I was really excited to have some good fresh tacos but was disappointed. I ordered 3 street tacos, 1 chicken, 1 veggie, and 1 pork. They were out of chicken (no big deal) so I got carne asada as a replacement. The corn tortillas were straight from a package, unheated. I have never been to a restaurant where the corn tortillas are served cold. The steak and pork filling was cold, the veggies were hot. The meat was dry, and with the cold crumbly shell it made it all that much drier, even with hot sauce. The hot sauce had a little heat, but didnt have much flavor. The service was great and the portion size was expected. I did go around 4, which seems to be a really slow time for the whole market, maybe that is why everything was cold. I may try there birria tacos, if I try again.

Google
So I’m reviewing this location after visiting their stand inside the Arnold sports expo 2025. The food was premade but I loved that it was fresh and hot and delicious! My only “complaint” is that for the veggie burrito, all the rice seemed to be at the end of the tortilla . Spread that out and it’d be 5/5

Google
I’ve tried it several times & the food is insanely mid every time. Honestly it’s nasty. Go. To. Taco. Bell. First. Seriously. I really don't know how they stay in business. Fast food is a better option. Oh yeah & $15 for a cheese quesadilla is insane.

Google
Really enjoyed the food. I got it delivered through Uber, and the food came very securely, and it was still hot and fresh. I do wish they added more sauces/moisture to their food items, but the food is great otherwise. Will definitely order from them again.

Google
We had street taco and Hermanos taco. Both were with beef. They were good.

Google
The tortillas are too dry and didn't look appetizing. Normal corn tortillas dipped in oil would have been much better. The carne asada meat was actually good. The carnitas meat was not. It was too dry. Like if I microwaved the meat then put it on the tortilla. The barbacoa meat was missing more flavor. It needed different tortillas and they should have been dipped in the barbacoa sauce then put in the comal with a bit of oil to make them better. The horchata wasn't homade. It was one of those instant mixes. For the prices you charge and the claim of authentic Mexican food, I was better off going to Taco Bell or Condado tacos. It was nice to hear the story of starting off a food truck, but this experience wasn't it. Hope you guys see this review and take the time to make changes. Don't forget your roots

Had a couple bad experiences with forgetting to add the extra sauces after being charged $5 $6 because it's a dollar per sauce. Anyways they gave me a $20 voucher to make it right. And I must say they have made up for it plenty of times this is one of the best authentic Mexican food around town very delicious!

Google
I mean just WOW. The flavor and consistency with this place. Each time I order it's the same, delicious. I love the freshness that comes with every bite, from the veggies to the protein options (which might I say are very nice portions in the tacos and quesadillas). My daughter who is 10 said the steak quesadilla is the best quesadilla she's ever had in her 10 years of life 😂 and I absolutely agreed with her. We usually order from doordash and the timing is never high in wait time and the flavor never fails. I've been to the location once on Old Leonard for pickup and I liked that it was discreet.

Yelp
We visited the location in the North Market downtown. My husband goes nuts for anything tacos and this place did not disappoint. They have a kiosk to place your order and customize anything. We had the birria, chorizo, carnitas and chicken tacos, plus chips & queso. Everything had so much flavor, and he said the hot salsa was the hottest he has ever had and he loved it! If ever in the area we will stop for some more!

Yelp
Place was really chill and good after work spot for HH. Bartender was really nice and welcoming. Food was really good!

Yelp
This review is for the location in Polaris Mall. The food is so delicious and plentiful. Huge portions, great authentic flavors. The chips and dip comes with most options and the chips are fresh and the salsa is freshly made. The Barbados is so moist , tender, and excellently seasoned. The carnitas is also super tasty and tender, as well. Definitely worth the trip and the price!!

Yelp
Sick, sick, sick. Just recovering from getting the contents of my guts out. Unflavorful Shameful. $15 for a tasteless burrito that makes you sick.

Yelp
I went here for Taco Tuesday because they are $3.00 a piece. The only problem was deciding which ones I wanted. So I ordered Steak, Chicken and Pork. I think I like the Pork the best season. The Tacos were good but I like a little bit more seasoning. I will try something different the next time I go. The staff was really nice and patient with my questions.

