plain white rice . The Pepper Sauce had a good kick and I'm glad I got the Garlic Sauce to mix with it . I also got a Canada Dry Ginger Ale to go with it . Total with tax was $14.00 It is a lot of food and I almost finished it and I was starving . I have to say that unfortunately Wolf Down Döner was better and closer to where I live on Spring Mountain , but it closed a few months ago . I didn't even know it was there till I saw on Facebook it was closing and went there 2 days before it closed . I would have went there once a week if I would have known about it , but they didn't do any advertising . Anyway , I would recommend coming here , but I rarely go downtown , so I don't see myself coming back anytime soon . But if you are downtown and want a full belly , check them out . They even sell ice cream . I was too full to get any though .

Google
What a great oasis of calm inside the chaos of Fremont Street! Food was fresh and delicious. (The fries are so good!) Seek this place out.

Google
Germans have nothing to do with Döner. Adding some sauce doesn’t make it German. It’s totally Turkish ! Also there’s nothing like Döner Kebap. Only “Döner“ which means “turns” in Turkish. About the food, it was not bad but cold and I shouldn’t try with cheese.

Yelp
Excellent food and that's quick. First place I stop at when I go to Fremont Street. Conveniently located at end end of the Fremont Street Experience.

Yelp
Came at lunch to this place located on Fremont. It happens to be one of the options in the International Eatery food hall. Doner Kebab Express is a way to get fast pita types of sandwiches or something else. Everyone can find a good thing to get. There's beef or get falafel for a non meaty option. A small counter to order at. It's a family owned place. The menu is actually pretty simple. Has a few of the doners to choose from. These are a German type of sandwich. A bit like getting pitas but they're open faced. It's about $12 for a combo, which comes with a side. Each of us got the Falafel Combo. The fries came on the side. As for the falafel, there was a lot of it. While these weren't that crispy, they were full of flavor and moist. Liked the doner even though it was small, but honestly it was still kind of filling. This also came topped with a hot sauce that was pretty ass spicy. For sure one of the best choices on Fremont to get something cheaper. It's located in the one food hall. There's options for meats but falafel is pretty good though.

Rahul R.

Yelp
This place was understaffed. It took a long time to get our order and even when we did get it the falafels were undercooked and slightly raw.

Subhashish D.

Yelp
This is more like a hole in the wall establishment. I had ordered the kebab platter but it turned out to be fried chicken. Even it is cheaper than most restaurants, I would it is over priced for the quality it offers.

Julio C.

Yelp
Worst Mediterranean food I ever tried! The beef kebab plate is terrible! Meet chopped and unflavored, the salad is only lettuce chopped and tomatoes, they haven't rice and put cheapy french fries! No recome definitivamente at all! Don't go and waist your money!

Doug C.

Yelp
Located inside the International Eatery at the Neonopolis strip mall, next to Fat Tuesdays on Fremont Street. Just got here. Haven't seen our food yet but not impressed so far. The tables are all dirty and there are actual pigeons walking around on the floor. We had the Doner Wrap Beef/Lamb mix in a combo. It came with fries and a drink. They didn't have tzatziki but the garlic sauce they do have tastes the same. The fries were way too salty. The wrap itself was pretty good which kind of saves this place some since pretty much everything else was in total dis array. Not only was there an obvious language barrier with the female worker but the male worker was just walking around snacking on a wrap himself while working. Overall the jury used still out on if I would eat here again. The wrap itself was decent but this place gives me serious cleanliness concerns.

Jesus A.

Yelp
Went to get me the food I always get nd when I got it it wasn't what the menu picture was supposed to look it was really sloppy my problem was the bread I didn't eat it I just left that. Not coming here

Meg L.

Yelp
2 stars for the sweet girl that helped me. I know I'm a jerk because I lived in Berlin and have high expectations for döners. But this was garbage. $14 with tip garbage. This is NOT a döner. I've had döners all around the world. I even had one here 2 years ago and it was mediocre. Not great, but decent enough. Not sure what happened since then, but the food is TERRIBLE. The meat was cut into big chunks, not the thin slices common for döner. Also, almost no veggies! So disappointed.

Yelp
We stopped by to try the food that some reviewers said was great but it was just one guy, AirPods in his ears, ignoring us while we stood at the register. Messy prep area and unorganized system. Thats enough red flags for us so we left. Don't need to get sick on a trip.

Jay P.

Yelp
The gyro is everything! I loved the way it was all fresh and super flavorful. If they get some AC or maybe some industrial fans that would be great.

Melissa S.

