The Best Boba Tea in Seattle | Eater Seattle

"This hugely popular Taiwanese chain has a branch in the U District, featuring a clean, minimalistic aesthetic and workers dressed in lab coat-esque uniforms. It carries an abundance of floral drinks (like rose milk tea and wintermelon chrysanthemum) all beautifully layered. But the boba (golden honey or brown sugar) are the real stars, thoroughly sweetened on the outside, with QQ, a Taiwanese term denoting a delightfully firm, but still bouncy texture. Available for takeout, delivery, and limited indoor dining." - Ryan Lee

Google
I gave their UW location a try despite not having good experience with their Bellevue location because it has better reviews. Unfortunately, the traditional milk tea I ordered was too sweet despite me explicitly asking that I want it minimally sweet. They also didn't add much milk and it tastes watery.

Google
Wifey was craving some boba, this place came up. Flavor was super yummy, boba didn’t taste fresh it seemed hard then other boba places we’ve visited. There was just one worker making all the boba. They sell some pretty cool hoodies though with there logo. Overall ok experience. This area has no parking nearby.

Google
Lovely modern and bright interior. I saw quite a few students using the space to study and work with their classmates. There's lot of seating to get some work done in you're in the area. Despite being on the busier end, I received my drink fairly quick. The tea tasted refreshing and not too sweet. Parking can definitely be an issue, so I would prepare for that. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say and would come back again!

I've been a regular customer at the U District location from the beginning, but for the past year, I’ve been going to the Capitol Hill location since it's closer to me. At Capitol Hill, the mango green tea has always been great. However, when I recently tried the mango green tea at the U District location, The employee made the drink extremely fast, just as the receipt printed, but unfortunately, I was really disappointed—it tasted plain and lacked the usual flavor. When I asked, the employee mentioned that drinks should be consistent across locations. Today, I went back to the U District location to give it another shot, ordering my favorite taro drink. Unfortunately, it tasted far too milky, and the jasmine tea I also tried was watery and lacked any tea flavor. I love the atmosphere and friendly staff at both locations, but these drink inconsistencies are frustrating. Also, the hot drink machine had been broken at both locations for a while, which is disappointing as I enjoy hot drinks. I don’t mind paying for a good drink, but these recent experiences have made me feel like I’m not getting my money’s worth.

Google
really depends on what you get. they over-brew their tea for the milk tea to come through, so their milk teas taste great. their fresh teas are just okay because of the over-brewed flavor, especially if you don’t want it sweetened, so just be aware. if you like sweet drinks, it’s a solid choice!

Google
By far the BEST and my Fav boba tea place in Seattle. I have been to several Dont Yell at Me locations in Seattle and they are consistent across. Love their boba tea. I usually order their tiramisu with cheese foam and rose milk with golden honey pearl and both the drinks tasted amazing! We order both drinks with 25% sweetness and both the drinks were sweet enough! Cant imagine how 100% sweetness tastes like here. Nevertheless it was delicious. They do have plenty of seating. They also have Lady M style cakes and we ordered their Oreo cake which was delicious. All in all a huge fan of this boba tea place and will definitely stop by again.

Google
Lovely boba shop! The interior is very nice, modern, and clean. The menu has some very unique and interesting drinks. I got the Roselle Honey Chrysanthemum Tea with the rose jelly and it was very refreshing and tart! It js very pretty and has whole chrysanthemum flowers in the drink! I also like how it was not too sweet! The packaging and logo are also pretty funny!

Google
One of my favorite boba shop in the area. Great staff, cute shop and awesome boba drinks. My favorites are osmanthus milk tea, taro milk tea and tiramisu milk tea. The boba is soft and well made. There is good amount of seating in the shop. This place is open until 11 pm which is great as everything closes super early in seattle 🤦‍♀️. There is only street parking around, so could get fit tricky to find a parking spot in busy times. Highly recommend this place!