Yelp
I believe that this store is one of the vendors in the North Market. At the North Market, you get a ticket to park in the lot, get it validated and then pay once you leave depending on how long you stay. I have never gotten Dos Hermano's at the North Market before though, I usually Uber eat it because they have the buy 1 get 1 free deal which is amazing for when you want cheap good food delivered. I got the Carne Asada tacos and they were good. The meat was a little chewy. I'm not sure if it was always like that or just like that because the food was delivered and sat a little bit. I love the salsa and how they give you a roasted jalepeño. I love spicy food so I get so happy when I find out I'm getting a roasted jalepeño with my tacos. I recommend Dos Hermanos if you are craving good tacos!

Yelp
Tacos were gross. My hotel is super close to restaurant. What i received was cold tacos , meat and shell. Carne asada ice cold and hard as a rock . chorizo is a 2 out of 5 for flavor , tacos also cold. Beans and rice was the best thing . I wouldn't order from here again.
google avatar

Lisa L.

Yelp
I had the burrito with a side of rice and beans and chips. The burrito was quite small, and the serving of bean and rice were very small. It was 16.99 for what I ordered the food was pretty cold, considering it was still only 10 am. The flavor was very bland as well. I ended up throwing over 3/4 away.

Yelp
Had heard great things about Dos Hermanos. For the longest time, I thought they were just a food truck but then recently I found out that they have a home right in the North Market (just one block from my apt!). I opted to get takeout from here on a Saturday night (heads' up- in the North Market, they close at 6p on Saturdays, so plan for an earlier than usual dinner). I went online to check out the menu and saw that I could even order online for pickup. I opted for one Dos Hermanos taco (gotta try the tacos, of course!) a chicken quesadilla and chips & salsa. They emailed me saying my order would be ready in 10 mins. I got there a few mins late and still had to wait about 5 mins. So all told, it probably took 15 mins or so for them to get the order which isn't bad at all. I noticed a line forming soon after I got there with people trying to hurry and get an order in before 6p. So it made me really glad I ordered ahead online! The Dos Hermanos taco was good! I got the barbacoa and it was very flavorful. The quesadilla was also pretty good! I dipped it in the mild salsa for extra flavor. Would love to try a barbacoa quesadilla next time. Chips and salsa were good. I tried their guac (definitely recommend!) and mild salsa. The mild salsa is pretty "runny" so even when I was trying to dip the chips or quesadilla in the cup, not much but juice was sticking. I prefer the consistency of the salsa verde at Condado. Also, I did get excited when I saw online that you can order Mexican Coke. I added that to my order. However, when I got home, it was just your basic 20 oz Coke bottle. So I was bummed about that- if they were out of stock of the Mexican Coke, they could have told me and I would have just opted to get my money back. All told, I did enjoy the food and will definitely be back to try out other menu offerings. Definitely recommend the online ordering-- and bonus for me that they are so close to where I live!

Yelp
I tried the food here and it was so good! They also have great customer service. I will be back for another taco Tuesday.

Yelp
Went here in a Thursday just as the opened for lunch. Ordered a burrito and another for a coworker. As the lady handed over the food I asked if I could have salsa. She claimed there was one of each in the bag. Shortly after sat down to eat it, and there was no salsa in the bag. The burrito was lukewarm. The rice in the burrito was mush, the beans, also taste like the were leftovers from the day before . Nothing taste fresh at all, and they just opened so I don't know why food taste like yesterdays leftovers. Won't be going back here to eat again...

Yelp
I was wondering around the North Market looking for something to eat that was free of dairy and gluten... oh and that's also vegetarian. It's no surprise to anyone that I was having some trouble. Thank goodness I stumbled upon Dos Hermanos! I usually just walk by, as legit Mexican spots like this don't usually have a lot of vegetarian options. However, I was wrong. I was able to get a dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian meal for about ten bucks. It was like the holy trifecta! Thanks to the friendly staff for the suggestion, I ordered a bowl full of rice, beans, grilled veggies, guacamole, and lettuce. It was like a bigger, better Chipotle. My rumbling stomach was super happy, and I didn't have to compromise my dietary needs. This helped to keep a smile on my face all long, as opposed to just whenever I finished my meal. I will definitely no longer walk by this spot in the North Market with doubt in my mind. They got my back and I appreciate it.

Yelp
Dos Hermanos was set up inside the convention center for Ohayocon, and it made for a great lunch spot! I'm not sure about their full menu, but they had the classics out like burritos, tacos and nachos. I got the loaded nachos....and they were VERY loaded! Very good too. I felt like their menu was a little pricy, but it's good stuff. I'd love to try the actual Dos Hermanos location someday.

