Went to two different locations on a Sunday looking for long John's. No long John's, no glazed donuts, no cinnamon twists. Finally decided on some other options. Ordered a medium mocha latte. Got to the window and was handed four bags of donuts, all smashed up with the icing against the sides of the bag. As if I wasn't frustrated enough, I took a big drink of my latte and it tastes like chocolate milk!! Didn't even taste like espresso one bit and it's partially warm! Awful awful experience today and it's not the first time. I'll never understand why I wasn't handed a box of donuts instead of a handful of smashed up donuts in a bag. Disgraceful to say the least!

Google
Incredibly long waits. 45 minutes for 1 cup of coffee and no food is very typical. Traffic is usually so backed up it goes out into the street in front of the dentist’s office on the main street. 15 cars in the drive thru every time I come here. 30-45 minute wait for 1 drink is insane. Won’t go here anymore.

Donuts are always good here. Chocolate cover honey buns are the best. Service is a different animal. Girls are not very attentive. Throw donuts in your sack upside down. Not good to get a long john with all the icing on the bottom of a sack. Then they have the rewards program. No one ever asks you if you are a member of the rewards programs and then when you ask them about them they act like they are going out of their way to give you your rewards. Or tell you, it is too late, I should have said something before they rang it up.......NO YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE THERE THAT HAS A REWARD PROGRAM, YOU SHOULD BE ASKING IF WE ARE MEMBERS. EVEN MCDONALD'S GET THAT RIGHT!! Please quit being rude about it. It's not that hard.

Service here is horrible. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes, got to the intercom and said hello 5x over a 10 minute period. Finally someone took my order, several minutes later got the food. Donuts smashed upside down in the bag icing falling off and coffee was not good.

This was my first trip to this particular Donut Bank location. I had but one of the great muffins. I reccomend them for a change of pace.

I placed an order a few hours before closing on New Years Eve. I received a call that most of the donuts I wanted were not available. Meilyn (sp.) took time to go through what donuts were available and substituted our order. She was extremely helpful and patient during a very busy time for her. I explained to her that she may have made my children’s week as the donuts were being picked up and brought all the way to Texas that day! We were beyond appreciative. She’s amazing! Thank you.

Google
Service here is terrible. Staff seem clueless and hand half your order then close the window without a word. Have to wave over and over to get your food. It takes a LONG time to order here. Wouldn’t recommend.

The bagels and donuts here are delish! Really enjoyed our visit to Donut Bank!

Yelp
I've tried Donut Bank a handful of times, and I'm always disappointed. The coffee is horrible and has so many grounds. The donuts are very messy and overly sweet. I thought they couldn't mess up a simple chai, but it was literally just steamed milk and no chai???? I'm not sure what's going on here, but I would not recommend this location.

Yelp
Way overpriced! 2.19 for one apple fritter? Basically same quality at Meijers for 99 cents!

Yelp
We were in town for a 12U girls travel softball tournament - staying at the Doubletree downtown. Breakfast had been included with the stay and was, unfortunately, the same thing every day (for 5 days in a row). We were here during COVID time so there were no fresh chocolate chip cookies awaiting us either. While traveling around town, we had seen the Donut Bank but had not heard of it. We're from OH, so Tim Horton's, Dunkin, Crispy Creme - those were familiar names. Other families starting raving about the donuts and pastries at the Donut Bank. We just had to check it out. On our last morning as we were heading out of town, we skipped the hotel breakfast, checked out and headed for home. Google maps found the closest Donut Bank en route and we stopped in. There was a LONG line out the door (not even bothering with the drive through line which was even longer). It was COVID time so face masks required and no sit down service. Once the family or 2 being served were done - things moved pretty quick. They must have been a difficult couple of people to deal with which held us up initially. WHen it was finally our turn, hubby got 2 creme filled donuts with chocolate frosting. He also got a blueberry muffin for the road. I got a cookie as I prefer to buy sweets that I don't have to eat all at once - something I can nibble on and savor the goodness. The donuts, I'm told, were fabulous, as was the muffin. Donuts were normal sized, the muffin probably the size of Panera's. The cookie was a thin sugar cookie with a glazed icing. It was delicious as I had hope for. The prices were what really impressed me - far less than you would pay at Panera. I'm not sure about other chains as I've only really shopped Panera when buying for work. I would definitely recommend this place for both the quality and prices. We'll stop back again if ever in the area - that's for sure!

