Best Asian Restaurants in Edmonds | Eater Seattle

"Hunan cuisine is the hot (and spicy) new entry to the area’s Chinese restaurant scene, with Dong Ting Chun proving to be a popular place in Edmonds. Fish dishes are a highlight on the expansive menu, including the restaurant’s namesake dish, a whole fish steamed with red chiles and onions. Pickled chiles, pumpkin pancakes, braised pork, and preserved egg (in one dish, included with mortar and pestle-pounded eggplant) are all featured prominently in the restaurant’s dishes." - Jay Friedman

Easily the best Chinese food I’ve ever ordered. Delicious - steamed egg, eggplant, tofu, and cauliflower were all absolutely delicious. Only thing is it didn’t come with rice so make sure to order.

Exactly what I expected in Bellevue, WA. Having just left Taiwan today, I ended up eating here bc a friend likes it. We ordered the steamed fish, a spicy fish, and a-Choi vegetable dish. Everything is good, solid. For the steamed fish ($33-36), I wish they would cut 4x the amount of green onions, ginger if any. The spicy fish ($27 in 2025) is heavily on the five spice (common for Hunan style) and jalapeño, very different. You won’t find much value in Bellevue so you accept it. Overall, 4 star for the food taste and ingredients. Enjoy.

If you like spicy Chinese food this restaurant is a must go place. Especially the fish is super tasty

Google
It was a really bad experience. We ordered Shrimp Tofu and Smoked Ham Cauliflower. Shrimp Tofu - All the shrimp we have got are at the bottom left corner. See it yourself. Smoked Ham Cauliflower - the cauliflower had been heavily trimmed, not sure if it was because the veggies were not fresh. It was a treasure hunt game for shrimp and smoked ham. The taste was so so. They probably have changed chef. The waitress was interesting if not rude. I put the order but had to have my husband go and pick it up. I was driving so I just told him what I had ordered. The waitress asked him what he ordered. He said "I forgot, my wife put the order..." She said "I don't know your wife. What's her name?" After they got it, she told him next time he should have the order number ready. How about - "No worries, may I know your wife's name?" "Next time, if you could have the order number that would be great!" Will this sound more professional? I don't know...

STRONGLY RECOMMEND DINE-IN Food tastes 5 stars when you dine-in, 3 stars when you order delivery or pickup. Food: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Volume: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Service: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I ordered delivery from apps previously and was not impressed by the food, not at all. Then I finally tried dine-in after getting tired of all the other restaurants I normally go to, I was DEEPLY IMPRESSED, there are WAY MORE menu choices!!!!! And many of them are tasty 👍 . The volume of each dish is also impressive, enough for two meals. Also I would like to say that it is one of the few stir fry restaurants that will let you order without green onion and garlic (friend is allergic). We appreciate that a lot! I took 2 stars for service because when it gets busy, there aren’t enough people serving and answering requests. I understand stir fry will generally take a long time but waiting for 1 hour is a bit too long. And one of my follow up dishes never got started.

How do I know when I’m in a top-notch Chinese restaurant? A: when I am the only white guy in the building. Ding-Hao!! 👍🏻

Google
Very happy with my food today, very authentic Hunan cuisine. Most importantly, pretty good price for the quality, $28 for 6 pieces lamb chops with perfectly seasoned, I will definitely be back.

Yelp
Very similar to the (now, closed) Edmonds location. Very good quality Hunan-style food.

Yelp
SAFETY HAZARD! Found this stiff metal strip in a dish that I took out from the restaurant (beef shank). I almost went to the ER if I hadn't chewed carefully.

Yelp
These are all delicious! And spicyyyy!! The spice is tolerable but it definitely kicks you a bit. The rice was good though that's not spicy at all. The food was ordered through a tablet and then brought to us after a bit. The interior had a lot of seating and was pretty big. We were the only table eating at around 1:30 p.m so it was empty. Overall, everything was good and delicious and yes, spicyyy!

Yelp
Solid restaurant in downtown Redmond, especially for spicy food! The restaurant is medium-sized at a convenient location with lots of parking at RTC garages. I arrived at peak-dinner time and the restaurant was fully packed with a few parties waiting to be seated. We waited 30min for a table after putting our name in the waitlist. Food: Yeung Chow Fried rice: was quite good Beef brisket stew with potato: it was delicious, was quite spicy but enjoyable The portion was decent for the price. At the end, we got free fried pumpkin taro ball dessert which was very yummy. Service: typical, had no complaint Atmosphere: not too loud, it is suitable for conversation with friends. The restaurant is nicely decorated.