Yelp
Don't yell at me is one of my favorite boba places in the Seattle area. Their tea flavor is perfect - not too strong, not too light. I like their cheese foam as well. The cheese flavor is stronger than some other places, but I think it adds a nice savory flavor. They're also pretty fast with their drinks! And I like that there is some nice seating area to chill.
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered the fresh brew earl grey milk tea 25% sweet and it just tasted like milk, which might've been my mistake for expecting to taste more tea with less sweetness. There's a sign that says they'll remake your drink if you're not satisfied, so I went back and asked if I could have it remade with more sweetness... and the guy just gave me a cup of simple syrup to stir into the original drink (LOL). The syrup didn't really help enhance the drink so I ended up tossing it because I didn't want to try asking again. RIP to my $8.

Yelp
Just okay- good and fun to try once but not sure if I'd be back again. Service was quick, and ordered on the kiosk. The drinks were good but nothing special in my opinion!
google avatar

Emily T.

Yelp
We got the oolong with sea salt creme and boba and it was pretty solid! The boba wasn't as soft and chewy as some as the other spots I've had but the tea was tasty and the creme really elevated the drink. Service was working hard. Unfortunately the bathrooms were out of order when we went. Lots of seating inside to hang out!
google avatar

Yelp
Got the strawberry smoothie and the tiramisu latte. I really enjoyed the strawberry smoothie, it was so flavorful and didn't taste like artificial strawberry. The tiramisu latte was not my favorite, despite putting less sweet the drink was way too sweet for my liking and didn't really taste like tiramisu either. Overall, the space was cute and I'd try something else next time.
google avatar

Jasmine N.

Yelp
My go-to order would be an oolong milk tea with boba but I wanted something refreshing too. I tried the osmanthus jasmine fresh milk tea and the pink lychee smoothie with cheese foam, both half sweet. 1. Pink lychee smoothie with cheese foam was really good and refreshing. Though it's a smoothie it wasn't super thick. It had lychee bits at the bottom too. The half sweet was just right for me. 2. Osmanthus jasmine fresh milk tea was light in flavor, a bit more on the watery consistency. My guess is that too much fresh milk would overpower the light tea flavor. Boba was made well though. Aside from the drinks, the space was open, had a couple of small round tables. The plastic straws snap really easily. I had asked the worker for her recommendations and she just told me all the thumbs up ones, which wasn't helpful lol. Solid choice for boba still, close to campus too.

Yelp
This was honestly one of the best bobas that I've tried. The osmanthus tea was rich and perfectly balanced. The bobas was soft and tasty. There isn't much boba that tastes this good, so I would definitely go again next time I'm in Seattle.
google avatar

Vivien L.

Yelp
This review is purely for the Osmanthus Jasmine Milk Tea with boba, less ice, less sugar. It tasted awful and way too sweet even with the less sugar customization. I could barely taste the tea flavor. It was just sugary milk (the photo might make you think otherwise). Maybe the barista made it with the normal amount of sugar. Maybe I just had a bad first time experience. The boba was also bad. I finished less than 1 inch of the drink before throwing it away. I want to give this place another chance since there are other positive reviews but $7 for another drink that might taste as awful as this one is too risky.
google avatar

Mae-Elisa S.

Yelp
My brother made the joke about taking me here for the first time and said if I didn't like the place, that I shouldn't yell at him. Luckily for him, I ended up enjoying my drink, although it was nothing grand, it was still pretty refreshing! I ordered a brown sugar milk tea and got it with default sweetness, but less ice. Even with default sweetness, I found it had a very weak flavor. It didn't really pop, it was just okay. Parking could be hard to find to get boba here, as it's only street parking and it can be PACKED. The place itself is really large though, so lots of seating and space to hang with friends if you're trying to hang out and chill.
google avatar

Bianca T.

