Came to town for a cruise and ordered dinner from here. Being gluten free makes traveling hard especially with concerns for cross contamination, but I'm so thankful we found this place. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The food was incredible and hot. The bread didn't have the traditional GF taste (off-putting, weird texture). If we are ever back in town, we will definitely order from here again.

Great place where you can find ANYTHING gluten free!!!! The croquetas were perfect and the beef empanada! Can't wait to try the rest! They also have a little section of frozen goods such as cakes, lasagna, empanadas, etc all made there.

Dora developed gluten free recipes that helped her feel better. At Dora's Bakery and Bistro cofounder Ana Crolla has expanded on her husbands grandmother's recipes, creating a full menu of gluten free food and desserts. While I am not gluten free I am up for pretty much anything and I find that gluten free also tends to align with my weight loss goals so I was game to try them. They actually have a free parking lot in the back which is like finding a unicorn in Miami so that was a plus even though it took me three times to find the tiny alley entrance. My friend and I arrived a little before 5 and we were the only ones in the cafe. The menu features burgers, sandwiches, breakfast, chicken tenders, small bites, pizza, quiche, salads, pasta, cakes, pastries, bread, pies, and desserts. You can order at the counter from the menu but they also have a cooler of food you can heat at home plus cold desserts. Dora's is small but cute. We sat ourselves at the only table available which was next to the hot window. I had the small ham and cheese quiche. With a water and tip it was close to $20. My friend ordered the chicken tenders that were coated in tapioca. TBH they looked very thin and dried out. My quiche was ok but the crust was drier than a desert. I had a gluten free pizza somewhere else recently that could have made me happily give up traditional dough but the quiche crust at Dora's had me longing for the flaky, buttery kind. I had to take a swig of water after every bite to get it down but the filling was tasty. After the quiche I passed on the desserts in favor of Sweet Melody's but my friend bought a few things and they looked good. If you have celiac disease Dora's is a real find for croquetas, cookies brownies, cake pops and fresh-baked pizzas. It also caters to a variety of dietary needs, offering vegan, dairy-free and organic options. However as someone who can tolerate gluten, I personally found the food was not up to par for what they charge. Still I was happy that my friend was able to eat comfortably.

We ordered 2 chicken tenders, 1 pizza, 1 mozzarella sticks, 2 dubia choc, 4 drinks. The total, with a tip was 150$ The smell of the bistro, ain't great. The environment and overall atmosphere isn't great either. The mozzarella sticks are 19$ for 4. However, they were really good. Would recommend. The chicken tenders were NOT good. My daughter couldn't even break them with her teeth. My wife ate them because....we paid for them. They had an odd color to them, and shape. Would highly not recommend. Fries that came with the tenders were good. Kinda hard to mess this up. Would recommend. The dubia chocolates were also very good. I'm not sure how much they even cost, but my daughter's enjoyed them. The pizza was terrible. Very under cooked. We didn't even eat an entire slice.

A great spot in Miami for Gluten free folks. Their bread is really good and you'll also find gluten free versions of Hispanic food.

I come by here every time I’m in Miami (so 8-10 times so far). Keep that in mind: I do keep coming back despite the details below because I like the Cuban sandwich and a couple of the desserts, and it’s tough to find any other options in Miami. Coming from a city with excellent GF bakeries and restaurants, this place is pretty disappointing. But for people who have little access to GF food, I understand the high ratings. It’s exciting just to have options. And there are some interesting/unique foods here, especially for anyone who has never been able to eat the local specialty foods: Cuban sandwich, key lime pie, tree leches cake, croquetas, empanadas, alfajores. Unfortunately the execution feels amateur: grainy, excessively sweet or greasy, when the science behind GF baking has moved way beyond that. Most of their baked goods taste like they’ve been chilled (cake, cupcakes, bread), which is death to texture and absolutely must be toasted or carefully microwaved to be edible. Maybe I’ve just never showed up at the right time, but I’ve never had anything here that tastes just-baked. I get that it must be tough to run a small business with enough variety to stay afloat. But I think a little less variety and a lot more attention to quality would improve the business model. The prices here are as high or higher than GF places I’ve visited in NYC, Paris, Barcelona. The $15 bread is the standout insanely overpriced item. Crumbly, poor taste, spoils quickly. Just buy a loaf at TJs, it’s better. Other reviews have covered it, but don’t expect a ‘bistro’ experience. It’s a take out spot, and to-go items that need to be assembled or heated take a long time. There’s no atmosphere for relaxing & enjoying a meal.