Yelp
Food - 4 stars : deliciously spicy and flavorful Service - 3 stars : service was prompt and courteous. Language could be a barrier Ambience - 4 stars : Just right. Not to formal ... not too casual. Kid friendly. The food was authentic in its taste. We ordered Egg fried rice, Boiled fish and drypot cauliflower. In my observation you can always tell how good an Asian place is by their simple egg fried rice. This place had well seasoned and soft rice with eggs. Not an easy task and my kids had seconds and finished all of it. I actually thought one of the red jalapeños in the boiled fish was a carrot and boy did I find it out . This dish was a new style of boiled fish than our usual sichuanese boiled fish - had raw peppers in addition to dry ones, fish slices has skin on and the gravy was thicker and had more than just chili oil. Overall I personally like the Hunanese Style of boiled fish better. Drypot cauliflower was just okay. Nothing to write a paragraph about. They could use a lil more improvement in service but given the good food and the appetizing ambience I would give this 4 stars. Definitely.coming back sometime.

Yelp
Mashed century eggs and eggplants: 5/5 this combo turned out to be really good on rice. Definitely recommend. Fish with pickled cabbage (Sauerkraut): 4/5 good portion, standard

Yelp
Heard they have their chef back so I tried again. Their service is much better than before and their food has improved. The taste and flavor is authentic. The fish head is a little bit "old" or aged or overcooked, but the flavor is ok. Hunan cuisine is spicy and salty so prepare for it. Add noodle to steam fish! (30mins wait for steam) Free parking!

Yelp
This cuisine clearly calls itself out as Hunan Cuisine - I like the Hunan and Szechuan style of cooking due to the liberal use of chillies (spice), garlic and shallots. I was super hungry as this was my first meal of the day and overall the service though a little abrupt was quick and acceptable. The food was in parts brilliant and in other parts below even average. We ordered the steamed fish with chili which was supposed to be spicy but wasn't really spicy only a weird kind of sour. The Drypot Cauliflower with chinese bacon was my favorite dish of the day and was actually liberally filled with sauteed chili that really gave the dish it's "oomph". The fried rice was a really nice foil to the drypot dish and honestly had ample seafood in it (shrimp and crab I think) Definitely a place I would go back again but I would avoid the fish.

Yelp

Yelp
We got their fish and mushrooms. I've been here a couple times and it's always good although a little bit of a wait.

Yelp
Food was great! We loved the beef and pork dishes the best, as well as their mala flavor dishes. The food was a but slow though, we had to wait for our next dishes to come out for a while. Overall ambiance is lively and clean.

Yelp
IMO there's better Szechuan cuisine in the area. - Braised Pork Belly w Pickled Mustard: way below average portion size. Meat was still quite tough. - Dry Pot Cauliflower: was delicious, but again, portion size was very small. - Sliced Beef in Golden Soup: i straight up did not like this dish, the meat had a weird flavor to it. Service was fine, nothing remarkable. Location and interior are great.

Yelp
This restaurant was our go to place during COVID lockdown. However, we stopped going when quality degraded. We decided to give them another try (the one in Edmond has always been good). Glad we went. Their fish specialty dish is very nicely done (please do ask for less salt), tender, flavorful and good size. Their eggplant is not as well presented as the Edmond store, but still very tasty. Having ample parking is huge bonus for this store.
google avatar

Yelp
Restaurant has taken a downturn since the pandemic, like so many other things "sliced beef in golden soup" used to be so delicious. Now there is much less beef, and almost all the beef is fat. Gross Don't even know beef has this much body fat...I would rather the owner raises price than plays with portion size and quality

Yelp
Food was good, the lady who took our order kindly reminding me that the tip was included when I checked. That was honest. However I have to mention the table service. After we checking out, the waitress started to collect our dishes and clean our table meanwhile two of my friends' young kids were still working on their foods. That was unprofessional and rude.

Yelp
Be transported from Redmond to Hunan China. If you enjoy spice then this is the perfect place for you. The steamed fish is a must try. It's served in a platter that's fit for royalty. They do pack your leftovers for you.
google avatar

Nishita K.

