Google
Enjoyed these donuts. Yes, they are small, but this allows you to get different flavors. Three of them were perfect for my wife and I. A few bites each after our lunch was just right.

Scot Meeker

Google
This was a cute spot. Very nice worker, she was great. Lots of choices. I had the three mini doughnuts. Reese’s, bacon maple, and a whiskey glaze. The Reese’s was the winner for sure. If you’re looking for this place it’s on the second level. FYI

Google
So just happened to be walking by and saw this place. It's true, has to wait for someone to come out to counter and not the most friendly staff member, but fine. I ordered one of each. Did not eat them the day we bought them, but they were warm.. Had them the next day as part of our 13 hour drive home. They were as fresh could be! Great flavours! Love the bacon maple! A little on the steep side for a dozen donuts, but...YOLO Apologies for the half eaten box, but they went fast.....

Maria Blevins

Google
Good mini donuts, but I’ve had better. ** was just reading reviews below, and maybe my experience was not the same. Mine WERE NOT made fresh. The donuts were made already and sitting out. The person did dip them into the toppings while I was there.

Robert McManus

Google
Delicious donuts! Love the smaller size (easier to justify eating multiples in one setting ☺️). So many creative offerings. Nice presentation and depth of flavor.

Angela Thacker

Google
I recommend if you’re going to try these donuts, go to the main location, not the one on Broadway. We stood there for 8 minutes waiting on someone to come out from the back to take our order. The donuts are very “ cakey and dry ”. They do not offer flights OR alcohol infused donuts at this location. I would not go back to this location.

Thananon Patinyasakdikul

Google
These donuts are mediocre at best. It can be fun for the group but I wouldn’t do it again. If you dont like really sweet donuts, stay away. They are REALLY sweet.

Lauren Dombrowski

Google
These were an adorable little pick me up, and really close to Broadway! A bit of a wait, they serve some fairly complex things here (alcoholic drinks as well) so it takes a while with only one person dressing up the donuts while the others take orders and make drinks. I felt it was worth the wait.

Yelp
This was a cute spot. Very nice worker, she was great. Lots of choices. I had the three mini doughnuts. Reese's, bacon maple, and a whiskey glaze. The Reese's was the winner for sure. If you're looking for this place it's on the second level. FYI

Yelp
Really good donuts. I love that the donuts are fresh and you can choose your own toppings. I bought three to try, and they were piping hot and the toppings were delicious. I got the Homer, Reese's and Death by Chocolate. The Reese's and Chocolate were both super rich and gooey. I liked the simple sprinkle (Homer) the best. A really good sweet treat for a great price.

Taylor P.

Yelp
Such a fun place to stop and get a snack! I love that you can choose little handcrafted donuts that are very reasonably priced. It's the perfect treat and a good option to share if you just want a little snack as well. They also had alcoholic coffee drinks, which we loved.

Lee Ann S.

Yelp
We've never been in before and I am sorry we'd waited so long! This is such a cute spot. They've got a huge selection of mimosas, beer, shots, coffee, tea, milk, crafted cocktails and more. The mini donuts are dipped to order. They are extremely fresh and so delicious. My favorite was the whiskey iced donut, but they were all excellent. We both had a seasonal cocktail that was well balanced and tasty. The staff was so friendly and took time to explain all the menu items in detail to everyone who came in. We will definitely be back with our out of town visitors!

Bryon M.

Yelp
After a a great burger lunch down the street, my buddy took me here. I am one who never turns down a donut place. This place is a mini-donut establishment, that makes all of them to on demand. A group of girls were in front of us, it took forever to finally get to the counter. Not sure if it was the girls being indecisive or the person behind the counter. Im going to think the girls, because when me and my friend got to the counter, we were done in seconds. I got a 6 pack if individual flavors. I got the Sweet Swine, Strawberry Lemonade, Whiskey Glaze, Boston Cream, Reese's Cup & Dreamsicle. I decided to save them for breakfast the next day. The only unfortunate thing with that, is the heat from the freshly made donuts melted some of the toppings as they were all in the same box. But, that's ok. It didn't ruin them. All were good. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back, but if I was i n the neighborhood, I would.