Some of the food was better than others. The chicken was very thin and mostly breading. My daughter ordered it and didn't care for it much. The onion rings and fries were pretty good. The sandwich I ordered with pesto (turkey) was decent but not spectacular. The strawberry shortcake was delicious. 👌💜 the sugar cookie was also very good! My daughter didn't care for the cheesecake she stated it tasted just like cream cheese. 🤷🏻‍♀️ She also ordered the red velvet cupcake and said it was savory vs sweet and threw it away. The place could use additional seating and/ or room. It was packed with only a couple families there. It's quite pricey there. The people working there were fabulous. Super friendly and helpful. 🥰

Five stars for Gluten Free Heaven! Don't hesitate to make the trip, even if you're coming from North Broward. The outstanding customer service, fantastic prices, and most importantly, the incredibly delicious gluten-free items made it an unforgettable experience. The ambience is satisfactory, but the taste and value are truly exceptional.

I was excited to find an all gluten free bakery, but was sadly disappointed by both visits. First: I asked for a latte to go with my lemon cake. It was just a KCup and it was not worth how much they charged for it. Lemon cake was not bad. I came back another wanted to give it another chance and try more things: Carrot cake was dry, not very carrot-y. Didn't taste very fresh either. The cookie was stale, very dry, the texture was of staleness (hardened) and simply tasted old. It's a shame that they overcharge for not fresh items.

Cute place. Wasn't a fan of the pizza. And the brownie was dry. Not a fan of either sad to say. The cheesecake with Oreos was great though. I really wanted to love this find but heart brokenly I don't. Sorry.

How exciting to find a true gluten free bakery! Stopped in with a friend this weekend to pick up some sweets and frozen food, and wow is everything amazing! You truly cannot tell any of it is gluten free (which is a compliment in gluten free baking). We tried the alfa brownie, Oreo cookie, lemon loaf, tres leches and the croquettas. Our favorite was the cookie - perfectly moist and delicious! Highly recommend this bakery for all of my gluten free friends.

I was on my way home and wanted to pick up a pastry or snack to take home with me. I decided on a guava and cheese empanada as well as some banana bread. It can be hard to find good gluten free options but I thought both were very tasty! It is a small place but so far every time I've been there has only been one or two other people inside and I was helped very quickly.

was so excited about an all gf kitchen but the treats definitely fell flat (cookie was so hard) but my fav food in the world is mozerella sticks so i was SO excited to order - those did not disappoint! so id go for food instead of bakery items. staff was very kind & they have lots of to-go meals for purchase as well.

This used to be my go-to spot every time we visited Miami (about 5-6 times a year). I always made sure to order extra so I could take food home with me. Sadly, I've had to stop coming. The prices have skyrocketed for what you get, and the quality of the food has really gone downhill. It's always great to find an all-gluten-free spot, and I love supporting small businesses, but I've received burnt food too many times to return. It's just not worth it anymore.

As someone who is newly gluten free, I appreciated this spot SO much. This review is solely based on carry-out. First, the BEST tiramisu I've ever tasted in my life - so used to my favorite desserts taking a hit when made gluten free, but this far exceeded my expectations. The Maui Sammy was a HIT. I love a good bacon, egg and cheese and this one was just made right. They use the perfect bread for their sandwiches. I'm sure I speak for many when I say I'm so tired of gf sandwiches being half the size of regular sandwiches. Last, the tomato, mozz, basil sandwich with prosciutto was also great - a little on the salty side, but delicious nonetheless. A fully gf bakery is a dream come true, so I'm excited to return to Miami for this gem!!!

