"Chef and restaurateur Maurizio Marfoglia oversees some of the Hamptons most coveted tables, including those at his Argento in Southampton, Dopo Il Ponte in Bridgehampton, and this beloved spot serving authentic Italian fare, with a terrace that overlooks the bay in Say Harbor. Openers include paper thin pane carasau and marinated octopus with artichokes, pea puree and balsamic reduction.
