As I am writing this review, I am feeling very disappointed about you. I discovered you in Rome a couple of months ago and I was really happy about the service and price/quality relation. As I am living in Austria, I could only fit some shirts in my luggage.
I was very excited when I received the information of the sale and the online possibility. I used the size tool to measure my size and acquired 3 suits, 1 shirt and 1 vest. I couldn't wait to receive my things!
Finally they arrived today. To my surprise, all were small. The use of the online tool was useless in my case. I was sad, but happens. I was looking forward to returning this and getting a new order with bigger sizes.
To my disappointment, I received the email with the return policy stating that, as I am outside Italy, I have to pay for the shipping myself. I used the tool from your website, acquired a lot of products, couldn't fit them, and now I have to also pay for the return? That feels really like a break of trust. I thought I found my store. I was mistaken.
I just wanted to express my disappointment. You lost a client with me, and I hope you can take better care of the others you have.