Everything in the place is gluten free. We had lunch and everything was really good. Did not try bakery items.

Not so much a dine in place. Place is super cramped and not much interesting. However, they're an exclusive gluten free facility and it's all delicious. They also offer shipping and I think we'll be doing more of that option. Service truly was good too. Minus the one star for the lack of ambience.

When you're celiac, finding dedicated GF places are a needle in a haystack... thankful for places like this. It's cozy, so not for large groups but great for picking up sweet treats and sandwiches when in Little Havana or surrounding areas. Will definitely be back!

For anyone with dietary restrictions, this place is a true gem, especially for my gluten-free friends. At Dora, you never have to second guess your order because all their dough products are completely gluten-free and made with fresh, natural ingredients. The service is quick, and every dish is made to order. While the wait can be a bit longer, it is absolutely worth it. And the portions were just right. Prices are on the higher side, but that is expected for a dedicated gluten free shop. Beyond the food, there is plenty of seating and a charming bakery where you can pick up some treats to take home. Enjoy a delicious meal, completely guilt free!

Worst bakery experience ever! Was referred to this bakery and to say it was a horrible experience is an understatement. We ordered multiple sweets to try them. The location is a small quaint locating that has a couple display cases. The person working was kind, but later in the call I made to the location lacked care. The orange pound cake was so hard. It was super dry and tasted old. No way this was fresh. The chocolate chip cookie was like sand. It crumbled when breaking a piece off. This was as if the cookie has been sitting in the open air for a long time and dried out. The carrot cupcake was so dry I could not eat it all. It tasted as if it was cooked, frozen, and then put out to eat with frosting. It lacked carrot consistency and was not good at all. The orange truffle was more like a bittersweet blob of cocoa powered with orange flavoring. No consistency to The chocolate. I called into the location after getting home and trying these desserts. The person said they were all freshly made this morning. There is no possible way and I told him that. I went into detail with all the items we purchased. There was a lack of care and he just continued to say it was all fresh. I told him there was no way! There was not mention of stopping back in to make it right, refund, or anything else. I told him I would be posting my honest review and he said okay, thank you. Did not care at all. So here it is. He said that Dora was the Grandmother from the location but no longer there. I read some reviews and if appears there was a change in ownership. I highly suggest if your looking for a fix to a sweet tooth or a craving, stay clear alway from this place. High priced for old stale food is exactly what you will get. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Find yourself a different location to visit or you too will be disappointed! All those that have referred this place have been advised and said they will no longer refer as well.

One of my favorite things to discover during a trip is dietary-friendly spots, which took me to Dora's gluten free eatery for take out. I had to sample a few items. Spinach croqueta was tasty and hard to believe it was vegan. Burger was huge, took 10-15 min to make, and definitely enough for 2! The gluten-free bun and bacon were the highlights; the meat tasted fresh but lacked flavor. Topped the meal off with an alfajor (sugar cookies stuffed with dulce de leche - cookies were okay but the filling was dynamite). Service was so/so; ambiance was quaint (though there was a slight odor). Really appreciated that the staff wore a mask! All in all, I'm glad Dora's exists and they fill an import at gap in the area. The high price point is consistent with the ingredients, but I needed more flavor in the burger and more dairy-free options (or maybe just more dulce de leche?!).

Fiancé and I ate here everything is 100% gluten free and the lady at the counter was super nice. Loved the sandwich with the croquetas!

So many gluten free options, got the brownie and it was delicious! Will definitely be back to try their other options

The very best gluten-free tiramisu I have tasted in a very long time. I highly recommend it!