Yelp
Had only 2 chicken options in the whole menu. Got the king pao chicken and was not great. Not tasty and no veggies. Didnt come with rice and thought was pricey.

Bob W.

Yelp
Food is overpriced and some of the dishes are really small. The place is not bad, but some of the dishes can be very spicy, which I am not a big fan of. Waitress was unhappy when we only ordered 5 dishes when we have 7 people, but they are all old ladies lol and one infant. The total of the 5 dishes were like $150 which is kind of insane. Tables were kinda crowded and no hot tea was served. Only ice water from a dirty bottle.

Yelp
Had take-out here and it was amazing. Maybe the best Chinese food I've had outside of Asia.

Yelp
PSA to anyone ordering from this restaurant. Do not, under any circumstances, order "Bone-in Chicken with Pickled Chili Dry Pot (Hot) 陈坛辣椒好味鸡(特辣)". You'll get a dish full of dangerously small bone fragments mixed in and attached to dry chicken. The bone fragments are so small that they're undetectable until you've actually bit into them, and a good part of the chicken meat seems to be from the neck (we love 白切雞 cold cut chicken and know the different parts of the whole chicken, and the neck isn't the best). If the meat was at least tasty it might be ok, but the tiny bone fragments are not ok. I'm a diehard bone-in chicken fan but these bones seem like the whole chicken went through a food processor. Last point, this dish says extra spicy but it's mild at best.

Yelp
In my todays Ubereats order of "braised beef with potatoes ", there was too much ginger pieces contained that remarkably reduced the taste as well as experience, which used to be excellent to me. Don't think it's an effective way of saving cost of food material though.

Yelp
My partner and I had tried to go to the Edmonds location of Dong Ting Chun in the past and were met with a 2+ hour wait. Thankfully, this wasn't the case when we stopped by this location on a Wednesday night. I'm writing this review mostly to let people know that this location is doing dine-in but it's not at full service. What I mean by this is that instead of plates and such, they're serving food in takeout containers and bringing you water with paper cups. I don't mind, but just letting you all know as a heads-up. We ordered the mashed eggplant, cumin ribs, and dry-fried green beans. The mashed eggplants were definitely our favorite. I haven't had eggplant with century eggs before but it really works. If you aren't used to century eggs, I might advise you to steer clear from this dish. The cumin ribs were also quite good. I could've used more cumin, but still great. The dry-fried green beans had the texture and taste we're used to and love. So why 4 stars? It's pretty pricey for what you get! But the food was good, so no complaints here, really.

Yelp
Great service, very unique atmosphere, the menu is huge, lots of authentic dishes to choose from, highly recommended.

Yelp
Really good people here got too meet the owner of the place and she's really awesome food really good I will give 100 stars if I could I do know that my family and friends will love here

Yelp
This is our first time coming to this location. I thought since the restaurant name is the same, different locations would have be same quality in food and service. However, I was very disappointed with my experience today. First, food quality at this location is not comparable to Dong Ting Chun at Edmonds. Food tastes way too salty, and presentation sucks. But this place does give you more food compared to elsewhere. So I would say it's a Quantity over quality location. Food alone here is an 3 star, but Dong TIng Chun at Edmonds is def a 4.5 stars! Secondly, I experienced the WORST service I'm ever had in my life! I had to get up and walk to the counter asking for napkins, despite the place wasn't busy at the time. This is fine. But later when we asked for the check and to-go box. The server came with a terrible attitude, (had no idea what's wrong with her). She packed the food unwillingly with her RBF, (even though we didn't ask her to pack) and smashed the empty plates with dirty spoons on the table, where the spoon flew over the table almost hitting me. We will NEVER come back to this location ever in our life. Do not recommend this location unless you want servers giving you an attitude for no reason .
google avatar

Rachel Y.

Yelp
I ordered to-go for the Dong Ting steamed fish 洞庭过江鱼 and spicy braised pigs feet. I had to reheat the food so it may not do it's justice comparing to eating fresh. The fish however is fresh, soft, and very spicy! Definitely authentic. If you're not into spicy food, this restaurant is not for you.
google avatar

KaMan L.

