Really love Chatime Express drinks here! Especially they all use plant based milk, oat milk. Friendly to vegan and I love Mango Green Tea as well! So good for the summertime!

Awesome ordering experience and quick and easy system to get your food delivered or picked up the staff there are Amazing and the boba is great.

I’m not complaining about the food at all. I would like to leave this review about the terrible for not to say the worst customer service ever, specially the red head boy that works there. He told me that my order would be ready in 10 minutes and I waited as he advised me, but after that I asked to another lady if the order was ready which she gently went to check inside. After that, this rude boy came to me with a really bad attitude saying that I was advised to wait, I just told him why he has to be so rude with me. He humiliated me and told me really bad things just for being Latina. Such a bad experience hope no one would never be treated like that.

Got Chick-Fil-A from this location. Was severely disappointed. First was missing one of the fries we had ordered, and the other fries that we did receive were very soggy and drenched in oil. I’ve never had a bad experience from Chick-Fil-A, but this is the last time I’ll be going to the DoorDash kitchen location. Only reason for 3 stars is because the sandwich was delicious as usual.

Haven't been in person yet, but delivery and pick up are great. Glad to have chance order from famous restaurants like Koi Palace and The Bird that could have been hours away, now I just order from DoorDash and get them at my door. Love it!

Giving a 1 star review to get your attention since I couldn’t find a number to call. Drove by last week and notice about 20 mostly men probably waiting to pick up orders. No masks, no social distancing. Please advise drivers to practice safe distancing since these orders are coming to our homes. Thank you.

I was so excited to have Halal Guys close by and finally ordered some food but I wish I didn't. The combo platter was not only tasteless, there was hardly any meat on top of the bland rice. The falafel side was like a sponge dipped in bad oil, the veggies were soggy. Everything about it was horrible. Never again! 👎

I am in a walker and cannot get to where the door dash delivery person left my order. Please have someone pick up my order and bring it to my back door. I tried to explain this to my door dasher, but he just smiled and said thank you.

This is for Nektar Juice Bar out of the DoorDash Kitchen. I ordered two large drinks, my bag was doubled which this is the first time I've ever received two bag from this location, I thought that some was strange. Then after opening up the bag I discovered why, my drinks were spilled inside. One of the cups was cracked. I assume they realized there was a leak, which is why they doubled the bag. Really dumb way to remedy the issue if you ask me. So I contacted DoorDash who had my drinks re-delivered. Second delivery, I'm certain they're just messing with me at this point because that was spilled all over inside of the bag as well. They simply don't care here. I will not order Nektar Juice Bar ever again and I suggest you skip this place as well. Along with any DoorDash order that can be picked up from 1531 Main Street in Redwood City as it is a DoorDash kitchen.

I canceled a order witch was 25.48 and it only gave me 3.05 and it took 5-7 business days just for 3.00

I won't go back there, you can't go there to eat with children, no dining inside and bad neighborhood.

This is a new cloud kitchen that currently houses Chick Fil-A, Rooster and Rice, RT Rotisserie, Trejos Tacos, Milk and Canter's. Order ahead on your Door Dash app. You can't order in person there, they will just refer you to order on the app. I ordered from RT Rotisserie and Trejos Tacos and food was ready in less than 10 minutes. Only thing is for a pick-up location the parking is HARD. It is right next to a parking lot but the lot was completely packed. There also isn't any nice place to wait - it's outdoors in the sun, no shade or seating. I also wish there was 1 centralized place to order from all the restaurants the kitchen houses so that it's easier to try dishes from different restaurants. It's confusing to figure out what restaurants are actively open at any time since you have to check the pages individually.

This place is a cloud kitchen where doordashers go pick up your food order, and you can also order pickup from here! I got the RTR salad + chicken with umami fries from RT Rotisserie and both were delicious! In fact, the fries smelled so good in my car that I couldnt resist and was snacking on it all the way on my drive home. Portions were decently big too. Definitely wanna come back and try out the other restaurants next time. There's a small parking spot nearby if you need to park but I imagine it might fill up pretty quick. Otherwise, street parking is convenient enough as well. PS. They also serve chick fil a from here so if you dont wanna wait in the long ass chick fil a line down by whipple, this place is the secret ;)

New cloud kitchen spot to pickup food from multiple store fronts. Got food from Aria Korean chicken, RTR and Milk bar. 5 stars for the door dash staff and location due to ease of pickup and friendliness of the staff. I used the door dash app and zoomed in on the map area just to show which restaurants are located at this location. The only downside is if you want to order from multiple spots you need to put in different orders. Wanted some umami fries and the cauliflower from RTR to go with some KFC(Korean fried chicken) from Aria. Basically had to place 2 orders to get it done but it was fine. Also able to add items from Milk bar as dessert from either of the restaurant orders. If you come for pickup they have a fairly decent sized parking lot for pickup. About 8-10 spaces probably. There was a line of dashers picking up food but they are pretty efficient and got the food pretty fast. The front of house staff that was handing out the food was friendly and did a good job keeping the line moving. If you had to wait they would just call out the name. It seemed way more efficient than when dashers go to random restaurants to pick up. Dashers at those spots always seem pretty impatient since they probably don't update the food ready status as fast as this spot. Here they just only show up to the window when it is marked ready so pretty much no wait at the window. The Umami fries are bomb when right out of the oven. They package it with the flaps open so it doesn't get soggy but best to eat them ASAP to get the best crunch. I ordered while I was at the Costco RWC parking lot and drive over and food was ready in less than 10 mins so after my shopping trip it was ready right when I got there. Perfect for my dinner. So if you want to order from this spot, zoom in on the address and see what's available for pickup. Honestly one of the better takeout experiences since everything is done on app and you don't have to wait for people to order, sit down at a table, check on order status etc. So great choice for takeout. door dash when they first started here in Prescott was pretty good. but this last time I used them they really dropped the ball. I ordered from panda, the first driver shows, waits a while then, drops off, new driver assigned. that driver goes to pick up, waits a while then disappears. third driver picks order and spends the next 2 hours driving in circles then calls me and says they can't deliver to my address its too far for her. yet she has my food. really? I cancel the order but I'm done with door dash.