Yelp
They're really know for their pink lychee smoothie, so I tried it. I was worried that it would be really artificial from the pink food coloring, but I could definitely taste the lychee! Probably one of the top 2 boba shops I've tried in Seattle! I believe they have multiple locations in the Seattle area as I've been to one other one and had a great experience there too. That time I got the oolong milk tea with boba. They have two separate bobas. One soaked in honey and one in brown sugar. It's so rare to see stores offer both options, but I thought that was really cool since honey boba is usually better for jasmine/green tea or fruit drinks and brown sugar boba is good for milk teas and lattes. The boba baristas were also very friendly and made us laugh when we ordered and picked up our drinks. The store itself was very clean and had modern furniture and feel to make it a hot spot for young people to grab some boba!

Yelp
I saw the good reviews for Dont Yell at me so decided to give it a try with a friend last Saturday. I thought it may be crowded but we were able to find seats easily. It's spacious and nice to hang out, except that it was pretty chilly in there so we had our jackets on. I believe got the original milk tea with cheese foam and boba (50% sweetness, less ice). According to the staff, drinks tend to be very sweet and 50% sweetness is the baseline for sugar. They will adjust the sweetness if it's not sweet enough so it's better to start on the lower side of sugar level. The drink was good - I liked how the boba didn't have overpowering sweetness to it and blended well with the drink. There were more people who came in just before 4 pm and it got pretty noisy so I recommend going there a little earlier than that if you want to just chill in a quieter space.
google avatar

Kevin X.

Yelp
The pink lychee smoothie with cheese foam was very good, refreshing, not too sweet with the 50% sweetness level, and it came with lychee bits which was awesome. The osmanthus jasmine fresh milk tea wasn't the best. Tea flavor was good, sweetness was fine (50% sweet), but the mouthfeel was really thin and watery. Would stick to the smoothies.

Yelp
I was only able to try one drink from here, so I'll preface by saying I don't think this one drink is an accurate representation of the entire store. BUT, alas, this is the only thing I was able to try from here, so it's the only thing I can speak on. I ordered the osmanthus jasmine milk tea, which I saw, from reviews and from the menu, was a highly recommended item. I also love jasmine teas, and the addition of osmanthus would only elevate it, or so I THOUGHT. All in all this drink kind of tasted like nothing. It was somewhat like watery milk with a light essence of tea. And this drink did not let you forget there was osmanthus inside when I'd randomly suck up osmanthus leaves through the straw that were big enough that I'd have to spit them out. The aftertaste was also so painful that I'd take another sip just to get the aftertaste out only to then suffer the same aftertaste again and the cycle just went on and on. The bright spot was that the golden honey pearls had a decent texture- not too soft and not too hard, but where I was expecting a lot of honey flavor, I got no flavor. And at a certain point, after the boba absorbed some of the tea / was steeping in the tea for a bit, eating the boba just contributed to the aftertaste. Overall just a somewhat unfortunate boba drinking experience. But, again, this was just this one time, having this one drink, and next time I'm in Seattle I would absolutely 100% be willing to try it again!

Marcie V.

Yelp
My favorites are the strawberry and the mango smoothies. The mango one has chunks of Mangos in it. I'm lactose, but that cheese foam is irresistible... lol
google avatar

Ravi T.

Yelp
We got taro tea it was really good. Probably one of the best in Seattle area. Boba was fresh.
google avatar

Yelp
this is my favorite bubble tea spot in all of northeast seattle. the service is always helpful and friendly - they can give you recommendations on days you're feeling indecisive. the overall ambiance of the shop is very chill and welcoming.
google avatar

Annie H.

Yelp
Always a go to when I stop by Seattle for a trip:) Line is always really long, maybe it got more popular recently? There's seating thought so it's a nice spot to chill in U-district. High quality tea- I love the lychee smoothie with cream top and their famous roselle tea. Minimalistic ambiance and pretty good service!
google avatar

Sabrina N.