Yelp
I really love hunan and sichuan cuisine, but they put too much salt in everything, to the extent that the dishes tasted bitter. It also doesn't have any service. I'd prefer the Dong Ting Chun at Edmonds.

Yelp
I've been to Dong Ting Chun located at Edmonds but that place is way too far from my home thus I was very excited after learning they are opening up another store in Redmond. The food in their Edmonds location was very good so I came with high expectations. They did not disappoint us with the quality of their food. I saw most people there ordered the fish dish that came in a large flat pan but we decided to order two smaller and probably less popular dishes instead. Both dishes we ordered were very spicy as we expected and wanted. Their food is on the more expensive side. Most of their main dishes were in the high teens range, usually between $16 and $19. Whether they worth that much is up to you to decide. Even though they've opened for a few months already, their staff were still not very familiar with their routines. When we sat down, we had no menu to order our food. We asked for menu and was told that another two large tables asked for many menus and they ran out. I've never seen a restaurant run out of menu before. Large tables usually have multiple copies which I can understand. But they shouldn't be given one menu per person. I still give them 4 star because their food quality. Due to the lack of good Chinese restaurants on east side, I see myself visiting them more in the future though I would probably wait for a few more months before coming again so that their staff will become better trained when I visit next time.

Yelp
Really good chinese food. More authentic than anywhere I've found. If you don't like meat or non-spicy foods, Dong Ting Chun offers few choices. For the rest of us, every dish is a delight. If you only want run of the mill Americanized-chinese take away, just stay at the Panda Express. If you want your normal chinese restaurant favor, stay with your family favorite. If you want something good and authentic, I recommend this place. Lamb with cumin is my favorite dish and reminds me of the food I ate while living in Mongolia. Only complain was my ordering and pick up experience. I lived in Mongolia and not China so I can't read Chinese. The ordering system has some english but I was ordering from the pictures (some of the best looking pictures). When I got there, they had tables for ChowBus, Ubereats, and online orders. Each order had a different ticket design but all in Chinese and no one there to help you find your order.

Yelp
Ate here today with my mom, sister and 2 cousins for dinner after landing in Seattle and got our covid PCR tests. The food was really and delicious! Thanks to one of my cousins inviting us to try and eat here! We got the seafood fried rice, mashed spicy eggplants, ma la chicken, spicy braised pork belly and spicy lamb cumin! All were superb including the friendly and quick service and it was definitely worth eating there! :)
google avatar

Peter K.

Yelp
The place is gone into full delivery mode. There's no point in dining in. Everything is served in plastic take away containers and you eat off paper plates and disposable chopsticks. Half of the restaurant is just storage. The food is not fresh. We ordered the eggplant dish with century eggs, hand torn chicken, beef and fried eggs, and sour and spicy potatoes. The meat was all very dry. The food came out so quickly it is almost impossible that all the components were cooked to order. My guess is that they have a lot of meat that is preseasoned and marinaded which is why the meat tastes so salty. The dishes are not even that spicy. Certainly not authentic. They're not really enforcing social distancing. Another table sat down right next to us for no reason in an otherwise empty restaurant and they didn't really say anything to them. The service was at least decent. However, the quality of the food at these prices were unforgivable. About $120 for 5 dishes including tax and tip.
google avatar

Yelp
Do you every try a new place and after doing so - say man I wish I would have went elsewhere. That's this place for us. The food quality was low though the service was good. We wanted some tea - so normally that's free at other places but here they charge $5 for it. Then the meals were all $15 - $20 each so my wife and I got two dishes. The beef was extremely fatty and the other was very greasy - we told the waitress we didn't like it. So she gave us a 20% discount vs taking it away. Two dishes with the discount ran us $60 - we left feeling sick and didn't eat more than 20% of each dish. Left them on the table as we didn't want them.

Yelp
The best Hunan restaurant in Seattle area. Yes, the best. Its challenging but mouthwatering spice gave you the authentic taste of Hunan cuisine from the region of southwestern China.

Yelp
So happy to find an authentic Hunan restaurant in Redmond town!! It is a bit overpriced for the portion they serve but the food is amazingly delicious! My parents are from Hunan province and I can't wait to take them here when they visit this summer. Service can be improved a little but I generally don't expect excellent service in any Chinese restaurant. I go there for the food, which deserves 5 stars!!
google avatar

Claudia C.

