Dorint Hotel Bremen

Impossible not to find walking from the Bremen hbf. We had a large room with a large bathroom. Beds were comfortable. The room was light and airy. Hotel staff efficient and knowledgeable. We had dinner and drinks in the bar. We were able to find Sam’s just attached to the hotel for breakfast and great lunch selection. The croissants were fantastic as were the bread rolls. Nearby we walked to windmill bar and restaurant for drinks and dinner. Super!!! Plenty to see and walk around.

The hotel was very comfortable! We even received a complimentary upgrade, which we really appreciated, along with some welcome drinks. The room was cozy and spotless, although the bathroom with a frosted glass door didn’t offer much privacy. The room also came with complimentary coffee and water, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent—very varied, well organized, and with quality options. The location is great, just a short walk from the city center. The area around can be a bit messy, but that’s typical of downtowns everywhere. Overall, highly recommended!

I booked this hotel last minute for a work trip and was VERY satisfied. Location is top, very central in walking distance to the main train station and the old city, but yet also very green and with water view. Service was also superb - friendly and very attentive to my individual needs. Breakfast offered great variety and the buffet-style was practical for my busy schedule. Room was spacious, beautiful view of trees and water, and quiet. I had to work on an important presentation two days straight and it was just an overall pleasant experience. For this price category, I can recommend ethnusisticpally!

Stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights and was very pleased with this Hotel choice. I stayed at this Hotel many years ago when it was a Swissotel brand and it had not changed very much. Nice helpful and polite staff. Nice large room with a nice bathroom with the usual bath products. Nice varied choice of hot and cold breakfast items, but as usual on the Continent, cold plates to put your cooked breakfast items on. Nothing negative to say about this Hotel...Very near the Central Station and the City Center. Also a tram stop just outside the Hotel. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

Great location, tram right outside of hotel, easy walking distance to the centre. Bar & reception staff superb, room itself decent size only issues is bed is low and pillows very flat, and room temperature difficult to control. On request, we were provided a fan very quickly, and this helped 😀

The pillows are practically non-existent. We asked for 2 more which were dutifully delivered to our room quite quickly afterwards but made little or no difference. We also reported that the safe was not working - no less than 3 times - and it was never repaired during our 4 day stay meaning we were left to travel around Germany carrying our valuables with us - Not a very comfortable situation. There is no restaurant in the hotel but a bar serves a decent pizza from 13 Euro. Otherwise the facilities are good. Kettle in the room, shower which needed a repair but still worked OK, There were holes in the curtains and the first bathmat we had but generally it was OK for a 4 night stay. Had we been staying longer I would have expect the safe to have ACTUALLY been repaired.

Totally unprofessional hotel. |Rooms guaranteed by 15h are absolutely not ready by then. No apologies, but rather exceptional rudeness to guests instead. |Avoid booking here! There are plenty of decent hotels in town, and no one need subject themself to customer service this poor.