Yelp
I visited the location inside of the Assembly Food Hall and was not disappointed. The customer service was great and the donuts were made fresh. Not only did I watch him fry them up from batter but I also watched him decorate each and every one individually right in front of me. They take their time with these donuts and ensure they are the best quality. It is also a very unique experience - for an extra charge you could add a shot of Tennessee whiskey to any donut or even order a boozy milkshake to pair with it. The donuts were soft and fluffy, and the toppings made the flavor all the more exquisite. I had to try one of each because there are so many amazing options. All of them were great!

Jasmin G.

Yelp
I love the fact that these donuts were mini and so cute. I didn't get to try many flavors, but the ones I did try were good. Not anything that stands out because to me it tasted like store bought mini donuts, but maybe that's just me. I wish I had time to try the boozy shakes and other menu items, but next time I'm in town, I'll definitely try other items as well as donut flavors out.

Cara E.

Yelp
We had dinner at the 5th and Broadway food hall, and we walked by Donut Distillery while we were perusing all of the restaurants. We had to go back after we finished dinner to get some dessert! I ordered a 3 pack of donuts ($3.75) (they are mini!), Reese's Cup, Strawberry Lemonade, and The Homer. They were so tasty, and I love that they are small so you can try multiple flavors! My husband ordered a Reese's donut milkshake ($9), which has 2 donuts blended into it and another on top. I would definitely come back again to try more doughnuts! This is a great dessert spot.

Teresa A.

Yelp
The Homer and the fruity pebble one was amazing! Such cute decadent donuts so very reasonably priced! Cool how this place also has spiked coffee options! I like how they make the donut creations on the spot and you know the donuts are fresh and haven't just been sitting out. My least favorite was the pink lemonade. It is sour and unappealing. I recommend not getting that one, I just couldn't after 1 bite and threw it away. If you're craving something sweet definitely come here! I'd come back for sure, oh and these are mini donuts by the way!

Ekat G.

Yelp
I prefer salty snacks to sweet but I went two times in a row to this place. The whiskey donuts amazing! Fresh warm I'm dreaming about them. Tried a-few other flavors cinnamon was okay the Boston cream were good too, the peanut butter was much for me .

Jenna W.

Yelp
Really cute idea for a shop with delicious donuts! Located within the Assembly Food Hall, it's the perfect stop on the way to downtown activities. Their menu is full of unique donut flavor options. I ordered a 6 pack in order to try many different types. I chose the Whiskey Glaze, Death By Chocolate, Strawberry Lemonade, Cinnamon Sugar, Smores, and Homer. They were all deliciously distinct from each other, freshly made right in front of me, and a bold flavor. My favorite was the Death By Chocolate and Strawberry Lemonade. They also have alcoholic infused options for if you're looking for a dessert later in the afternoon. Prices are a bit high for the small size of the donuts, over $7 for 6, but they are fresh and certainly significantly better than a chain donut shop. If you love donuts or sweets, I definitely recommend stopping here.

Emily M.

Yelp
Cuteeeee little stop in the food assembly hall. I love mini donuts and they make these minis exciting. I'm sad I didn't get to try any of the drinks/shakes. I like the whole vibe of assembly food hall. You can just try absolutely anything and it's all quick service! If you're looking to kill time with some snacks this is your spot.

Enna J.

Yelp
Located in the Assembly Food Hall. Cute little bite sized donuts made fresh to order. They also have boozy flavored ones.

Tati V.

Yelp
These were overwhelmingly sweet, do not recommend. I also felt that the donuts themselves were undercooked. I ended up tossing 2/3 of them. Just go get regular donuts.

Judy V.

Yelp
These mini donuts are so cute but sadly they were not a hit for me. The flavoring was good, especially lemonade ones, it was very tart (and I liked it). However, what I didn't like was the donut itself, it was just too soft.

Miatsu K.