Yelp
i don't come here often, but it's definitely one of the better boba spots near uw. their boba usually has a good texture and sweetness, but i do prefer some other boba shop's flavor more. my go to is def the osmanthus jasmine; a lot of people don't like the floral bits, but i actually quite like it. they have a nice tea.
google avatar

Yelp
Holy holy moly yall, this boba place is sooooo good! Like so so good. I drink a lot of boba, at least once per week and I always try to get it when traveling (once per day quota max). So when I say this place is goood, it is like better than like 90% of every boba place I've ever tried good. The tea is perfectly floral and the ratio to milk and fruit is just right. Seriously run don't walk here. Usually only 1 or 2 drinks are really good at a boba place. But here? Everything we tried was amazing.
google avatar

Yelp
I wanted to try out this place because of the hype. I had seen the logo multiple times floating around on IG. I had to try it!! It was honestly just the branding. I tried out one of their favorites: rose milk tea. It was very unsweet-- the tea was not deep and not strong enough. The roselle honey chrysanthemum tea was also questionable. Cute logo though. The service is whatever, the cashier boy was looking half dead and didn't smile, no eye contact. He looked like he was over his job until his friends came in and talked to him.. there's so many other smol business boba shops around the area! I wouldn't return.
google avatar

Judi W.

Yelp
One of the few boba places that offer osmanthus milk tea :) Which is why it's one of my go tos to when I'm craving a more floral milk tea drink. FOOD: I'll switch between the rose milk tea and the osmanthus milk tea and can happily say that both options are great! I particularly like this place because their 100% sweetness is actually not too sweet. So for those who are craving sweeter, you may have to request for more sweetener. SERVICE: The staff are always so friendly and welcoming :) If you don't like the drink, they can remake it for you as well to your liking. AMBIANCE: Clean and minimal place. I really like the aesthetic! Overall, one of my go to spots for floral milk tea :)

Yelp
Don't yell at me is one of my favorite bbt spots in the Seattle area!! OSMANTHUS MILK TEA - 5/5 I've tried a few items on their menu but have come to love the osmanthus milk tea with brown sugar pearls and osmanthus jelly. The drink is light and refreshing with a light fruity/floral taste from the osmanthus tea. 50% sugar is the perfect amount of sweet for me. Service at this location was good and our drinks came relatively fast. The store has a few tables and is also dog friendly. They also have locations in Kirkland and Capitol Hill. I'd heavily recommend trying the osmanthus milk tea here. I haven't had anything quite like it and it's also made with fresh milk!
google avatar

Brittany M.

Yelp
The line moved quickly and they had delicious options. We really loved the salted cheese foam with the black grape flavor!!
google avatar

Samantha G.

Yelp
Definitely a great boba place, I would say it's much better than many of the boba places in Bay Area. The cheese top is just perfect, I was able to finish mine within a second. Ppl are also so friendly here, service was great. I love how the place is decorated so neat but comfortable, great place to hang out with friends.
google avatar

Linda K.

Yelp
This place is minimalist yet cute. The drink selections are not too many, however I noticed they keep the quality of things they sell. I ordered Winter Melon Chrysanthemum Tea and the advise here is to order 50% less sweet if you are not fan to sweetness (100% sweet will not be fun to my opinion). As we can see from picture, they include the flower petal for more infusion flavor. Great place and recommended for to go boba drink in the area!
google avatar

Nareena V.

Yelp
Don't yell at me has been on my list to check out! I tried out their Osmanthus Jasmine Tea and it was a great tea flavor - I really wish I got the milk version. I think their golden honey boba was a nice change from the typical brown sugar boba. Service was also really good here! The cashier was helpful in helping to pick a drink. The interior was also super clean and aesthetic. Definitely a cool place to check out!
google avatar

AJ L.

Yelp
My favorite boba spot on the Ave, although I haven't done an extensive amount of shopping around - their tea flavors just feel a little tiny step above some of their competition, although at the end of the day it's pretty hard to go wrong with sugary milk. Big fan of their presentation and fun special/seasonal flavors - haven't tried cheese foam from a lot of places, but DYAM's take definitely left a good first impression. Although I wouldn't pick this place as my favorite in the city on tea criteria alone, their more extravagant dessert-type flavors i.e. Tiramisu go pretty hard. if I'm on the Ave looking for something sugary I know DYAM won't disappoint. Not life-changing but consistently solid.
google avatar

Sarah L.

