Google
Ordered the soondubu to-go today and when I got home it didn’t look or taste quite right. And there were no other customers! I ordered kimchi jjigae the other day for delivery, and it tasted good but only had 2 small pieces of pork in it. So disappointed…

We came to the Asian Mall on the Lunar New Year and decided to get lunch. The food is delicious and the staff are so friendly. Not a huge menu, but the portions are larger than I expected. We will be back.

Google
I ordered take out to try this "new" to me restaurant. I ordered doenjang jjigae and the pork bugolgi with soondabu soup combo. I found the flavor of the pork to be good (maybe on the sweeter side) but the pork was very oily - I could see a thick layer of oil on top of the sauce. I was also surprised about the banchan. The kimchi was good but the potato and carrot tasted deep fried instead of stewed and could see it was a bit oily...so that was a bit off-putting since this was not the kind of side dish I was expecting. The soondabu was vegetable only so the flavor was much more mild. It was hard to taste the anchovy broth but it included a large egg and plenty of tofu which was nice. I also enjoyed the purple rice which came with the meal. The doenjiang jigae was not bad but felt it was missing the normal veggies. The flavor was a bit more mild than what I am used to. Overall food was expensive for what I received compared to other Korean restaurants in the twin cities.

Google
i got the veggie dumplings & veggie dolsot bibimbap. it was my first time eating from a hot stone pot so it was a cool experience! i also generally really really dislike kimchi but this was the only place where i actually enjoyed it.

OlKid

Google
The food was all cooked fresh, which did mean our meals were staggered when coming out, but it was incredibly delicious. The portions were large, so I brought a lot home, and it even tastes amazing reheated. I have the #12 Kimcho Stirfry.

Google
I got the beef bulgogi and for $20 I thought the portions were little compared to Don Yangs .. I was disappointed. My second time at Asian mall , prolly not coming back .

Alicia Thor

Google
Food was great, fresh and hot. We got the Sogogi Jigae, Sweet and Sour Pork and Beef Bulgogi. The bonchon were also tasty! Definitely looking forward to going back.

Google
Visited Dosirak at Asia Mall over the weekend and was impressed with how quickly we received our orders despite the crowd. I opted for the beef bulgogi; it was flavorful, albeit a tad salty for my taste. The meal came with three Banchan - potato tempura (a bit too hard, yet I ended up finishing it), yellow beansprouts, and kimchi. Pleasantly, the portion was generous enough for two meals. Would recommend for a quick and hearty meal.

Yelp
Located in the Asia Mall, Dorisak is a fast casual counter service food stand in the 2nd-floor food court. It has ~10 tables for seating. Came here on a weekday around noon, and half of the tables were available for seating. Ordered a Spicy Seafood soup which arrived about 10-15 minutes after ordering. The food was warm and the soup had a couple pieces of seafood such as octopus, with a touch of spice. +: fast service, spicy soup -: price

Yelp
Not too bad of a wait even when it's busy, food came out hot and tteotbokki was nice and spicy. All the meats are very tender and juicy. Everything was so filling. Love that you can go up and get your own water when you want. The kimchi tastes very well fermented. Loved this place!

Annelise E.

Yelp
Counter service eatery in Asia Mall! Ordered the bibimbop, delicious! Super tasty, kimchi was very tasty! Would dine again!

Yelp
The only reason I'm giving Dosirak 4 stars is the most important part of this restaurant the food is GOOD! Everyone in my group had something different on the menu because we all have different Korean faves and we all loved what we ordered. You walk up to the counter and order, the host at the counter was short with us when we had questions, so you kind of have to know what you want, she was very disinterested in helping us figure out what was good, so I say google ahead or ask questions of people that know more and just go up with your order. You pick your own seating and they give you a number and bring your order out to you. The food came out pretty quickly, but we were not there at a popular dining time. I've seen the restaurant be VERY full at popular dining times so we purposely went after 7pm on a weekeday. Don't go too late though because the Asian Mall closes!