Yelp
We had the $12.69 gyro meal. What a deal. The food court on Fremont street is the way to go. I always heard that food in Vegas is outrageous, this was the same price as home. The gyro was fresh, including fresh cucumbers, lettuce, and tomatoes. He pulled out a new bottle of the white sauce from the cooler. The fries were just made too. The meal is a great deal as it comes with a drink and fries for pennies more. We sat right in front of the counter. There was plenty of places and the tables were clean and the place was clean. I highly recommend you getting at least one meal or snack here in the food court. Get the meal deal, you won't regret it. Service was friendly and helpful.

Mark B.

Yelp
I was an exchange student in Germany, twice, and we still travel back every year for two weeks as vacation and visiting my host family members. Always loved a good döner kebab and always wondered why it wasn't more prevalent in the U.S. Hard to always explain to American friends. "So, it's a gyro?" No. "A pita falafel?" No. (See pic). To find this place in Fremont and have it be so close to the legit best döner places in Germany (shout out to Döner Kebab Haus, Westenriederstr., München). They had lots of the flavorful meat, with fresh veggies, and the sauce. Great food to hit the spot before the bars, or after. Anytime I'm in Vegas, I'll be back. Mahlzeit!

Garrett C.

Yelp
Döner taste was perfect like in Turkey. I like the service as well. We sit down outside buffet but it was ok not crowded and we got the good space to sit and eat our dinner.

Madison M.

Yelp
It's dang hard to find FRESH, lower carb options here in Vegas *sadness* This place is located in the Fremont Street area. Reasonably priced Fresh food choices seem to be limited here in Vegas *thank you fellow yelpers - YAY and YES* I ordered the falafel gyro for $8.49 (by itself). Standard pita bread, but they heat it up for you on the grill, then add ingredients to order. The falafels are pretty dense, but a generous portion creating the base of the gyro. After adding most of the topping options .. the gyro is a meal all by itself. The gyro was fresh tasting, but needed some flavor (I like it spicy), so I went back and requested a side of their house made chili sauce. I was warned, "be careful, it's spicy". The chili sauce was bursting with layers of chili flavor and a welcome addition to the freshness of the diced cucumber and mound of mixed greens and chopped lettuce. IF you appreciate spice, I highly recommend asking for a side of that chili sauce *you control the spice - YUM* No line, fresh toppings, reasonably priced, not a chain restaurant *thumbs up*

Bethany T.

Yelp
I got the traditional beef and lamb Doner. Garlic sauce for the win. I actually asked to add even more garlic sauce than they normally do. Packed full of meat, freah pita warmed in front of you, lettuce, tomato, cucmber and onions! Hit the spot before work

A V.

Yelp
It's a food court type of place, so not much in the way of ambiance. But the food was great and they give you plenty for the price. The lady that took care of us asked if I wanted hot sauce or garlic, and when I said hot sauce she smirked and said "You know it's really spicy right?" It was actually pretty cute. And it was very good.. spicy but it didn't burn. :)

William C.

Yelp
Yelp says it closes at 11pm. I get there at 9pm. It's dark, and nobody is there. No sign explaining anything. I ask the Chinese place the next stall over if she knows what time they close. She shrugs and says she doesn't know and that "the guy leaves whenever he wants". Ok.

Becky B.

Yelp
If you've ever lived in or visited Germany I'm sure you've tried a Döner Kebab and when you come home you wonder why don't we have this in the US, it would be a huge hit! Well here you go! This place is legit!! The bread, meat and sauce are perfect. I'm lucky this place isn't right next to my house or on every corner like it was when I lived in Germany, I would never fit in my clothes again Highly suggest trying this place out if you're anywhere near Fremont. It's a small counter in the food court at Neonopolis.

Michele J.

Yelp
I know the food is really good. My complaint is the hours on Yelp says open on Wednesday's. I planned my day to come down here for another kebab. Unfortunately on 5/17/23 at 5:45pm they were closed. Only notice was a sign on the register that says " Closed on Wednesdays" Please update your hours on Yelp!

Abe L.

Yelp
My name is abraham this food was really good loved the gyro my favorite food there also to except for the guy at the counter stank a little but everything else was good

Jay A.

Yelp
Probably the best value anywhere near the Fremont St. Experience. I ordered a Chicken Shwarma plate with rice and a coke for just under $14. It was tasty and filling. For the price, I'd have liked some sort of bread as well, but that's probably just me. I love bread. This is good late-night street food in a tiny open-kitchen food court. It ain't fancy. And for anywhere else in the world, it ain't cheap. But for downtown Las Vegas on a Saturday night pub crawl - it was perfect.