Yelp
Great boba chain in Washington! Their sign is definitely eye catching and their drinks are yummy! Tried the Jasmine Milk Tea with Cheese Foam, creamy and floral. The boba was nice and chewy. Lots of options available but it can get pretty busy. Its a popular college area, a group of tourist students formed a line out the door behind us but drinks were coming out fairly quick. Definitely recommend checking it out!
google avatar

Polly L.

Yelp
Got the osmanthus milk tea with osmanthus jelly. It was so good, one of the best milk teas I've had in a long time, too bad I'm not from Seattle! :( Line was short but service took a long time. It looked like there were 2 workers, 1 primarily worked on online orders and 1 worked on in store orders. It was so long that the person in front of me actually left the line. Glad I stayed because the drink was delicious. The wait for the drink wasn't too bad, pretty standard for boba spots. Will definitely be back when I'm in Seattle!
google avatar

Laura G.

Yelp
Super cute aesthetic and a great selection of drinks. The inside of their store is super spacious with a good amount of seating available. The wait to receive my order was not bad at all. The amount of drink seems to be quite good as well, I always feel like I've had more than enough. Pink Lychee Smoothie Topped w/ Cheese Foam: Love the lychee flavor and small lychee bits, you can definitely taste it. The cheese foam was lovely and the slight saltiness tasted really good with the lychee smoothie. It's definitely a must try drink here. Rose Milk Tea: Very subtle rose flavor and a strong tea flavor. I wish there was more rose flavor in this drink though.
google avatar

Lily D.

Yelp
Hands down my favorite boba place in Seattle! For milk tea, I recommend the Tiramisu milk tea topped with cheese foam. It's rich and decadent, would recommend it at 50% sweetness as it is a very desserty sweet drink. They also offer a good selection of floral teas, such as roselle honey chrysanthemum which has a slight tartness I like but not everyone may love. My other go to is their winter melon chrysanthemum which is s nice sweet floral tea. For the floral teas I think 100% sweetness is good, and always don't forget to mix your drinks first! Learned that the hard way the first time when I drank straight syrup
google avatar

Deanna T.

Yelp
Solid boba spot - probably wouldn't be my go-to but I think their drinks are generally pretty good and they have some unique flavors like their winter chrysanthemum tea. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here or bring my friends if they were visiting, but if I really wanted boba, I would come to this spot. It is super sweet though so I would definitely recommend getting 50% sweetness (saying this as someone who has a major sweet tooth). I got the osmanthus jasmine green tea and thought it was surprisingly really good - I would definitely get it again. Their branding is also super funny and always makes me laugh so that's a plus. :D
google avatar

Leilani P.

Yelp
there's always a line here! i would recommend this place if you prefer your teas on the healthier or bitter side! you can also adjust your drinks to make them less bitter, i believe. good and quick service. they even have their own merch for sale! *tiramisu milk tea
google avatar

Karen C.

Yelp
I wanted to come here because of the fun branding but left pleasantly surprised by the tea! I got the Winter Melon Chrysanthemum Tea and the Osmanthus Jasmine Tea, and both were really good. I would recommend to people who enjoy stronger tea flavors in their drinks. This location in U District is super convenient and the store is pretty quiet, with plenty of place to sit down. Ordering is also easy (accepts Apple Pay) and the drinks came out fast. Can't wait to try more of the menu next time!
google avatar

Jackie Y.

Yelp
I've gone here a few times over the years and overall this is such a good place to get your boba fix. The inside is cute and has some seating for you to sit and chat with a friend. Their drinks are where they really shine especially with their drinks with cheese foam. I enjoyed their original milk tea with cheese foam. The mix of the salty sweet flavors are really good combo. I usually get my drinks here at 50% sweetness which I find the best since it also really brings out the taste of the actual tea. If you're looking for a drink with a stronger tea flavor try the osmanthus jasmine tea. It was a little stronger in the tea flavor than I expected which I was not used to, but was refreshing compared to other boba places where you can barely tell it's tea. I highly recommend for everyone to try this place!
google avatar

Erin W.