Yelp
Was a little intimidated by this place because I knew it was Hunan food and Hunan is known to be super spicy but I was pleasantly surprised! No tastebuds were hurt too badly. Recommendations: Cumin ribs - holy crap these are soooo good. Meat is falling off the bone but also got a nice crispiness to them. Eggplant - DELICIOUS. I love century egg.

Xiaohong D.

Yelp
Tonight I went there to order a plate of noodles, a plate of beef and a plate of cilantro & firm tofu. Beef and tofu are too salty to swallow. Noodles are soaked in oil. So much oil at the bottom of the plate. I felt like shit paying $70 to endure this. This place used to be bearable. Now it's at the bottom. I write this review to remind myself never come here again!
google avatar

Patrick G.

Yelp
I had the "spicy boiling fish" I think it's called. The portion was huge. It had fish in a bowl of marinated spices with bean sprouts. Added that with rice and I was good to go. I couldn't finish it though, lots of food. The ambiance was nice. It was clean. The people were nice. I got nothing bad to say about the place. I'll definitely go back.

Duds L.

Yelp
We have a Christmas Lunch here with my team, just in time for this freezing and snowy weather. Foods are very good, we enjoyed them. My team is happy. The staffs are also very nice. Highly recommended!!! Recommendation: pls have a menu with photos. My teammates are not Chinese and they are having hard time choosing from the menu.

Yelp
We went to RTC for a Hawaiian festival and didn't feel like eating the food stall dishes. So we walked around and wanted to go to Original Pancake House but they had a 30 minute wait, so we walked a little further and noticed this restaurant nearby Zumiez. Looked pretty decent, so we asked for a table. Entering the restaurant, you immediately get the scent of some authentic Chinese food, and the common hospitality of a place run my mainland Chinese people who speak rapid Mandarin and broken English. So if you don't like that type of customer service that you usually get in the Seattle ID or Chinatown then this isn't the place for you. You know - drop menus off, ask 3 times for water, wave down people for almost everything. And the annoying look of "how come you don't speak Chinese?" glares. Otherwise go to the ABC places like Din Tai Feng or Panda Express. No "please, hello, thank you" here. Hence my standard minus 2 stars for customer service. They tape your bill to your table even :) Now onto the food. We ordered Beef Chow Mein (kid approved), Blossom Fish (sweet and sour fried fish), braised pork belly with pickled vegetables, and stir fried green bean and eggplant. All dishes were packed with flavor. Not too salty or overpowering. Little to no hint of MSG. It is not MSG free though, if you are sensitive to that. Entrees range from 10-26$ per dish. So not the Panda Express value range. Everyone seem to be ordering the Dong Ting Fish (26$) but it's spicy. My wife can't eat spicy and they don't serve it any other way. But if you are in Redmond and want authentic Chinese food then stop by just don't expect staff to care or want to provide customer service.

Yelp
This place was great. Tried this based on a vlog I watched on YouTube. Got the cumin ribs, pork belly, and beef with chili peppers, Cauliflower veggie. The reviews seem tepid but we found the food great. The best was the beef and chili peppers then cauliflower, ribs, and pork belly. So the pork belly was way fatty...almost too fatty and I say that recognizing that it pork belly. However, it's the ton of garlic cloves (whole) that are a bit off. Unnecessary I think. Cauliflower was seasoned perfectly and super delicious. The beef, for all those chili peppers, was not overwhelmingly hot. Good heat but not in your face hot. Oh, we got noodles too...meh. Service was fine. Usual for an Asian restaurant.

Yelp
THEY DELETED MY REVIEW! I put their business on yelp for review. Please learn the lesson and improve instead of spending time deleting honest reviews. Just Learn to care! I was not even given a chance to put a fair review on their food. I went there with kids and family on Sunday, input my information in their lining up system and waited until a waitress came telling me that they stopped accepting new customers, and we were they only family left. I said we have put our information and lined up. She said lining up doesn't guarantee that you will be seated! With no apology! We checked their website before deciding to go since we had two sleeping kids. There is no notice on their website or at the door that they are closing at a certain time in the afternoon. I felt bad about their customer service and went back to talk to their manager. She did not apologize and instead made me feel like I was begging them to eat there. I was given a chance to order in the end, but needed to be hurry! I decided to leave because I had no mood to eat there anymore after all that! I understand this is a new business and don't expect perfection in service. But at least when you cause customer dissatisfaction, try to show some empathy and apologize! Of course, after all the friction. I won't go back no matter how much I wanted to. They don't care anyway! STOP DELETING HONEST REVIEWS!!APOLOGIZE and IMPROVE!