Janette V.

Yelp
We came by to have a quick lunch before we kept going on Fremont. This place is always busy and they were really nice , We asked to have some fries with our plate And they prepared this beauty for us. After exploring Fremont and working up an appetite, this hit the spot! Because who doesn't like fries after walking around or a couple of drinks. Since this place is on Fremont street it is the perfect as a different food option. They are also Helal. Side comment we tried. Halal guys in Vegas off the strip, a couple of days before and let me tell you. This place is a million times better simply because it's fresh and hot. Defiantly recommend! It's inside of the international food hall! There are a lot of places to check out around like that cats meow and an ax throwing place close by too.

Louie S.

Yelp
Delicious... is not even enough of a word to describe the food here. It's been over 14 years since I've had an authentic doner kebab and this is the first time I have been able to obtain a replication of that taste from Germany. Went with beef for choice of meat and garlic sauce. Seriously! This was a mouthwatering experience that went above and beyond the delivery. Next time I'll have to try the lamb for myself and chicken for my wife. The best taste test is my little girl. She jacked me for my kebab! I was left with less than half. My wife followed suit and jacked me for half of that half... ouch! Nonetheless, I went back for seconds. Haha! This time I ordered a doner wrap to go and made it spicy. As for the fries, they were nice and crispy. I recommend a combo of either the kebab or wrap. Great fast service and friendly people. Give them a try when you are in the area, you will not be disappointed!

Joyce T.

Yelp
WOW! Tasty, crispy and generous shaved meats! Got it with the GARLIC SAUCE! Vampires are fleeing! There are wraps, crispy round flatbreads and salad. Lots of salad/topping choices. Generous portions. Super friendly counter person, complete with a German accent! It's located in a food court and you can see them prepare your order in front of you. I like that.

Christina C.

Yelp
Ick. Awful. Nothing like a German doner. Avoid this place like the plague!! Owners nice enough but that's about it.

Brittany M.

Yelp
The absolute best Doner!!!! Lives in Germany for three years and have had a craving for a doner for 11!!! This hit THE SPOT!!! if you are in the area and looking for an amazing meal- get a doner kebab asap!!

Aleksandra K.

Yelp
Not really what i expected. It is far from Real Doner Kebab. Bread is not well toasted. Meat doesn't really taste of anything. I would like more salads variety. More taste and more sauces choice. There is not really a kebab place In Las Vegas - I was expecting this one to be my place to go but I will not come back.

Kristi A.

Yelp
So this isn't 100% spot on to a doner you'll find in Germany, but it's close. I am constantly on the hunt for German style Doners. So far I've only seen them in Lacey, WA, Seattle, WA, and here. Doner Express is the closest out of the three. The bread is pretty close to what you'll find in Germany. However it's missing the key sauce and a few other components that I can't pinpoint.

Vinz S.

Yelp
This is the best Döner Kebab in town! Authentic German / Turkish street food with original ingredients. Friendly, quick service and a good variety of dishes for great value! As German I can tell this taste like in Germany. Highly recommended!

Chuck S.

Yelp
Not fresh. I spent 6 months in Germany and got pretty addicted to Doner Kebabs. It surprises me that theyre hugely popular in Germany but virtually non-existent in the U.S. So you can imagine my delight when I found this place. But sadly, this didn't even amount to a cheap substitute. It was pretty terrible, actually. Chicken was preshredded and tasted like frozen chicken pieces from the Tyson frozen aisle. The veggies were all soggy. It makes me sad to say this, but I will never eat here again.

Eric A.

Yelp
Food is delicious. Service is super fast. 5 star only, no less. I've had doner combo for $11, it was really cheap for the food I got

Larisa T.

Yelp
Ordered the gyro combo and my partner got the platter combo deals and we finished our plates! All of the food was made before our eyes and we got to choose the toppings. Everything was super fresh and we got all the toppings except for jalapeños. We both got the white sauce and it was great. Will definitely order for the next two days before we have to leave back home.

Lin G.

Yelp
What can I say? Beggars can't be choosers. At 2am, they are open and even has a kid at the cash register. He did a great job and seemed like a great kid. Though 1am seems a little late for him to be working. Foodwise, it was just okay. I ate here while drunk once and don't remember but had an overall good impression. Eating here sober is another story. Too salty and the meat was very dry, the veggies didn't seem very fresh. Not the best kebab but it is 1am in downtown Vegas and this is the best option when you want something fast and easy to go. I'll take it.