Yelp
Dos Hermanos is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Columbus. I feel like this is one of the only Mexican places in the city that really tastes authentic! My go-to order is a couple of Mexican street tacos with sides of chips & guac and refried beans & rice. The tacos are fantastic with really just cilantro and chopped onions on top. No need for any other toppings as the meat is flavorful enough on its own! I usually get either chicken or barbacoa, and both options are melt in your mouth delicious. The refried beans & rice is a perfect complement to any of their tacos and I highly recommend getting this as a side. I honestly could just eat the beans and rice as a meal probably, it's very filling and a good portion size. Finally, the guac is super flavorful and I can't not order it; it's just that good! I don't make it to the North Market too often, so I'm excited that Dos Hermanos delivers with Doordash and Uber Eats! They have weird hours, but if you can catch them when they're open, it's absolutely worth a try.
google avatar

Zeb L.

Yelp
Really overrated. Their food manages to be overpriced much like many of the fusion Mexican joints that Columbus has (looking at you Condado's), but the meat is badly seasoned and the spicing bland. Even in their vegetarian offerings, they always seem to be drowned in greens, as though onions, rice, or beans are somehow an expensive commodity that they have to ration carefully. Los Guachos is already here and is substantially better than anything Dos Hermanos has to offer; I see no reason to eat here going forward.
google avatar

Tamara A.

Yelp
I'm very disappointed these tacos were not good they didn't heat the tortillas! It's like they pulled them out the bag and put the meat on them the best thing was the jalapeño pepper!
google avatar

Rob T.

Yelp
I ordered chicken tacos. It was pretty late in the evening/early morning so I didn't expect much. However, these chicken tacos were very flavorful! Nice chunks of seasoned chicken. I've only tried them in door dash so I'm sure eating at the actual establishment would be even better. Check 'em out

Nathan S.

Yelp
I ordered the combo fajitas which cost 36 dollars and I received a small skillet with a lunch sized portion of chicken and steak with 4 medium shrimp on top. the shrimp made my 5 year old daughter sick all night. Twice the price and half the amount of food as any other Mexican restaraunt in town and it mafe my kid get sick. By far the worst dining experience I've ever had.
google avatar

Sonja C.

Yelp
I had a chicken taco there and I took a burrito to go for dinner. I was able to custom order it to my liking. Fresh ingredients. The pico is excellent. Would definitely go there again.
google avatar

Steve H.

Yelp
The best burrito I've had in Columbus. Hot salsa isn't too hot. Amazing flavors all around. A+++
google avatar

Steve A.

Yelp
Dos Hermanos is another good tenant of the North Market. They have a small menu but it's all good. This used to be only a taco truck but they have a permanent place. It has few vegetarian items which is the only bad thing about it. The food is very fresh so it's okay waiting. It has been in the North Market for a bit. It has the same quality they had as a food truck. The food is kind of expensive for Mexican but it's excellent. It has Taco Tuesdays and it's $2 each. They could have some more vegetarian options. A bag of chips and guacamole is good enough for a meal. It's about $5 which is more than you would pay to get it at Taco Bell but it blows it away. The guacamole has some serious heat and it's good with chips or anything else. I would tell anyone going to North Market to try Dos Hermanos. It's seriously authentic and fresh. You will find some great Mexican food there.

Yelp
I recently scheduled this business for a company luncheon so I figured I should give it a test drive first. I visited their location in the North Market during lunchtime on a Tuesday afternoon. I had 0 wait time to order and was lucky I visited on Taco Tuesday!!! I ordered 3 veggie tacos and chips and guac and my order came to $15. Not bad for how stuffed I was afterwards. The guacamole was probably the best I've had! Which is why I didn't get to snap a pic.... the chips and guac was demolished before I even got home. My tacos were filled with grilled peppers and onions, refries beans, lettuce, cheese, pico and guacamole salsa. They were ah-freakin-mazing! I do wanna try them street style next time but Dos Hermonos style was still so good. Service was quick. The food was amazing and the value was awesome! Most likely, I'll be a regular customer now.
google avatar

Deanna C.

Yelp
If you're looking for some good authentic tacos at a great price than Dos Hermanos should be your number one choice! The staff is nothing but professional and friendly, providing the best customer service! I ordered their set of 3 tacos with carnitas, a chicken quesadilla and tres leches cake. Can't say a single bad thing! Their tres leches cake was perfect, had it devoured in less than a minute! Can't wait to order again.