Yelp
I really liked the drinks here! I got the lavender milk tea and it was so good! You can really taste the lavender and it was a nice balance between creamy and floral. I also really liked the boba. The texture was good and it was the right amount of sweet. I would definitely come back!
google avatar

Kenny O.

Yelp
Tried this place for the first time last night and it was pretty good. I got the cheese foam mango smoothie and it was what I expected. Also got a grape cheese foam drink to go, and that was good too, never tasted grape boba! I liked the the apparel they sell, quite expensive but you can feel the quality in it! The service was great, friendly and quick without sacrificing quality!

Yelp
One of the first boba spots I went to in Seattle when I first moved here over a year ago. Since then I come back whenever I get the chance, and I can surely say it is definitely my top 3 boba places in the Seattle Area. The interior of the shop has a clean white aesthetic that's pleasing to the eyes. They have a standard-sized menu that contains unique and high quality drinks ranging from items such as the Tiramisu Milk Tea, Roselle Honey Chrysanthemum Tea, and the Lavender Milk Tea. The image I attached to the review is the Tiramisu Milk Tea topped with Cheese Foam. The drink is creamy and decadent, great for those who have a sweet tooth and would like to try something new that isn't your basic black milk tea. If you prefer it a little less sweet, perhaps bring it to a half sugar or even less, but in my opinion it taste better when it's sweet. ALSO, don't forget to mix this drink after getting it and taking photos, otherwise you'll get a syrupy first-taste. One of the drinks I get on a regular basis is the Wintermelon Chrysanthemum Tea. Two of my favourite tea flavours (Wintermelon, and Chrysanthemum) mixed together?! In my opinion it's seriously one of the best drinks they have and I always default to getting this while visiting. Their topping list is on the smaller side, but their regular tapioca pearls and their golden honey pearls are always good. Overall "Don't Yell At Me" is a solid staple in the Seattle boba scene, and I would recommend any visitor to come try it out!

Yelp
Such unique and new flavors of tea here. It was near the UW campus so there were a lot of other college students in the area and the stores around seemed similar. I was recommended about this place prior to visiting Seattle and heard that it was really good. Definitely would come here again! Both the Winter Melon Chrysanthemum Tea (fat left) and Roselle Honey Chrysanthemum Tea (left pink) came with the flowers inside the tea and we got golden honey pearls inside them, which was a great combination. Osmanthus Oolong Tea (middle) and Osmanthus Jasmine Milk Tea (far right) has super good flavor, my first time trying it and it wasn't too overwhelming, but still nice a nice flowery taste with both drinks having 50% sugar. The boba was nice and chewy. Pinky lychee slush (right pink) no cream on top was nicely blended together. Very sweet. We also got an original bubble waffle which took a little to make because they made it from scratch, but was nice and crunchy and warm.
google avatar

Emily L.

Yelp
The drinks are so good. Workers are nice. My go-to is always the lychee with cheese foam. Inside looks cool too. Overall I would definitely try it when in U-district.
google avatar

Ashley C.

Yelp
I loved the winter melon drink that I got when I visited Seattle. Lots of boba shops in the area but this one is definitely my favorite. I came with a big group of family and everyone got a different drink and everyone loved their orders. Would HIGHLY recommend if you're in the UW area. The minimalist aesthetic inside mimic a classic Korean cafe and is a great place to hang out with people or get some work done. I love the trend of boba shops becoming places to hang out rather than a stop during the hangout session because it didn't have good seating. Plus their concept and their logo is so unique and fun.
google avatar

Caitlyn C.

