Order breakfast in NC this morning. I got my side and my drink, but there was no sandwich. Reordered, and after the credit, I had to pay $11. Called their so-called customer service and was told that they still had to pay the $11 to replace the food their employee didn't deliver. And yes, I know they are contractors. But it is their job to properly check the ability of their contractors to do the job.