Jennifer K.

Yelp
Service - it was quick and easy to order, and the food came out in about 7 minutes Bibimbab - Ok flavor but wish it had more spice and was hoping the bowl was a bit hotter so that we could make the rice crunchy Ramen - It was great for the kiddos (5/7) had a small kick but they enjoyed it Wings - we ordered the spicy - they might have given us a sweet one since the 5 year old loved it but there was no kick

Bob S.

Yelp
This Korean restaurant is on the second floor of the Asia Mall in Eden Prarie. Like several spots on the second floor, it is set up sort of food court style with a good amount of seating and ordering done at the counter. All three of us got Bibimbab, two with bulgogi and one with tofu. It was good but the eggs were a little over cooked (rather than over easy) and the bowl wasn't quite hot enough to make the rice on the bottom crispy. We all enjoyed our lunch and I would try it again and maybe be a little more specific when ordering.

Kal S.

Yelp
I haven't tried enough of their menu items to give a solid review. What I did try so far was not bad if you are in the area but the experience is not something to drive from afar. Part of the upper floor food court of the Asia Mall. Counter service with decent menu of most popular but basic items from Korean type restaurant. The price is just as high as dine restaurant and portions are on the tad small side.

Dianna N.

Yelp
If you're in the area shopping and just want a quick meal this is a good option. Best to have an idea of what you like before heading to the cashier. Bit pricy for the portion but was filling. I recommend Yangyeom Chicken and Bulgogi meal.

Joe Y.

Yelp
We were at Asia Mall and all the food options made us hungry. We decided to try the Bibimbap and bulgogi. Both were very flavorful and very filling. I ordered the hot bibimbap. The way the rice gets a little crispy right on the bottom is amazing.

Sami G.

Yelp
Needed to grab some dinner and I couldn't resist the smells of the food from Dosriak in the Asian Mall. Super clean area, bright lights and plenty of seating. The counter staff was pleasant and friendly. I ordered the fried pork dumplings and the bbq rib bulgogi. Really enjoyed the meal. Dumplings were perfect! Def recommend!

Shamir W.

Yelp
Was visiting Asia Mall for the first time and stopped by this place for some dinner. The place is clean and a has a small menu. The staff was friendly and helpful and they bring the food to your table. You order your food and sit yourself. There is utensils and water available as self serve. The bulgogi that I ordered was cooked well and had decent flavor. Not as tender as I have had at other places. The side dishes were fine. Nothing stellar but not terrible either.

Alyssa Y.

Yelp
Visiting Asia Mall and wanted to try some of the different food court options. Was in the mood for some bibimbab and bulgogi and headed to Dosirak. Was initially surprised at the prices as they seemed higher than I would expect for a food court style location. The serving sizes were large but still seemed a bit pricy for the food. Talking to the counter girl I inquired about something that was noted as coming soon and she stated they didn't have it and didn't expect to as they were planning on changing the menu soon. I will be interested to see if it is slight changes or a whole revamp. We could see all the food being made fresh and it was delivered in about 10 minutes. As I mentioned portion sizes were decent and both dishes were very good. Kimchi was a little spicy, as expected. Potatoes were very good along with the beef and rice. My partner gobbled up the bibimbab but I did get a taste and it was also very good. I don't think I'd do out of my way to visit but if I'm in the area and looking for a bowl of bibimbab, I'd stop again.

Trina V.

Yelp
Okay spot for Korean food, but i prefer other spots more so may not go out of my way for this one unless i am meeting friends at Asia Mall. The kimchi chigae had a little too much gochujang, but the soondubu chigae is good. Love the banchan they provide; and they give a good portion. Their website advertised fried chicken but they didn't have any when we went. It's counter service, so you order at the counter, take a number and they bring the food to you. The server was friendly even though we were still eating past close, but they also close earlier (8) than other food spots in the mall despite it being a Saturday. Not much of an ambiance- it's very much a mall foodcourt vibe.