Dora's is a lil shop almost hidden amongst the business in its row, but once you spot its neon open sign and Dora's logo on the glass, you follow the row to enter the alley that leads to rear parking(so old-Miami with that layout .) Once you walk to the shop, and open the door, the great smells of a bakery hit your nose. I'm newly GF(gluten-free) and long-time dairy free and I was elated with what I found here. I got a tres leches cake that was absolutely , positively THE BEST! I have not had any tres leches cake(to which this Miami-girl LOVED growing up and use to have all the time as a kid) for over a decade as I developed a dairy allergy many years ago. This took me back to my childhood and made my heart and taste buds really smile. I also got a passion fruit tart to which really missed the mark. The passion fruit taste artificial and it was overall a "clawing-type" over sweetness. I will definitely be back for another tres leches cake and I want to try the tiramisu as well; I saw a tiramisu cake that was dairy free but the bakery is quite pricey so I gave myself a one cake at a time maximum. The cashier and guy in the back were really sweet and helpful. These kinda of places make GF more tolerable, however much it takes a chunk out of your wallet.

It's a treat to have gluten-free goodies down the street and a little bit dangerous. Every part of the menu is solid. The cupcakes are small and tasty. Nothing is too sweet where you miss out on taste. It's true bakery fare. The chicken fingers hamburgers do not disappoint. I hadn't tried the pizza yet. The service is excellent. I can order on DoorDash and they bring it to the parking lot without question. I only wish they serve salads so I would feel better about eating the cake pop.

Gluten free heaven. Calling all Celiacs and those that love gluten free options - you MUST try Doras. I've been three times now and I've tried - - the burger - it's YUM. The GF bun is sooo good and so homemade. - the fries - YES - fries! No cross contamination to worry about. Woohoo! So good - the pizza is awesome. Also sooo good and so homemade. - the Nutella pie - awesome. - key lime pie - OMG! - cheese scones - Perfect breakfast food. So yum. - vanilla cupcake with cookie in it. - OMG - must have. - the cakes - vanilla with Nutella inside. YUM. So much more to try. Don't wait. Try it all!!!!

Is this a joke??? $17 chicken sandwich!! Tiny piece of chicken doesn't even cover half on the bun and is as thin as a pice of paper. It doesn't even taste like chicken. Covered in a gallon of sauce with some gross onion rings

We ordered the chicken nuggets and the Dora burger. The nuggets were crispy and hand breaded and absolutely delicious. My only complaint was that they didn't have BBQ sauce but the Buffalo sauce was tasty. The burger bun was probably one of the best we've had and was t crumbly like most. The burger was very tasty. The chef also let us try all the flavors of the croquetas, which were also tasty. Our fave was the spinach, with the tasty plantain coating. Service was amazing as well. I went to this restaurant with very high expectations based on the rest of the reviews I saw on here. I was extremely disappointed- we ordered a burger, a sandwich, a ham croquette, a spinach croquette, a guava empanada, an aflabrownie, and an individual frozen key lime pie since they didn't have any fresh ones available. Not only was everything extremely overpriced, the flavors were not good. Honestly below average. The bread is good but the actual dishes are not. For example, the burger didn't taste well. The meat was undercooked and the sauce was flavorless. Cheese was mid. The croquettes are not worth ordering since they were pretty flavorless and with almost no ham at all, although they had a nice crunch. The empanada was probably the best thing we got, but could use better cheese. The brownie alfajor had a huge white chocolate layer that made it hard to eat and waaaay too sweet. The sandwich was ok but too small for the price and not better than anything you can make yourself at home. The key like pie was also just ok after thawing. Overall, I left feeling sad and disappointed. Definitely not worth the money. Also, not a great place to eat at, it's more to go. Space is very limited, and the food takes long to be served. I give it two stars bc they have variety in the menu but again, nothing is great so it doesn't mean much :/

We tried 5 pastries and they were all SUPER sweet. Like ridiculously sweet. The worst offender was the chocolate covered Oreo which had an incredibly thick layer of chocolate that drowned out the Oreo and just felt like a sugar bomb in your mouth. The "best" pastry we had was the orange loaf. Although it has way too much icing that overpowers the whole thing and is super sweet, once you remove that, you have a decent bread. Other things we tried: - cookie with oreo pieces: Underbaked and too sweet - brownie: not a real brownie, more like a chewy piece of fudge. Too sweet - cupcake with cookie pieces: an insane amount of SUPER sweet frosting. Can't taste anything except sugar. Really disappointed not gonna lie. It's so hard to find good gluten free pastries and I was excited for this place.