Yelp
Love this boba place--I'm here all the time! My go-tos are the Oolong Tea with Cheese Foam and the Osmanthus Jasmine MT. The tea flavor is super strong here and the boba is also perfectly chewy. I wish they made an Osmanthus Jasmine Tea with Cheese Foam because I love the saltiness of the cheese foam and the osmanthus flavor :") This particular location is usually not too busy during the day, so I like to come here to get some work done. They have lots of outlets and free wifi, and they have AC too for those hot summer days. Definitely an awesome boba spot that I'll be visiting again and again!
google avatar

Megan W.

Yelp
Just from the name alone, I wanted to try this boba spot. The interior of the shop is bright and clean; this would be a great study location for students in the area. However, there isn't much seating, so my group just took our drinks to go. Despite a small line, we were pretty much in and out of the shop in no time. I got their earl grey latte; the aroma of earl grey was definitely very strong! They also have their logo on each cup; an older lady drinking a cup of tea, which definitely brings up feelings of nostalgia and homesickness.
google avatar

Jiamei L.

Yelp
I was very excited to visit this boba shop for our trip in Seattle! The drinks look very authentic like the ones I've had in China. The artwork is so creative and the drinks look amazing. The interior is modern and is conveniently located by UW. I ordered the: - Pink Lychee Slush Topped with Cheese Foam + boba- I've ordered a similar drink from a popular chain in China called HeyTea and this drink tastes the same. It really brought me back and it was delicious and fresh. I definitely recommend this drink. Sometimes, places make lychee taste artificial, but Don't Yell At Me tastes like real lychee. Definitely recommend this place and their Pink Lychee Slush Topped with Cheese Foam!

Yelp
Aww man I really wanted to like this boba shop because of its name and logo. My osmanthus jasmine tea was botched as it was super bitter (tasted like it wasn't brewed properly) and I didn't enjoy sipping up loose-leaf tea residual particles. The golden honey pearls that I added as a topping made the drink much more tolerable as they were perfectly chewy and sweetened. But, still, hard pass on this drink. My sister's drink, traditional milk tea, was way better but overall still average at best. Loved the tea flavor in this drink but strangely the drink tasted watered down even though she didn't request any ice for her drink. 3 stars for the drinks and very rarely do I dock another star just for the interior design of the business but, man, the interior of this boba shop was super echoey. There were several customers here and collectively their voices were piercing in the shop. I dashed right out the door after receiving the drinks and taking a quick photo of them at a table. Wanted to be a fan of this place with its unconventional boba shop name and logo (no tea puns or uwu logo here), but sad to say that my experience here was pretty poor.

Yelp
Definitely a stand out and memorable boba spot, even with tons of competition in the udistrict area. I love the bright and airy interior and also the minimalist furniture. Came here on a busy Saturday afternoon and there was a line to order but the drinks came out decently fast and they definitely had their system going. The tea is definitely better than the actual boba pearls here, but the boba is still pretty good. I think they really respect the sugar and ice levels here. 50% sugar for most of the drinks is just the right sweetness. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Yelp
Love the flavors here. The tea is nice and heavy the different toppings are great! Try the osmanthus jelly! Really love the osmanthus jasmine combo. The service is nice and quick. The ambiance is clean and very bright. They have managed to keep it very clean as well.

Yelp
Super unique name by the founders as a tongue-in-cheek way of having the final say towards their naysayers. Name & logo aside, the drinks are just as memorable. Tea flavor is fragrant and fresh, and the toppings are well-made (boba, rose jelly *!!*, cheese foam). This is the place to come and take a break from the world and enjoy good tea and company. They also offer bubble/egg waffles and crepe cakes. **the only point of feedback: the bathroom would be way more accessible if it had a baby changing table!

Yelp
It's a cute boba shop close to UW. Seems like a popular spot given how I've seen a few crowds walk into this location on a few occasions. Doesn't really have the capacity to seat too a large group, but it's nice for a size of 4 and under. Overall drink was pretty average. Art is very troll. You'd appreciate it if you're into that sort of thing. It's a place you really need to walk to get to.