Jessica G.

Yelp
If there was ever a poster child of a person who didn't want to be at their job, this is the place to find her. Not friendly at all, bland No statements without any further information without prodding. We almost walked out, but decided to stay and try something new. We should have left. Food was not good. The couple behind us also complained about the taste of their food. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would.

Michelle Y.

Yelp
For the price I would say the portion is fair! The amount of food I ordered was enough food to feed 2 adults and 3 kids and we still had leftovers. My daughter also shared a Korean corn dog and some mochi doughnuts beforehand. The workers were really nice and the food came out pretty fast, I would say we got our food in less than 10 mins. Food court style so you can sit anywhere and the restrooms are right around the corner. There are different sections of area to sit which is nice if you want to try something from each vendor. It's kind of nice sitting on 2nd level because you get a nice view of the entire mall.

Teresa L.

Yelp
A casual Korean dining area on the second floor at Asia Mall. The service was quick for early lunch. We were greeted by a staff at the counter who took our order. I ordered a beef bulgogi meal. I learned that a meal comes with three sides, rice and protein; meanwhile, the combo comes with soup. The food was decent. My in-law, originally from northern Minnesota, said the kimchi "has a kick." I wish I could pick my side dishes. The side dishes that I received were kimchi, beansprouts, and potatoes. The place does remind me of a mall food court.

Rosie H.

Yelp
We had to wait a bit at the counter to be waited on but that turned out to be okay because the food was exceptional and the gentleman that helped us was really nice. We had the bulgogi combination and a small order of the wings. The wings were the double fried so they were very crispy and had great flavor. They were covered in the sweet and garlic sauce. The sides complimented the protein. Excellent flavor and great texture. We recommend and will be back again.

Peter N.

Yelp
Food: I got the sundubu jjigae combo with the pork bulgolgi, I thought it was pretty okay. The bulgogi was seasoned well. The sundubu jjigaie was the vegetarian version. The potatoes I got were not all the way cooked through so it was a bit hard. The other side dishes were good. Service: the staff were nice and explained the dishes well to us since we had never been there before. Ambiance: this place is inside the Asia mall and there were a lot people around but they had a section to sit and eat. It is nice to sit and people watch as well. Overall I think that the food is okay if you were craving some Korean food. I will say though, that it is on the more pricey side for what you get. I got the combo and a side of rice and it came out to about 27$. If I was ever in the area and craving Korean food I would be back otherwise there are better spots that are a bit better.

Beautiful G.

Yelp
Rice and main dish is plentiful. They give such a small amount of the sides... I would say the times I did go there service was very slow even when it wasn't busy and food is overpriced for how basic it is. Still recommend since food is a hit or miss depending on different days.

Alik W.

Yelp
Not bad, but pretty pricey for really basic Korean food. Their bulgogi plate was filling enough, but needed spice, and the banchan were underwhelming (just kimchi and bean sprouts) . My kiddo ate her mandu, but they could easily be from the freezer. It's a place to eat if you're already here, but not a destination.

Julia L.

Yelp
As a Korean, I had higher expectations for the soondubu and am surprised at the high price. The Seafood soondubu is not worth it for $16.75 pre tax&tip, average price is $12 for really good soondubu. I don't think they season the broth enough, it's like water and some gochugaru and then small frozen seafood. Banchan is just ok. Overall I would not drive to Eden Prairie for Dosirak :( hoping their food improves as I do want to support more Korean restaurants in Minnesota but they need to add better quality ingredients and flavor.

Madina Z.

Yelp
Good Korean fried chicken! Also beef broth ramen . Good food. My favorite was chicken with salt and pepper. So crispy.

Thien-Chuong P.

Yelp
Food is so delicious and flavorful! Highly recommend the dolsot bibimbap for that hot stone bowl to allow some crispy textured rice! The yangyeom chicken is made to order and super addicting!

Carrie N.

