It’s a perfect group spot for a clubby-ish dinner with a bunch of friends to begin a night out. Start with fresh and perfectly crisp poke nachos with pickled jalapeños and onions before really filling up with hearty wedges of pork-stuffed quesadillas and a barbacoa taco with a satisfying vinegary pucker. The creamy and custard-like flan is a solid way to end the meal, but we recommend lighting up all those nostalgia buttons with the choco taco instead. The dimly lit, clubby vibes make it the perfect group spot for a pre-gaming kind of dinner, although we wish the drinks were worthy of the atmosphere. Speaking of drinks, the bar—a long tabletop that taps one end of the room and stretches all the way to the next—is right up front, so you know where their priorities are. Unfortunately, the drinks here are fairly hit or miss.