I have beenn wanting to get croquetas from this place since last year. After being diagnosed with a stomach issue, I had to look for some gluten free options and found Doras. After a long transitional period in my life and a dear friend bringing me some croquetas, I finally got a taste !!! They are delicious ! Everything the hype waS about for this place, it lives up to it. My only issue with the croquetas from this place in particular is that they are extremely burnt. I am not used to a dark burnt taste in my croquetas but if you take off the outside layer, doent taste like burnt. My friend also got the guava rolls and he lOved it. No pics of the croquetas as my kiddo loved it but I attached a photo of the box that's gotta count for Something!

Fabulous food. We very much enjoyed our two meals here. Gluten free certified. Lovely for a change.

My friend and I wandered into Doras looking for something warm and savory. We each ordered a latte, quiche, and a dessert to split. Coffee: It was Nespresso. I shouldn't have to say more but I will. First, this is an establishment how is there no real coffee maker. Dora's is also a cafe! What cafe doesn't have real coffee!? And in MIAMI!!??!! Baffled. I drank my Nespresso latte but I didn't love it. Quiches: they were very tasty. We had the caramelized onion and the date/chorizo. My only complaint is the size, they are small. I'd rather a full slice than a shallow mini. Croqueta: we asked for ham and received spinach. My friend enjoyed it, I didn't--the spinach didn't taste seasoned and gave me previously frozen vibes. I would get the large quiche of I was hosting, otherwise I won't be back. The staff was amazing and kind!

It's great Dora's is still open but I think delivery may not be ideal. The last time I ordered we had a bad experience but I figured it was growing pains with a new chicken sandwich. Today we ordered pizza and the prociutto and arugula sandwich. It was playing ham and nothing else. The pizza was also not what I remember. I think in person things may be different. Good luck.

The best service ever! Ive never felt so happy about the way I was treated. Food is ultra fresh. I'm not gluton free but was in the area so I stopped in. I loved the taste and texture of the breads. They use a blend of gluten free flours. Everything is made from scratch. The sandwich was very filling.the bread reminded me of an old fashioned KFC biscuit. I did enjoy it. I would reorder. Croquette was tasty and crooked crispy. Just dont go into this expected anything like a Cuban croquette.this is thinner, smaller, crisper and was a prosciutto although you can get a vegetarian one. I would skip the reorder. The cinnamon roll comes without nuts. Although the taste doesnt suffer for the loss of nuts I do miss the occasional crunch. Same crumbly texture as the sandwich bread but more dense. Extremely sweet. I'd skip the reorder. . The juice was great. Nice full kick from the ginger. I thought it was just natural juice and cbd but found it had honey in it. Won't reorder just because I'm avoiding sugars. Take with a grain of salt because I'm a coffee snob but the coffee seemed over brewed. It was very bitter. I wouldn't reorder but I am fussy with my coffee. I would like to revisit this place. It's a great place to go with friends. It's a great to go for a quick bite lite lunch or dinner. Its very cozy and welcoming in a simple way. Customer service is off the charts excellent.

I was really excited to get the $71 cake I ordered for my Moms 60th birthday 4 weeks in advance. I've been buying gluten free birthday cakes for her for years but we recently moved to Miami so I had to find a new GF bakery. Unfortunately the cakes texture and taste was as if it was uncooked. Very wet and grainy and it was red velvet but the color was more brown than red and the flavor of it was just not red velvet and not very good. The frosting was about the only thing that i could eat. No one else at the table could eat more than a bite or two. This cake could not be called a cake at all if I'm Being honest...it didn't even taste like It was baked. If they were going for a flourless style cake it was more in this category...but still very very bad and mushy and the texture of raw cake batter. Like I said, of the 8 people eating the cake, no one took more than 1-2 bites each. The rest of the entire thing went in the garbage. I Can't speak for their other products but please don't waste 71$ on their cakes.

