My first time eating at this particular chain, and I found It comparable to Chipotle, Cava, Moe's Southwest, QDOBA, etc. I went with the brussel sprout and grilled veggie bowl option. I was quite impressed with the flavor, and the price was under $12...

The food was great. I got some right before my flight. Way more food than I expected, so I enjoyed that. It was fresh and tasted good.

Went to this location to get coffee in the morning. The male manager was extremely rude from the beginning. During ordering he was busy chatting and laughing with a female employee. When he shoved my cup of coffee toward me not looking at me. He informed me cream and sugar was "over there"!! I proceeded to the cream and sugar area. There was no cream. I politely informed him there was no creamer. He barked at me: "OH! THERE'S NO CREAMERS!!" Then proceeded to slam a box of creamer on the counter and toss creamer on the counter at me. I opened my cup to add my sugar and saw what looked to be ants floating in the Coffee. Along the lid rim of the cup was coffee grounds. I waited for him to come back near where I could quietly tell him. I said: "excuse me, I think there are coffee grounds in my coffee". As I didn't want to say out loud it looks like ants in my coffee where others could hear me. He never looked at the coffee! He just started berating me asking me: "well what do you want?" "You want another cup"!!! "I'll get you another cup"!! "It'll just be the same thing"!!! "You want me to brew you another pot"!!! He kept going on and on to the point I felt uncomfortable and walked away, leaving the untouched cup in the counter. He never offered to refund my purchase. He never apologized. And never looked at the coffee. After I walked away and thought about it. I decided I wanted a refund on principle. When I went back to request the refund and advised him I didn't appreciate the way he handled the interaction. He flew off the handle yelling at me. Telling me that I was "rude as hell"!! And that "all of YOU PEOPLE" from ****** are always rude to his employees!! I told him I wanted a refund, he refunded my purchase, threw the receipt at me saying: "YOU WANT A REFUND!! here's your refund"! This is completely unacceptable from a manager! Let alone the way a man spoke to a woman! This is not the first horrible interaction this man has had with customers. Especially female customers! This is not a location I would recommend anyone go to!

I got the chicken tacos and the chips and queso. The chips and queso were good. The chicken tacos were really bad. The meat was rubbery. Thankful I had food, but not a good meal overall.

I feel upset and misled by this franchised location. If you want a lunch burrito during a morning flight, then say so because the cashier may beckon you to come over to the register to purchase a breakfast burrito without you knowing what you paid for. I was not offered a refund. They do not accept Dos Toros rewards.

The food was amazing, seriously delicious and worth the hype. But the process for ordering breakfast and lunch was really confusing. Great food, but the ordering setup definitely need improvement.

Great, affordable breakfast burrito. Very fast. The woman working the cashier was so impressive — very efficient and so friendly with all guests. Great spot!