Yelp
It was a HARD meal. Rice was literally served like this. I don't mind the presentation. But, it's hard for chewing. I like to cook my rice a bit firm and dry. But, nothing like this. It seems like they don't know how to cook rice. Or they reheated an old one for us. We also ordered duck and pork for entreé. They are pretty much like stone. It feels like overcook. And I have eaten Hunan Cuisine for more than three years in Shanghai. It's definitely not like how they cook in this restaurant. I've never seen a Hunan Cuisine restaurant charge this much and cook their clams with Lao Gan Ma, which you can buy $7.93 for the whole bottle. I'd give it a two stars because waitress were nice to us.

Yelp
This is the worst pickled fish I had in US so far. I've been to Dong Ting Chun in Edmonds and Las Vegas. Both restaurants are so much better than this one. Wouldn't recommend for anyone:( Despite the food, their staff don't communicate at all. 10 minutes after they took our credit card, no one brought the receipt back. It turned out to be they forgot to give the credit card back to us after they charged us.

Yelp
The fam and I came here for their opening night. My mom had $8 off coupons. We ordered the Soy Milk Fish (豆浆鱼) and Secret Duck (秘制鸭). The fish was submerged in a rich, flavorful soy soup. A good amount of meat flaked off disappearing into the soup so we ended up fishing for the bits. The best part of the duck dish was the tasty shredded daikon. There was a meager amount of duck hidden among a glut of other ingredients. The small pieces of duck that I did manage to unearth were tough to chew. Both dishes were substantially spicy and had me panting and my nose running. While the flavors were good, these dishes were unnecessarily fanciful. We probably wouldn't have ordered them without the special offer. We usually prefer simpler and cheaper favorites such as Sautéed Sour Beans with Minced Pork (酸豆角肉沫) and Spicy Hunan Cauliflower (大盆花菜). For dessert, we each had a bowl of Red Bean Shaved Ice. Mine was mostly ice with a few red beans but it was not too sweet so good enough!

Yelp
Great authentic combination of flavors! Get the Mashed Eggplant, Green Pepper and Century Eggs and the Chef's specials.

Yelp
Ordered from Chowbus, the size is only half as before, and they look like leftovers. Can you believe I spent $90 on these?

Yelp
We are the regulars to this place. Last night experience made it our last trip to this restaurant. We tried to order dishes based on pictures from Yelp. We were told by the waitress that many of these dishes are no longer offered here. The menu is a bit confusing with many dishes being crossed off. I ended up ordering the grilled fish based on what I perceived it would be. We were disappointed when we saw a cold, deep fried fish soaked in oily broth. We told the waitress it's disgusting and we'd like to exchange it for something else. The waitress went to the kitchen to check with a few guys standing in the back. She returned and told us they can't offer an exchange and we must pay half price for the grilled fish and full price for the new dish. We ended up paying half price for it and left quickly without touching this dish. During the entire process, we could see these guys in the back kept peeking at us but none came out to talk to us. I know Chinese restaurants aren't known for great customer service, but to have both poor customer service and bad food is not going to earn our business again. 烤鱼应该是现烤的鱼,但是店家给我们上的是冷的事先炸好的硬邦邦的鱼。而且yelp照片里的菜好多都已经不做了,估计是换了厨师。这家店刚开时我们很爱去吃,以后不会再去了。

Yelp
Best Chinese food... that we've had in Redmond. On all of our visits it has been moderately busy with most of the tables occupied. A majority of the clientele appear to be from Eastern Asia, and the English text in the menu is the second language - perhaps the food is more authentic? Service can be a bit slow, but that feels authentic too? Our favorite is the spicy beef, which is covered with a delicious spicy oil that includes many fresh sliced green chilies in it. We requested extra spicy oil to kick up our other dishes a notch. Will return next time my SO has a desire for Chinese food.

Yelp
Not authentic. We ordered about 80 dollars of food. The taste is below average. I like the plating but that's about it.
