Doris Italian Market & Bakery (Boca Raton)

First time I ever ordered a Thanksgiving Meal...I'm finding it a wonderful way to help in preparing for the big day. I can concentrate on the appetizers and desserts. We picked up the Turkey with all the trimmings. Mashed Potato's,Stuffing Cranberry Sauce, Gravy and rolls with a Delicious looking Apple Pie. With the order came and easy to read instruction sheet for re-heating. The meal is wonderful, Delicious. We picked up the Package at 9:00 AM there was a line however the line moved quickly because there were several men bringing the boxes out in a cart, Going over your order and instructions for re heating. The price comparable to the area restaurants , but your Home nice and Cozy with Family....The meal delicious. I'll be ordering again

I spent $254 the Tuesday before Thanksgiving .the boars head ham was all chopped up and so was the salami. It was not very appetizing to put on a plate for an anti-pastaThe provolone was sliced so thick. I can’t believe they would serve a customer this. Even Publix slices their cold cuts better. I’ll be going to Joseph’s from now on.

Beautiful, clean and lots of fresh goodies. We enjoyed our eggplant parm which I made from your very fresh and plump eggplant!

Great small Italian market. Has everything from fruit to cakes fresh pasta to boxed ones too. Meat great chocolate too.

Food is great / 5 stars as I am not trying to hate but I've just about have had enough of the attitude behind the deli counter. Would it kill the woman to smile, say hello or I dare her to say thank you. If you don't start listening to your customers you end up sitting with them. Have a happy and healthy holiday season.

I’m a big fan of Doris Italian Market and Bakery. I live in the Orlando area and we don’t have anything close to this, so when I’m in Boca visiting my grandmother, I also stop by Doris. I’ve been to several Doris locations in the area and this one is consistently my favorite. Friendly staff, amazing bakery team, and the best Cannoli’s in all of Florida! That being said, the Casata Rustica is the real star of the show. Ps. Please consider an Orlando area location. Specifically, Clermont!

One star is too, much half a star if possible would’ve described my experience here. Terrible customer service. Helena rang up an item higher than the labeled price and refused to fix it or get a manager, but started yelling. Yes yelling. She actually raised her voice instead of doing her job. I went back to speak with Sergio and he just made excuses for her. For a specialty market with higher prices than most places, this level of disrespect is unbelievable, for that level of experience. Plenty of other places treat customers better. And management actually takes action to assist the customer, not yelling back at them.

Clean, small, and very high quality. The meat selection is top notch, and you can order special cuts if you do it far enough in advance. The baked goods are fresh. The market is small, but has the basics for your Nonna. The staff is friendly and ready to help.