The awesome people at Dora's let me pop in after they closed today on New Year's Eve so I could buy desserts for tonight! I got the Dulce de Leche cake and the small Lemon Meringue pie. I love these guys!! This is such a special place and I'm so happy they are here for the gluten free community! Happy 2020, I look forward to more success for them!

The best bakery in Miami! They just came out with the first 100% gluten free burger in all of Miami and all I can say is.. WOW. So tasty and filling. Their croquetas are probably my favorite thing on the menu... made with jamón serrano, parsley, onions, and their homemade breadcrumbs! Their alfabrownies are to DIE FOR; dulce de leche in the middle of two fudge brownies coated with with chocolate ganache. Another one of my favorites are their sugar cookies and ham and cheese quiche! Everyone needs to give this place a try!

This place is amazing ! Great food and for a good price . if you like gluten free food or have a gluten allergy this is your Heaven! The food is out of this world . And ontop of that the people who work here are awesome and super nice . From the outside it does not look like much but go In and eat to your hearts content , you won't regret it.

Very disappointed with the chicken sandwich. The smallest pieces of rubbery chicken with 1 crap onion ring and a little sauce. To be fair the empanada was good but still terrible sandwich.

This place is wonderful! EVERYTHING IS GLUTEN FREE and made in house! FRESH GLUTEN FREE FOODs! this is GF heaven in Miami! - If you are GF air someone you love is! GO TO DORA'S! I am gluten free and my husband found this place on yelp, so we gave it a try! I am so EXCITED WE DID! we don't live closer! But it is with the drive! The fresh pizza was amazing my husband got the burger and loved the bun it was more of an artesian cheese bread bun and it was very good! We loved our server Sebastian. We got some cinnamon buns to go and the brownies. This place is wonderful and a gluten free heaven in Miami

If you are looking to eat gluten-free this is the place! We went last Sunday with my family, the place is small but comfortable and pleasant, the attention was very friendly. It was our first time and the guy who waited on us patiently explained the different products. We ordered pizza, sandwiches, some fabulous huge mozzarella sticks and desserts. The bread, the best gluten free that I tried in my life!! Desserts are very tasty, the tres leches my fav. My family, which is not gluten free, was also super satisfied with the experience, and they say they would come back for sandwiches and desserts! It is very difficult to make good gluten-free bread and cook gluten-free for those of us who have to do it every day, it is noticeable that Dora's knows how to do it!!! Definitively will return soon.

My best friend is Celiac, and she and I recently discovered this place- we are obsessed. She was finally able to try a croquette for the first time! We love the quiches (our favorites are the ham & cheese and spinach & onion), the cake pops, and the chocolate chip cookies. I also really liked the guava roll- I opted for no icing, and the guava itself made it plenty sweet. The guy manning the front is always super polite to us, and gives great recommendations. The prices are normal for gluten-free options, but worth every penny. They are very good about their COVID precautions, and there is a little table outside if you want enjoy your treat right then and there. I can't wait to frequent again!

A literal gluten free haven. Everything on the menu is 100% celiac friendly (yes, celiac) because they have a completely dedicated kitchen. I just discovered this place earlier this week. So far I've come here every day for at least one thing (sometimes more). The items I've tried are: Homemade bread (loaf) Prosciutto Mozarella sandwich The Dora Burger Sami Maui sandwich Fries Chicken empanada Cinnamon roll Nuttella roll And I'm pretty sure I'm not even 1/8th of the way through the menu yet (it's huge). Locally owned and operated. If you're gonna spend your money somewhere I can guarantee you it's best spent here.

I was amazed to see a completely gluten free bakery and cafe! I am accustomed, as someone who eats gluten free, to pastries and GF substitutes being pretty lackluster but NOT SO with Dora's! They have so many options and are so yummy. I got the date, bacon and cheese quiche and a key lime pie. The quiche was delicious and rich, and the right size for one meal. I've been trying to pace myself with the key lime pie - the crust is so good, kind of like a shortbread consistency. I'll be looking forward to many more times here!