Vincent T.

Yelp
This place is a great value, especially today. The pitas are loaded and under $10. We had both the beef/lamb gyro one and the falafel one with pickled vegetables. The feta with the white and hot sauces really make the pitas tasty. The platters are also packed and I think they might get the fried rice from the Chinese place in the same food court. It doesn't matter though-- it's tasty, filling, and economical.

Lena T.

Yelp
Almost as good as the real deal! Authentic Döner Kebab is very hard to find in the US, but this was probably as close as it gets! Wish the price was more authentic but the taste definitely convinced me!

Henna S.

Yelp
While doing the Fremont Experience, we came across this place at the end. It's halal and totally worth your money. The lamb/beef was so soft and went really well with the fried rice. Definitely recommend this place if you're in the area

Heather D.

Yelp
Amazing delicious gyro wrap with garlic sauce!!!! To die for! This is obviously a family owned business next to Fat Tuesday. Worth the $ and my husband had to go and get his second one! No regrets.

Dave W.

Yelp
When a new type of food hits the valley I try to make a beeline for it, unfortunately the covid outbreak put paid to that with this kebab shop, however, I finally had a chance to get over here. Having grown up in Europe, kebabs are one of my comfort foods, so with the good reviews and some free time I headed over to fill that food craving. I'm sad to say, I wish I hadn't bothered. I've given this meal twi stars for two reasons, one for the salad and one for the chilli sauce which will blow your brains out if you are not prepared. But, here is the problem, you go to a kebab store for the kebab meat, not a salad. Sadly I didn't check the boxes before I left, if I had these would have been handled back, kebab meat should be nice slices with plenty of juice and flavor, these plates had neither, they more resembled the bacon bits you get on salads, with the same amount of juices as those bacon bits. Maybe I went on a bad day, I hope so.

Jasmin M.

Yelp
Was not the best donner kebab I ever had and it wasn't the worst. For being in Las Vegas it can justify the urge for a doner kebab. Having lived in Munich Germany this would be the worst in Munich. They young man behind the counter was sitting in the back listening to music and looking at his phone. Seemed like having a customer was a burden for him to come to the front to serve us. Asked about the ayran drink they don't have it. The kebab meat was generic gyro meat that every other place sells also. Would not recommend unless your desperate for a Döner kebab taste in your mouth that's average.

Benjamin G.

Yelp
I've had Döner in Germany before, the best I've ever had, and before coming here, I never found a place in the states that compared...until now! Cute area, accessible, excellent food and service. Highly recommend!

Anil M.

Yelp
Don't ever try, chicken is sweet with barbecue sauce, don't get cheated. It's not kebab platter of Turkey, it's Berlin Kebab. You will regret.

Joshua P.

Yelp
Was literally shooed away by one of the workers and was told to come back tomorrow if I wanted something. Was around 930pm on a Thursday. Regardless of what time it was they were all rude asf. Dirty and unkempt area all around.

Meghan J.

Yelp
Amazing! It reminds me of my days as a young private in Germany. A doner is the perfect way to sober up after a night of drinking. To keep the party going when you may have gone too far!

Jessica B.

Yelp
I will make this simple. This is the real deal! If you have been to Germany and you have had a Döner you won't be disappointed!

Brenda L.

Yelp
This place is one of 5 restaurants in an international cafe. You can get Mexican, American, Indian, Greek, and something else. As I work my way through my receipts I'll probably add. Quality of food: excellent! Cooked fresh on the spot, carved off the rotisserie before your very eyes. Awesome! I will visit this one again!

Michelle D.

Yelp
I'm baffled by the reviews stating this place resembles the donor kebabs they had in Germany. You guys must of never had a real doner kebab in K-town (if you know, you know). This resembles nothing like the doner kebabs I've had while living in Europe. The bread is a bit too thick, meat was too salty. I was let down considering how excited I was to discover a doner kebab place in Las Vegas.

Jim W.

Yelp
Stuffed and filling sandwich. Lots of meat, cabbage and sauce on a toasted bread. Would like more of a drink selection, though. Located in a food court. Nothing fancy, but price, amount and taste are on point.

Gemma C.

Yelp
I wanted to love this place sooooo much, I was so excited to hear that I'd finally be able to get Döner stateside. Don't come here expecting what they advertise. The only thing that resembles the Döner Kebab from Germany is the the wrapper it came in. The tzatziki is watered down, the meat quality is substandard and is positioned in the open where you can readily see the flies hovering around it-- oh and the pigeons are given free rein in this dilapidated food court. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.