Yelp
Great donuts, not really much to say other than they are good, good selection and nice wait staff.

Yelp
Best donuts ever anywhere in my opinion. We live out of town, and any time we crave donuts it's always donut bank! We always stop by and grab some before we head back home. Seriously the best and so delicious and fresh. Thank you for existing!

Yelp
When thinking about my time in college, the Donut Bank always brings back wonderful memories. So when I was going to Evansville for a work meeting, I knew a stop at a Donut Bank was in order. Not particularly tied to this location, I stopped in because it was the closest. I was not disappointed. The lovely manager easily filled two dozen assorted donuts for my coworkers as well as a couple of tiger tails for me. She was an absolute joy to chat with and told a coworker and myself about the German places she visits while in Indianapolis. The tiger tails were amazing! Light, but yet glazed well, they are an absolute treat. My coworkers especially enjoyed the day old donuts the next day and frequently said how they didn't taste day old. Thank you Donut Bank for the wonderful donuts and reminding me of some great times in college.

Yelp
Start any day at donut bank. I like the apple fritters, and cinnamon rolls with maple frosting. The staff is always friendly. Great place for donuts.

Yelp
I grew up in Evansville, and when I'm in town, I have to grab some of these. My only thought of why this has so few yelp reviews is that everyone in the area knows about this place and already goes there. The cakes are very tasty for standard sheet cakes. The donut balls are, to me, where this place excels. A lot of places will serve the same kind of donuts, but their donut balls are unique. The strawberry and the pumpkin ones, both of which are seasonal, may be my favorite.

Yelp
Why 5 stars? Because only one spot I have been to even compares. Long Johns are amazing, glazed are perfect and wash it down with a hot coffee or cold chocolate milk. Two things I have missed about Indiana and this is definitely one of them. Fresh, friendly and amazing!

Yelp
The one problem I have had in the last 30 yrs is finding a donut that compares to Donut Bank. From Virginia to Washington State, Hawaii, Guam, Italy and Greece nothing compared to Donut Bank donuts. They set the bar too high! Go grab a donut at Donut Bank.

Yelp
This was a great little donut shop. They have a very wide selection of donuts and coffees and they also have bagels, cookies, cakes, and pastries. The donuts tasted fresh and the peanut butter chocolate latte and snickers latte are really good. The wait was pretty long, but I was there early in a Saturday morning. The workers were sweet even though they were a little stressed out.

Yelp
I'm usually a fan of Donut Bank but today was a dreadful experience. I pulled up to the menu/ mic and was greeted as usual, and then I stated my order. My order was responded to with "What was that" with a heaping side of attitude. I then had to repeat my order another 4 times. Next I tired to order a blueberry muffin. This was a disaster. I order and was told there we no blueberry muffins left, so I asked what other options were and I was met with a full 3 minutes of silence. The lady was taking a call and left me waiting for her. I had to get to school. She returned and asked what I wanted and I just told her that was it because I didn't want to try anymore and waste anymore time. Receiving the lonely coffee was just as bad but I'll save that one.

Yelp
Delicious donuts, coffee and cakes. This place has some of the best Bavarian creme and jelly filled varieties. Their frozen drinks are delectable and free wifi is always a nice addition to excellent service somewhere.

Yelp
Got up at 6 to go get a special Vet's Day breakfast for myself - Go Navy. Not only did they screw up the order and give me six of the incorrect donuts I asked for, but I only received 11 donuts of my order for a dozen. Also, the pumpkin donuts looked NOTHING like the picture on the drive through picture. The last time I go out of my way for Donut Bank; their service and quality have really taken a nose dive as to what they used to be; the kids must have taken over day-to-day operations from the parents.

Yelp
Good choices of coffee, taste great and Don't cost an arm and a leg! Locally owned and operated by one of our own Evansvilleonian:) so money made stays here in town! They have several locations around town and they are all great! I have never worked there but I was told it is a great place to work.

Yelp
Best donuts in Evansville! I've been a fan since I was a kid. When I'm not in town, I miss these donuts and I always make it a point to stop by when I'm around. Also try their iced cookies- they make them in seasonal shapes/designs and they're so good.

Yelp
Visit most Sundays after church. Our groups favorite donuts in town. We fight over the peanut long johns.
