This is my second time ordering their custom donuts for my son’s birthday. The donuts are tasty and add a personal touch. They typically require 48hours for custom orders, but were able to accommodate my order being a bit late. I got the donuts in time for my son’s second birthday! I highly recommend the donuts and service.

Donuts taste pretty sweet. Nothing special. Last time I went was about 1.5-2 years ago and today realized they moved their store a unit or two down. It’s smaller and the selection is also much smaller. They used to have so many interesting flavors but now it’s a basic place. The parking is limited.

I stopped by Doughnut Factory in Seattle and it did not disappoint. The donuts were fresh, soft, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality, and there are so many different options to choose from. I tried a classic glazed and a maple bar and both were amazing. The staff was friendly and quick, and the place felt clean and welcoming. If you are craving great donuts in Seattle, this spot is definitely worth a visit.

I came here in November 2024 and found some of the best doughnuts I'd ever had. Certainly among the 2 or 3 best in seattle, the best basic american doughnuts for sure. Imagine my surprise when I go back in December 2025 and buy a half dozen only to discover they are disgusting. Greasy, heavy, weird after taste. The worst donuts in the city. New owners?

Really strange experience here. We saw the good reviews so wanted to try and when I ordered a single maple bacon donut the woman asked if I wanted 1 or 2 dozen? I said just 1, then my husband ordered 1, and she only put his in the bag. We reminded her of the maple bacon and she didn’t say anything. Then I ordered a vanilla latte, she rang us up and went to make the coffee and asked if I wanted white chocolate… I said no, just vanilla. She then goes on to say they don’t have vanilla, and then picks up the vanilla and asks if adding that would be ok?? Lastly, I think it was just milk and vanilla and she forgot the espresso. Very very odd and wouldn’t go back.

I used to love this place and came here a couple to few times a week. They had amazing Italian sodas. The ones without redbull. I moved away for a year and back for the summer and wanted to come get an amazing donut and a regular Italian soda. It was $5. She made it with sparkling lemonade (or something( it should be club soda , unless specified otherwise). And then she put milk in it. Not half and half. And she put a ton of milk in. More milk than the sparkling lemonade . I came back today. Hoping for better service. She told me the price for a 16 oz Italian soda instead of the 20oz and then it ended being an extra $2. I asked her (and the guy with her) to make it with club soda and half and half. The Italian soda tastes l like watered down half and half. Again way too much half n half and I think they just used normal water. 16oz of watered down half and half with some orange syrup for $6

Their donuts are good, but the bacon donut is my absolute favorite. wish it wasn’t sold out so often. But they changed the shape of the bacon donut recently, and it’s not as good as it used to be, sadly. I’ve tried the Italian soda too, but honestly, it’s just alright. I usually skip it now and just stick with the donuts. Totally worth a stop if you’re nearby.

I ordered a dozen for three different teams at work, and they all loved them. One person, who normally doesn't like donuts, said she liked the one she had because it wasn't too sweet. Always a hit.