Shelby K.

Yelp
tacos were awful. bland. meat tasted like rubber. The tortillas were cold and hard. I had to drown them in sour cream to even be able to make them edible.

Megan S.

Yelp
Worst tacos and beans/rice I've ever had. Tacos were extremely bland. Beans tasted like they came straight out of a can. Rice was also bland. Rice and bean portions are small.

Amberisims ..

Yelp
Nothing authentic about opening a can of cheese and purging on my food. The customer service was the WORST I've experienced in the whole city. The woman working the register was very rude and had zero personality. When I asked a question, she just pointed at the sign. She ended up giving me the wrong order and when I took it back, she rolled her eyes at me. Then basically threw the food into my hands, without saying a word.
google avatar

Gwendolyn P.

Yelp
Was lucky enough to hit Dos Hermanos up on $2 taco Tuesday! The tacos were worth every minute. The meat was tender and juicy and not smothered with unnecessary sauces. Prepared fresh and packaged neatly! Highly recommend! six tacos and was able to sit and share with my friends who were all sampling other types of cuisine in the North Market
google avatar

Jameliah B.

Yelp
Yum! Love having a little Mexican flair in the North market. I tried the tacos on my 1st visit here and they were pretty good. I've seen their truck around but have never been able to stop, so its nice to have the option here. On myn2nd stop in I tried the quesadilla. Oh boy! It's good. Very cheesy perfect for a good cheese pull pick and stuffed with meat. It comes with sour cream, pico l, and guac on the side. You wont be disappointed if you order it. Stop in and give them a try!
google avatar

Joy C.

Yelp
Dos Hermanos offers delicious authentic tacos. Their menu allows you to customize your tacos. The tacos are on the smaller side so it may take a few more to fill you up.

Melissa G.

Yelp
We hired the Dos Hermanos food truck for a graduation party and they did not disappoint! The food was excellent and many people went back multiple times to try different options. The truck arrived ahead of schedule and they started serving guests right away. They also stayed a little over to make sure everyone had a chance to get their food. Great food and great service that I'd highly recommend!
google avatar

Mel N.

Yelp
Dos Hermanos is another gem in North Market. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful in ordering. There's been a few occasions where a younger female employee was running the register and was very clearly having a bad mood sort of day. They aren't too busy. Whether weekday or weekend, I've never really encountered much of a wait or line at the register. I've only tried their tacos but they're great especially for the price. Ingredients seem to be fresh and the hot sauce is great. The only downer is recently they seem to be out of steak/carne asada often.
google avatar

Meredith G.

Yelp
We went to Fuzzy's the day before (horrible mistake) instead of here. We went back to Dos Hermanos the next day. The food is exceptional. It tastes amazing. I got the street tacos with chicken and I cannot recommend it enough. It was by far one of the best tacos I have had in my life. Everything in North Market is amazing but I will absolutely choose this from now on. Also, their cashier was so sweet and helped my coworker figure out what would be best for him. Their hot sauce is actually hot and delicious. It has a great blend of spices but is not for the weak of heat index! It's on the side so if you want to try it, it's not on the actual taco itself. Also, get their chips and salsa! So good!
google avatar

Mariah D.

Yelp
In what world Is this a tamale? I am thoroughly disappointed! What a shame! And to add insult to injury there was only one teaspoon of chicken inside!
google avatar

Merle L.

Yelp
When I go to the North Market to eat I always go to Dos Hermanos unless I am in the mood for pizza. Always delicious. The tacos and quesadillas are the only items I have tried because that's what I like best. You pick your choice of meats and sauce. The team that work there are courteous and helpful even when they are super busy.

Yelp
finally an authentic Mexican resturant In columbus ! the best meal I've had !

Yelp
Ordered this as delivery form and it took about 75 mins to get here (in pretty cold conditions) so that may have affected the quality. Not blaming them as it was poor outside conditions, but just forewarned that it may impact this review. I got a burrito bowl with steak and it definitely hit the spot. It was a great filling portion, but felt light and healthy. They provided extra tortillas without charging extra so I'm happy. However after the like second bite, I noticed it was a tad on the blander side. Texture quality goes down with temperature. Unfortunate, but bearable. It comes with a side of salsa and sour cream, but definitely not proportional to the amount of food it comes with. I would get an extra side more of any sauces/toppings next time. Overall, it was pretty good--- a great replacement for your average fast food equivalent (albeit it's a bit less flavourful), but I will probably order directly rather then get delivery next time. P.S. really appreciate the tamperproof bag it comes in.
google avatar

Matthew S.