Yelp
This was also a fun little find inside the Freedom Food Hall. They make these fresh and piping hot little doughnuts then pit single serving shots of your favorite booze in them. Yes, real, have to be over 21, booze. You take them back to your table and inject the doughnuts in several places with your booze syringe that comes with your doughnut. The end result is a warm and frosted doughnut was a solid taste of your favorite alcohol. What a great idea this was and the doughnuts tasted incredible. It was a very fun dessert that is fun to play with. Give them a try.

Maram A.

Yelp
Small and delicious. It's a simple donut but they come out freshly fried so you can't go wrong. Try all the flavors and you can't lose. I loved the Boston cream and cookies n cream chocolate lovers and the recess flavor. Bombs of sugar on top of warm crispy and fluffy bread. Mera's Tip: forget healthy

Kati K.

Yelp
My husband spoiled me the other afternoon with a stop at the Donut Distillery! We got there early afternoon so there were not a lot of people there. We grabbed a couple seats at the bar and then went to the counter to order. I got myself Boot Scootin' Boogie donut flight paired with Whiskey. The donuts and drinks were all done well and the place has a pretty chill vibe to it. The couple things that seemed to lack in my opinion were the employees didn't seem super excited to be there and when pouring my whiskey the jigger was not rinsed in between whiskies. I would recommend checking it out on your next visit to Nash!

Shea T.

Yelp
Dude is mad cool! It was like being at your friend's house and they offer you a concoction they made up after a couple of gummies. I did have a side eye about milk and alcohol...especially TN whisky...but it was my first time really chilling in Nashville, so I was going full Monty. Plus it gets cold here and the whisky was supposed to warm me up. The mini-donuts tastes just as they are named! You don't need any food if you have this...at least I didn't think so, but I'm also an empty stomach drinker‍ I got my non-drinking age kid a virgin shake (she loved it) and it did not upset my stomach (I had poke with it‍). You cannot take this outside and you need a card to make this purchase. I dropped my Reese's donut and he made me another right away when he saw (I did not ask) & he served the next customer in line. Native or just visiting....go here! I'm a lightweight, so this carried me all the way until I boarded a plane that day, but you can get a little extra sumthin' sumthin' if you're better at holding your liquor Drink responsibly please! It's still a family friendly joint

Rob L.

Yelp
Good iced coffee and really good donuts. Tried the trip chocolate and 3 was just enough. Very rich and almost like devils food cake crumbs. They let you mix n match as well. Friendly and fast service all the way in the corner of the food hall 2nd floor.

Maryanne M.

Yelp
I wish I would have found this spot before leaving Nashville! I ordered 6 different mini donuts and oh my gosh they were so good, fresh and decorated perfectly! (They're about 2/3 bites worth, just FYI) They ended up being a $1.00ea for half a dozen. And they weren't overly sweet, which I loved. I highly recommend this place if you're craving something sweet.

Nelly S.

Yelp
A bit of a wait because the donuts were being made but this milkshake was so yummy and cute! A fun unique idea worth trying if you're visiting Assembly Food Hall.

Jennifer T.

Yelp
I heard such good things about this place on social media so I had to try. I don't love donuts so I chose a boozy coffee which was amazing. It was iced coffee with peanut butter whiskey with some chocolate and oak milk. They customize it to your likes.

Kyle W.

Yelp
Located in Assembly Hall, this was a great dessert place that will not overwhelm you with sugar. They have friendly portions if you decide to get an order for yourself or to share as they have choices of 3, 6, 12, or 25 donuts. I got my own set of 3 donuts which was $3.50 and I can pick up to 3 distinct donuts, so I went with the whiskey cream, sweet swine, and Boston cream. Note that larger quantities are cheaper per donut so we could have just gotten 1x 3 and 1x 6 instead. 3 donuts were enough for me for a hearty dessert as the donuts are quite sweet. The whiskey glaze is the standard small cake donut with a bit more flavor. Sweet swine has maple and bacon bits which gave a contrast of sweet and savory. This is honestly my favorite. The Boston cream is rich in flavor and slightly creamy and it looked appealing so that's why I got it haha

AJ R.

