The bar features an enticing display cabinet, while the two dining rooms are bright and functional-contemporary in feel. A solid choice for seafood lovers when you are in the area. This was our second visit. The sea bass we had on our first visit was the best we've ever had. The second time around, we went with their recommendation and we really enjoyed the grouper. The octopus salad was also well made. We'll definitely return on our next visit to Aveiro. Reservations are highly recommended during the high season.

4.6 I recommend eating at Dori and making a reservation in advance. The food was great with generous portions. I would recommend the Lenguado and the octopus salad. The atmosphere was good and the waiter was nice. We were celebrating a birthday so we requested a special dessert but they forgot about it. They also switched up the meat doneness. Besides that everything was great.

Stew was slightly salty to our liking but had a strong seafood taste which was delicious. Ordering system was pretty inefficient considering that there’s an iPad showing the menu (and clickable) but you can’t order through there and had to call a server to take down your order. Food was on the pricier end but was compensated by the location (by the sea) and the Michelin bib gourmand rating.

One of the best seafood places I have ever been. Everything was incredible. Services was magnificent and food, food was delicious. Special mention to the rice with octopus and prawns. We recommend this 100% for everyone who’s visiting that area.

If you’re in central Portugal and want to try brilliantly executed seafood then this is your go to place. Highly suggest either going for the seafood festival dish (a massive tray of shellfish enough for 4 people) or if you want something new and different highly recommen trying one of the “massada” dishes which this wonderful pasta dishes cooked in a broth of seafood - down it with a nice bottle of vinho verde. Enjoy