Such a wide variety of products and so far everything has been delicious. Such a gem, and the people of Miami are lucky to have such a delicious gluten free bakery.

Will definitely be going back for their chicken empanadas amazing! their amazing dessert tres leches!!!! We felt the food is overpriced for the type of food that it is and the amount of Food you get. Kinda felt like a rip off im still hungry. The burger and spicy chicken sandwich lacked in flavor also.

We were so happy to find this bakery/bistro. Our son has Celiac and it is difficult to find gluten free food that is actually good. The whole family ate there for lunch. I had the croqueta preparada, my daughter had the pizza, my husband had a prosciutto sandwich with the gluten free beer, and my son had a burger. We all also had the bacon cheese fries. Everything was 100% gluten free and delicious. We took some cinnamon rolls and chocolate chip cookies to go. My son is very happy that now he will have a go to place when we need baked goods. I highly recommend Dora's Bakery and Bistro.

On Friday Feb.07, my birthday, I found a little gem while using the app Find Me Gluten Free. It is Dora's Bakery and Bistro. OMFG, the food that is coming out of Alex's and Mauricio's kitchen. I have the best birthday cake ever, all GF. On Friday I tried the serrano ham croquetas, the cinnamon rolls, the brownie, the lemon poundcake, the guava rolls. Holy cows, foodgasmic. For those suffering from #hasimoto, #hashimotosthyroiditis, #hashimotosdisease, #celiacdisease and you are in the Miami-Dade County area, in particular Coral Gables, pass by and try anyone of their foods, including GF BEER! I'm the only one that cant have gluten, so we had two different cakes, one from Dora's and from fron Don P. By far the cake from Dora's was the favorite.

I appreciate a business like this, specializes on Gluten Free items, savory and sweet. It's not easy! From the items I've tried so far, I can give a 10 to the Pumpkin Pie, a 10 to the ham and cheese quiche (Lorraine), either crust is really good! The Pumpkin bread is very good as well and the Bread pudding, (bake for a few minutes before eating). * I'd prefer without raisins and with pecans instead. *I also like desserts not too sweet. Thank you Dora! Keep the good work. I'll be ordering more.

The place stunk like sour trash when we walked in. That should have been the first sign. The items here are gluten free but that doesn't mean they're healthy or use good ingredients. Everything is loaded with sugar. There's a dessert made of m&ms We ordered the pizza and the crust was mealy and didn't last the 5 minute car ride home. It was completely wet and soggy by the time we tried it and threw the whole thing in the trash. I honestly don't know how this place got such good reviews.

Hell yeah Dora's! Its totally celiac safe NOT DIET food! About time, Miami. I tried the croquetas (yum) and a ciabatta sandwich. That ciabatta could have fooled me, it was soft and chewy and def some of the best GF breadstuff ive had since my celiac diagnosis. My non-GF companions also enjoyed their food and sweets. Impressive. I look forward to trying many more things on the menu. Staff was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly (family owned and operated). I wish it were a bit bigger/ more of a restaurant but gotta start somewhere. Parking was available right out front.

Honestly I hardly ever write a yelp review. In fact, I tend to shy away from giving my opinion on the internet. But after finding this gem in Coral Gables I had to say something. The staff at Dora's is amazing, and super friendly. Not only that, but their entire menu is absolutely delicious. I'm extremely skeptical about specialty diets, including "gluten-free", because I love my food and I know when it's not good. However, I was BLOWN AWAY by how good the items at Dora's are. The entire menu is gluten-free and none of their recipes contain any gluten. I'm not a celiac, and truth be told I had never heard of the disease, but as a person who consumes gluten everyday I can sincerely say I tasted no difference in any of the items that I had while there. Cookies, pizza, quiches, brownies, Alfajors, even bread tasted the same and in some cases EVEN BETTER. I would 100000000% recommend the alfabrownies which are a secret recipe created by the family that owns Dora's. It's basically 2 brownies with caramel in between all covered in white chocolate, trust me my description does not do it justice. All I can say is whether you're a celiac/gluten-free or not this place will not disappoint.