Yelp
Look at these 12 mini pieces of heaven. If you're debating about this...you shouldn't be. They're small enough to not ruin your diet but flavorful enough to make you feel guilty to eat more. The hardest part is choosing which ones to get.

Kendra M.

Yelp
Great for a little snack! Nothing spectacular but ok!! Got the three mini donuts! It's all the same plain donut with the different toppings!

Karin B.

Yelp
Lovely latte and super cutsey donuts! Adorable and heavenly! Located in assembly food hall.

Bethany M.

Yelp
I love the bite size donut concept. It made it so I could try multiple flavors instead of committing to one. I was surprised to find I enjoyed the Maple Bacon donut the best. It was a perfect balance of salty and sweet. Another surprise was a whiskey glaze donut. The bitterness of whiskey was nicely balanced with the sweetness of the glaze. The one downside is it was hard to find as it is in the back of a food hall and there wasn't a map to lead the way. This is definitely a fun place to try if you like donuts!

Rylie L.

Yelp
Mini Donuts - Donut Distillery is a hidden gem in East Nash (even though it's on a main road). You really can't go wrong with any flavor of donut as they're all amazing. The staff is very fun and upbeat and the donuts aren't crazy expensive. They also have a drive thru, inside dining area and mini patio with picnic tables! The outside was also dog friendly which is a huge plus We popped in one weekend just to pick up donuts and to our surprise they were doing bottomless mimosas! They had flavors to choose from to mix in and glitter to add to the mimosas. There was also some kind of vendor market in the parking lot which was super cool! I would recommend this place to anyone for the donuts and bottomless mimosas!

Carla M.

Yelp
Cocktails, beer and donuts pairings?! Yes, please! I specifically sought out this place while visiting Nashville. There wasn't a donut in the box that wasn't a hit! The sprinkles were my favorite though. Also, they're made fresh. They were warm and nearly melted in my mouth!

Audrey S.

Yelp
The donuts were good but I would've liked them more if they were fresh. I'm guessing they have to be served at room temperature to prevent toppings from melting off. The cinnamon sugar donut was my favorite- simple and sweet. The strawberry lemonade donut was almost too sweet for me but it was still good.

Katie B.

Yelp
Bite-sized and cute so a great way to try different offerings without feeling weighed down, just a shame I wasn't a fan of any of them. They don't get too crazy with the flavors/toppings, so mostly your standard fare you'd find at any traditional donut shop (with a few exceptions) and they do dazzle them upon ordering vs picking a donut from a case. While not into the selection, it was fun to try them all! It's inside a food hall, so I recommend scoping all the joints out first before settling with DD.

Julia F.

Yelp
This was a cool spot, and I was excited to try it out. Got a flight of 6 mini donuts and a boozy milkshake that came topped with another donut. However, even though the flavors were on point, I was a bit bummed that the donuts almost tasted stale. They were more cake-like, and not the typical "soft and warm" freshness you associate with donuts. The milkshake was good but needed a way bigger straw so it wouldn't get clogged with toppings. I couldn't even get through half of it before I needed to head out. If back in Nashville, I'd give this place another shot.

Sean H.

Yelp
A deliciously, delectable, delight of a find with nary a flaw. Mini donuts of many kinds delighting the eye and moistening your maw. They're all made fresh to order. What a score! The price is right. You'll see it's true. With 3 for $3.54, 6 for $6 or 12 for $12, your wallet will be smiling too. Oh and be sure to get a drink. Some coffee or a nice thick milkshake will hit the spot, I think. But for the older, There are spiked shakes to warm the souls of those who feel bolder. That's all there is to say. I've said what's said. We shall return. Goodnight Fred!

Julianne V.

Yelp
Loved the variety of flavors and that they are "mini" so you can try multiple flavors without committing to a full size donut! Service was ok.. not bad now the best. In order to get it in a "to go" box you need to order minimum 6. They were out of ice ram when I went so we couldn't try any shakes.

Roxy M.

Yelp
Rating this place based on customer service and donuts; 5 stars. Was a lil shocked they only had mini donuts. The staff was super helpful and donuts came out supa fresh. They were amazing fresh and I think you have to eat them fresh cuz they weren't as good a day later. Also, you get a good amount for your buck!!