Yelp
The bulgogi combo is one of my favorite menus. You can taste bulgogi and kimchi stew together, and the side dishes that change every time are delicious.

John H.

Yelp
Food: Korean BBQ and Bibimbap. Service: Fast! Ambience: Casual spot for a quick bite. Parking: Stays pretty full due to the popularity of the Asia Mall which opened in November.

Anna H.

Yelp
I've been here twice now and each time it's been average food with high prices. I ordered the soon dobujijae and it was alright, nothing memorable, the portions were fine. I get full fast so for those who eat more, probably would not be enough to eat. Tofu house & Kbap in MSP is better in my opinion. I had the bibimbap the second time, and the beef was seasoned well but my egg was overcooked to my liking. If I am around EP and crave Korean food, this place would do the trick, but wouldn't intentionally come back.

Marria F.

Yelp
I'm rating this based on quick Korean food -- I was surprised how good this Korean place was. I have very high standards when it comes to Korean, so my expectations were low since it was quick food at the Asia Mall. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it was still quite flavorful.

Vita B.

Yelp
Located inside Asia mall on the second floor. Order at the cash register and they bring the food to your table. It gets pretty busy around lunch tome so come at odd time or be ready for slight wait. The food was very good. We loved chicken wings , tofu soup was soul warming and Tteok-bokki was so good spicy sweet and chewy.

Molly A.

Yelp
Love to this new place in Asia mall. I was a bit concerned at first, as it did take them a little while to come to take our order, as they were busy with other customers, but the food came out quickly. I loved the cafeteria style and combo meal so I could have both a bit of meat and some soup. Loved the banchan types that came with the meal as well. All the food was excellent. Next time I think I will try the bulgogi with soup. Unfortunately, I live pretty far from Asian mall, but will def be back and return to Dosirak when I can make it!

Jill K.

Yelp
The food is good but the staff taking orders were rude. I'm not coming back when I feel like an inconvenience.

D T.

Yelp
Overly priced Korean food that's salty. I was hoping it was going to be great but we were highly disappointed. It's more westernized Korean food. We thought with the name dosirak it would be close to authentic food but left with the feeling of a panda express version of Korean food. You are better off going to St. Paul/ Fridley for Korean food.

Amy Shin S.

Yelp
Crispy, fresh and delicious. I love everything we ordered, fried korean chicken, bulgogi (BBQ) and Bibimbap. The staffs are very nice and friendly, food tastes super good. We highly recommend this restaurant and will return again soon.

Joon P.

Yelp
Amazing authenticity! As a Korean, this is now my go-to Korean food place in central MN.

Jennifer S.

Yelp
The first time I went -- spectacular! Today? Not so much. I ordered a large order of shrimp with mild garlic sauce. What did I get? (My fault for not checking before I left) A medium order of chicken wings. Since I can't go back as I was on my lunch at work and they NEVER answer their phone, not much I can do except leave a review. Is the shrimp with the mild garlic sauce fire? YES!! If your order is "to go" make sure you check it before you leave!

Harrison F.

Yelp
Was gonna drop 3 stars but the guy at the counter was super friendly and accommodating. Otherwise the food is pretty good but that price aint it chief

Stevie P.

Yelp
This is a food court style Korean QSR in the Eden Prairie Asia Mall. It was not busy when we arrived for dinner. One dish came out piping hot and the other was lukewarm. The chicken was a bit chewy. The kimchi was good, but the other sides were forgettable. This place definitely is better than a fast food restaurant, but nothing special.

David y.

Yelp
We went to few times. Food is fantastic and employees is so nice and kind . Especially we like a Kalbee and soontobu. We will come back.

A A.

Yelp
Kalbi was a store bought marinade and not home made. Stew didn't have the depth of flavor and umami expected. Side dishes tasted store bought or not right. You can follow a YouTube recipe and do better at home.

Richie L.

Yelp
Good food but pricy wirh less serving. I guess has to do with the expensive leasing at mall itself
