If only I could give zero stars. I had written to the store to complain that (1) the staff were rude (2) the staff lied that they could not enter alphabets into my Global Blue tax forms for my passport number even after I showed that it could from another store....they were probably too lazy to cancel and reissue. The reply from Doppel Ganger to my mail was unacceptable and my follow-up resulted in my mails being totally ignored. This simply shows the culture of the company which has peculated down to their staff. A store which I will never enter again when in Europe. Their quality ain't great anyway.