Yelp
$2 steak tacos?? Can't beat it. It was Tuesday though. This is the location inside the North Market. Fun place. Pretty straightforward. Like food truck tacos. The difference here is that these tacos are quite filling. Great proportions for the price. The vegetables were very fresh. Nice and authentic.
google avatar

Hayley B.

Yelp
Did hermanos reminds me of authentic Mexican and it's always quick. I've gotten it delivered many times and even then quality is to par. I love that they open early
google avatar

Pat W.

Yelp
3.5 rounded to 4. I had three Mexican tacos and they were quite good but they were small for$9. A little chaotic at the cashier and receiving food as it is cramped and unorganized.
google avatar

Joanna M.

Yelp
Tamales! Tamales! Tamales!!!! AMAZING TAMALES! Side note: I'm from Ohio and have no real knowledge of Mexican cuisine but I've decided that these tamales are legit. If i'm mistaken, please don't tell me. These tamales are my one true love. These tamales are so good that one time my friend apologized after a fight by bringing me two tamales.... and I was powerless to resist. All was forgiven. They are magic tamales. The red salsa is off the hook delicious and everything else there is fantastic too. But the tamales....
google avatar

Gwen W.

Yelp
Got to their stall a quarter after six, so there wasn't much of a wait to order. Got a burrito bowl - chorizo. I really wanted the steak, but they had run out earlier. Their chorizo is not what I was expecting. It did say "Mexican sausage" but I didn't think anything of it when picking the alternative protein. It wasn't like sausage from a link. It was more solid; tougher than the well know breakfast/bratwurst cylinders. It really didn't have much taste. The beans, rice and guacamole salsa was very good, though. Gave the entire bowl a boost for the better. I'd like to come back and try their homemade corn tortillas. And the steak. I wasn't blown away, so an eventual second try will hopefully Coke around in due time.
google avatar

Melissa T.

Yelp
Just received my order and it was entirely wrong :( I paid extra for sour cream and did not receive, my Diet Coke was a Coke and the $12 tacos were the skimpiest I've seen. Unfortunately I will not order again.

Graham W.

Yelp
The food was room temperature, not hot,but not cold. It was bland. The refried beans were gelatinous and the chicken just wasn't good. I easily could have confused this with a frozen meal from Kroger, except it would have been hot if I microwaved it myself. For 16 dollars a meal should at least be okay.
google avatar

Fawn C.

Yelp
This my favorite burrito in Columbus. I fell in love with them when they only had a food truck. Now they have a truck, a cart, a stand in The North Market and a stand in both Crew Stadium, and the horseshoe, along with a window at The Convention Center. They are everywhere, and for good reason because their food is amazing!!!! Not only do they have great food but they are owned by two incredible people, a husband and wife team. Lisa Gutierrez is maybe one of the most friendly restaurant owners in Central Ohio. She always remembers us, greets us fondly, and even knows what our usual is. Their food truck is at Seventh Son Brewery every Saturday all year. We find ourselves biking there on Saturdays often for our burrito fix. If you go say hi to Lisa for us and order anything from the menu and you will be pleased.
google avatar

Shea S.

Yelp
WOW, what great service and AWESOME food. We had them cater a drop off order for 30 people. They arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time, set everything up and left us with everything we needed to enjoy our meal. They simply send you an email to pay which was so easy and convenient!!! Top notch all the way.
google avatar

Ashley B.

Yelp
I ordered Dos Hermanos tonight from DoorDash, it was my first time trying it and let me just tell you, IT IS AMAZING. The best Mexican food I've had in Ohio, and some of the best tacos I've ever had. My fiancé is hispanic and she was equally as satisfied if not more. If I could give more stars I would! So glad we decided to try them, we will definitely be regulars.
google avatar

Steven F.

Yelp
Super nice people working here! She brought me chips without asking and water! I will be back soon! Btw the carnitas burrito was awesome

Yelp
The best tacos their is in Columbus hands down! They have a food truck as well as a stand in the north market. You can find their food truck location via their Facebook page. They have reasonably priced tacos and tamales as well as enchiladas. I recommend the chicken tacos and the rice and beans, Always very good. You can't go wrong with dos hermanos.