I used to love DoorDash, but now it's really terrible. There are restaurants that constantly mark up the food by more than 25% to make up for the fees that DoorDash charges them for using the service. It's a little bit ridiculous that those fees are now passed on to the customer at the majority of restaurants. On top of that, they charge you exorbitant delivery fees and expanded range fees. somehow a $15 burrito turns into a $28 burrito very quickly. Let's all boycott this service

I wish I could offer zero star! Door dash offered the worse service to delivery lunch! We ordered a meal from Meraki Greek grill! Meraki Greek choose door dash to deliver our lunch! It shows I could receive my lunch around 2:47pm! Until 03:11pm, we have not received my lunch. I called the Meraki Greek few times I still have not received any Solution! Until 4pm, DoorDash finally called back to ask whether I still need them to delivery my lunch. I answred it is too late for lunch now! I requested the refund but DoorDash responded they did not collect the amount so I need to contact Meraki Greek grill! But Meraki Greek responded they made food and gave to DoorDash already! What a mess! No one will take care of the issue! I paid my lunch! No delivery! Issues happened! No one take care of it!

It's hard to overstate how bad Door Dash has become. The last several orders have been completely wrong, no access to real support and denying responsibility, even with pictures.

Door dash is no longer useful. Too many drivers that can't speak English, orders are not delivered and they don't want to give you a refund. I will have to dispute the charges with my bank. Believe me my bank will get the money back. DO NOT USE DOOR DASH!! GUESS I'LL TRY GRUB-HUB, POSTMATES AND UBER. Its sad to see how badly doordash has become.

Hair in the food, enough said with that but also food tasted like it was all packaged and heated up. Garbage don't recommend

I took a wrong turn and almost missed this place. But once I found it, everything went smoothly. Appreciate the free drinks and swag while we wait for our order. Who ever knew Banana Milkus would be so good?! Ordering process was easy and the person who took my order was great. Got to try RT Rotisserie salad and umami fries and both were delicious. I ate majority of the fries in the car on the drive home and was too full to eat the salad until dinner time. Overall a great experience. Parking could have been easier, but no real complaints from me!

So I heard you can buy a DoorDash deliver account and start working anonymously. This is very dangerous to us customers. They don't pay taxes too. These motorcycles driving like madmen with expired tags and fake license plates. Please regulate.

On my first order they didn't provide 2 of the 8 items we ordered, and wouldn't offer a refund. Basically they forced me to pay for things that they didn't provide. What a scam. Use another vendor. They suck. A lot. Also they missed out on a weekly recurring lunch order that I will be placing at work.

They suck and they steal your money! I paid almost 40 dollars for two meals and delivery. I got no food and 9.14 in house credit. I want all my money back they keep doing this and since stop having people man the customer Service these problems have gone worst. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

Can't find my house, they used to. So much so I signed up for the premium program. Last 3 months can't get the food to my house. Drivers can't deliver for whatever reason. Asking them to 1) Cancel the premium $9.99 and 2) refund the last 3 months when our service apparently quit. Tired of having to request refunds for food not delivered. I gave it a one star, but they deserve less. Customer service staff are really nice - not their fault. Something has gone wrong but it shouldn't be on me to fix it - we will try Grub-hub now.

I just picked a Chick-Fil-A order from this place and the chicken patty for the spicy chicken sandwich wasn't cooked throughly. I threw it away, hopefully i don't get sick of the one bite i did. This place is trash.

So, done with DoorDash. Not her job to come upstairs and deliver the food and then yelled at me cause she felt disrespected cause I hung up on her in order to come down and get my food. Then wouldn't give me the food. Charming. Then 40 minutes on the phone with customer service trying to explain what happened. Going to go back to Grub hub I guess

Don't use doordash I waited 2 hours for my food they refused to give me my money back the food was cold it came from steak and shake and there was too much cheese on it

Doordash drivers have no respect. It really made me mad she must have taken forever because my pizza was ice cold from Papa John's today this evening I mean. I called your company to refund me or to help me and they refuse to help me or refund my money

Dislike how they don't give enough time for me to get a credit. There is always something missing from the order and this does not happen with Grub Hub

This place of business has cockroaches and rats do not eat here it's not recommended Health hazard. I was an employee here and the food is Trash. People are here not Unprofessional and untrained properly. Do not order from here. Even Chick-fil-A got rats, And roaches

The store didn't have half the items I ordered so they said I would get a refund (45 dollars) never recieved it. I contacted them and they said they can't refund me. This happened twice. Will never use door dash again.

I ordered the milk bar pie slice. It was tasty but the portion size was laughably tiny for a $6 slice.

Why send out a coupon code that doesn't work, then still not be able to answer why after more than a half hour and 3 chat transfers???
