Came to town for a cruise and ordered dinner from here. Being gluten free makes traveling hard especially with concerns for cross contamination, but I'm so thankful we found this place. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The food was incredible and hot. The bread didn't have the traditional GF taste (off-putting, weird texture). If we are ever back in town, we will definitely order from here again.

My friend is gluten free so we looked for a place to eat that could accommodate her diet restrictions. It just so happened that Dora's is only a few doors down from Sweet Melody's, another place we wanted to visit so win/win. Dora's Bakery & Bistro was inspired by the owners grandmother Dora Milan. Dora developed gluten free recipes that helped her feel better. At Dora's Bakery and Bistro cofounder Ana Crolla has expanded on her husbands grandmother's recipes, creating a full menu of gluten free food and desserts. While I am not gluten free I am up for pretty much anything and I find that gluten free also tends to align with my weight loss goals so I was game to try them. They actually have a free parking lot in the back which is like finding a unicorn in Miami so that was a plus even though it took me three times to find the tiny alley entrance. My friend and I arrived a little before 5 and we were the only ones in the cafe. The menu features burgers, sandwiches, breakfast, chicken tenders, small bites, pizza, quiche, salads, pasta, cakes, pastries, bread, pies, and desserts. You can order at the counter from the menu but they also have a cooler of food you can heat at home plus cold desserts. Dora's is small but cute. We sat ourselves at the only table available which was next to the hot window. I had the small ham and cheese quiche. With a water and tip it was close to $20. My friend ordered the chicken tenders that were coated in tapioca. TBH they looked very thin and dried out. My quiche was ok but the crust was drier than a desert. I had a gluten free pizza somewhere else recently that could have made me happily give up traditional dough but the quiche crust at Dora's had me longing for the flaky, buttery kind. I had to take a swig of water after every bite to get it down but the filling was tasty. After the quiche I passed on the desserts in favor of Sweet Melody's but my friend bought a few things and they looked good. If you have celiac disease Dora's is a real find for croquetas, cookies brownies, cake pops and fresh-baked pizzas. It also caters to a variety of dietary needs, offering vegan, dairy-free and organic options. However as someone who can tolerate gluten, I personally found the food was not up to par for what they charge. Still I was happy that my friend was able to eat comfortably.

We ordered 2 chicken tenders, 1 pizza, 1 mozzarella sticks, 2 dubia choc, 4 drinks. The total, with a tip was 150$ The smell of the bistro, ain't great. The environment and overall atmosphere isn't great either. The mozzarella sticks are 19$ for 4. However, they were really good. Would recommend. The chicken tenders were NOT good. My daughter couldn't even break them with her teeth. My wife ate them because....we paid for them. They had an odd color to them, and shape. Would highly not recommend. Fries that came with the tenders were good. Kinda hard to mess this up. Would recommend. The dubia chocolates were also very good. I'm not sure how much they even cost, but my daughter's enjoyed them. The pizza was terrible. Very under cooked. We didn't even eat an entire slice.

Five stars for Gluten Free Heaven! Don't hesitate to make the trip, even if you're coming from North Broward. The outstanding customer service, fantastic prices, and most importantly, the incredibly delicious gluten-free items made it an unforgettable experience. The ambience is satisfactory, but the taste and value are truly exceptional.

Google
Great place where you can find ANYTHING gluten free!!!! The croquetas were perfect and the beef empanada! Can't wait to try the rest! They also have a little section of frozen goods such as cakes, lasagna, empanadas, etc all made there.

Google
have Celiac disease and always look for 100% gluten-free bakeries when I travel and Dora’s Bakery & Bistro did not disappoint! Everything here is completely safe for Celiacs, and the quality is amazing. Their chocolate chip cookies are incredible (some of the best gluten-free ones I’ve ever had!), and I loved that they also sell Dubai chocolate such a fun and unique find for someone with celiac. Great service, great atmosphere, and truly delicious gluten-free treats. Highly recommend for anyone who needs or loves gluten-free options!

A great spot in Miami for Gluten free folks. Their bread is really good and you'll also find gluten free versions of Hispanic food.

My 8 year old and myself have Celiacs. Finding a place with “snack” food options that are safe is so hard! We drive from 3 hours away (vacation) and wish this place was closer! I saw some comments about flavor. Gluten alternatives typically don’t compare to gluten food, this place is SO GOOD for a gluten free establishment that’s not just rice, grilled chicken and beans. My 8 year old, who is a picky eater, ate everything without a single complaint. We got onion rings and croquettes to eat in the car on the way home and bought frozen cinnamon rolls, beef empanadas, and ham croquettes to take home. They re-heat so well in the air fryer! So so so yummy! I wish we could mail order the cinnamon rolls to our place on a weekly basis! We seriously would. I’ve tried so many different GF bakery cinnamon rolls and these are by far the best! They are not dense and chewy, they are soft and even a little flaky! Such a surprise! We can’t wait to go back the next time we are there, and we stalk the page to see if they will ever offer frozen mail orders!