Jennifer P.

Yelp
Perfect size to try but not go overboard. I loved the variety and everything we've tried so far has been delicious.

Olivia R.

Yelp
A critical first stop when visiting the assembly food hall the freshest bites in the world and so delicious! Loved every flavor we chose

Bailey P.

Yelp
SO. GOOD. I am not a big alcohol drinker since I hate the burning feeling but I could drink this all night. The mini donut was so fresh and warm with just the right touch of sweetness. I honestly couldn't even taste the alcohol in that. The milkshake was also so delicious. I could taste the alcohol in that but it didn't give me a burning sensation. I drank the entire thing rather quickly too but the alcohol never "hit" and normally I'm a pretty light weight so I don't know how much alcohol is really in it. The frisky whisky is their most popular shake but the cashier said the fruity pebbles and pirate in the sand and their other popular flavors so I definitely need to come back and try those!

Erik P.

Yelp
Catchy looking donuts and flavors, after walking by the place decided to try it. Donuts - Ended up ordering a sampler of 12 mini donuts. It's all the same donuts, just topped with different toppings. It was ok as flavors could be too rich on some. Price - Prices are normal and fair. Service - Nice employees and helpful. Venue - Inside Assembly hall on the 5th St side entrance. The spot they have is nice, clean, and bright. Worth checking out, but wouldn't come back for seconds.

Jason C.

Yelp
Sat for 5 minutes with the two staffers backs faced to us. When they finally got around to helping customers, they went to another patron that was there way after us. When we pointed out the long wait and they tried to skip over us, they only said, " have a nice day".

Sean A.

Yelp
Guess these employees never heard of Southern Hospitality. Food was average, that's why it's rated above 1 star, but the employees are a joke. Rude, condescending and they pretty much ignore you for about the first five minutes. Stuff on their phones is way more important than your business. Hope the owner reads this because they need an attitude adjustment. Lexi was the worst of the two working the shop. Keeping your back turned when you look right at us after we enter, isn't the way to draw repeat customers.

Anna G.

Yelp
Loveddddd this spot! Great ambiance with festive Christmas decorations. The latte was okay - but the donuts were so delicious! They are bite size so you can try all the fun flavors. My favorite was the maple with bacon. Would absolutely return!

Clarisse M.

Yelp
The BEST donut shop in the world. These cute donuts are seriously the best tasting things I've ever had. Literally every flavor is great. Got them multiple times when we came in town and even had to get it for on the airplane ride home we loved it so much! Family owned and amazing story behind the business. Owners and employees go above and beyond and truly care. Fast and great service, great vibes in store, and delicious food. AND an option for alcohol too?? What more can you ask? Thanks for the yummy food and good vibes Donut Distillery!

Evan G.

Yelp
Donut Distillery in Nashville is a great option for fresh donuts and cold treats. I really like the different options that they have available here. I have really enjoyed all of the purchases that I have made from here. The staff here is very friendly and efficient at getting everything together.

Korin ..

Yelp
These donuts were so good and a great size!! The location is inside the food hall almost hidden around a corner so don't miss it! They even have options to add little shots into your donuts!

Alesiya R.

Yelp
The donuts are so delicious. Yummy flavors, super moist and soft. The service was fast, and just a great experience over all! Definitely give it a try.

Diaz S.

Yelp
I'm so glad I stopped here for my something sweet. I went for a day trip to Nashville and whenever I do these trips I always look for really good desserts. I got a sweet tooth that doesn't stop. I love these little donuts and I loved that they were freshly baked right there . I tried different flavors , but my favorite is the Homer Donut.

Joe K.

Yelp
Stopped here on the Nashville Underground Donut Tour. Tried the Orange Creamsicle, the Death By Chocolate, and the Sweet Swine. Orange Creamsicle was kind of a let down, but the other two were quite tasty. It's inside an almost food-court style area which is actually quite cool. Worth a stop if you have a sweet tooth. It's up an escalator near the Shake Shack for anyone who might have trouble finding it and the first stop inside the doors.
